I have bought moto g 3rd gen from flipkart online shopping on 4th sep15. till date i am facing mentioned problem- 1) OVERHEATING 2)Display Line 3) hanging also several times i called customer care but they said your mobile is working fine through Smart-check online tracking. And rejected to REFUND. At last they asked for MOTOROLA service center Job Sheet for further Action. so i have attached service center(address given by customer care) job sheet as they told previously with mentioned problem. So i want to take REFUND money back because i have doubt on Flipkart, may be this time also provide defective mobile. product id: OD[protected] Please help me sir for REFUND.

    I've placed an order with flipkart for a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy J7). Order ID is OD[protected], on September 12th 2015. Committed date to deliver the product was 14th Sept. I was in wait for the same for a whole day since it was my moral responsibility to receive & to respect the order. Finally the order has been cancelled by them without my consent, at last, after putting lot of efforts I reached them over the Tel-con. But the call has disconnected repeatedly, keeping a poor response is not at all good for a business as well as regards ethics don't know. Would've been customer friendly, by giving a call to customer & confirmed, instead the value being improvised. Rather than giving repeated generic statements like robots, they should focus on customer satisfaction. Whatever we urge, pour & cry, at last I didn't see any mails, Tel-con asking the customer convinced, Only received the advice to go for placing the order for once more. What is the value for the time we dedicated for that eager towards the delivery of the product for a whole day. Only we get no-reply emails, no-reply messages to cellphone/emails, in which no one can respond & give feedback at all. Iam really frustrated by all these type of service. I went through about the logistic supplier through Google and surprised to have an view regards most of the complaints were on logistics part only. though the initiation has not taken there is no improvements' on logistic part at all. They might improve their name & fame by keeping an eye on this, at least they would've been opted for a reliable & customer friendly logistic supplier like Bluedart etc. are available in the market committed for customer service. They promptly ensures that the customer point of view & makes their work easier also Iam sorry, tried to attach email copy. but I didn't. Format is not getting uploaded Thanks & Regards PBSwamy

OD[protected] but that time i received Shine company LED, than i call customer care & inform issue they advise me kindly cancel this order & place new order again I place new same order D-LITE Company 12 wt LED Blubs ( Order no. OD[protected] but again I received wrong company LED Company name M+3 & on LED Blubs there is no company LOGO Flipkart service center not showing their concern with client This is the latest compline which I wrongly received, some was happened trice with me just want to take action against flipkart about their services.         My Flipkart Order ID is OD[protected]

        I have placed an order of "ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2" on 2nd sep & got delivery on 10 sep from "FLIPKART"
        Since 11 sep I m trying to replace my cell
        But due to FLIPKART'S weird replacement policy I couldn't even place my replacement order
        They are asking to install app for replacement by making a call after 1 day
        After installing the app, it ask for PIN
        for PIN you they are again asking for 2 day working time for calling again to provide PIN

        How can they take so much tume of customers
        .
        Totally 3rd class policy & waste o[censored]sers time
        .
        .
        Amazon is much better than flipkart
        They have refund me in 4 day & FLIPKART have not even accept my replacement order in 4 day
        .
        .
        I think After this hell procedure I think FLIPKART'S 1 month guarantee is going to elapse in following Such a lenghthy procedure

        Instaed of this they should have accept the product & check whether there is any fault or not (as per constomer have discribed) & repkace it only after theey are fully satisfied

        Till now my replacement order is not placed

        Please help me out from this

        i am also facing this type of problem. I tried returns request for my samsung galaxy J7, due to issue in hearing speaker during calls .flipkart service executive call me back and ask some fake app telling it is smart check app.god knows it works to detect the genuine problem.somebody please help me how to tackle this problem.my product is under 30 days replacment warrenty.

          Same thing has happened to me. They transferred my package to different locations in the same city several times, to the same places as if transportation wasn't organized at all.
          Its a worst thing to use flipkart, my order was received to nearest hub and then it is saying misrouted. what the hell Courier service is doing, what if this is an urgert order and we were expecting delivery on the expected date mentioned by Flipkart, but then it is misrouted . and delivery is not yet done. very disappointed with the Courier service.
          Flipkart is bringing a bad name to their customer satisfaction policy . Several instances have been reported like this . I am a victim of the same situation but Flipkart won't do anything about it . Did Flipkart resolved ur problem ??

          every time i order something it gets misrouted. There is no way to speak to a real person on their customer care number. they don't respond to customer care emails.

          Now I know why all CEOs and executives have been leaving this company.

          Indians should realize that indian businesses, very few excluded, are simply out to make money and are perfectly fine with screwing over customers in the process.

          Wake up and use amazon and start boycotting indian companies till the service improves.
          My order for macbook air was placed on 12th October. They confirmed me to deliver by 18th. On 18th I got a msg from flipkart that item would be delivered by 24th. On 23rd I again received a msg which said that the item would be delivered within next 3 days and wrote the apology that it was misrouted in the same city since 16th October. Now I doubt the authenticity of the item. Worst experience from any online shopping platform. I quit flipkart.

