I bought my phone through your website last aug is having some issue in beginning i thought its because of my outdated sim card but now when i change my sim card twice iam pretty sure that my phone is having some connectivity issue beacuse its going in emergency mode anytime i uses it .please swap my phone because it is in warranty or else repair it

    Dear sir, order no- OD[protected] I am NISHANTH.S from COCHIN kerala, I ordered Lenovo A6000 plus through FLIPKART flash sale on 19th May which got delivered on 21st May.From the first day itself the phone is heating up very badly some times the temperature reaching nearly 42 degree celsius (i have attached the screenshot) which makes me unable even to keep the phone on my pocket and mind you i have put only one sim and havent used the phone for calling yet. The next problem is the battery drainage. The phone's battery drains within 3 to 4 hours from 60 % to 8 % even at standby with no calls, no apps downloaded, no mobile data or wifi enabled.so i filed a return for the product but flipkart executive contacted me and while checking through the smart chk app they came to the conclusion that there should be 45 degree or above temperature for the product to be defective and the executive told that the battery is healthy. Therefore they told they cant proceed with replacement and asked me to visit the nearest Lenovo service center and get a DOA letter from them to proceed further in this regard. I ordered this product as a gift to my wife for our wedding anniversary and now as such i was unable to fulfill my promise. In between i also noticed that calls are not able to be recieved at my end.whenever someone calls the call is not getting connected while try to attend it..Also there are problem in the touch screen also..some letters are not typing while messaging or emailing.and touch goes wary sometimes. Yesterday on 25th may i visited the LENOVO service centre at cochin M/s smart solutions for obtaining a doa and after the verification they confirmed my complaints of over heating, calls not connecting, battery drainage and keypad issue.They issued me a DOA letter for replacement.but since i bought the phone through flipkart i told them i will file the return myself.I am attaching the DOA letter from lenovo service centre. FLIPKART claims they provide EASY RETURNS if the customer is not satsified also.Here i have a genuine reason still they are not keeping their promise.I dont want any replacement anymore and require a full refund at the earliest..since the model as such is a defective one Thanking you NISHANTH.S [protected]

      1) Reference order no OD[protected] dated 6 MAY 2015 in name of the undersigned. 2) This mobile is not functioning properly from Day 1 of delivery. Battery gets discharged after 4-5 calls, in spite of charging again and again on the switched off mode, as instructed by your customer care person. 3) I had made many telephonic complaints to the customer care service; same can be verified from your concerned people. 4) I had taken contact no. from your customer care from your local Lenovo centre on 25th May 2015. Immediately, I went to dealer and told my technical problem to the Lenovo service centre Nayyar Enterprises (Address: Main Bazar, Near M.C Office, Pathankot-145001, Pathankot, Punjab ). To my surprise Nayyar Enterprises refused to entertain my complaint saying that after 1 week nothing can be done, as the warranty does not hold good after 7 days, in case of replacement of mobile. This is not mentioned anywhere in the warranty card. He told to us to buy a new battery and replace it.(Imagine changing your battery after 10 days of purchase) The logic given by your Pathankot dealer is very absurd, unwarranted and not customer caring. 5) This type of service to a senior citizen, army colonel appears totally unpleasant from a renowned company like yours. 6) May I request you to early set to resolve my mobiles technical problem/replacement of this mobile handset should be initiated. 7) Also, the service of your local dealer (Nayyar Enterprises) may immediately be cancelled as, he is totally unfit to do the job and mislead the customer. This is my first Lenovo product usage and hoping that my issue gets resolved immediately. Otherwise I may never recommend this brand ever to anyone for purchase ever.           I bought moto g 2 white color on October 1 and from the day 1 I have the problem on battery the charge is not standing for half a day also.. And I m irritated by it. But some how I adjusted for 7 months and now the battery draining too soon and I m very much upset with it..and also it heats up while charging and also while using.. Kindly help me at least in service or some replacements.. Thank u..

              I placed an order for sony MDR XB400 headphone on May 13, 2015 as a Birthday gift to my brother. When he received the product, we were shocked as it was some other headphone. I was very upset to see my brother disappointed. However I raised a request for replacement but again I got some different headphone. It was really very disturbing that flipkart is repeating same mistake. As Flipkart demolished all our feeling therefore I demand for the compensation for all the pain we faced and for all the hopes, flipkart destroyed.

