    I had received the delivery of a Moto G - 2nd gen phone on 9th April 2015. The phone display had a thick green line at the right end. I immediately called up the flipkart customer care number and asked for a replacement. The person at the other end told me that the company will not provide a replacement soon. He advised me to perform some troubleshooting techniques which were completely useless. The guy kept on telling me some more techniques, all this while knowing that it is a manufacturing defect and no method can ever erase that line on the display. I enquired at some mobile stores and they all gave me the same reply - The line is a manufacturing defect. There is no way to get rid of it. At the end of it all, i now have a brand new phone which looks like an eyesore every time i switch it on. I am disgusted at the service provided by flipkart. How can the company ship a defective phone to its customers? To add to this, flipkart does not even provide a replacement even though it realises that it is the company that is at fault here. Purchasing a phone from that website was a complete waste of time and money.

      I placed an order for mee mee laundry detergent and the seller cancelled it due to some reason. But i didnt get the refund for the same which the flip kart site as well as the customer support team claims that the refund is processed and successful. I used a USD gift card to purchase this in INR. I used this card only for purchases in flipkart and when i check with the gift card vendor i got the complete transaction list and the list clearly showed 2 purchase transactions and only one refund transaction pertaining to a different cancellation. flipkart needs to resolve this issue without taking much time as there as enough proofs available for the same. order details below . refund transactions USD 10.79 centes - 29 sep purchase transactions which got cancelled 22 sep - USD10.92 c OD[protected] INR 665 21 sep - USD 11.71c OD[protected] INR 720 Flipkart case number : Incident:[protected] Incident:[protected]

      Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and there was no response, So sent e-mail to customer asking to revert back with the alternate number or contact Flipkart customer care for further assistance and closing the case.

        I have purchase a mobile phone from flip kart. It started giving problem in just 20days of purchase then i opt for your return policy. I was assured to get call back on 29th Apr and i was waiting for call. Then i got sms that they will contact me on 1st May at 9:30pm then again i was waiting for call. But again i got sms that i will get call on 2nd may at 6:30 pm or alternately i can call on [protected] for immediate return. Then now i called up and they are saying that they cannot do anything and i will get call in the evening as per scheduled time. Then i asked them to lodge complaint that i am using another phone for time being and it should be resolved immediately. They have given me complaint no.[protected]. So i request you to help me on immediate basis as i am getting very problem without phone.

          Guys you know what! I bought google nexus 6. From day 3 heating and rebooting issues. I would have called flipkart a[protected] times! Frontline agent usually schedule a call back at 05:30. Nobody ever called me back and exactly at 05:31 i will get a text postponing the call back to the next day for no reason. You know why, they are not ready for replacements/refunds if the product is a little costlier. Their intension to sell these products to us and keep their mouths shut till it is 30 days so that we cant raise any complaints u see. Bunch of insane illeterate customer service executives, supervisors and tech support agents. Its been three week now, no responses. My only conern here is to let u all know this. 49000 is a joke for all those working in flipkart. They are so mean and cruel. I'm cornered and helpless. I pray to god that #sachinbansal should hang himself after he reads this review. They promote the company by their sweet talks and ads.

            appalling delivery sense!--Cant believe this is happening at a central place like Gurgaon! Uncouth delivery guys--have no idea what they are doing!-Carry no change with them. No credit card swipe machines in fact no infrastructure. Tighten your belts please--this will not do in the long run. at least 4 of my orders have been shucked because of the above! Will not shop ever from this company.

