    This is regarding refund for a product (Moto E-Smartphone) ordered(Order No. OD[protected] on Flipkart through e-gift vouchers on July, 23rd, 2015. Since the GIANT e-commerce website didn't deliver my product in time, I cancelled the order and till now I have not received the refund(in form of e-gift vouchers). On top of that the Customer Service of the e-retailer are not helping in this matter either, I have called them several times regarding the issue still they are just not being serious and are just toying with me. Everytime they come up with a new date for refund and the limits have been crossed now. I sincerely request to look into this matter and help me with further proceedings.         I have ordered a brand new MOTO X @nd Gen Mobile on aug 2 2015., with order id OD[protected]which costs me arounf 22000, when i received the phone on the 2nd day itself the phone is getting HEATED UP and forced me to talk to the loudspeaker as it is hot. i have been asking for a return or exchange they keep on dragging this issue., from past 4 days. but they are not showing me any solution. It appears by delaying tactics Flipkart wants to cross the 30 day replacement warranty period and at last reject my request. i vexed up with their behaviour, need a solution, so im complaining u. help me.           I have order a Lenovo K3 Note mobile on 5-Aug 2015 Order no OD[protected] . Expected delivery date was 11th Aug on date of booking. Further it changed to 14th Aug. On 11th Aug i received a message saying "Order has been cancelled". On website status was changed from "Out for delivery" to "Shipment Cancelled" and the time difference between those 2 were just 3 minutes(Out for delivery on 11:08 pm and Shipment Cancelled on 11:11 pm. Attached Image. Please look into the issue and take proper actions for the same. Flipkart has gained a huge image in these 2 years because of their quality products and delivery time but these kind of issues where products automatically gets cancelled should not come for such huge brand/company name. Thank You.

            Hi, My name is Rishabh and I am writing to you from New Delhi. I was surfing through on Flipkart this morning when I came across a very lucrative offer on iPhone 5S which was available for purchase @ Rs. 20K (which is not a bad deal at all). I reached my Credit Card as I have been anyway looking at buying this phone and thought it may be a part of a short term deal which I surely did not want to miss out on. Screen shot attached. But, it was only after clicking on the link that I realised, it was a misleading quote. The actual selling price was Rs. 35, 250 Screen shot attached. My question is - HOW CAN YOU OFFER TWO DIFFERENT PRICES FOR THE SAME COMMODITY? Isn't it misleading to the customers to display a significantly lower price on the face and an increased actual selling price later? Accordingly to me, its an unfair trade practice by Flipkart and I will make sure the shoppers around me and connected to me on various platforms know about it. THIS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AT ALL!!!

