Hi, This mail is about the pathetic service that I am experiencing from Flipkart. I have made shopped online several times from other retailers ( Amazon, ebay etc) but this is the first time I am experiencing the worst service ever. Lets cut it short. I ordered Samsung 32 inch LED TV ( Order #[protected] on 14th Aug, 2015 10:04 PM and was scheduled to be delivered yesterday ( 17th August, Monday). However when I didnt get any intimation about the same or any calls from the delivery people, I called customer care only to be shocked to know that the order is not processed and I may have to re-order. Yesterday, I called customer service several times and most of the time the line disconnected ( Probably reps disconnected else I dont see the reason why would disconnect and worst part is nobody even bothered called me back when calls disconeceted - about 4 call disconnects from a reputed company like Flipkart is unacceptable). They claim they dont have option to call back, even one of the managers said she dont have option to call me back. Flipkart has not shipped the product yet. Later I called back adn spoke to a different manager and he apologized for the delay and HE PROMISED THAT I WOULD BE GETTING THE PRODUCT TODAY ( 18th AUGUST BEFORE 1AM).. He even said there is every possibility that I may get it much much earlier than this. I was supposed to go to my hometown yesterday and I canceled the trip at the last moment as he promised that I would be getting my order today. I decided to wait for one more day. I called Flipkart today around 12:30PM and spoke to someone who could not communicate in English, later I requested for a manager who was worst than this guy in communication. I requested for someone who could speak English so that we could understand each other, and after keeping me on hold for close to 5 mins he found someone who could speak Englisk. A lady by name Anupama ( if am not wrong) took over the call and said she is the Manager. I explained about my order and she seemed to be in too much hurry as she intefered several times while I was trying to tell her something.I asked her to transfer he call to someone who has the patience to hear my grievenace but she continued speaking. When requested for the status of my order, SHE SAID I MAY HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND A REFUND WOULD BE PROVIDED WHICH I IMMEDIATEDLY DENIED. SHE FURTHER SAID THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK WHICH LOOKED LIKE A BIG JOKE AS I HAVE THE CONFIRMATION THAT THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED AND I WOULD BE RECEIVING IT ON 17TH AUGUST. SHE ASKED ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER WHICH I DENIED SAYING I WOULD NOT DO THAT AS ITS NOT MY MISTAKE AND IF YOU DISPLAYED A PRODUCT ONLINE FOR SALE AND NOT SHIPPING YET GIVING " OUT OF STOCK" REASONS ITS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND CHEATING PUBLI. WHEN REQUESTED FOR AN EMAIL ADDRESS FROM THE CORPORTATE TEAM SHE DENIED. WHY WOULD SOMEONE BE AFRAID IF THEY HAVE DONE THEIR JOB CORRECTLY? AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, I AM NOT GONNA CANCEL THIS ORDER NO MATTER WHAT. FLIPKART HAS ALREADY HELD MY AMOUNT AND NOT SHIPPED THE PRODCUCT. I HAVE ALSO INSTALLED TATA SKY DISH BELIEVING THE MISLEADING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOUR REPS AND MANAGERS. ORDER DETAILS _____________ Samsung 32 inch LED TV ( Order #[protected] Rs.27, 893.00 with an additional cash back offer of Rs.2000 which amounted upto Rs.25, 893.00. Monthly installment Rs.3297.00 total interest Rs.1, 773.00 I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO SHIP THE PRODUCT WHICH I HAVE ORDERED ASAP. I HAVE ALREADY SHARED MY EXPERIENCE WITH FLIPKART WITH A COUPLE OF CONSUMER FORUMS WHICH IS ONLY GOING TO MORE ESCALATIONS FROM NOW ON. I JUST DONT SOMEONE CHEATING ME.     I brought a Micromax canvas express 2 on 11/08/2015.. the product was delivered on 14/08/2015.. I experienced heating problem on the device and hence requested for it to be replaced.. While buying the device they assured me that it was bound by "fadvantage" but when requested for an exchange a technician called me, ran an application and told that the device was fine and my request was turned down.. The device gets heated up a lot.. They ran a check on third party application called smart check but when i told them that the clean master app an the phone shows that the device is overheating they said its a third party app and an unreliable one.. Pl refund the amount or provide and exchange...

