Worst delivery from Delhivery.com. From Bangalore to Hubli it took 4 Days and still Counting. I had expected Ekart logistics would deliver my phone, instead they sent it with the one of the worst available services. Sorry in next purchase if the shipment is shipped through Delhivery, then I'll immediately cancel the order.

      I have ordered for Lenovo K3 Note (OD[protected] through registered sale on 29th July 2015 and the expected date of delivery was 3 Aug 2015. Since I didn't receive on the fore said date and the Tracking information was same from 1st August 2015 I called the customer care on 4th August 2015 for knowing the status of the order. He updated that the customer support team will be updating me by 6 Aug 2015 4.00 pm. On 6 August 4.01 pm I received a mail from flipkart CST saying that "We are continuing to look into your issue on priority. We reassure you that we will resolve your problem by 06 Aug, 4:00 PM.". And I didn't receive any intimation. I am not sure what they mean by assurance. I called the customer care and they intimated that they have rescheduled the time and they will call on 7Aug 2015. I also received a mail saying 'We apologise for taking longer than expected to resolve your issue. We request you to provide us time till 07 Aug, 4:30 PM to get back to you.'. This product was ordered to be given as a gift, which is already spoiled. I have few questions to FK 1. What is the use of having a Registered sale? Instead I could have got it from amazon.com (not India). 2. Is this the customer service provided by flipkart? 3. How will we trust it again?

      Tried reaching cust, no response, mail sent req for alt no.
      Today I received a mail saying that they 'can not contact me and asking for my updated number / mail id' @ 11.37 AM, for which I responded "I am available now plz call me" @ 11.48AM (screen shot attached). Till now (5.20 PM) there is no response from the FlipKart team and now once again they started the Tracking from Bangalore (screen shot attached).

      Once after this Flipkart customer care called me @1.06 pm on 8th Aug 2015. And updated that the pin code which I entered was wrong (The funny thing is that the same flipkart has delivered products to me with this same pincode earlier. :-).), so they can't deliver the product, and they told me either to go for cancellation / order a new product. I don't want to go with flipkart any more so I just asked them to cancel my order, and the amount will be refunded with in 8 working days (who cares it is our money any how not flipkarts). I just deactivated my account from flipkart.

        My name is raja k and i have bought a lenovo a7000 mobile from flipkart. My order id is od[protected] and the imei / serial no. [protected]. The problem of my phone is, whenever i am trying to shoot image / video blackened display is coming. More than 15 times it occured. I was shocked. I just felt it may be critical issue. Because whenevr trying to shoot the image / video blackened screen only coming. I have to restart the mobile. Kindly, sell defect - free products. We are ready to buy online products. Why you are giving 30 days product return warranty period. Do not violate warranty term anytime. Actually, you people never hear what we are telling. Actually, we never ask 30 days product return warranty. But we want to buy defect - free products only. Call centre peoples not ready to hear our problem. I am So vexed because i have bought defected product. No one is ready to return the good conditioned product. It is defected so marked for return within the 30 days return product warranty. Your people just rejected my return request without any proper reason. This behaviour is called warranty statement violated without prior any reason. I never asked refund money for defected product.           On Aug/1st - ordered a Micromax 49 inch. UHD - TV. When I got the TV on 4th - did spend lot of time - checking out various features as mentioned on the product page.

          1. Quality of the TV: Not really a 4k TV. Poor video quality. Not even proper 1080i/p with a decent Hz.
          2. Takes more than 30 Sec to start. Very slow. Slower than the RAM specs given.
          3. Crappy remote
          4. No Dolby Tru Sound or DTS Codec support
          5. The Google play services keep crashing - poor UI

          When I called Flipkart and asked them so take it back (I offered to buy another TV - like a Samsung or LG) - the declined saying that "there is only REPLACEMENT" guarantee - and that they can't take it back and refund money!!

          They are saying that you only read about the TV on the site and bought it. It's your fault. We can't take it back.

          Please help me by making Flipkart take the TV back and refund my money.

            I had ordered a Phone of the specifications Xiaomi Mi4i from Flipkart ORDER NO-OD[protected]. The phone was delivered to me on 31 July 2015. On opening the phone it was not in working conditions. 1) It took 15-20 mins to switch on and switch off 2) Even the sim is also not working in this phone. 3) After communicating with the flipkart customer care and following their Technical team guidlines the phone wouldnt work. I want a complete replacement of the set along with original document as the Flipkart team has recieved the entire amount at same time the phone was deliverd. I have been following up with the Flipkart's customer care but i have not received a great response from their end.Their isnt a single person of contact to handle the issues and auto generated mails have been sent in reply to every mail and there is a 24 Hour phone call response to each and every mail.

                  I had purchased an xiaomi mi4i mobile phone from www.flipkart.com . The payment was made online. I tried calling them regarding the irresponsive touch of the mobile phone within a month's time and they told me that the server was down, so nobody could help me. Now finally when i got through their customer care they tell me that its been more than a month now and so they cant get the phone replaced. I have been asked to go to a service center, but since i had made a complaint within the defined period.The phone is supposed to be replaced since it is faulty. But they are not accepting it. I paid a sum of Rs.14000 approx to buy this gadget and they are not getting it replaced even when it is not working properly. i need a new replaced phone that works properly as i paid for it.

