I had ordered a shoe from flipkart, Adidas gazelle worth rs2999 . They shoe was at good condition unfortunately a size bigger .. So I askd the customer care of flipkart to kindly take my return n refund the money to flipkart account so that I could purchase the right size, they told me to ship to one address ...I did as they asked, it's been 20 days now I shipped them back the shoe but haven't heard from them back ... I calld the customer helpline but not only automated voice takes over and only directs me towards flipkart app and sends message which helps 0% as my problem is I have returned the product of which they had approved, , but I am not getting a single penny back ! I am at a loss here !

      I bought a lenovo mobile model A6000 from flipkart with 1 month replacement garranty and 1 year warranty.. 20 days after speaker made fault. I compliment to filpkart they said many formality and I done that all.. They said k sir there is no fault detect by our side please go to lenovo service centre get one confirmation we will replace u a new phone... They gave many address bt there is no service provide for lenovo mobiles.. I bought that phone in 30/05/2015 there is no replacement till now.. I file complaint in both filpkart service and lenovo service..

            Hello Flipkart, I think I had called you mote than 20 times to your customer care regarding this issue on order : OD[protected] Really according to your flipkart policies if I would have exceeded maximum no. Of cancellations, you guys would have informed me before i send the parcel. I had sent the parcel on august 5th you guys received the defective mobile to your warehouse on 12th august . After that why did u guys updated the status the refund is accepted and your delivery will be completed before 24th august (due to Aug 15 holiday and Sunday). I waited till Aug 25th, and I called to u guys. 1st guy( executive): Informed due to unavailabilty of stock we are not processing your replacement. 2nd guy( flop supervisor): He told he didn't receive any update from the ware houseteam. 3rd guy(manager): After 1 hour of conversation the informed I had crossed maximum cancellation limits . But as I had sent the product back toflipkart he will process this replacement and it will be done asap . On monday I called u guys : Why floor supervisor or executive took a complaint and informed that the problem will be resolved by 30th august . Really as per your flipkart policyif I had crossed maximum cancellations why didn't u informed me before I called u that the product is a defective piece? Please answer to this all this lies told by all the flikart people.

              Very very important Within 5 minutes of my filing complain in consumer protection for refund money i got a call from [protected]. The person told me that he is from FLIPKART cop. and want to give me refund in my sbi credit cardt money account.but when he demand my debit card number, cvv number and expiry date of my card, i had daubt on him and i told him that you mailed me from your. The matter is sending to fiu deptt new delhi against you. The related goods have not received and not purchased any items through online transaction.

                    I have very bad experience with Mi india. i don't know why flipcart are selling Mi phone if there complaint level is 100% and solution is 0%. I brought this mob from your website u r also responsible for the same. Nobody is replying from Mi india from last five days on both mail and toll free no. They are not picking phone i have tried so many times and not replying even a single time. I have also tweet to Mr. Manu Kumar Jain but result is same. Customer service centre also not providing the solution and the gave the same mail id of Xiaomi india. Hope your revert will come and provide the solution. Order no is OD[protected].                       I ordered a item with order id OD[protected], with seller name e generic .where i ordered JBL T200a earphone worth 739rs, but within a day ordered was cancelled by flipkart.But however courier guy couriered me flipkart product worth 739rs.when i opened it it had fake power bank of samsung not even in working state.now flipkart is regretting to take complaint.

                        Dear sir, i, karthik, ordered for two Lenovo k3 note smart phones through "flipkart". the payment was made through debit card on[protected] at noon. they debited rupees 9999 for each one mobile. and receipt was displayed. later they send a message in the late night on the same date saying that the order was cancelled and the remitted amount will be refunded on 2nd of September and if not paid we may contact their office for further details. this means they are not sure about the refund date. in that message they said that the cause for inconvenience is given in mail and i can verify. but there was nothing in the mail. when we contacted the customer care of the same company they are telling cock and bull stories. each and every time when we called they are giving different causes for inconvenience. some time they say that the order was cancelled due to the problem arisen with sailor. and second time they said that the order was cancelled because the goods were damaged. this clearly says that they are not interested in service. how can the two pieces those ordered by me only are damaged? are they selling only two pieces to the whole subscribers? and they collected money immediately but they said that refund will take 8 days. is it fair? how many people are facing the same problem with this company? think that the same thing happened with some 1000 people and you can easily calculate the resulting amount that is rupees 9999000. this is a huge amount collected by them for a week for the sake of free enjoyment without any interest. so think once again that how much they manipulating the public. if they say that it is happened to me only then they have to send the ordered mobiles to me immediately. otherwise we can say that it is intentional and the rating for the company should be made "0". yours faithfully karthik.

                            24 aug 2015 i placed the order to sony powerbank 10000 mah its price-680rs then they mail me 26 aug 2015 cancellation your order because seller issue this is a fraud case when i placed the order product price is 688rs then i call flipcart they said me your order is cancell because seller issue placed another order and today this product price is 3336rs. how can i effort this price plz help me took my product at same my order price.

                              I bought a mobile mi4i from flipkart and its front camra not working and i infom the flipkart then they offer me to replace the product and they arrage the reverse pickup facility. I send the procut and i got a message of currier company that the product is delivered . After 14-15 i not recieve the new product and they do not give any solid information My order no.                                 Product not received Flipkart, I ordered Moto E Order ID: OD[protected] and did not receive the phone in the box and I immediately raised an alert to Flipkart regarding the issue and got a call from resolution dept that I will get the product within 24 hrs however its been 3 days now and I am still waiting for my phone, Your guy was there when I opened the box and he knows it, I WANT MY MONEY

                                  I had written a complaint against Flipkart for cheating me by delivering an used laptop for Rs. 46, 000 Order: OD[protected] Bought a laptop (Dell Inspiron 5000 series) from Flipkart for 46, 000 rupees in June. They haven't resolved the problem yet. Unlike Amazon and Snapdeal, Flipkart cheats their customers. After cheating, they don't know how to resolve the issue. They don't know how to retain their customers. I find no traces of customer care in Flipkart. Whereas, this is not the same with other online markets.                                   Spoke to customer she told that pickup is not done till now, informed customer pickup will be done by tomorrow as customer is very much irriate and needs refund at earliest. Told her once the pickup is done refund will be initiated and will be credited within 8 business days.

                                  You have delivered a defected product in the second week of June, and when I filed a customer complaint and requested for refund, you pushed me take a replacement. You took such a long time and replaced a second hand product. If this is how you cheat customers, in what assurance should I agree for refund after 8 days from the date of returning the product? How do you expect me to trust your organization, when you have failed by replacing a second hand product? You have still have not resolved a valuable customer who have paid cash before delivery. Is this called cordiale assurance?

                                  If you're sending your executive to collect the product, also make sure you provide me with a copy of refund assurance receipt.

                                    Please note that I have Purchased One Laptop Battery from Flipkart Order No- OD[protected] and the model name was ARB Toshiba PA3817U-1BRS 6 Cell Laptop Battery. Please Note that battery was not working properly from few days of delivery and within 3 months its just finished.please replace the battery.