              Posted originally on Facebook where it was deleted by Flipkart: A PSA to all Flipkart customers, but particularly to those thinking of purchasing a smartphone: You should know that if you happen to be one of the unlucky ones to receive a malfunctioning, defective or sub-optimal smartphone, you will be asked to download an App called SmartChk on the device. After running SmartChk if they happen to detect no issues on their side, they will Reject the request. Even if the issue you're facing cannot even be detected by SmartChk in the first place [1], such as in my case an overheating CPU and GPU after moderate usage (using Facebook or the Browser for 25 minutes, approximately 25-60% of processing power). The SmartChk (and the MMI *#*#4636#*#*) can only detect Battery temperature. And when you try to submit proof of the issue by using other verified apps [3], you will be denied as Flipkart policy cannot accept third-party app information. Yesterday's callback from Flipkart's Techincal Team executive might have just been the worst Customer service I have ever experienced. I tried in vain to explain that the problem was that the CPU/GPU was heating up not the battery, how these are two are distinct issues and how the CPU/GPU can overheat without it affecting the battery temperature that much. (Expecially in the phone I received [2]). I also tried to explain how overheating will make the phone barely usable for browsing, playing 720p videos or mid-level games, etc. it will cause the phone to lag and hang frequently and consequently shorten the lifespan of the device. I might not have to run to the Service Centre right next month, but soon enough down the line I will end up with a device unfit to even make calls. I have faced the pains of an overheating phone two times in the past; I'm speaking from experience. The exec. was absolutely unreasonable and refused to listen or understand the issue, and even tried to pull wool over my eyes by wrongly telling me that System/CPU temperature and Battery temperature are the same. She told me that I will have to get Service Centre confirmation with regards to this issue if I want to proceed with a Return. (!) I suppose I had just been lucky in the past, and my time to experience an e-shopping Worst Case Scenario had to happen one day or another. I just never expected that it would come from Flipkart of all sites. And you want to know what the worst part is? None, absolutely none, of these "Flipkart policies" are mentioned on their Returns page. [4] No mention of a SmartChk diagnostics requirement for a return of a smartphone, no mention of a refusal to accept information from verified third-party apps, no mention of a requirement of a slip of confirmation of the malfunction from the service centre in case SmartChk doesn't detect an issue. NONE. You will be forced to abide to these hidden policies despite never having been informed of them at the time of purchase. I understand Flipkart might have taken these drastic policies due to exploitation of their Return policy by others, but then they should be transparent about them. Not hide them and then impose them on customers. I've seen complaints of Flipkart deleting posts critical about them. Let's see how long this one lasts. I placed another Return request and received an e-mail of once again telling me to install SmartChk -- Ridiculous. I still think Flipkart is one the best e-retail sites in India and have generally good customer service, however, they have really gone awry here. [1] http://xcalibertech.com/privacy-policy.html The SmartChk App does NOT collect CPU or GPU temperature data. [2] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iOjPRAoLV-w The construction of the Redmi Note 4G. Note the placement of the battery and the MB, CPU/GPU placement; typical of nearly all smartphones. Even an alarmingly overheating CPU/GPU will not raise battery temperature. Battery temperature is not a valid gauge of CPU/GPU temperature. [3] Measured CPU temperatures using three trusted Apps HWMonitor+, CPU-Z and Cpu Temperature all demonstrating heating after moderate browsing or App usage. I've already e-mailed a screenshot of HWMonitor+ to CS. [4] http://www.flipkart.com/s/help/cancellation-returns - Please at least update the page with the new policies. As of now, there's no transparency in your policies; it's highly misleading.

                I have ordered this book Data Structures and Algorithms Made Easy : Data Structure and Algorithmic and they have delivered the book in C language where as i wanted in java language and when i called customer care for this issue they are saying it can not be exchange but can be replaced don't know what is point of replacing if i am clearing saying that i want in java . they have titled other book with the language name but not in this which is very confusing. they promised a lot but when customer has problem want to heard they say it your problem then what kind of customer service it is only when flipkart has done the mistake we should bear with them and when customer has got it wrong flipkart says you have done mistake you bear with that. i was big fan of flipkart service but this post this order kind of response it has made my experience very bad and for sure i would let other know about this if there would have been the negative rating i would have given negative ... hope they are asking review for some means not just sake of the review . i think they introduce the negative feed back i have focerfully give rating 1

                    I had ordered a Lenovo k3 note-black in the flash sale on 5th August, 2015.the expected date of deleivery was 11th August.My previous phone got damaged and so I was without a phone so I requested flipkart to deleiver it to me at the earliest on August 7.They said that they have put my order on high priority basis and will try to deleiver it before the expected deleivery date.if that isn't possible flipkart would surely deleiver it by 11th August.i received a message and an email from flipkart that the product had been shipped on August 9 at 11:51 am and will be delivered by August 13.i was shocked and really annoyed on reading this so I called up flipkart customer care and asked them as to why was there a delay in spite of setting my order on priority basis.i know that flipkart does not provide any assurance that it will deleiver the product before the expected deleivery date.but my concern is at least give me the product on the expected deleivery date.one of your executives then told me that there was a mistake in the message and email sent to me and the product would surely be delivered to me by 11th August by 7pm.i still had doubts over it so I called up your customer care again on 10th August and asked them for the status of my order to which they said that I would be deleivered the product on August 11 by 7pm.on August 11 I receive a message from blue dart that the product will be deleivered on or after August 11, 2015 but I did not receive any deleivery confirmation message as to who will deleiver and at what time so I called up your customer care again(thank god it is toll free).then I was told that the product was delayed and apologies were made by your executives(what else can you do).i don't understand if my order was on priority basis then you were supposed to be helping me receive the product before the expected deleivery date or i[censored] can't help me then at least deleiver the product to me on the expected deleivery date.i had planned to go out of town on 11th August but cancelled my tickets just to receive this order.i was left red faced in the casual manner in which u took my so called priority order.right now my condition is that I am stuck up without a phone since a week.i suffered losses on my bookings and flipkart won't be providing me any concession to further enrage me.AMAZON is way better in this department.also, I was told that I would be given the reason for the delay by 14th August so u expect me to wait for another 3 days without a phone.i feel like cancelling my order but I don't have an option as the Lenovo k3 note is only available on flipkart.right now my condition is that my family is mad at me for cancelling the booking for a family holiday plus I am stuck up without a phone since a week. I request you (though I do not wish to) to look into this matter and get the product deleivered to me as soon as possible.also, it is your fault for such unethical delays and misconduct and wrong information provided by your customer care executives so you should be obliged to provide me some concession. PS: Do not provide misleading information as to the expected deleivery date of someone's order because when it is not received on that date it really enrages a person to no extent.                     So u think your job is done just by confirming that I received the order.what about the delay?what about the cancellations of my bookings?what about wrong information and assurance provided by your customer care executives? Let me guess u must be deeply sorry for the inconvenience that's it because u weren't in need of a buyer.i was in need of the product so it doesn't matter to u whether I even cancel my product cause u will easily get another buyer for it.
                    After saying all this your very casual reply is 'cust confirmed he has received the consignment.'HEIGHTS of taking powerless customers for granted.