            I have ordered a LED TV on 16th August 2015, Order Id. being OD[protected]. I received the item on 18th August as informed. Installation was done on 20th August (So far so good). After the instillation I discovered that the product was a faulty one as the remote control was not working. I raised a request for replacement on 20th August... and then the saga of harassment started. I was promised that the replacement will happen on 23rd August (Sunday) by 6 pm. I cancelled my programs and waited, but nobody turned up. I called Flipkart at 7 pm to check what has happened and I was committed a new delivery timeline of 25th August (Tuesday) by 2 pm. So I had to take a leave from office on 25th expecting the item delivery. No body turned up again. I even thought of giving a wake-up call to Flipkart by 1 pm; and I got the information that Flipkart has failed to keep their promise again and I got a new delivery timeline of 26th August (Wednesday). Awesome... And Flipkart consistently failed this time too although I waited taking another leave (loss of pay) from office. So many phone call later I got the replaced item on 30th August (Return ID:[protected]. Key highlights of this episodes of events - One of the floor manager said me that the system used in Flipkart is erroneous as it is conveying wrong information (delivery timelines) to the customers. Great Job sir ... I really didn't know that. I was also promised a compensation, but Flipkart never bothered to call me or do even a bit for the compensation processing. Flipkart ran away after giving me 2 days loss of pay, hell lot of fake commitments and huge amount of psychological stress. This time also Flipkart amazed as the product appeared faulty again (HDMI Ports are not working). Bask to square one. I raised a return request on 3 days back (Return ID:[protected] and I was committed a delivery timeline of yesterday by 6 pm. And, maintaining their consistency, they failed this time too, after multiple confirmation calls from your the technical team of Flipkart and notification texts (which I have already been conveyed to be faulty). Applause Sir !!! And another loss of pay for me. Now Sir, please tell me what should I do ????? How should I rectify my blunder of purchasing the item from Flipkart ??? I haven't posted any kind of complaints against Flipkart so far because I have been a loyal customer, a satisfied customer, and because of the faith I used to have for Flipkart. I seriously urge you to go through all the calls I had with your Associates, Executives, Floor Managers, Compensation Team, Compliance Team, Technical Team, and whoever else, to understand if a single bit of whatever I said is crooked. May be again you are going to fail in resolving this, and land me up in another trouble but still requesting... Please Sir ... Please resolve this... bring an end to this.               I am a valuable customer of you. I am doing job in indian air force presently i am posted ambala. My registered mobile no is [protected] at ur flipkart.i ordered a led which i urgently need on 13 sep 15. Product was delivered to me on 9 sep 15 which was damged or may be used because of scratches and thermocol broken. Thats day onward i keep on doing complaint but no action taken at all. Flipkart is a world wide agency i think my complain is no use.i urgently need of that product but nobody cant understand your representative always give assurance but could not solve the problem that is very bad. This can be my last order. If there is some option to deliver my product by 16 sep i will be very thankfull to you. U take my case seriously. My money was blocked i have to give that product to someone gift..which is very urgent..try to understand my problem. Please please please deliver my product by tomorrow itself. Thankyou

                I have purchase in online 1 spice stellar mobile from flipkart on 20 / 08 / 15. But when i received the set it was in dead condition then they replaced me a new one on 08 / 09 / 15. In new set i found it has only 4gb internal memory. But as per this set's configuration it should be 8gb internal memory. Then i have submitted a complain to replace the same again. Now today their expert talk with me and trying to convince me that i am wrong and i am using smart phone first time in my life and atlast they send me a sms that they unapproved my replacement request. They don't send me a vat invoice also. That way this company cheating all consumer as well as govt. Also by not paying the tax.

                  I returned the product back to the Flipkart. I have the acknowledgment copy from the Flipkart courier. Flipkart customer support acknowledged that they received the product back to them and Flipkart agent promised me that he is initiating the refund. But till now I have not received the refund. I need my money back

I have booked a Asus Zenfone 2 ZE550ML from flipkart web site on 3rd of august 2015 and received it on 6th of august 2015. the phone which i have received was damaged the camara in the phone was not working. I have raised a quary the responded after a two weeks and my phone was taken for replacement on 02.09.2015 after a 15 days of contineous follow up. til today my amount was not received in to my account. they say the product was not reached there were house till today. as per courier information it reached long back. the are not giving proper information. i need to know when will be my money will be given back to my account. yours R karthik

                          Spoke to customer , he informed RVP not done from a month because of which he did not receive refund hence informed customer refund is processed and informed about TAT also pickup is arranged within 3-5 business days the pickup will be done.

                                Hi, I ordered the Lenovo tab from Fipkart I ordered it on 7th Sept 2015 and it was promised to be delivered on 9th Sept.It didnt get delivered on 9th saying shipment issue . Then again it was reshiped with new date saying product would reach by 12th Sept. Again i didnt get product on 12th Sept. Reason again the same shipment issue. Still I have not received the product.                                   I brought a mi4i mobile in flipkart, 2nd September i purchase and 3rd september i received the product.when i on the mobile its getting too much heat within 20 Minot i called to the flipkart customer care but they said it is not our fault 9days they didnt give any conclusion about my problem . then they said that go to the service center and prove it your mobile having technical problem and i prove it i have receipt from mi service center.but they said that thwy wont give my money they give only replacement same brand mobile.it is 13000/- i spend .i am a student this is very big amount for me . i want my money back not the replacement, flipkart customer care also said they refund my money but now thwy change there statement.many customer care executive talk with me they are said that they can help me but they wont, all flipkart staff change their statement after giving the mobile default prove, now what i will do my total 13000/- rs are wast they force me to use this brand mobile they know this mobile having so much problem.i am a student they wont understand they mentally harass me from the 2nd septemer to till now.

I am using the mobile just 10 days only a single line in centre of the screen and next day two lines and now half of the screen is grey color.                                         I ordered my mobile through flipkart n my order no is od[protected]
                                        I ordered on 1 sep and its 13 day. I am still not get my order
                                        I received shipping message, then i receive complaint resolved message

                                        But i am still waiting for my new phone. I did payment in advanced also.

                                        Tried calling customer but no response, wanted to inform due to postal code incorrect the shipment was RTO. Mail sent to customer hence closing the case.