                    My order number is OD[protected] I have placed order for Lenovo K3 Note on 5th August. Till today the product still on processing status. This is pathetic service from Flipkart. I don't understand, if the stock is not available then how can you hold flash sales and take bookings. They are having another flash sale on 10th. I wonder when the people will get mobiles in their hand. Anyways, I am hoping to get my delivery soon. This will be my last order from Flipkart. It really and they don't even send a remainder on email and no call back to customer number

                    Spoke to customer, he informed the phone is in approved status and after that there is no update and want the shipment should be delivered to him as per the promise date. Informed customer the product will be delivered to him as per the promise date, however customer wanted a e-mail confirmation regarding the same. Mail sent to customer.

                        If this product is not received by today end of day, then i'll cancel this order. . . I'm very much disappointment with flipkart this time as i'm always prefer purchases because the products are delivered on time. This time earkt handed over my order to some jackass gojavas courier services who failed to update me about any details related to my order. . . The website also updates after 48hrs, thus cannot even track the order. . . Gojavas, didn't inform me anything via email / sms about the status of my order. . . Which is unacceptable.

Im not accepting any excuses and im not going to pay a single penny for that. . . Ill also make sure this review reaches out to every single member of flipkart via all the portals available related to fraud cases. Im also going to highlight this to all the social media sites. . Please bear with me and tolerate the consequences for being such an fake provider.

                        Finally received the parcel on 6th morning and the blunder continues to happen. . . The size mentioned in the charts has been wrong. . . And the product size ordered was l and it is too short for the mentioned size l. I've never been so frustrated in my life any product or order delivery. . . So messed up. . . Now i have to return this product and get a refund. . . As the xxl sizes are out of stock. . . Extreme pain and mental torture buying this product and especially with flipkart this time. . . Not at all happy complete disappointment.
                        The product specification says it is polyester blend. . . But the product i have received says 100% polyester. . . Incorrect information updated by flipkart, size chart not accurate.
                        Product quality also looks very simple and light weighted. . . Doesn't look like its worth paying rs. 779 / -
                        I've lost faith from flipkart. . . I would prefer purchasing from amazon. In / ebay. In / shopclues.com / snapdeal.com as atleast it sends the same product which has been ordered and 10000% genuine as mentioned in the specifications of the products.
                        I would have rated in negative for this product. . . But the least rating is of 1 star. . .

                            I puchased redmi2 from filipcart and got deliverd my od no[protected] i connected the phone i found it is not working properly i contacted flipkart they said their expert will conact me affter making 100 of calls the expert told me to update the device i did that also still the issue is not resolved affter fed days i called again this time they told me tostay on the line i stayed on the line 10 minuts that call cost me 25 rs then they told me their expert will call me next day at 6 30 pm i stayed at the phone up to 7 oclock i didn get the call and also they told me to download and instal the flipkart app that also i did still i waiting all i want is resolve the issue or take back the phone i purchased the phone for my urgent use if it is not not serve that purpose then what is the use i feed up with calling and tyeping email i spent money not for get harrassed

                              I brought a Asus motherboard on 20 sept 2012 model p8h61.Due to display problem I went to Asus service center and they told its out of warranty.when I showed flipkart invoice, they told our 3 years warranty policy starts from MFG and not from any flipkart invoice.I saw the box its written MFG month oct11.So if everyone have there own system warranty policy then to whom will I file complaint.

                                    This is in regards with Flipkart order # OD[protected] [Incident:[protected]], Like to bring into your notice that i had purchased micromax canvax XL A119 from flipkart in march 2015, and after three months the device and when i went to the service center for the repair and found its a year and half device which is already used and sold to be through flipkart as brand new and when contacted to flipkart for replacement they are saying to take refund and will not replace the device great fraud company i have the email thread of the communication have been fighting with them for almost a month and above.

                                      Address: Patna, Bihar

                                      I had ordered a 4GB Sandisk memory card from Flipkart.com on 23rd July 2015. The address to be delivered was Patna with all the clear minute details. After 13 days of order, I am getting a message that the product was returned. No justification was given for the same. It is an awful and unacceptable service from Flipkart. Atleast they should have notofoed it in advance if they cannot deliver the product to my home.

                                        I'm very disappointed after getting my product, order by my friend vide order no. OD[protected], [protected]@gmail.com. From your side I assist/ replaced it twice but still same issue in network. None of application run by my 2G sim. Some more issues is already discribed to customer care many times and now I'm tired off to say it again and again. Since 1st aug no response from your customer care also. So now I'm not continue with this product. Do some needful.

                                        Spoke to customer and apologized for the inconvenience and informed him that a scheduled call back is already arranged from the technical team tomorrow. Customer agreed to wait & he has also downloaded smart-check app. So closing the case.
