I recently purchased a cell phone online through flipkart (Model: samsung galaxy s3 neo) on 2nd june 2015 (Oder id: od[protected], that piece turned out to be a defective one & then i returned it on 22nd june 2015 and got a new one.
However after using this replaced new handset for a few days this again got hanged and has become not usable. I logged a second complaint with flipkart on 13th july 2015...

U guys have worst customer service ever..i ordered a bag n this stupid delivery comes at his own convenient times and when nt available goes back.these people have done it before also and then he returns thr order themselves.
