I bought a Vu TV of 42 inches on 19th of Aug through Flipkart online. On 9th Sep 2015 morning around 8 AM this TV got into Flames all of a sudden. I raised the compliant with Flipkart for refund or replacement of another TV. It took many calls for Flipkart management to approve the request. Finally I got a message that a replacement TV will be delivered today ie., on 12th Sep 2015 between 2 to 6 PM. But, TV was not delivered as per the committment provided by Flipkart personnel. When I reached the Floor Manager of Flipkart, he is not very clear about the delivery of the replacement TV instead, he wants time to investigate once again with his team. This behaviour from such a large online shopping company like Flipkart is totally unexpected. I am thoroughly disappointed with this nature from Flipkart. Customer had placed compliant the television all of a sudden there was a fire set out from the backside of this TV set. It started from the left side of the panel where there is no Power connection is available. Customer needs the resolution for the same.

    I had written a complaint against Flipkart for cheating me by delivering an used laptop for Rs. 46, 000 Order: OD[protected] Bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from Flipkart for 46, 000 rupees in June. They haven't resolved the problem yet. Unlike Amazon and Snapdeal, Flipkart cheats their customers. After cheating, they don't know how to resolve the issue. They don't know how to retain their customers. I find no traces of customer care in Flipkart. Flipkart said they will come and collect the laptop and make a refund with 8 days. What the hell is happening? They haven't turned up for the last 3 months. This will be the last complaint writing. Next I'm taking this issue to the court.     Already informed customer we can't provide cash while picking the shipment. After picking the shipment we can refund the amount. Mail sent to customer about the pickup and refund and closing the case.

      On 26 July 2015 I had order remi 2 (OD[protected] in which there was an offer of 100% cash back . On 3 sep 2015 I received an email from Flipkart stating that Thank you for purchase of Redmi 2. We're really happy to announce the winners of our 100% cashback offer. Just to confirm I had call Flipkart to confirmed asking for the details and they said me that congratulation you r the winner and very soon you will receive the cash back, so I waited for a week but still I dint get any reward When I complain they are saying that you are not the winner .now what should I do for there changed dicision

        Hi.

        I have bought a MOTO G (3rd generation) from Flipkart on 5 September, 2015 order number OD[protected] . I received damaged piece, one dot is available on the screen quit visible. I opted for a replacement request twice 1st time they disapproved and 2nd time the technical person tells me every time to go with troubleshooting steps. I have done all sorts of troubleshooting steps suggested by them but still its not solved.Now, I am asking for refund or replacement but they are not listening at all.

        This I feel is the biggest mistake of purchasing the product from flipkart..

          I have purchased alcatel onetouch flash with order number od[protected] and seller( ws retail) sent me three faulty piece one by one..In one mont and finally i demanded for refund...But they sent me 4th mobile which i thaugh good but nearby six month of purchase it has a major hardware issue..And company is unable to repair product in time.             Order no : OD[protected] order date 17 August, 2015 7:58 PM Amount Paid: Rs. 9890 through Cash on delivery Installation and demo will take place 1-2 days post delivery.Contact[protected] or[protected] in case of queries Item was delivered on 25th August 2015. No person was sent to install the TV. Got number of messages from Flip kart that the issue will be resolved . But nothing has happened. This i feel is the biggest mistake of purchasing a 21inches AOC TV on 17th August 2015. The TV was delivered on 25th August 2015 and it is not working . I have called Flipkart multiple times, written to flipkart multiple times on replacement or refund . And these people are just not listening. Every time the customer care executive like a parrot tells " very sorry of the inconvenience caused" but do not mean words they say. To day when I contacted on teh toll free number their customer care executive, disconnected the phone. Please don't buy things from Flipkart is the general advice to all.

