Ordered Boat airpodes got delivery of it in properly sealed box. when i opened the box there was no boat airpodes inside only usb cable and papers.
so i tried reaching Flipkart customer service they were unable to give me a proper solution. wasting my time . The boat airpodes cost me ₹1500 . As i can see Flipkart doesn't care about its customers.

    I want a invoice of a phone because it is compulsory in repair. But my old sim is lost and I am not logged in into the Flipkart account. I remember the order I'd. Flipkart account is not that important.

        Actually last week my flipkart account was logged out from my device. I thought that it will due to some application update or something and forgot to login on that day.. Today I tried to login, then on the login page it showed to reactivate my account..at that time also I didn't understand what was happened.. After login back, I went to the orders section and I was shocked that something has ordered and delivered on a different address that I didn't know, also I realised that the culprit was purchased that using my whole supercoins...what was happened to my account..someone hacked!
        PLEASE HELP ME.

          I order 4 pair of shoes from flipkart and due to comfort and fitting issue I put a return request but the seller rejected my request saying I should have put the request in 48 hours of delivery. I didn't even opened the parcel for 3 days. After that I tried the shoes and I submitted return request for all my shoes. 2 were approved and picked up. 2 we're rejected. If you want us to put return request in 48 hours then why do you put 10 day return policy. And now after submitting my return request again they are asking for my aadhar card or other ID which they will verify from 3rd party. Seriously? My pay later is already KYC verified then why do you need another form of ID?

              I ordered Samsung F23 5g mobile phone on 5th Oct 2022 which was to be delivered on 18th October. I received otp msg on 18th morning informing me my order was out for delivery. Well, after waiting till 4 pm i called the delivery agent asking for my order. He kept on saying 10min more.. he came 7.30Pm... more than 3hrs later. As soon as he came he asked for phone i was exchanging. He did not evn check it properly and asked for charger and box. I asked him wait for 5min as i had forgotten to take out the box..he did not wait and very rudely said he didn't have time and i should call him back. I repeatedly asked him to wait as it was mentioned that phone exchage would take 25-30minutes. But he very obnoxiously told me to call him when everything was ready and left. I called just after 10mins but he switched off his phone. Then my delivery date was postponed to 22ndOct.. again waited whole day.. the delivery agent was in my locality delivering other orders but my order was not delivered though i got the OTP msg that same morning. Same thing happened on 23rd Oct.. and i still haven't received my phone. I am just angry and frustrated and very much disappointed. That delivery agent is nightmare for customers as he was not only extremely unprofessional and obnoxious but was so rude to my elderly father who was there with me. Flipkart should take some strict measures againt such issues because not only is this first time happening nor am i the only customer its happening to. Flipkart should learn from other online delivery services. It never happens with Amazon or Myntra.

                please help me out . i ordered two oppo k10 phones one on 16th oct and the other on 22nd oct . i have put all the correct details in it except the pincode. It was 700054, i mistook it and entered 700053. I have checked the Google about this pin code . this is about 16 kms from my actual pincode and the nearest hub between these two codes is 6.5 kms . it is my request kindly help me receive my order as those are very important to me. If you require me to receive the product from the hub I will be available to go there. I request you kindly try not to cancel my order as those are very important for me

                  Flipkart has not been delivering my products nor they are resolving my concern.

                  It's been more than weeks now no one from Flipkart is calling me to resolve the reported issues.

                  I have logged multiple incidents. They are simply extending the resoltution date from 18th Oct to 27th Oct now.

                  I demand a compemsation now for the same.

                    I have ordered for Hometown Swirl Without Box Storage Engineered Wood King Bed "Order # OD[protected]".
                    It supposed to delivered on 22/10/2022 but not yet delivered. But when I am tracking the shipment, it is showing its delivered!!! How it comes shows delivered while it is not delivered at all.
                    Not only showing delivered but also showing installation completed.

                      I ordered a smartphone from Flipkart. This became defective within a day and I requested a replacement. When the replacement arrived, the delivery agent denied doorstep service and sent the item back. Then after a lot of phone calls and emails, Flipkart agreed on a refund. This time, the delivery agent denied pickup of the product from my address. Their behaviour is very inappropriate. They are forcing my father to travel 4 km to pickup the product. The order number is OD[protected].

                            Hi Guys,

                            Flipkart blocked my account and it was having wallet balance of 1500 gift card + 100 rps

                            Total :- 1600 rps

                            Even after calling them multiple times they are not unblocking or refunding the amount

                                  IWQNBecommerce cheating customers and FlipKart is supporting

After the delivery, LG Support person came to install the product and said that product is faulty and cannot be installed, and asked to get replaced. We have approached FlipKart for replacement/refund. Its been worst time for us dealing with FlipKart in getting the item replaced or refunded. They are simply washing their hands saying Seller is refusing to replace...

                                      Order ID - OD[protected]

                                      This order has 3 quantity of the product, i received only 2. On inspecting the flipkart packaging it seems to be tampered with, contacted the delivery person and he also agreed the same. (Attaching the call recording of the same).

                                      Called your customer care twice. They offered a refund of Rs 700, whereas each unit of the product cost Rs 1300 after discount. Deduction of discount on pro rata basis is acceptable but deducting it entirely from the missing product is not acceptable.

                                      Please help me with a refund of the correct amount of Rs 1300 or else please provide me with a replacement product.

                                      Have emailed you regarding the same.
