I placed order with flipkart for beauty products worth 999, and while i put products worth that amount into my cart they showed that the offer had been applied. Nothing about placing order with the same seller was mentioned. Infact they showed that the offer had been applied. But later when i got the product and got back to the customer service to redeem my offer they refused to give it to me. The reason being that the order was from two sellers. If that was the case then you shouldn't have put the offer in my cart in the first place. I am so disappointed with the services.

    Good Day Iam your old customer .I purchased MILAGROW M8 PRO 3G QUADCORE (TABTOP) Item No. OD[protected]. I have a lot of trouble with reference to its processing like this tabtop is getting hanged now and then, the touch sense of tabtop is not functioning properly as per the commands, even the charger is producing a powerfull current shock when touched, the tabtop is producing heat which is while by while increasing and seeming to heat like an iron, moreover there is a need to reset tabtop 4 to 5 or sometimes more than above times a day, the display screen is blinking and leading to get heated like an iron that was leading the probability to burst.I bought it in exchange with the same product last time. And when we compare this tab to other companies tabs like samsung, apple, huawei...they dont have such troubles.I am very displeased by the quality of this product.I hope you will definetly let me out of this trouble and do the needful as soon as possible.

I have odered lennovo 7000 mobile phone under the flipkart scheme of 10% off on transction with axis bank debit card but i got no benifit of scheme.when i called to flipkart customer care they said there is issue between flipkart and axis bank we cant do any thing and cancel your order and do it again after some time. I want to say that if flipkart has any problem si why they are attractnig us by showing such type of fake offer.           i purchase Huawei E3131Bs-1 3G Data Card on flipkart but the seller fronttech send me used data card in data card no Huawei company logo and in data card their is no user guide or anything else in the box only one used datacard. that card i seen on olx at 500rs. but i want new data card so i purchase on flipkart. but i totally foolish that i purchase this item on flipkart and lost my 2600Rs i don't want to buy anything from that fake seller again. i want all my money refund. pls help me to get my money refund. my order id is OD[protected]

            CAUTION "DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE" FLIPKART SAYS IF THE TEMP GOES ABOVE 45 DEGREES ONLY THEN THEY WILL REPLACE. BUT I HAVE CHECKED WITH COOLER MASTER APP IT SHOWS AROUND 40 AND I CANT USE THE PHONE TO MAKE CALLS AS IT MAKES MY EAR BURN WITH HEAT... TOTAL WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FLIPKART AGAIN. THANKS A LOT.

              I have bought a micromax canvas nitro A311 on 8th may but it is heating too much. Then i have requested for return on 10th but every time i have been told that you are not reachable on the phone and rejected the return request though i am available on the phone.                 I ordered lenevo 6000plus on 5th May 2015 under order no. OD[protected] I told flipkart I am not satisfied with the mobile because it is getting discharged automatically and ii have to open open and again fix battery to switch on the phone.flipkart customer care send link to check the technical fault and they say there is no technical fault. And me facing the same issue continuously.there is no help from flipkart till now. I am asking ti either refund me or retuen with new phone.now i am regretting for why did I choose flipkart.

                  Order number : OD[protected] Return Request ID: 19902582 I requested return for this item on 23-MAY-2015. I did not receive any link to install any Smart Check App. I got a call from technical team at 12.33pm 24-may-2015 intimating me that without the app they cant approve my return request so they will send me the link to that app and will call me back the same day. I just got a message indicating that a call back is arranged on 25-MAY-2015 at 3 30 pm. Your customer care executives behaved rudely and even dropped my call twice when I asked them to send me the link for that app again. I am extremely frustrated with your customer care attitude. What if I dont receive the link till 25th and when the technical team calls again they will again postpone it to a later date indicating the same reason. You are using dirty tactics to avoid the exchange of items. If the issue is not resolved this will be my last purchase on flipkart and I will advice my friends and family against buying items on flipkart.