      Order no. OD[protected] INV. NO. : mum_bndi_000552_00030431 dt. 13/08/2015 Product - TP-Link Router VK 40972 price incl. tax Rs. 705/- First of all the product is very small in size as compared it is shown in the shopping window. The above mentioned product is not suitable for our internet service provider as its not accepting the MAC address so I want to replace it with another router but Flipcart customer care executives are not accepting the request for either refund or exchange. They can only replace the item with same one. It means they will give me the same router in exchange which is of no use for me. It means Flipcart purposely selling the unsaleable products in market, taking the disadvantage of online shopping and making a loot. If they believe that their product is saleable then they should accept it and sale to another customer . I have ordered many products as per my requirement through other online shopping sites like snapdeal, ebay, shopclues, jabong which are very best, according to my requirement and as per shown in the shopping window. Flipcart is cheating online buying customers. BE AWARE OF FLIPCART.

        Recently on 11 August 2015 i have ordered one Jaipan Trio Iron online through Flipkart and i found that the product was damaged, plastic body was totally broken . I requested for replacement and the got the replacement of that iron and this time i opened the product in front of the flipkart delivery boy and i found that this replaced product is again damaged. Now i requested again for replacement immediately the very next day i got the 3rd replacement and this time again i personally requested the flipkart delivery boy to open the product and i found that this product is again damaged and this time its badly damaged. Jaipan Trio iron company is selling a damage product .

            Hi, This is to state that my PREPAID Order ID OD[protected] has been canceled by Flipkart without informing or taking any approval whatsoever from me. Till yesterday, when I was checking the product status on my App, it was showing that "Product Delivery Delayed due to Sim Card" or something like that. On today morning, when I just check the status of my order it was showing as "CANCELED." I was wondering what happened and I called customer care. And I have been told that there was no one at home or the call from field executive was not picked up. I EXPLAINED TO "Ms. Madhuri" and then her Floor Supervisor "Ms. Vaishali" that I never received the call first of all and no message whatsoever from Flipkart or Courier Company. Secondly, this is a rented house with two built floors and my landlord lives there on first and ground. And if you can check address there is no mention of floor, too. And there is not a single day when no one was there at that place. Plus, how can it be possible that One Phone has been delivered at the same address a few days back and this phone cannot. The Last Message I got from Flipkart on August 16 states "Lenovo K3 Note+1 more product were shipped at Aug 13 11:13 AM and will be delivered by Thursday, Aug 20, 2015. You can track your shippment at http://fkrt.it/A!wetuuuuN. Invoice will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours of delivery." Now, FLIPKART trusts more on its FIELD EXECUTIVES AND THEIR FALSE STORIES RATHER THAN CUSTOMERS. I HAVE NEVER GOT ANY E-MAIL OR MESSAGE FROM FLIPKART OR THE COURIER COMPANY. NEITHER YOUR APP WAS SHOWING THE PRODUCT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY ANYTIME. IT WAS STATING THAT EXPECTED DELIVERY BY AUGUST 18, 2015 AND I CHECKED TODAY ONLY. ABOVE ALL, THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO ME TWICE. PLEASE CHECK ORDERS OF SAME K3 NOTE. IT WAS PREVIOUSLY CANCELED FROM FLIPKART, TOO, STATING THAT "FLIPKART THOUGHT IT WAS A DUPLICATE ORDER AND WENT AHEAD AND CANCELED IT WITHOUT TAKING CONSENT FROM ME OR CALLING ME OR MESSAGING ME BEFORE DOING SUCH." LOOK, THE MAIL IS ALREADY TOO LONG AND I SIMPLY WANT TO ASK YOU GUYS IF THIS IS HOW FLIPKART IS GOING TO SELL PRODUCTS AND PROVIDE SERVICES, THEN SOON YOU ARE GOING TO NEXT "MAGGIE" BECAUSE IT TAKES YEARS TO BUILD A TRUST AND JUST A FEW INCIDENTS TO LOSE IT. NEITHER OF YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OR ANYONE ON CALL CAN HELP CUSTOMERS. THEY ONLY READ WHAT IS ALREADY WRITTEN ON ORDER HISTORY. CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHERE I WENT WRONG? WHO IS AT LOSS NOW? Neither I can get phone now, nor promotional Citibank offer.               On 9/08/2015 I placed my order for roadster canvas shoes on, order number -OD[protected], I receive a confirmation that i would receive it on Monday 17/08/2015, but all of a sudden they just send me a text on Monday 17/08/2015 that my order is been cancelled, but i haven't called to cancelled my order, i was so exited to see new shoes, these flipkart service is really quite bad, i dont understand if they cant do their job, why is that the problem for others ...

