I have purchased HTC Desire Mobile via Flipkart OD[protected].delivered to me but after two months its microphone was not working, Iwent to HTC service center, Kartar arced, near capital petrol pump, Bhopal .They denied to provide service as after checking it was wrong delivered by flipkart, Not through authorised dealer of HTC Invoice was from bengluru (karnataka), But dealer was not from karnataka, hence HTC service provider denied for free service Dt. of Visit 11-9-15
Than I call c c toll free no [protected] representative name Mr. Surya pande he Register my complaint NO[protected] & said it will resolved upto 15-9-15, 12 noon,
Again I call on same no on 15th sept. at 16.40 representative was Mr. Satyawan he informed due dt. extended upto Dt. 19/9/15 12.30 PM
Again I call on 19/9/15 on same toll free no now there was MR. deepak sharma he said due date again extended upto 21/9/15, but On same day I received a call from flipkart from no.[protected] & sail we are on your complaint it will resolve soon,
on today 21/9/15 due dt. extended upto 22/9/15 at 18 pm.it was Mr. jatin
sir it is request for youy to see my problem it's flipkart who delivered mobile, Make HTC COD basis, But now HTC is not serviced due to flip kart cheat, What is my fault only that I go through online shoping.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer and informed him that the return has already been created for wait and refund once the product gets picked up the refund will be get initiated.
i have been calling the customer care for the status as when i track the status it shows out for delivery since last week. I am getting negative response from flipkart regarding the order status and with no proper information and on after that they are disconnecting the call.
I am continuously receiving messages since 27th that the product is out for delivery and by the EOD again a message sorry for the delay still i kept my cool and waited as i was expecting the delivery today but today i have lost my cool as again i have got the same message and now i am not at all getting proper response from customer care also. I wont accept the order now as i am really unsatisfied with the flipkart services and customer care behavior.
Flipkart is going worst now a days as i am seeing it is happening frequently with many customers.
One of my colleague has ordered the same cover from Amazon on 24th and the order was received within 2 days without any hassle, now that's what is customer satisfaction which flipkart has to learn from Amazon etc.
WORST SERVICE EVER. GUYS STOP GETTING FOOLS FROM FLIPKART. BETTER GO FOR OTHER VENDORS AS THERE ARE LOT IN MARKET WHO IS PROVIDING MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN FLIPKART.