                I HAD PURCHASED A MOTOG 2 HANDS SET ON 18.11.14 VIA FLIPCART. THE MACHINE SCREEN NOT WORKING . TAKING THE MACHINE FOR REPAIR AT AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER, KOLKATA ON 06/04/15. TILL DATE NOT REPAIRED FOR WANT OF PARTS. A OFFICER OF MOTOROLLA MR AMIT BUCHARLI INFORMED THAT THE AMOUNT OF RS 12999/- BEING THE PRICE OF THE MACHINE WILL BE REFUNED. ON 24/04/15.ACCORDINGLY INVOICE A COPY OF CANNCELLED CHEQUE ATTACHED AND MAIL FORWDED TO MOTOROLA. AT PRESENT THE COMPANY NOT WILLING TO REPAIR, NOR REFUND AND REPLACE THE MACHINE.                     well i had odered Moto G (2nd Gen) from flipkart on 27 April, 2015 11:29 AM on address PINKESH K PATEL [protected] At post - Ena dhamdod Tall- palsana Near Bardoli Surat Bardoli, Gujarat - 394601 they placed the oder and shipped aswell. but they called me on 1st may friday at 3:21 pm from (+91 [protected]) and told me that they cant deliver that product to given address and they ask me to give some alternate address nearby where they can send me the same product., so they said they will arrange me a call back in one hour. so i can give them another address but i dint get any call back from flipkart..and they automatically cancelled my oder without asking me and now they wants me to do fresh oder on same product where i have to pay extra money.. and the product i odered at first place was in offer from SBI where i get some cash back.. i ask them to help me but they not helping.. so please kindly help or take some action against flipkart.. thank you PINKESH PATEL

                        i am really disappointed with the service.i bought motto e mobile through flipcart and i raised a replacement order in it..i got a msg like someone will call you from flipcart.i got the call and due to range problem call got disconnected and they msged me.they will call me within 4 hours.and then again in got msg like they will call me in may 1 .may 1st ended .still no call.

                        Sir maine flipkart se hard disk purchage kiya tha 25 june ko subah 6:53am per... And maine online paymet kr diya after date same date 25june ko hi 30 min. Ke under hi maine apna order cancel kr diya...but sir mere pass account mein refund nhi aaya...aaj one week ho gya main etna pareshaan ho chuka hu apne refund ko le kr k ki main hi jaanta hu... Customer care ke pass call kro toh wo wait krne ko bolte hai... And flipkart mujhe daily new date diye ja rha hai... Sir but limit toh tab cross ho gyi jab flipkart ke account per mere "issue unresolved" likha hua show hone laga... Aap please meri help kijiye sir mere refund k liye...                               i had purchased a hp printer 1510, on 30th april it is delivered and after installing its not taking print and paper are getting jammed again and again, i buyed it with extra money to get it delivered in a day, but now its of no use as it is not printing even a single page.

                                I had purchased one number Moto G 2nd Gen under flipkart Tax Invoice No.BLR_WFLD[protected] DT. 23.10.2014 ORDER NO.OD[protected] DT. 22.10.2014. The phone was giving problem in charging and battery was draining rapidly. I had sent the same to authorised service centre M/s. Sai Technology Services, 18, Ground Floor, Ramanuj Complex, Station Road, Below Chemmanu Jwellery, Hubli. But shocked to hear from them that it is not considered under warranty because its physical damage and repairing charges will be Rs.6000/= though it is purely understood that this is due inferior workmanship and substandard battery used during manufacturing.Their inspection has made the instrument more damage and it is not charging now and became useless.I tried to convince them but my all efforts went into vein.                                   Hi, This is Mr. Solanki from Atlanta (USA). I have ordered 2 accessories, 1 headset & 1 lady top, during 1st week of April for my Fiance. She just received 1 accessories and other 3 got cancelled with out even any attempt. The delivery boy or any of your representative did call and said they gonna make an attempt next day morning.                                     I got motog2 on 29th march of 2015. Within this short period of time i'm facing the problem that my handset get heated often and battery backup is not satisfied. so that i need charge my mobile twice or thrice in a day. i got call from the technical team on 30th april. they suggest me to download SmartCheck app... I complete my downloaded work. still i waiting for the call from a technical team. And i have one more doubt about this Smartcheck app. how can trust these kind of app, it may track my mobile and affraid about hacking issues.. hope for ur favour as soon as possible.