                10 Aug 2015, i have placed order for MOTO E Back cover. On 16 Aug 2015, I have received the item at my doorstep and after opening courier i surprised for another product included in that. And it is MOTO E 2nd Gen back cover. While contacting Flipkart agents, via customer care e-mail, one of the representative notice me that the item i have purchased that is not MOTO E back cover, it is actually MOTO E "2nd Gen" back cover. When check the same i have seen that there is in bracket i.e. "2nd Gen" is written. I telling them agents that i dont want this b'coz im looking for MOTO E back cover. Now they are refusing to replace me the product. And also they stated me in one of the mail that they will provide me refund for this product, now they dont answer at all on my query. None of agent is responding on email as well as on telephonic conversation. I want to take some serious action on Flipkart.com as they not assisted on customer money.

                  My order ID with Flipkart is OD[protected]. Purchase of Motorola G Smartphone. I bought this product from company in February 2015, the product was completely dead after 3 months. I did a lot of followups by phone as option for complain or product review section is not yet enabled till date and no action has been taken by the company. I also went to nearest service center at Netaji Subhash Place new Delhi, they were unable to help and ask me to contact the seller as product is still in warranty. I paid Rs. 13089 and now I am thinking that this was complete waste of my money. Any one please help.

                  Thanks for your feedback. I have updated my new no. on my account earlier as well as replied to mail sent by [protected]@flipcart, with all the information requested by them.

                  I am also receiving calls from some unknown person bearing no. [protected] and asked for my credit card no. for issuing refund, to me it looked bit suspicious so i didn't provided the same, I hope my account has the sufficient information.

                  Please resolve the issue at your earliest.

                    One quantity is missing

                    i order Asian Shoes B13 Walking Shoes 2 quanty on 31st july. but he send only one quantity, this is my od no :OD[protected]. i paid rupees for 2 quantity through cash on delivery also. (499+499) =998 . i inform to customer care more then 100 times, he said your missing quantity will be delivered on august 18 . BUT THEY DO NOT DID SO AND THEY STARTED DELAYING THE delivery PROCESS, WHENEVER I CONTACTED THEM THEY ALWAYS GIVE EXCUSES....

                    I ordered a mobile from flipkart but the mobile i got was damaged, i got 2 replacements, but then also i got the damaged product, then i demanded refund instead of replacement, so they accepted my refund request, then a mail arrived me saying that you have to send the product on your own . so i sent the product via DTDC courier company on 31st july. product reached the warehouse of flipkart on 4th august but they refused to accept the product and rescheduled the delivery date and on 11th august they accepted my product. But its been over 6 days i haven't got my refund amount i.e. Rs12999. i am regularly complaining about this issue on flipkart customer care, they everytime take my complain on priority and gives me date on which their refund team will contact me but their refund team is not contacting me and keep shifting the dates and now i neither have the mobile nor the money.