              I purchased htc desire 626G plus which i purchased on 24/07/2015.. In August my screen started working badly.. I took to the service centre.. They said htc will not provide the warranty for online purchases.. I raised complaint on Flipkart customer care but they said to wait.. It's been 10 days and every time they call they ask me to wait patiently.. My order number is OD[protected] I feel cheated by Flipkart even after purchasing from Ws retail ..                 Hii.. I have bought a Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart on 8th of July 2015. I started facing problem after two days in the device as the touch stops working sometimes. I opted for a replacement request twice and the technical person tells me everytime to go with troubleshooting steps. I have done all sorts of troubleshooting steps sugested by them but still its not solved. This is the 3rd time I am launching the complain. How long will it take for athe replacement??                   Order ID - OD[protected] Product - Kelvinator KPP 242EBWT-FFB 235 L Double Door Refrigerator Order: Given for delivery post full payment on Cr. Card on 1st Sept 2015 at 3 pm. First and foremost, the order came with a different color composition and damaged on the top of the front door. Having pointed out was promised to change and the existing working double door Samsung 245 ltr fridge was taken away at discounted price as part of the deal. Post 4 days after calling and writing a replacement was sent again with handle missing and taken back by the e-kart delivery services with promise to get back within 24 hours. Post calling and registering a complain a mail sent for rectification by 11th Sept by 2 pm. Near to the time range another mail sent with extension of timeline in resolving by 12th Sept and on calling back stating that the order has been cancelled with no update. Appended mail from your official on the context for your perusal and necessary action.                     I ordered a item from flipkart on 15th August 2015 by order no OD[protected] for Rs 938/- . I recieved it on 22nd August . I was not happy with the quality as it was different from what was described in their website. FLipkart agreed for refund and picked it back on 24th August. From 25th of august they have been saying that they initiated a refund to my bank account. they keep asking me to wait 8 working days and today is almost the 17th day and still flipkart shows no signs of refunding the amount inspite of several calls and repeated emails. All they do is send replies that matter has been escalated and we are looking into it. no body from flipkart takes complaints seriously.

                      I had ordered a Nivia Tennis shoe on 31 July, which they took 12 days to deliver at my place. More over I started using that product after 3 -4 days, and with in sometime its sole broke down from all over. When I raised the complaint They refused to change as well refund the money back. For 15 odd days they kept on asking me same questions and there so called protocol answers just to harass me so that I would leave the complaint, but instead...

                      Flipkart sends damaged goods. poor service, no proper updates, late response, lack of coordination among their employees while providing customer service. wont refund the money on time. customer service team is afraid to provide their ceo email id to send feed back.

                        I ordered a JBL speaker from flipkart.com, first they were unable to deliver the product to me on the promised date. Then finally I went to there office to collect my product and they said you need to catch the delivery to get your product, so I did because I was waiting for my product for so long. Then I went home and opened the package I ordererd BLACK colour of speakers but I got WHITE. OK then I tried to turn it on it won't start even. I filled a request of replacement first it got approved and I got the delivery date as well, but now they say can't replace the product they can only refund it. Wastage of time, fake promises, non delivering services as promised.

                            I have not received the refund amount against order id_OD[protected] as almost one month has past and i am continuously following but not received any resolution.

                            Issue:

                            Issue is that, on 11th August 15, i ordered two red mi 2 prime cell phone, with different order ids ( OD[protected] & OD[protected]. Due to late delivery, i had to cancel both items.

                            Now i have received the amount Rs. 6999 of order id OD[protected], but order OD[protected] amount Rs. 6049 not received yet. On the online portal, it is showing that your item is out for delivery. But true is that i have cancelled the both items and not received any item.

                            I called the customer care for the refund amount many times but they are not able to solve the problem. Customer care staff is initiate the refund request every time and eventually request is cancelled.

                            I have complained the same 4 times but they did not provide any solution yet. Same has been escalated to senior team but they also do not response over escalated issue. As 22 days overed but there is no any progress on this issue.

                            Please look into the same and refund the amount.

