I ordered JBL T200A Wired Headset for Rs.780, however I received a Samsung Headset. According to Seller's Policy I have right to replace the product, however Flipkart Customer Care says that the product can't be replaced, you can claim a refund. I bought the product at discounted price during sale, which I have to pay Rs.2000 if I order now. I would like Flipkart to adhere there Replacement Policy and replace my product with Right one.     I had ordered a moto g 3rd gen on 18th of august and had made a one day delivery. but the product was not delivered to me on 20th of august. On complaining to the customer care team, i received a mail stating that the product would be delivered to me on or before 26th of august. but the product was not delivered to me on 26th of august. also on again calling the customer care, i didn't get a proper response from their team. the assistant manager was being rude to me. Also one of the employ whom i had a talk told me that an additional rs 270 would be added to my flipkart wallet but later they denied of such promise. i would like an apology and earliest delivery of my product. order number-OD[protected]

      I purchased a mobil, model:A& K1111, the specification mentioned on the flipkart's website was 5 inch screen.it was also mentioned in the box that it will be 5 inch screen but actually it was 4.5 inch screen, I have booked this order and paid the money for 5 inch screen.       Spoke with the customer as he is saying that in the specification it is mentioned that it is 5 inch screen but he is saying that it is 4 .5 inch screen so informed to customer that we will give the refund customer said that he had already raised a request for refund but he was not having the box so the refund has been cancelled now customer is saying that he don't need the refund he will take the action in his own way.

          I have bought MI4I mobile phone from Flipkart on July 15th 2015. I am facing problems with network and sim card port. Out of 2 sim cards ports, 1 is not working at all. I raised a complaint on August 11 to troubleshoot the problem or replace it. A call came from Flipkart and they asked me to reset the phone and check. If the problem is not solved, we will give the replacement. But now, Flipkart is denying their commitment. Also, they have filled the report that problem is solved. I want authorities to intervene and solve the issue.

            Hi!! This complaint is regarding my online order with flipkart.my order I'd is OD[protected] which is a karbonn a50s smart phone.my phone started getting issues in working so I contacted service centers.but none of them are ready to touch and service it, coz they are not authorized to touch such handsets sold by flipkart, they call it utl mobiles or something .so I call flipkart to check for the solution as it is still under warranty.now it's going to be a month since I am calling them, over the phone they always promise me that this is going to be my last call for this issues and force me to trust them as they will take care of it personally, but the next moment I get a designated date and time by mail for my issue to be resolved. Every time I get a new mail with new date and time but nothing is coming to end.i am so tortured calling and writing to them every now and then, their mails are so agonizing .they must be having all my calls and mails in records as everything is recorded.i am requesting them to give me a final say, weather they can resolve it or not.and why do they sell such phones on their website which cannot be serviced, neither they can provide any sort of help for those.then why they sell? But now as they have already charged they should provide me with a solution .i am requesting them not to give me any more pain but either take their phone back or provide a replacement.please help me. Thank you

              I bought a lenovo k3 note on 10 august open sale. Im having so much of problems like warm up and slow up problems. I made a call in Flipkart customer service and im very disappointed. They're saying that you shouldn't buy from flipkart choose another website.Im feeling very sad and regretting so much of buying from flipkart . Their customer care service suckss. I think this is all monopoly of money. these websites take your money and then forget who you are. We trust them by investing our money and they act to our complaints by a mere software on a phone call. Really very dissappointing experience.