                      Order no - OD[protected]. I received a faulty Lenovo K3 note on 22nd July 2015. After troubleshooting with technical team, I returned the product on 26th July and the product reached Flipkart.warehouse on 2nd August (Blue-dart bill number [protected]). I was also asked to send the scanned courier receipt which I did multiple time as per the request from them. I was promised that I will receive the new mobile on or before 8th August. On August 9th, I called customer service and they told that my replacement was on hold for some unknown reason and I will definitely receive the product on 11th August. I tried to reach them on 12th and they told that there were still some unknown issues and the new product will be delivered on 14th August. i called on 14th and the product was not yet delivered and i was asked to wait for 3 more days so that they can work on this case. i asked for a refund and they told that the case is still on hold and they cannot process the refund. I called them again on 15th and they promised that refund can be processed as the case was not on hold. now I am getting call from customer case to send the product back which was done 3 weeks back, despite of explaining the same again and again to customer care. It has been more than a month and I have tried to speak with agents, supervisors and managers for hours with no results. I had a delay in receiving the replacement product from Amazon previously and they had refunded the full amount and sent me a brand new product. Guys...Flipkart is having terrible customer service and no co-ordination in their department. I paid the full amount through my debit card one month back and still I don't have new phone or refund. I am working in Technopark, Trivandrum and I will pass this information to all my 50K collegues and also describe my terrible experiance in social media. I am also planning to file a case in consumer court.

                        It is with utter disgust & pain that I mail you regarding the product I had ordered from Flipkart. I received the product (Samsung power bank) in the most horrible condition. The product not only appears to be used but also has scratch marks all over the body. Moreover, the connection cable too appears of substandard quality. To top this the power bank also doesn't function well in spite of charging. (Photos of each attached. Hope you shall look in to the matter ASAP & look into the grievances mentioned and arrange for a new & correctly checked product. Else i'm afraid i will lose confidence in your brand & highlight the same to my friends through social media to stop ordering from your portal.

                          I purchased ASUS Zenfone 2 and received a GOIBIBO voucher code worth Rs 3000. I received the voucher code on July 15th, 2015 and till date I am unable to redeem the voucher code. I have been communicating with flipkart for the last 3 weeks and I kept on getting assurance email from them saying that the issue will definitely be solved and till date it has not been solved. They have a pathetic customer service and do nothing to get the issue resolved. They keep on giving false assurance. Infact after-sales service of Flipkart is simply useless to be precise.

                            I ordered samsung j7 on 18th July that time the release date was 04th August 15, Later they changed the date to 14th August 15 for which they gave me 1000 bucks as late fee whereas same is written as product price diffirence on website. you can check call recordings where he assures that it will deliver by 17th August. I received mail from flipkart that the product will be in stock by 17th and today almost the day is about to pass and I called up and got a reply the product will get delivered by 31st August 2015. I had explained them that it is for very special reason and the guy replied that we assure that it will reach. Point is I pre ordered the product I understand change of date once but it has happened thrice.                               Flipkart is bogus online shoping site. They do not respond to customer queries. I have purchased Asus Zenphone 2 phone worth rs 14999, on 14 august 2015. The phone was not getting on. After charging it came up and shows 50 % battery, after taking few photos the phone shuts down again. I again charge it and install system upgrade, after that I made a call and the phone shone shuts down again. There was also burning smell coming from the back panel of the phone that is from battery side and it was getting very hot while charging so I discontinued the use of this phone and raise a request for replacing the phone. I got a message that we'll call you tomorrow at 5.30 pm, but nobody called and I got a message that we'll call you at 2.30 pm again nobody called and instead of their phone I again got a message that we'll call you at12.00 pm. I also call on flipkart customer care for replacing the phone, but they said that they are not authorized person for making this decision. Flipkart just want to sell phones and do not care if the phone bursts. I will not contact to consumer court for this as I didn't get any response from your side. Even nobody pics up the call easily in your customer care support and hangup many times.

