Today 1 month of my registered complaint is completed but i dont get any resolution . when i call them they just esclated to my issue to the concerned team they are acting like this more than a month...now Enough Is Enough they have to give me my replacement or refund

And the set has been delivered to me Within few days o[censored]sage, once I charge the Phone, the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call.           I ordered karbonn mach one from flipkart which turned out to be a big headache right from the point of delivery till I got d product and thereafter... First negative experience at courier end as he refused to give delivery till doorstep and asked to collect phone...After I got delivery found issue with my phone as its not detecting any sim card in either of the two slots.Tried using 5 different sim cards but no success.. phone was gifted to someone and due to above created a very bad impression.Moreover after registering complaint for replacement got no courtesy call neither any update on complaint yet from flipkart...I never expected such kind of service from flipkart..very bad..never buy anything from flipkart

            Flipkart is again causing problems. I ordered MotoG3 on 29th July and gave asked them to ship it to my office address. But I get a call (after the promised delivery date) that the product won't be delivered as the pin code and address don't match! I was shocked because when I checked again, the address was correct. However I cancelled the order and placed it again on 31st July, this time giving my home address where I have received many products before. Again now they are saying that the product won't be delivered due to address and pincode mismatch! I don't know what to do now!

              I purchased xiaomi mi 4i on 16th may 2015 from flipkart.
              My order id is OD[protected] . At first i had issues with camera then touch screen didn't responds and also it's screen got cracked inspite of having tempered screen protector.
              I hope flipkart will look into the problem and help me to solve it...

                Order ID OD[protected] I ordered a mobile cover from Flipkart on 22 july 2015 which was approved on 23 July 2015 and the delivery date was 30 July. They didn't deliver the shipment on time nor they gave me any information regarding the dispatchment. When I called them for the information they said that I have to cancel my order because their was an error and I won't be receiving my order. They had 7 days after approval but none of them bothered to tell me the issue and it was only when I called, I got the information otherwise there was no information from their side. They wasted my 7 days .

                  I purchased a moto E phone from flipkart on 5th August 2014.

                  I am facing problem with the device from the last few months. The problem is when I plug in the headphone, the song itself pauses and thus I cannot listen to music using headphones.

                    I placed order No. OD[protected] on June 10. The product (fan) delivered was badly damaged. I requested replacement, however my request was changed to refund. Till then I have repeatedly requested them to refund the money. But every time I write, I get same mail that your case has been escalated to concerned team. Then customer support informed that they can't add refund to my Flipkart account, but only to bank account, which I don't have. Not they are neither providing me replacement not refund. Regards.                       I had ordered 2 Strontium 16gb Pendrive when i recieved it and paid for the two according to the bill and opened the package i found only one . Till now this problem is not solved by even giving me the assurance that it is there mistake and will send me then remaining pendrive piece.

                        i buyed Lenovo K3 note mobile through flipkart online site on 15-07-15 . my phone produceing very over heat when calling on, wathing videos and playing videos. i complainted flipkart about my phone heating issuse but flipkart not accept to replacement my mobile. I am very disappointed that the phone( Lenovo K3 Note) gets heated while calling. the phone is heated up always in the upper portion near the front camera and mic(Very Very Heating )

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I had ordered for one MotoG (3rd Gen) mobile phone on 29th July'15. I received the delivery today, i.e.31/7/15. On opening the package, to my surprise, I found the mobile phone missing from the box. Rest of the accessories including the booklets were intact. The Flipkarts outer carton was seal packed. But the original box inside the outer carton was open. I immediately called up Customer Service on[protected] and lodged a complaint. This tampering with the packaging has really shaken me up and I wonder how safe and reliable online shopping is? Consumers can be really taken for a ride with these type of thefts happening. Hence, request you to look into the matter and send me a replacement at the earliest.

                          Resolution: Spoke to customer he told the outer box was sealed and the inner box was not packed only he found the accessories but the phone was not available. Apologized for inconvenience caused and told him already the replacement is shipped and will be delivered on or before promise date closing the case.

                            My order No. OD[protected]. I have just received a alert that there will be a delay in delivery for the Lenovo K3 Note. It was supposed to be delivered 0n 31/07/15 but now it seems the delivery would be made on 6/08/15. I need to travel and was hoping I would get it by 1st of August. Since it is a COD I need to be home to pay and take delivery. Please request to send it atleat by 2nd of August 2015.

                              I have odered a headphone from flipkart on 7/7/2015 & the product was delivered on 10/7/2015 but within 7 days the product stopped working. When i visited the site of flipkart to return the product there is option for returning of the product. The product cost 180/- & was a samsung headphone which I think is a duplicate product. I want5 refund from flipkart & compensation for delivering me the defective product. I want a new new & original headphone & my money back.

                                I placed an oder (Order No: OD[protected] on 29th July for Lenovo K3 Note, Black. It is supposed to deliver on next day but they have given 3rd Aug as expected Delivery Date. All of a sudden they changed the expected delivery date as 6th Aug. 6th Aug is an expectation. Lenovo guys loosing their reputation due to inefficiency of Flipkart / WS Retail. Flipkart customer care executives also careless to talk to customers and simply advising to cancel the order. worst experience with flipkart.

                                  Customer informed that he cancelled the order and got the refund after speaking to the senior, and he told he's charged with EMI charges from his bank which is charges to him and he will speak to bank to remove the charges . If the bank is not removing the charges he will come back to flipkart that flipkart has to pay, informed customer that if bank is charging any charges for which flipkart is not responsible and he told he will go to consumer court told him no comments for that. However apologized for the inconvenience caused and closing the case.

                                      reference my order no. OD[protected] dtd. 04/07/2015, they have cancelled my order stating that there is delay from their seller, and till date they are refunding my money. in addition to this, they have requested me to place order again, i had choosen to pay through COD method, now this time to my surprise, the product is different from which i have ordered. i.e NOVA NHC-2009 instead of (NOVA NHS-800/00 with pouch, OIl & cream)
