I got a faulty moto g 3rd generation mobile which have ordered[protected] from filpkart, from starting only it has started showing problem, when complained about it to flipkart they are not taking it seriously stating that you could have installed many apps and some crap where phone has only pre installed app, and there proper service center as well is not there, 1 is there called B2X, there service is also horrible, they don't have ph no as well to inquiry, daily i ll have to go 2 times personally, its has heating issue, sim slots have pin missing and software problem as well, after giving complain also 3 or 4 times Flipkart giving some dates and neither reverting back nor solving my problem.and now they are telling 30 days return policy is over, where as mistake is on their side.