                      I ordered ASUS ZENFONE 2 the order number is OD[protected] on 11th May 2015 I got it I requested for refund on 12th May 2015 for that flipkart team called me at 8 pm on 12th may 2015 I told flipkart I am not satisfied with the mobile because it is not getting charged after 60% and it is overheating within 5 to 10 minutes o[censored]sage they told me they will send me a links by that smart link the mobile phone condition will be checked but I did not get any link from Flipkart. Again I called flipkart toll free number on 21st May 2015 they said flipkart technical team would call me on 23rd at 6:47pm he also told the same i.e. they would send me a link after 4 hours flipkart technical team would call me. It is 24th May till now I did not get any call. I paid 20000 rupees for the 4GB RAM honestly telling you I am regretting for why did I choose flipkart.

                            I called one of the customer care guys..I explained my problem.he put me on hold for lond 7 8 minutes and he hung up.this is what u call customer care.newy I cant really expect something from unprofessional junkies.i bought a gym item to gift my friend today and to my amusement when he unpacked the screws and headrest missing. I was informed I cant return it as 10 day policy of returning is over..please dont give me same crap again.I didnt use it..I kept it to gift my friend.amazon has 30 days return policy and u guys suck

                              I buy the mobile (sony xperia z1 compact white, AMOUNT PAID:Rs.24103, Order ID:OD[protected], seller:AIDPL) on 15th may 2015 in flipkart.com, and item delivered on 20th may 2015 (The shipment was sent through: Ekart Logistics, Shipment Tracking ID: FMPP[protected]), to my relatives address at rajhamundry-533103. Actually my home at narsapuram-534275(item not deliverd to my home, thats why i order item address to my relatives) and i went to rajhamundry, i received the package on 21st may 2015 and i opened the sealed pack at 9:00 pm, i found the some tool scratch on mobile back upper side, like mobile already repared before. and i put the return request on 22nd may 2015 (Return ID:[protected]. Still they saying return request under processing.

                                Hi, This is to notify you that delivery boy who came to me was very poor in nature and ill mannered. I called him several times after the differences of 15-20 minutes he rejected my call each time. I informed this to call centre as well however they could not assure me the time and I could not for whole day. When that delivery boy he replied me very rudely " mai kisi ka phone nhi pick karta, jao complaint kr lena ". I don't shop with your company for such behaviour. Please look into this and take appropriate action.

                                    Ref : Flipkart Order no.OD[protected] Dated 17.05.2015 for Lenovo Laptop Battery N100 6 cell laptop battery. Dear Sir, With reference to the above subject, I have purchased Lenovo Laptop Battery N100 6 cell laptop battery against the said order on dated 17.05.2015 for Rs.1500/- and the same received on dated 19.05.2015 for your reference. When I build in laptop, the percentage showing changing by every second like it is showing 23% then next second showing 5% next second showing 21% next 4% next 18% like that. Then I visited lenovo service center at chembur-mumbai and show the said battery and ask about warranty period. The service center person laugh at me and told that seller had cheated you, he sold duplicate battery to you and We cant give any service against the said battery. Now I need your help that how come you send this kind of product to consumer. I have received Invoice provided from your side showing warranty for 1 year? what is this means? service center not even check this battery and you are showing 1 year warranty. Please explain on this.

So customer visited ASC and was denied service as it was a duplicate product. So requested customer to share the acknowledgement, he agreed. Meanwhile, taken request for refund and closing the case.

                                      Hi I am Surendranath Kamble, writing from Hadapsar, Pune I bought this Order id: OD[protected] Product: Eureka Forbes Easy Clean Plus Hand-held Vacuum Cleaner from Flipkart on 16 May, 2015 They delivered it in 3-4 days. But when I took trial of this product I came to know that the power of the product is not as good as I wanted to. So, I have raised claim for returning this product (Complaint ID :[protected]. But they refused to do so, they given the policy reason to me. and also told me that I said OK. So today I raised it for replacement, I have suggested the product which has more power as compare to this product, and also I agreed to pay extra amount for that but still they are giving me only reasons of policies and all.
