Spoke to customer and got to know that he received a wrong product, So apologized for the inconvenience and asked him to take a refund. However, customer insisted saying that he will keep the product and he does not need refund. So closing the case.

    I bought a REDMI NOTE 4G phone on 9th of April, 2015 and flipkart had a offer where i was supposed to receive a MI Ear phones with the phone. However i got my phone on the very next day but the expected delivery date for ear phones was 20th April 2015. I did not receive my ear phones on 20th so i called and confirmed that it will be delivered by 24th. When i called on 24th April someone from customer service said i will get it by 28th of April/5 working days. When i called on 28th i was informed that it will be delivered soon. Today 30th April 2015 i get a mail which says i will get it by 4th June, 2015.My ear phones were supposed to be delivered by 20th April and now it is 4th June. I am really frustrated with this and raising a complaint against flipkart. I request you to please resolve this at the earliest. This is one of the worstest service i have ever seen.       Hello, I ordered for a black casuals of D Vogue from Flipkart, first of all I got brown shoes rather than black. And second of all, these shoes are of Royal Camel with D Vogue sticker on top of it :/ This is ridiculous and not trust worthy. Please look into it as this is cheating us. We pay for the product which we order for not what they send us. And giving duplicate products with STICKERS on them is not acceptable.

          Guys please stop using flipkart its was not the 1st bad experience but i had given these guys 2nd chance Firstly they delivered a cheap quality sandal under the name of PUMA which i returned as tge moment i saw the sandal i got to some cheap quality plastic was used which puma cannot do its FLIPKART secondly i order a shoe was not as per my fitting i asked for exchange now thw mobile app say exchange was accepted and the item was delivered which is not true i still have the item with me i had ordered item on 13th of April expected delivery date was 28th April surprisingly today is 30th still FLIPKART is unable to deliver me and the call centre guy tells me wait till 2nd may. I'm done with FLIPKART GUYS request you to keep away from FLIPKART and live a happy life.

            Flipkart $ucks!! Order OD[protected] Bought this product on 12 March, 2015 9:44 AM and got it delivered on Mon, 16th March. Yesterday when i tried to use it turned out to be a defective piece. It just dose not trims. When i called up customer service and Spoke to NEHA PACTARIYA for a exchange she refused to exchange or return saying it is beyond our return policy. My question is a person comes to know about whether the product is defective or not only once they use it..Right? This has been the history of flipkart they deal in cheap, substandard product and refuse to to exchange when the customer find out it is defective. that's how they are making the money, buying all the defective products from cheap Chinese manufacturers and selling it to unsuspecting customers. Never ever will use flipkart again in my life.

As i had intimated in my last complaint regarding the Micromax Rockstar C192 mobile is not working condition. i all ready gave complaint on this ... its already one week completed but i dint find any progress.please let me know the status on this. I am sorry to inform ... i had taken one new mobile of MOTO- E 2 with the order No: OD[protected] under the name of Debasish (friend) invoice date is[protected], when ever i am connecting with any video call or skype, whatapp call audio of the mobile is not proper and we are unable to listen the voice of the 2nd person.. it is working with we make it switch off... and make it on each time..please do the need full...with my product. please look into above issues and do the needful...                   sir, we have ordered the moto-e 2nd generation mobile, we got aanother mobile in replacement but the present one is also having the problem as the previous one, your customer team has contacted me but they are saying that there is no defect in my mobile phone but iam still experiencing the serious heat, due to this heat we could'nt even respond to my phone calla and iam still using my old phone because i had problem with your product.. Sir, please take my mobile phone and refund my money..

                    I had Ordered for a plastic food container Order Number OD[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as IN STOCK, I made the payment ( Rs.269 ) of the same through my credit card on 21st April 2015. I received a confirmatory E-Mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my House Address of Bangalore in 2-3 Business days. However, on 28th April 2015, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my Credit Card Account. But I tracked the product details its mentioned in already packed. However customer support team says that out of stock, how is possible? However, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much Available and the site is still showing it as IN-Stock but only at a higher price. They Cancelled my order saying that the product is not available in spite of sending a confirmatory E-Mail to me.