                              I had ordered a Moto G (3rd Generation), Order ID - OD[protected], and received the same on 9-9-15. I found out that the power button was broken. I immediately proceeded for replacement. I was told that since the product is out of stock I will have to opt for refund. Now, I was told to courier it, instead of somebody coming from their side. Any way, I went and couriered it. Now I am not being repaid the courier charges. Instead I am being told that the courier amount has been added to my flipkart account as a promotional balance, stipulating me to again purchase something from them. This was my first purchase with flipkart which was a complete disappointment. I don't want to buy anything from them. I have wasted my time and been cheated of approx. Rs 900.

                                Bought a refrigerator on 30-Aug-15 from Flipkart, which got delivered on 05-Sep-15, I have called their customer care and requested for Demo and installation on same day or next day, after few minutes that guy shouted and told don't you understand us and balla...balla.. On 07-Sep-15 guy has come for demo and installation, he unpacked the consignment and inspected, we found that there are scratches on main door and side wall, we requested for replacement as there was defect, customer care guy informed that within 24 Hrs they will respond, no one responded, next day evening again I called them and asked the status, they informed that now they will register my complaint and will respond in 24 Hrs. 3rd day came no response, again I called them as usual they informed that they will register it and will revert back I asked to speak to the senior person, then they started informing that " you pack it like we packed and sent and courier it to us", I have asked as per flipkart you need to pick and replace it they were denying and showing that they are obelizing me for replacement of defective product, or asked me to use defective one. 6 days over but there is no response from their end, everytime I call them they use to tell they are registering the complaint and we will revert back within 24 Hrs. but no response. I have got harassed mentally a lot and wasted a lot of time also in chasing them. they should replace the defective product and compensate for mental harassment and time wastage for the same.

                                  I purchased ambrane powerbank 10 days before. But the charging usb cable was missing. I request flipkart to take back my product and exchange it with new one. But they reject my request. Then i use new usb charging cable but now powerbank was not charging. It is a faulty product. I request them mailed them about this also. Buy again they reject my request. Please resolve my issue.

                                    On 3rd September I ordered a Flip Cover of Moto G '2nd Generation' which was promised to be delivered on 9th September, However I received it on 8th September but what I received was Flip Cover for Moto G '1st Generation'. I immediately gave a message to flipkart that I have received the order and please list it as delivered so that I can raise a return request. Flipkart did nothing. I waited till 9th September and thought that today they will list the order as delivered, again they did nothing. I gave a similar message to them again from their app. They still did nothing. Then I posted that on their Facebook page and got some reply in comments from Flipkart. Then they called me up and said that within mins. The product will be visible as delivered. Today on 10th September still the product is shown as undelivered and I am not able to raise a return request. They just looted me and not at all giving me any update.
                                    I ordered Bunk Bed from Flipkart on 28th February ( Order ID - OD[protected] which was delivered late & then commissioning was late.
                                    The product was ordered in month of February & till date we have not been able to use it.
                                    What should I do with the same apart from it occupying my space. Neither they taking request for the return though the problem was reported on the same day of commissioning. The commissioning is not complete as parts are missing, planks are damaged.

                                    Why Flipkart is not able to resolve the problem & simply harassing me by sending delay mails every day?
                                    Whenever we are trying to contact them through phone or mail, standard reply comes we are look into the problem & shall get back to you. The dates are being extended simply.
                                    I am attaching all the mails & messages received from Flipkart for records which state that how they are harassing the customers by sending only standard mails/message rather than doing anything. I am left with no choice but to go to consumer court as I am cheated by supplying incomplete & damaged product & above that there is no response from FLIPKART

                                      Spoke to customer, he informed he had not cancelled the orders when he's trying to order by system auto generated the orders are getting cancelled due to which the order cancellation are high. He had his wallet balance of Rs.1,425.00/- and the order's got cancelled the amount is not credited back to his Flipkart wallet account. He at least need the wallet amount back and he want his account to be white listed. Assigned task to FRM.
