This is about the online order no. OD[protected]. The said order was delivered on 29.06.2015 and juicer mixer grinder was found to be defective. The replacement was accepted and I was informed that replacement will be delivered by 07.07.2015. however on not receiving the replacement on the said date, i called the customer care and was told that my grievance will be addressed by 10.07.2015. In between i received calls from mobile no....

my orders are not delivering by the mentioned time.i do want to take serious actions against this. Since my sister's b'day is on 12th july, and by 11th july i have been assured that my order will be delivered. but now it is shown there is delay because of some logistic problem. my order no is OD[protected] Items) and order details are : 8 July, 2015 12:24 PM, amounting Rs. 26068 through Cash on delivery....

i ordered lenovo k3 note on 8 july and opted for one day delivery as i lost my old phone and required the new phone urgently and paid extra for that. order id OD[protected]. now 2 days are over and still no delivery. contacted customer care twice and they assured the case will be resolved by... .and have already missed 2 deadlines. wondering why brand like lenovo chose flipkart as only distributor....