                                Dear friends, 10-Aug-2015, I came to know about the offers for “Micromax 42C0050UHD 106cm (42) LED TV (Ultra HD (4K), Smart). I have placed the order through the mobile app for Rs.14990/- by COD mode of payment. But the offered price has not been updated in the bill. So, I called flip kart Customer care and I requested for the issue and sent email with screen shots to them. Also, we have several conversations regarding this, but they didn’t agree to deliver the product for the offered price. Still they are sending unwanted reasons for this issue. Flip kart is cheating us, so please share this information to your friends while placing the orders at offers.

                                  Hi, I am writing to you to complain about the mobile I bought from your online store on 8th August and received on 11 August. I have logged return request, but your customer support executive are saying wait it's under process... I am asking how long I have to wait. I have been a loyal customer of yours for the last couple of years and have successfully made many purchases over the years. Unfortunately, however, this time I am dissatisfied with the service you have provided. Especially from Customer support team. They are very rude while talking. The mobile phone I ordered was the latest smart phone, the lenovo A 6000 plus, order OD[protected]. My reasons for choosing this model was that you advertised it on your website, Unfortunately, display touch functions is not working properly. It means you have delivered damage, defective or Not as Described state, it has scratches back side of the phone and battery side too. For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send it to my flipcart wallet . I look forward to your immediate response. Or else I have to take some legal action.                                   We have already addressed this complaint and we have also arranged for return & refund as the product is "out of stock". So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.
                                  Flipkart is having one month return policy.. . .. ... . What happened to that?

                                  Solve the issue immediately flipkart...
                                  I had ordered T-shirt from flipkart & which I was not able to were because of small size i ask for bigger size they told product is out of stock. So i ask to take it back & refund It have been almost 15 days i am writing mail to them they din't pick-up.

From the time of delivery i tv is not working it has a display problem i have given a complent on[protected] they said after visting of techinen they will replace the tv.but the techinucation came n give report but since today they did not replaced tv. they said delivery will on[protected] between 8 am to 10 am but no delvery upto now now there. r saying delivery will be on[protected] filpkart cheated me alot by saying false statements so i want to file a case on flipkart

                                    Customer ordered for television and the product was defective and only the audio was working and no picture display. The technician visited customer's place and confirmed that it needs to be replaced. We have already arranged for replacement and the same will be delivered by 19th Aug, 2015. So closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

                                      So I have received the tablet on 13th August in the evening and I am one of those lucky few who got a discount from app as well. After using it for few minutes I realized that display is turning off spontaneously although inactivity timeout is set to much longer interval and it was happening during active usage. I decided to log an issue with Flipkart the following morning (14th) and I was promised to have a call back on the same day in the evening. Call back did happen but it wen to my brother so he rescheduled it for 15th at 12 noon. I decided to call anyway in the morning but I was told to wait for call back at 12 which didn't happen. So I called again and I was told that I should expect another call back at 5 in the evening. At 5 there was no call back so I called again and at this point I was quite frustrated. I was told again that someone will definitely call me back in 10 minutes. No call backs until now. When I checked the order page for Refund status, I see this: We're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Reason : The issue has been resolved between you and the seller. Hence, there will be no replacement or refund. I am not sure as hell spend my money on a faulty tablet so I really hope someone from Flipkart gets in touch with me and process a refund. Not just for the tablet but the complete order, the faulty tablet, it's cover and the memory card. Update on current status: Digiflip Pro XT911 Tablet - Rejected - Requested DigiFlip Flip Cover for Digiflip Pro XT911 & XT901 Tablet - REPLACEMENT Sandisk MicroSDHC 32 GB Class 10 Ultra - REFUND ACCEPTED I need all of these products refunded since I have lost any faith on Flipkart's ability to produce and support a quality product.
