Hi, I had placed a pre-order for the product on the 6th of Sep 2015 and the world wide launch was on the 18th of Sep 2015 and I was supposed to receive the product on the 21st Sep 2015 however it has been two days past the estimated shipping date and there is no update on the shipment. When I track the order on the website it does not give any shipping details and I receive an email from flipkart stating that the product os out of stock where in it shows on the website that it is ready for order. Extremely bad customer service as no proper resolution being given and incorrect information being provided to the customer. Still awaiting as have made full payment for the product however no update till now.

The website for flipkart also shows that the product is available for purchase and t be delivered by the 30th fo sep 2015 however I receive an email from them that the product.

    I have ordered a samsung power bank through flipkat and i hav'nt got it properly. there was no proper accessories and power bank is also not working properly colour is also not same as i ordered and mannual was also not there. but when i complaint it to the customer care so many times they told me that u will get the refund(reason due to out of stock of the product) they keep taking time of 24 to48 hours and keep saying for the refund.. but today i asked that why i still have'nt got the refund so they are saying that ur complaint was out of date so we will not give any refund or replacement of the product.. why theyv have not said this thing when i complaint it first time on 2nd september... flipcart is a biggest cheater online shopping site. i have very bad experience with flipcart...

      Spoke to customer, he wanted the shipment should be delivered to him tried explaining customer that we can't deliver the shipment due to postal code is not serviceable. Hence closing the case.
      I regret to point out that although you acknowledged my Order (KAPA BACK COVER IPHONE 4S) dated 13th Oct 2015 and the expected delivery order was 27th Oct 2015 which is quite a long time seeing the flipkart standard in market but still i have not received the order.

      i have been calling the customer care for the status as when i track the status it shows out for delivery since last week. I am getting negative response from flipkart regarding the order status and with no proper information and on after that they are disconnecting the call.

      I am continuously receiving messages since 27th that the product is out for delivery and by the EOD again a message sorry for the delay still i kept my cool and waited as i was expecting the delivery today but today i have lost my cool as again i have got the same message and now i am not at all getting proper response from customer care also. I wont accept the order now as i am really unsatisfied with the flipkart services and customer care behavior.
      Flipkart is going worst now a days as i am seeing it is happening frequently with many customers.

      One of my colleague has ordered the same cover from Amazon on 24th and the order was received within 2 days without any hassle, now that's what is customer satisfaction which flipkart has to learn from Amazon etc.

      WORST SERVICE EVER. GUYS STOP GETTING FOOLS FROM FLIPKART. BETTER GO FOR OTHER VENDORS AS THERE ARE LOT IN MARKET WHO IS PROVIDING MUCH BETTER SERVICE THAN FLIPKART.

        Spoke to customer, he informed the phone had an issue due to which he had been to service center and they confirmed the phone is used. However, as per internal update customer is already promised about pick up and refund. Customer was very much adamant and he was asking for the compensation as he has received used product. Informed that we will not be able to provide the compensation and also informed about the return status.

            I had buoyed HTC desire 526g plus on 24July 2015 from flipcart.com with 1year warranty. The device is automatically switched off and touch and display damaged, when I submitted it to HTC service centre, they said that it is from online shopping so its warranty is cancelled. I am shocked. Please help me

              When I am making any order, they are automatically getting cancelled and the refunds are back to the original payment mode. I had complained about this in the customer care and they told me that they have lodged a complained and they will call me within two days. I did wait for two days but they didn't call and this has happened three times. When I again called them, they told me to order through any other id and when I told them about my wallet balance, they told me that it can not be transferred to egv. Now how could I use the Wallet balance from the same account, they told me we are again raising a complaint and u will get a call within 2 days. Now they are also not transferring my wallet balance worth Rs. 1173 to its original payment mode (egv). I am really frustrated with this type of service from flipkart. They are not solving my problem and only raising complaints without any solving any. I want that money in the original payment mode which is EGV.                 Flipkart informed to credit 22rs for each app install which installed through my affiliate link. I shared my link on my fb pages containing around 3k active viewers. I installed on my friend mobile and checked. they not adding money as promised .I reported the same issue through their officials . no reply ...just want my affliate earning details and amount which i earned through affiliate program..
                looks like they are cheating on affiliate program. they have new UI now and since then it is not showing up any traffic or way too low traffic. I have google short url report that clearly indicate many link clicks but flipkart reports say 0. Big time cheaters

                  Sir I ordered a MotoG 3gen from Flipkart on 25/08/2015 and paid the amount in advance but I have still not got the phone delivered whereas the company is saying that the product has been delivered by them. According to the company the phone has been delivered to someone named Pushpa but no one named Pushpa stays in our house. Kindly look into the matter and see if anything can be done for our help.

                      Dear Sir/Mam I have bought Moto e 2nd gen thought Flipkart on 8th Sept 2015. From the first day itself I am facing with an issue. My phone is taking 6 hours for charging. After seeing two days I have contacted Flipkart, they told some troubleshooting steps which I followed but the problem still persists. So again I lodged return request. They asked me to download smartchk app and tested the battery charging option. As my phone battery is charging, it showed the battery is good. They insisted my problem hasn't solved. They told that it was normal for a phone to charge for 6 hrs. But first time technical expert saod the max time is4 hrs, even i contacted motorola through chat who said the time is 4 hrs. When I told this to him he told me to go to Motorola service centre to resolve the issue and cancelled the return request. I have even sent the images of the phone showing the time taken for charging. I am not living in the present delivery address and couldn't go to the service centre. I have 30 day replacement guarantee but they not heeding to my problem. Seller : WS Retail.

