Respected sir we placed an order for trufit jacket vide your confirmation order no.OD[protected] .we made payment to your company through debit card.But delivery man also collected Rs.1478 from my illiterate mother fraudulently in my abscence.So it is requested that amount may be refunded soon otherwise legal action will be started for such a fraud.

    I have brought Mi 4i before one week and within a week i got problems like heating, hanging in normal conditions like taking snapshot playing videos, games etc., As per the configuration not effective. I raised return with flipkart but although it is a manufacturing defect the team is not ready to take return. Making fool with the customer.

      If Flipkart gets back to me. Dont apologise Dont say fake sorry. Flipkart forcing me to use my 1000 Rs. refund from WS Retail only. Forget about useless product seller WS Retail, i don't even want to buy anything from high priced Flipkart. I am a fan of amazon for there honesty and customer preference instead of seller preference. i want money credited to my account.

        As I bought the Lenovo K3 note phone through Flipkart by registering in Flipkart sale. (Order Number: OD[protected] for a week it worked well with minor operational problems like battery doesn't stay long as promised and some times speaker stops working and sometimes mic. I thought it might be due to network problem. but all of a sudden mic stopped working and no one can hear me when they call me or when I call them. I called the customer care of Flipkart and they promised to resolve the problem by 7th august 2015 evening 6.30 PM. On 7th august 2015 a person called to my number and asked me to update my mobile (which i already did). I said its been updated. then the person once again asked me to do "Factory data reset" to run and update the mobile set. if the problem is not resolved he will call me by 8th august 2015. I did as he asked and the phone still not working. Flipkart technical team didn't called me yet and when I call customer care ([protected] and [protected]) phone numbers no one is receiving my call. I feel like they don't have responsibility of the product after delivery. I like to the product to be replaced, if not possible its better to refunded and i return the product. also attached here for the request of return request sent by Flipkart.

        I am also facing exactly the same issue, Mic is not working and no one can here me on the calls,
        Looks like a defective product and Manufacturing defect in Microphone

        Lenovo Toll free no's printer on the Mobile box and in their website, does not work,
        There is no option on Lenevo website to raise a complaint for the products under warranty,
        Could not find Service center as well on Support.Lenovo.com
        looks like they want to avoid after sales support and made the support website non-user friendly, only listed the solution of few known software issues and no option to raise Hardware complains

        I need help to get my phone replaced
        I visited the Lenovo Service Center in Jaynagar Bangalore, They said CRM is down from last one month and repairing the phone will take more then 20 days.
        Getting the after sales support is very difficult, spending time & money to visit service centers multiple times
        I should get a replacement phone when it is a manufacturing defect..
        My mic also stopped working, gave it to service center today

          Hello, I bought the tablet (Notion Ink Cain 8 Tablet) on 8th July thinking like all other Windows devices this would also upgrade to Windows 10(free upgrade from MS). Day before yesterday, I recieved a popup that the upgrade is ready to be insatlled. I went ahead and upgraded the tablet. After the upgrade the tab has been framing like hell. You touch the screen and the keypad appears after 5-7 seconds. Sliding the screen to unlock the device even takes more than 10 seconds. Opening Chrome takes more than 6-7 minutes. Called Flipkart and the technical agent told me that the device cannot be upgraded to Windows 10(Seriously!). [I had the notification on the tablet itself that it can be.]. He also said that when you update the device it will become slow. " Slow is different and rendering the device unusable is different". What's the point in purchasing a device that cannot to updated?             Dear Sir I have received this defective phone from Flipkart on 29/7/2015 for which I paid RS.22000/- looking at the features and utility! The phone has the following problems : 1. The Phone discharges within 3 hours of full charge from the very first day o[censored]se! This was report immediately and a refund was applied on 30/7/2015 vide ur Return ID: 25625543 However this request was rejected by Flipkart team for reasons best known to them! We realized this only after 4 days and we raised a refund request once again.This time however Flipkart team has mentioned that they will send me a fresh phone which will not have any problems! I have had a conversation with Flipkart customer care executive and had informed him very clearly that i do not want the same model as i have read reviews of this phone and it appears that this is the most common problem with this phone! However the executive kept on insisting that this phone has no such problem and that the new phone that will be sent will have no such problem!He also started mentioning that you cannot get a refund as per Flipkart policies and that i will need to only take another phone [ of the same model] as replacement ! I see no point in wasting time and energy in doing a followup on a product that has an inherent failure and design problem! I am willing to buy another phone from Flipkart [ maybe a one plus one or one plus two ], as i don't want to waste my time and energy on doing a followup with Flipkart after having made a purchase of 22000/- Kindly note that my business is being hampered as i am not able to use the product for its intended use! I cant receive phone calls . emails etc ! I am expecting a complete refund from Flipkart as they are only using delaying tactics to sell me the same phone . If the new phone has such a problem and they unwilling to help, I can imagine what will be the response once the product is 6 months old!                             Sir, I'm Nitin Kumar, I had Order Lenovo A6000 Plus (Order ID-OD[protected] on 29/7/2015 from Flipkart and get the Delivery on 31/7/2015, After getting the phone, i found out the Touch is not working also the applications on the Device getting malfunction itself, I've got faulty product and want a replacement, then i request a return on flipkart on 4/8/2015 (Return Id[protected]also attached a Image file, I was informed that they call me on 5/8/2015 for the approval, but even a single call not received by me, then i called to their customer care person regarding the replacement but he clearly say's their was no information about my return, this is rediculous from the flipkart, i also give their my order no. and they told me the same, now this is really a rude service i've got from the flipkart, then the person told me that we requested your return and you will get a call from us for the final approval on 7/8/2015 at 12:00p.m., but as same as previous i didn't receive a single call from their side, I'm in a fix now. And Today i've received an email regarding the request of return disapproved by the seller, then i made another call to their customer care person and told to get me touch with your Senior Person, the Senior made another return request (Return Id[protected] & assured me they will call me today or tomorrow for the final approval, now i've lost my mind & waiting for their reply, it's been 4 day's and my issue is not solved yet. I'm very disappointed with the flipkart service and with the seller's rejection, I've paid 7499rps and not get the Working Device yet. I want a replacement or my money back.                               I 've ordered K3 note via Flipkart on 29th Jul and till now I haven't received my order. This is not the 1st time that I am ordering from Flipkart, however this time I am really dissapointed with the delay in service. On 5th I got the tracking status that it has reached Bhiwandi Sort Facility (Mumbai), and then on 6th there were no activity on tracking status as if they all slept that day, now on 7th Aug its the same status.                                     Dear Sir/Madam, I have purchased Moto G2 mobile from flipkart with order ID - OD[protected] I found later that there is a white spot of thumb size at the lower right corner which can be seen only in white screen after removing the logo screen guard. I have requested for return. Next day, I got call from Flipkart and they rejected the requesting by providing a solution (to download and check with software app- dead pixel defect and fix) before even resolving the issue. Immediately I opened another request. Next day I got the call. I informed that I tried the solution and issue is not resolved. It may be a hardware issue. They told me that He will arranged another call and will get call next day. I tried calling[protected] or[protected] for two days, no body picked or responded my call. Today, I received an SMS saying They tried to contact me but could not reach. I call back them, no response. Clearly, they are cheating me, trying to delay the service of 30 days return policy. Also, looks like they don't have Moto G2 stock as Moto G3 rolled out. I purchased recently. Please help me in resolving this issue and kindly investigate as well as take necessary action for this fraud to customer.