                  I have sent a return request on[protected] as the product is not as per my expectations, I have been explaining reasons to return this phone for last 4 days and I am receiving a call from your side once in everyday which is now irritating me as m also working I don't have free time to pickup your call at your choice of time nor I have time to resolve my issues through a software. First day I was asked to reset my phone I did it immediate after talking to you as a result I lost my apps data then second day I was asked to take help of an application please I just can't do this all how can a software can improve its camera quality...I m requesting you to please return this phone as soon as possible and I have decided not to buy any product from Flipkart.com. They call once in every day and saying to run a app which resolve your all problem, how a app improve camara quality/heating problem, i can not understand. please stop your return/request facility if you can not return any product. please stop making people fool.                       Oreder number : OD[protected] and OD[protected] My name is Nandan Mahajan. I have ordered 2 the original JBL T200 A on 30th July 2015. One with yellow & grey colour combination and another one with Red & Grey. Red & Grey headphone order has been cancelled by seller itself without giving any prior indication. Regarding remaining Yellow & Grey Original JBL T200 A headphones, i have received duplicate 50 Rs. headphone instead of receiving original JBL T200 A headphone. I called up immediately to customer care and registered the complaint that i have received the duplicate headphones. Very Low and substandard quality product which is not even worth Rs.50 in the market. Flipkart customer care registered my complaint and assured me that they will send original JBL T 200 A product under order replacement/ Return facility of Flipkart company.After few days i have received the same very Low and substandard quality Product you can say a DUPLICATE PRODUCT from Flipkart again. On both of these occasions/ situations i have noticed that the delivery is not from E-kart and very arrogant and adamant when i told him that i am receiving the same duplicate product again. Still patiently i accepted the order and informed Flipkart customer care service as per procedure to return my order and delivered the original product. On second time of order replacement situation Flipkart customer care officer spoke with me very rudely and arrogantly instead of hearing my concern and trouble i am getting from Flipkart to received Original Product for which i have paid Rs.539 by Cash payment. The arrogant customer care officer shouted on the phone that Flipkart never give you a fake and duplicate products and flipkart have reputation in the market for good customer service. After listening to his arrogance and blah blah things i stuck with my point for expectation of original product from Flipkart after facing trouble already before. After 2-3 weeks of waiting for Original product customer care officer was saying we will give refund instead of product. I have ordered this product to gift someone and clearly mention my situation that i don't want Refund and i want Original Product. He agreed to sen me original product with arrogance that Flipakrt never send you duplicate products or fake products. I patiently wait for the 4 to 5 days and Today 24/08 i have received the same very Low and substandard quality product with EXTRA Samsung Headphones inside it. Does that mean reputed Flipkart company trying to compensate mental torture given to Customer with simultaneously 3 Fake and Duplicate Product Deliveries with and EXTRA Samsung DUPLICATE Headphone. After receiving the 3 replacement ordered i had called customer care officer and asked him for the Original Product. As per his information the product is not available and offering me Refund which i don't want at all. If it's a matter of investment of 539 rs. i would have definitely invested some where else than Flipkart. I am attaching screen shots of my ordered receiving and replacement on my Flipkart account also attaching the photographs of all the product received from Flipkart with Invoice details and LOW STANDARD PACKAGING. Please have a look and tell me is this the service you provide to the customer by shouting at your customer and saying Flipakrt gives only Original Product. I am also trying to get in touch with consumer court and complaints facility provided by Government of India. After begging you for the Original Product and good service no good response from your end. so let me know about confirmation of ORIGINAL PRODUCT and when can i expect the deliver and resolve this issue.                       Spoke to customer, he told he had again received duplicate headphone and he only needs original replacement else hard cash in hand. Informed customer both is not possible and we can arrange for RVP and process refund to bank account. Customer was very adamant and he was not agreeing for anything forcefully wanted to disconnect the call.

                        I ordered a Lenova A6000 Plus thur Flipkart from WS Retail and the invoice number is #BLR_WFLD[protected]. This product was purchased as a gift for my dad's birthday, so we packed it without opening and kept unchecked. We know that the replacement policy in valid for one month and the faith we kept on flipkart and its subsidiary WS Retail, we believed the product is in pristine condition. But after opening the box, we found that the mobile is having some hardware issues and approached flipkart. Flipkart responded as per their module, they can't replace it and advised us to approach the service center. The service centre guy don't have that expertise to diagnose the problem and simply reset the handset and gave back to us. The problem still un resolved and we couldn't use the handset. OD[protected] and OD[protected] It is appalling to discover that a reputed and supposed to be reliable website like flipkart can play such a game with customers. Ive ordered the loreal hair spa from your website and both time times ive been duped and this was discovered recently when i went to a wellness store in Mumbai. Attached are three pictures. One of the hair spa at the store, second of the hair spa ordered from your website and the third is the screen shop of the product as displayed on your website. When the MRP of the product is 600/- how on the earth can you cross the MRP and still have the audacity to show that you are offering a ‘discount’ on the hair spa!!.. Worse, even the discounted price is far above the MRP! This is not the end... look at the picture of the hair spa ordered from your website, the MRP has been slimily wiped off without a trace! On finding out this, I went to a couple of shops to confirm the MRP and I discovered still more to this fraud. The product ordered from your website is diluted! The consistency is so watery as compared to the ones i saw at various stores! Can i have an answer to this mal practice and expect a fair resolution??!!

                                  Spoke to the customer, customer claims that she went to market to buy the same product and she noticed that the MRP of the product was Rs.600/-. Customer purchased the product and compared the same with the product purchased from Flipkart. The MRP was very much high and when checked with the quality of the content, she noticed that the product which she purchased from out side has a thick cream and the product she purchased from us has more lighter and watery paste. Informed customer to send us the snap shots so that we can check and do the needful.

                                      Hi, I purchased a Samsung battery from you with order # OD[protected] on 25th Feb 2015, the product had a warranty of 6 months, from last week I was facing issue with the battery so I visited Samsung service cetre at Borivali West. Samsung guys check the QR code and said the battery is duplicate and denied to assist me. Does Flipkart sell duplicate products? This incident has spoiled all the belief I had on you guys. I will share my experience on social media, Friends and senior management @ Flipkart . I need a proper reason and reimbursement why this happened, else I will need to take my case to upbhokta foram or court as per required.                                       Spoke to customer, he informed he used the battery and before 6 months getting over the battery stopped working and he checked with service center they have confirmed him the samsung battery is duplicate. Informed customer to get us the job sheet so that we can escalate the issue and provide him resolution.
