My order no OD[protected] which was a Microsoft Lumia 640 mobile after a week this mobile has some display problem. raised a several complaint with Microsoft after long they asked to visit service center from last 1 week today tomorrow is going now they are saying part is not available with them it may took 20 - 30 more days. I'm totally frustrated with visiting and getting this non sense response. for this type of experience we are obtaining flipkart to pay full amount and get the defective product. This is a cheat with the consumer. when we get the product we check it by seeing out side don't aware that after a week or 10 days it will put you in difficult situation. Really a bad experience with flipkart second time I found this issue all bce you (Flipkart) is not validating the product and making their consumer in trouble. Want a valuable response. Thanks

    I am Avinash and My order no. is OD[protected] I have purchase Lenovo a6000 plus Flipkart after using 2 or 3 days I am facing heating & batter backup problem I have register to register this mobile but last 4 days Flipkart customer support guys are saying that we will resolve your problem next day but still my problem is not yet solved I have called flipkart customer care then I have saying my problem to us and I also Says that Now I dont want this phone so please get my money return in my bank account but they guys are saying that money return policy It it not available in flipkart But I know this is possible So I want my money back So requested you all to help me to get my money back Avinash [protected]

      Sir previously I had write about this on consumer court but no response has given .. I have claimed for refund of product amount on order id OD[protected] as I cancelled yet its delivered me which I already returned on 20th may 2015.as executive mentioned, I had raise complaint more then 10 times but, no further action they r taken, customer executive told me to wait again and again and gv me various date.. Its really unethical.. I alardy attached curior slip and tracking snapshot many times but no action is taken from flipkrt end... pal's do something...and refund my money back contact number [protected].

        Prroduct: ASUS Zenfone2 ZE550ML Order : OD[protected] Order Date: 16 June-2015, Delivery on 25 June-2015 Issues: Heating, some inbuilt apps not functional, SIM1 slot (Data usage) not working I have applied for return on 9-July2015 and till date no return is approved. Troubleshooting also didn't help. The customer care personnel sounds helpless in return process and can't even transfer to technical team. We have to wait for the team to call us and if not attended the schedule extends and thus a delay in approval. Flipkart taking a lot of time to process for return and for the first time the buying experience from Flipkart was not worth. Regards, Sudarshan 91-[protected]

              Just got hitech hi-plus power bank 7200 mah but its only charging 1000 battery.filpkart cheats its maintained 7200 mah but its 2000 mah only.i cant able to charge my iphone and a small phone galaxy y.shame on flipkart...giving wrong product and broken item too.

                Sir i was purchased a mobile from flipkart on 24/07/2015.Flipkart gives me a faulty product its get heated at very high temerature and their customer support does not help me to resolve this problem.                   your staff comes to deliver not to the person who was waiting for your service but to people living near by..your staff didnt bother to call once before delivery..and when i enquired about my order they just uttered your order is rejected..

                    Hello, This is Vaibhav Tandon. I would like to share this incident happened to me. It is 28th june 2015 about 10 to 12 days left for my brothers birthday, I ordered a Ferrari perfume for him. The last date given to me was 9th july. Now its 8th july my order has been cancelled by flipkart, I called flipkart customer service and asked for the reason inspite of saying sorry that man was being rude. I understand there might be some problem with my order which I accept. Im not going to buy/order anything for flipkart because of that rude behaviour of that man. thank you ex-flipkart customer.

                        The pride in India's thriving eCommerce business is being shattered by Flipkart who has seriously started cheating its customers. I wanted to order a phone by credit card payment but the order went by Cash On Delivery due to not a very clear user interface at Flipkart. Flipkart gave a 10 day delivery period which was rather long. I was closely tracking the order everyday, the product was shipped and I got SMS that to be ready as order will be delivered shortly. When went online was appalled order has been cancelled without my knowledge and it was the 7th day since I have ordered.

                        Tried finding Customer support to talk to where I can ask how my order has been cancelled on its own. First called on toll free number and was told by customer representative order has been cancelled due to some technical problems yesterday night and the product will be delivered, not to worry.

                        As there was no change showing on online status after many hours passed by I was suspicious.I mailed on whatever option was available online regarding customer support. Got a reply saying sorry and also very ambiguously answering that order has been cancelled and cannot be restated from their side. They were requesting me to reorder. What about the 7 days I have been waiting? Great thing was there site is showing a price increase from 6000 to 7000 Rupees for grey color phone which I have ordered.

                        I wrote about three times to customer care in past 3-4 hours and was getting variable answers at times common thing being they saying sorry. Last mail I wrote was that I will complain on social media of customers being harassed and whether they want 100 orders on COD where customer will deny delivery.Got a reply they will sort the matter by 24 July which was after 23 July their stated date of delivery.

                        I have been wasting few hours writing to them and also ordered on their competitor website where the phone was available on 6000 Rupees. The phone was supposed to be gifted. As I have been writing this mail the phone has been delivered at my house which is in a different city.Lets see whether the right product is delivered as I have paid and taken the package.

                        There is some serious coordination issues between departments in Flipkart and lack of Human interface.Thank you Flipkart for wasting my time . I do not know whether I would have got delivery if I had not kept continuous complaining. my colleague was sharing how his order was cancelled in same way for some other product earlier for which he did not complain.

                          I recently bought a Minda horn set from Globalkars through Flipkart. The MRP on the product is Rs. 803.00 and they charged me Rs. 1, 890.00. I needed a 1100db horn and they sent me 110db horn which i can get in the local market for Rs. 650.00. When I asked for a refund, they sent me similar product with price tag scratched. Now, I can't ask for a return nor refund. I am struck with a useless product for Rs. 1, 890.00. I want people to know about this issue. This might help other online shoppers. This will be my last order to Flipkart.

                                  Spoke to customer and he says that the device is getting bent and hence approached service center for help as it is post replacement period offered by Flipkart. Customer says that service center denied assistance as it a common issue with slim handsets 9 physical damage ) and hence will not consider it as defect. So apologized for the inconvenience and informed him that we will not be able to much here and closing the case.

                                      I bought a lenovo K3 note mobile from flipkart 1 week back and due to heavy heating and large time to charge a battery I requested for replacement for 3 times they are simply neglecting me and asked me to visit service center I have done that too they said me normal temperature is 37-38 °C at max and battery should take around 2 and half hour to 3 to charge but mine is 41 °C at normal use and 3 and half to 4 hours to charge and those flipkart people are still neglecting me and not replacing as others don't have this issue.Please help me I am unable to talk to anyone at this temperature.
