I had a VERY BAD experience: a product with missing Items was sent, and only because I called them two days late, the customer care had an excuse that it is beyond 10 day replacement guarantee and they cannot help. It was a gift so I did not open it before giving it. I have been their customer for years now, and they have no value/respect for their customers. The customer service is also hopeless. I am sorry, but will NEVER shop again on flipkart. The cost of the missing jar is about 25% (Rs. 900 approximately) of the total product cost. The details of the order are: Order ID: OD[protected] Item) Seller: MABASKETINDIA Order Date: 14 August, 2015 9:16 AM Amount Paid: Rs. 3700 I would be happy if this issue is resolved atleast through the consumer complaint forum.

Spoke with the customer as she is saying that she had ordered for a mixer grinder one of the jar is missing from that grinder. So informed to customer that post 10 days we would not be able to do anything still we will check with the seller. So called to seller as informed him the same seller said he can replace the product but informed to him that its not showing in stock seller said he is having the product he will list it soon . So on checking we found that the product has been listed so created a return for replace and expect.

    I have purchased a maxi dress from flipkart od order id od[protected] of amount 1281 on home delivery on address- 428/6, gali no 5, parmanand ka hatha, Nandanpura, Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh, India Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh - 284003 but due to bad quality and poor fitting i have returned it on 30/07/15. i has been almost one month but money has not been refunded till now. flipkart has provided worst services in all aspect. i want my money refunded as soon as possible, , , or it take severe actions against flipkart. do the needful and contact me on [protected]@gmail.com im attaching the return slip of the product.

      Dear Sir/Mam, why we people are doing on line shopping, because we want to save our time. ok k let it be. my problem is this is second time i am receiving faulty product second time and again with display issue. this thing wasting my time, because every time i have to perform software update and application installation this waist my data pack and it cost lot. if this thing you wanna do again and again with the customer then i need to say that i never ever refer www.flipkart.com to any body. For me i will never buy any gadgets from FLIPKART. i hope you resolve my issue and this time you sends me product without any fault, but this is for sure i never buy any product from flipkart.com. you cheated your customer, which is not good enough. even you people are not displaying your contact details on your website.so that anyone can call. i find your helpline no from google. sir for me time=money and you people are wasting both.

        An order for a pair of shoes was placed on 15.08.2015 in Flipkart. Com, an online shopping store with order no OD[protected]. The payment for the order is already made and the expected delivery date for the order was 27.08.2015. But till date order has not been delivered at mailing address. I have made several contact a with the customer support team of Flipkart. Com both by email and telecommunications, it seems my complaints are not given proper attention to resulting in non delivery of the product purchased. Kindly note the I have been following up the matter from 25.08.2015, but every time a standard reply is being send asking for more time to resolve the issue.           Even at the service centre they refused to repair my tablet. its lying damaged with me from last 8 months. i have tried getting it repaired in Indore, Jaipur, Ahmedabad, Udaipur and several other cities. Service center people say that this tablet is not repairable you will have to buy a new one.

            I ordered Lenovo k3 note and it is highly radiation device and i having health issue . I talked to Flipkart executive and they told me to pick up a call from the Flipkart technician and the worst part was the technician team was very disgusting and irritating . She told me that you don't buy health insurance policy from flipkart ..What the heck she understand about the customer and did not know anything about the online services. Every electronic gadgets is first tested and the seal is placed QC passed..Online services provide safety protection to the customer.. I fed up with flipkart services and technician team I want my money back. And the last thing I mention about the smart-check app they think the customers are fool or don't know anything Why should i download this app even it is not verified by Google play store. You can make this type of app I can also make it this app there is no big deal.. It is fake app kindly see through it. they are cheating the innocent customers the Customer executive which do not understand anything disconnected my phone call thrice. They did not gave me safety protection right

              Inspite of placing the order on 17 august 2015 and the expected date of delivery being 31st august, the tracking status shows no progress after packaging of item which was also ten days back...there is no information about shipping and dispatch and none of the customer care people are aware of anything definitive... horrible service and would never want to book again in flipkart ..would never recommend it also to others.

                Bought Swipe Elite on 26-Aug-15 from Flipkart and used for an hour & was not satisfied. So generated return request. Got a call from executive who insisted me to follow the factory reset and use device. Followed instructions and used for 5-6 hrs. After using came to know the following: Device has got heating issue near camera. When using camera or watching even 2-3 mins video handset heats near camera. Laggy software: smart gestures processing is disappointing and very laggy. Heats while you are on calls. When you are on call & switch to speaker mode - you speak a word and a pathetic sound starts (chi, chi, chi...)& you wont be able to listen otherside on speaker. Camera : both front and back camera not even 2 mp and I can challange on this quality issue. While using 3g net the battary backup is very low and drains within 4-5 hrs. In all I can say handset heating nr camera, low camera quality, low battary backup & speaker while on call is hardware issue. And laggy smart features & UI is software issue.