                    The pride in India's thriving eCommerce business is being shattered by Flipkart who has seriously started cheating its customers. I wanted to order a phone by credit card payment but the order went by Cash On Delivery due to not a very clear user interface at Flipkart. Flipkart gave a 10 day delivery period which was rather long. I was closely tracking the order everyday, the product was shipped and I got SMS that to be ready as order will be delivered shortly. When went online was appalled order has been cancelled without my knowledge and it was the 7th day since I have ordered.

                    Tried finding Customer support to talk to where I can ask how my order has been cancelled on its own. First called on toll free number and was told by customer representative order has been cancelled due to some technical problems yesterday night and the product will be delivered, not to worry.

                    As there was no change showing on online status after many hours passed by I was suspicious.I mailed on whatever option was available online regarding customer support. Got a reply saying sorry and also very ambiguously answering that order has been cancelled and cannot be restated from their side. They were requesting me to reorder. What about the 7 days I have been waiting? Great thing was there site is showing a price increase from 6000 to 7000 Rupees for grey color phone which I have ordered.

                    I wrote about three times to customer care in past 3-4 hours and was getting variable answers at times common thing being they saying sorry. Last mail I wrote was that I will complain on social media of customers being harassed and whether they want 100 orders on COD where customer will deny delivery.Got a reply they will sort the matter by 24 July which was after 23 July their stated date of delivery.

                    I have been wasting few hours writing to them and also ordered on their competitor website where the phone was available on 6000 Rupees. The phone was supposed to be gifted. As I have been writing this mail the phone has been delivered at my house which is in a different city.Lets see whether the right product is delivered as I have paid and taken the package.

                    There is some serious coordination issues between departments in Flipkart and lack of Human interface.Thank you Flipkart for wasting my time . I do not know whether I would have got delivery if I had not kept continuous complaining. my colleague was sharing how his order was cancelled in same way for some other product earlier for which he did not complain.

                      Worst service and insecure purchase from Flipkart. Bought Lenovo A7000 phone which is utter flop. There is a heating problem in this phone and camera quality is also not good specs says its 8MP but even 2MP is better than this phone camera quality. Images are blurred when clicked through this phone's camera. I am disappointed by the service provided by flipkart they are not ready to accept my return request and instructing me to go to the service center and get my problem sorted there. Why should I go to the service center when I am purchasing the phone from flipkart and hardly its been 5 days for m to purchase this phone. I am ashamed of flipkart selling such phones, fooling people and also very much disappointed by the service provided by flipkart. I want refund for my phone. I file complaints 2 time in flipkart, I follow all instruction given by flipkart technical team, but my problem has not yet resolve, and now 2 new problem in my is not support memory card in pc and over heating after min its automatically restart. And due to ur executives mistake I am facing problem to first cancel that order. But still after 2 days my request has not been completed you are providing the worst service.if you are not able to cancel a order in 24 hrs then why are you saying that it will be cancelled in 24 hrs.please resove the problem otherwise I will complait it in consumer forum.

                              Dear Support Team, I am writing this complaint very painfully. I purchased the MOTO E2 in Flip kart on 31st march order ID is OD[protected]. I received on 1st April 2015 on that day itself I got fooled by Flip kart because whatever I received is defect product, Its started giving the problem in next 15days. I have raise the concern on April 18th 2015 to replace the product/Refund my amount nothing happened so for they even not bothered .Around 10 times I called by spending my money, time and energy to customer care to resolve my issue there is no momentum so for I am getting false committment from Flipkart customer care.                                 i ordered an samsung galaxy s3 no mobile from flipkart on[protected], received the product at[protected]. But the mobile seems like used one, it alreday have some wifi networks saved and charger got some blakc marks looks like some body used and returned the product, and flipkart delivered me the same one. it's been very dissapointing to see that can i exchange the product with another one.

                                  I have purchased Moto G(2G) in October 2014 through Flipkart.com. Recently I have heard about the system software update and accordingly I have updated the software. But after this updation my data package is reducing at a very high speed. I thought that can be a situational matter, but now its already 6 days and still the moment i switch on the data pack, it starts reducing, and within these last 6 days almost 3 GB data has been used. However, I have neither downloaded any video, song or anything. My current location is Ahmedabad, it will a great help if you can help me out with any Moto G (2G) service centre here.                                         Tried calling customer on '[protected]' and there was no response. However, we have already sent an e-mail to customer confirming that we have initiated refund on 30th Apr, 2015 along with the timeline within which it will reflect in his account.