                      I have purchased O General AC from Flipkart.com and within 7 months it is giving me trouble as it is not working properly. O General company is not ready to repair as it is purchased from Flipkart, com (which is not a registered dealer of O general) I have already given complain in flipkart call center on 12th may 2015, not received any response till 25th may 2015, now this garbage of Rs. 60000 is laying in my office and if do not get service within next 2 days. I will be forced to control at CONSUMER COURT against both O General And FLIPKART.COM FOR YOUR SAKE TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION. PFA Purchase invoice.

                            I am currently facing 2 problems with my Moto E handset which I purchased in July 2014 from flipkart (thus i warranty period). Below are the problems: 1. Moto E handset's volume is disabled for few days thus I am unable to hear the ring for receiving calls, no volume for videos which are played, can't hear to music. The ringer starts working automatically after few days. I am facing this problem once a month from last 3 months. 2. Handset gets switched off automatically.

                              I had purchased Mi India Mi4i on the very first sale conducted on the 30th of April via Flipkart (Order Number OD[protected]. Three days back the front camera of my phone started giving issues. As soon as i turn on the camera, the display becomes highly pixelated and pink in color.The above mentioned issue is only with the front cam. Yesterday i received a call from your product specialist and i was asked to follow some steps at the end of which the problem was confirmed to be a manufacturing defect and a replacement was processed (ID :[protected]. Since i had ordered the phone while i was in Mangalore and the phone seemed to be working fine for ten days or so, I came to Kolkata for my vacations without the box. I received a mail stating that the product cannot be exchanged without the product box.What should i do in this case? I am not expected to carry the product box everywhere I go. You cannot foresee a manufacturing defect creeping up in a 13K handset some 10 days after its purchase.Please help!!!

The order was accepted but after 3 days we received a message that we cannot fulfil this order. Later on they sent us a RAM that was faulty. They said we cannot change it as vendor would not give us the guarantee. The invoice was in the name - Keyideas Infotech Private Limited, New Delhi.                                     I have bought a new Ienovo A6000 plus handset from flipkart and recieved on 13th May. Order ID: OD[protected] Now, when i am using the phone, I am facing a lot of trouble issues. When any call comes, i am not able to pick up the phone using slider options as the UI gets blocked. Call gets cut in between due to network problems in this device as we tried with the same sim in some other phone, calls are made and recieved properly.I am not able to access the Playstore in the phone. I have raised an activity for it's replacement and followed all the steps which your technical support asked me to do. Software and hardware versions are also up to date in the device. And, still i am facing the same problems. These UI blocking problems are occuring when i am not using the heavy applications on the device. The technical support are just following the casual talks and are not looking into the matter seriously. Especailly i explicitly mentioned one of your guy named " Avesh " to not to close the activity which i have raised for my handset replacement. But now, i have recieved a message saying that your activity has been closed. The replacement scheme is within 30 days and i want my set to be replaced as i am not able to access applications and calls properly on my device. LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP

                                    The above complaint is already addressed. Customer had complained stating that there are multiple issues with the device and sim card does not detect. It is found that we have a;ready approved the replacement and hence closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.

                                      1) Heating issue seems like i am holding hot battery in my hand. 2)After playing game for 10 mins gets heat up .. Game size only 48 MB. 3)Performance issue: Hanging a lot. 4)Camera: After taking continuous 10 shots this phone starts heating and hanging. 5)You Can not put this phone on ear while taking because of heating issue. Since the device is getting heated excessively, I complained to Flipkart. First blindly they replaced. After persuading I was asked to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the overheating problem. Further I was told to activate this app Technical Section would contact me and provide a PIN But no one called me. Next it was scheduled for next day. Again there was no call from Flipkart. Next date they disappointed me third time. For this lapse the excuse Flipkart gave was that they tried to contact me and my telephone route was busy. This is a big lie as always at the appointed schedule I made myself available and waiting for the call and was close to mobile phone. It appears by delaying tactics Flipkart wants to cross the 30 day replacement warranty period and at last reject my request.