                  I placed my order on Flipcart on 20th August 2015, but my delivery was displayed as 19th September 2015. Is this a Good service or Third class service. Does this service will welcome abroad? These multinational cheated with Indian citizens. Same order was placed by my friend, he received his product on in 10 working days time. Shame on you flipcart, i[censored] r unable to give better service in India, Then QUIT INDIA.q

                    I brought HTC desire 826 on 15.05.2015 thru flipkart ..the phone cost me around Rs 26000(including 1800rs tax)..now from past one month it touch is geting unresponsive day by day. i contacted HTC and they said that they vill not cover the phone in warranty as it was not brought thru authorised seller of HTC. in this connection it is worth mentioning that i brought the phone thru flipkart and i never knew that from which seller i am going to have phone.i contacted flipkart and they gv me repeated assurances but no help was given by them too. they are delaying or denying purposely, i dont know??? plz guide me wht can i do..i brought this phone out of my sweat and blood..plz help

                      Dear Sir, My order OD[protected] Unfortunately I ordered for a 42 inch LED smart TV and the below is the snapshot of the same.(unfortunate because this is 2nd time I am facing the problem, initially with Samsung galaxy mobile this is 2nd time with TV) I received the item on 19th and the same day the installation person/engineer came and installed the TV and gave demo. But unfortunately it got both audio and video problem with the TV. So we raised a complaint and also communicated to customer care through phone and we were told by 24 hrs. Service engineer will visit and he will confirm the same. The service engineer came on 24th (i.e. 4 days after complaint, this is how customer treated).the service engineer checked the TV and confirmed the problem with the TV only. Then again service engineer and we our self also raised the complaint and we made repeatedly called customer care many times with the complaint. But every time same drama we will attend it in 24 hrs. (the standard story).Again 27th I talked to customer care up to some senior level about 1:15 hrs. Customer care executive taking the phone and after listening the problem forwarding to their senior level it went on some time. After more than an hour one of your senior executive told me that the problem will be attended by 24 hrs. Today it is 31st that means already 4 days gone. Don’t you think silly in telling the same 24 hrs tory for all the time? Don’t you shame on yourself. Its minimum common-sense. It’s disgusting to have people like you in the market with this reputation. This is my second time worst experience with flip kart. What the hell your problem in attending customer problem that to after taking all the money. You received the money on that day when I placed the order, then what the hell with this delay, first of all in the beginning you sent defective TV on top of that no replacement. When I asked for money refund, I was told as per our policy only replacement, where the policy come from it was defined by you only. When refund is not there you should sent perfect item. You are harassing customers like anything with this kind of delay …..For getting in touch with customer care and explaining the problem it’s horrible…we have to wait in line for long time and after that also everyone says OK it will be attended in 24Hrs. Dear gentle man…If possible please refund my money…I am very glad to that…When you could not replace what the point in holding it like that…please refund my money…. Think at least once at customer point of view, paid money for TV on 15th and received defective TV and every day told 24 hrs replacement. When that 24 Hrs will come… Its my humble request please …please refund money I don’t need any replacement….At least please consider this time for refund…

                            I've recently bought the Asus Zenphone 5 and it's with immense disappointment and displeasure that I am writing to you that the phone is not worth the 10k I've spend on it. The charge drains so fast that I had to charge the phone frequently. The phone gets 'hung' often. There were occasions where I couldn't even switch of the phone. It's been 2 months since I bought the phone. I've one year warranty for the phone. Is replacement of the phone an available option?

                                A set of clothing was ordered of purple color and dispatched was red. Any ways gave the product to an acquaintance. Shortly same purple product was ordered the vendor played the same fowl game and parceled maroon. And on top of this the product doesn't have an option to return.                                   My Order ID is OD[protected]. I ordered mobile on 14th Aug 2015. It was promised to deliver by 9th Sep 2015. Product (Mobile) packed on 26th Aug and dispatched by courier on 27th. Now on 29th Aug I got mail that my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. Immediately, I Called to Customer Care, he said I have cancelled this order and he was rigid on it for 20 minutes on call. When I asked to talk with some one senior then kept me on hold and then said your order has been cancelled by our courier partner. I'm going to consumer court with the audio of more than half n hour with the customer care executive. I want the compensation of it to keep my money for so long and cancelling my order without informing to me and without my consent.

                                    I have purchased lenovo k3 note on[protected]invoice no- blr_wfld[protected]) and got the order on 2 aug but after a week it started hanging too much and charger also stopped working. For this i reported the problem and i aas asked for some troubleshooting process to replace the order. But they refused my replacement request and said that device is perfect and said that if i face the same problem then i can call later. But now i am calling since 5 days daily and every time they give me the assurity that they will call me within 24 hours but i didn't any callback yet. i want quick replacement. Kindly help me.

                                      Hello, I placed an order (Order Id no-OD[protected] on 26th Aug, 2015 for Miraan Cotton Printed Salwar Suit Dupatta Material(Unstitched) & paid amount Rs. 639 through credit card.Today after noon I received the order product with Invoice pasted outside.As per the invoice the product is the same which i have ordered & paid for but inside the packing the product was of a local manufacture called shree ganesh cost Rs. 600 as on the flipkart site. This is the second incident happened with me in last 2 months from Flip kart. Two months ago i ordered for a Sony Power bank but the product which i received was of a duplicate & local manufacturer but in invoice it was mentioned as Sony. Flipkart is cheating on innocent indian consumers by providing them duplicate & cheap local product. Request you to look into the matter immediately. I have attached documents for your reference.

                                        I ordered a Redmi Note 4G on[protected]. I worked properly for about 2 months and the started creating problems like over heating(even when not in use) and too much battery consumption. I called the Flipkart customer service and was told me give it for repair to the service center at " Satyam Cummunications, J-34, Ground Floor, Sector 18, Near Center Stage Mall, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301" They kept the phone for about 25 days. During this time, i had call them multiple times to get an update about the status of the repair of my phone but their answer was not satisfactory. They told me that they have to replace the PCB and they still waiting for it as they don't have one. Finally i got my phone back. To my surprise, the phone started giving me problems again in just one week This time, the phone stopped charging. So, i took the phone back to them. They kept the phone again for about 25 days, repaired it and gave it back to me. This time, not to my surprise, although the phone is charging, its still overheating even when its not in use and the battery drains super fast. I am fed up of this faulty phone and going again and again to the service center in Sector 18, Noida.