                        Dear Concern, I have purchased a charger bank (Coni MI-NDY-02 AD 10400MAh) from flipkart on dated 13.07.2015 of Rs. 899/- order no. is OD[protected]. it is delivered on dated 23 July, 2015. It was the defective piece and I had requested for replace this product (Return id[protected]. It was replaced and delivered to me on dated 27 July, 2015. The charger bank which I have received second time, is again a defective product. It charges my mobile only 1% then its stopped working. However it is 10400mah which can charge 5-6 mobile atleast. I have requested him to replace my product or refund my money back but no any executive of Flipkart taking serious concern about it. I got a call from flipkart on the day i had given my complaint. That executive had committed me that he would get my money refunded but till now neither I have received my money back nor the product is being replaced. I have also requested them to change the make of product, I would pay the difference amount but flipkart representative has told me that he could not change the make of product but he would get my money refunded and after it I could buy the product again. After commitment of refunding money I have not received my money back. I salaried person and it is my hard earn money. I can not buy it again until I do not get my money back. You are requested kindly look into this matter and intervene. Kindly help me to get my money back. You are also requested to take appropriate action against this company. Please help... She could not even use it fully as she had to concentrate on Class XII exams. But as soon as the warranty expired, the battery started getting drained fast and the handset started getting excessively heated up. I showed it to the authorized service centre and they promptly checked and informed that repair cost would be Rs. 23000. The original price of purchase is Rs.26000. Now the handset is idle as repair cost is equivalent to the purchase price.

                              This is gross cheating on the part of Flipkart as they deliver substandard / defective products. Customers are losing faith in Flipkart and stop buying anything from them. Word of mouth is spreading fast and Flipkart is going to be out of business soon if they don’t act promptly to recall supply of defective / substandard products and replace them genuine products immediately.

                                The product that flipkart shows on the portal is completely different from actual that we get. How pathetic.Flipkart charging 700 rs for the product worth of 100. How disgusting. I order lingerie set woth of rs 650. The kind of product that we receive is no fit, no color, quality is pathetic. On the portal same product shows different. I want my money back asap. I sent an email but i did not get any response yet from them. I need the higher authority management to sort it out, otherwise i have to email Mr. Sachin about this pathetis service. Mr Sachin I hope you understand. This is a very small query for you or for me but money is money and reputation is reputation. I will never expected this from flipkart to a customer like me. I am also running a company.                                     I order a Redmi 2 Mobile Today morning and the order number is "OD[protected]". WWhen I placed the order it said it will be delivered within 3 working days and showed 13th Aug 2015. But when I see My Orders now it says 3rd September 2015. I called the Customer care and asked and they say it will take 23 days. Also, the pin code I have provided is of Bangalore, and the company warehouse is also here only. The Customer Care agent Deepak was rude and even his Team Leader Abhishek. Finally, when I said to cancel the order and refund my money, he said it will take 8 working days to refund. This has been a very bad experience with Flipkart. The support team was rude and did not even try to hear my problem.