                      I have went to the Motorola service centre on 23th September, 2015. They checked for two days and said the PCM is defective. I have mailed that to Flipkart today i.e., 26th September 2015 along with service note I obtained from Motorola service centre. They replied that they need time till 30th September, 2015. But what takes them time till 30th September. My replacement period will get finished soon. Its almost been a month. I have suffered mentally and even physically (travelling to the service for two days).

                        Order no: OD[protected] . I have made the order for Redmi 2 mobile phone from flipkart for which I had paid Rs 5999/- in advance. The product delivery date was supposed to deliver on 19th September. After watching that the product was not dispatched till 13th September, I called them on customer care number ( [protected] ) regarding why the product is not dispatched . And they have assured me that I will get the product on 19th September at my doorstep. 15th September : Again on 15th I found that the product was not dispatched so I cancelled the product from my online filpkart account, which during cancellation showed that “we are processing your cancellation request”. 16th September : Next morning on 16th I again called customer care and cancelled the product telephonically. But till afternoon the cancellation status was not shown on the web page . 16th September : So I called the customer care again they said that you product was not cancelled and they cancelled the product again, online status changed this time but next morning again the status was changed (cancellation status was gone), 17th September : Again I called customer care they again cancelled the product. 22th September : Then on 22nd September means today when I called customer care they are again telling that the cancellation request has been raised today, so they again cancelled the product. Mean while I have written several mails to them, stating about the consumer court but they are not at all bothered.                               I have purchased HTC Desire Mobile via Flipkart OD[protected].delivered to me but after two months its microphone was not working, Iwent to HTC service center, Kartar arced, near capital petrol pump, Bhopal .They denied to provide service as after checking it was wrong delivered by flipkart, Not through authorised dealer of HTC Invoice was from bengluru (karnataka), But dealer was not from karnataka, hence HTC service provider denied for free service Dt. of Visit 11-9-15 Than I call c c toll free no [protected] representative name Mr. Surya pande he Register my complaint NO[protected] & said it will resolved upto 15-9-15, 12 noon, Again I call on same no on 15th sept. at 16.40 representative was Mr. Satyawan he informed due dt. extended upto Dt. 19/9/15 12.30 PM Again I call on 19/9/15 on same toll free no now there was MR. deepak sharma he said due date again extended upto 21/9/15, but On same day I received a call from flipkart from no.[protected] & sail we are on your complaint it will resolve soon, on today 21/9/15 due dt. extended upto 22/9/15 at 18 pm.it was Mr. jatin sir it is request for youy to see my problem it's flipkart who delivered mobile, Make HTC COD basis, But now HTC is not serviced due to flip kart cheat, What is my fault only that I go through online shoping.                                   Dear All, This is the one of the Subscriber of Xiaomi handset. Please note, I have Purchased Xiaomi handset MI4 64 GB Rs 21, 999 on May 08, 2015. Since this handset was purchased I am facing lots of issues in it and these issues have been reported to the dealer (Flipkart) time to time. The issues which are facing are listed below for your prompt action. 1. As soon as I purchased aforesaid handset, very first problem which was faced by me and still facing is hitting problem i.e, while using the handset (phone) it is hitting upto 45 C . The particular problem has been reported various time to the (Incident:[protected], Incident:[protected], Incident:[protected] Flipkart but didn’t get any satisfactory resolution. The dealer/MI customer care officer keep saying that this is the normal temperature of the particular phone. 2. After 2 Months i.e in the month of July 2015 the new problem was occurred. i.e. suddenly the display of handset had gone. I was not able to see anything. For resolving this problem I went to the MI Customer care center which is located at Mumbai (Malad West). Again very bad experience of your customer care center. They have returned my handset after 20 -25 days by replacing the display. 3. Now i.e on September 20, 2015 again the display of the same handset has gone. 4. All the relevant documents are enclosed for your references. Please tell me if I have spent Rs 21, 999, on this handset then what should be the life of the handset? If in every next month I gets such issues then how should I use the phone? What is the use by spending this much amount over such type of Phone? Now I have strongly feeling that I have got the faulty mobile handset from the Flipkart which I want it to replace or I want my money back with interest. I purchase Micromax Canvass Express 2 mobile, I was very happy with the services delivered by Flipkart and make a mind to do lots of shoping through flipkart this festive season. But the quality which is delivered is not upto the mark. The battery back up of the mobile is worst. I need to charge the mobile in every 3-4 hours, Is this kind of product expected from Flipkart? I also registered my complaint through customer care number but the solution suggested by the flipkart operator is not upto the mark.                                         I have placed a Moto G3 (Order ID : OD[protected] on 16/09/15 (9.30 AM) and opted for one day delivery. But on 17th i called the customer care and informed it and they told they will be refunding the 90 rupees what they added extra to the amount for faster delivery and they told me to pay the 90 rupees and take the product. Once it delivered they will refund the 90 rupees. But after they delivered it on 18/09/15 (12.30PM)i paid the entire amount including 90 rupees now they are telling they will not refund the amount. Stating the promised date is 18th. It is a clear case for cheating. One day delivery means they should deliver it in 24 hours of time. atleast they should have delivered it on 17th evening.

                                        Spoke with the customer as he is saying that the wrong information has been shared to him that if the product doesn't get delivered in a same day we will provide that Rs 90/- in your Flipkart wallet so informed to customer that such things have been told we will add Rs 90/- to Flipkart wallet .
