we could not add 'lenovo a7000' to the cart during the sale on 20th may, 2015.we clicked the 'buy' button exactly at the time the sale started but it was not added to the cart.we had registered it before and waited for the day to arrive but we could'nt buy it. please reply as soon as possible giving us a solution

        I purchased a 42″ VU TV from Flipkart which was delivered in April’14. After installation we realised that the person who came for installation carried half of the material with him without installing due to which TV is leaning on wall and not giving a perfect viewing angle. I called up Flipkart 3 times as details given here below Spoke to Sharif 14:00 13th May 2015 Spoke to Imran 14:30 7th May 2015 Spoke to Kundan 13:54 1st May 2015 I also sent them an email on 13th May, 15th May, 17th May and 19th May but nothing is done till now. What they can do is just make fake promises to their customers. Will never ever consider FLIPKART for anything again even if its a monopoly item sold only on FLIPKART. Their customer support is well trained to make fool of customers.

I received the said tablet on 16-05-15 and while used, its found working ok. But it was totally stopped its working on yesterday and presently not in working condition.               Customer says that he received a wrong product and replacement is still not deleivered as there is delay in pickup due to wrong item..Customer says that he has interacted with CS and there is no proper response and they only promised stating that they have sent e-mail to hub.. It is found that customer has good purchase history and hence provided refund & dont expect as an exception as he has posted his complaint in consumer complaints.
              I think flipkart will solve the matter today before 1:30 p.m as they have promised me through mail.

                          i ordered a DAIKIN AC from flipkart on 1 may, 2015. I was assured of providing installation services from flipkart within 5 days. But its been !0 days since the Ac is delivered ( 9 may) but they are not providing any installation services. Customer care helplines keeps on asking for 1 more day every time I call. my COMPLAINT ID IS[protected]. I have called more than 20 times, now they have started putiing me on hold . I had confirmed before shopping if they would provide the installation services or not and they assured me they would send service engineers to install AC.Now, they are neither providing any service engineers nor listening my grievences.

                              to, the manager, Dear sir, I have registered for one mobile lenovo a 6000 plus & also ordered for the same today (19/05/2015). I received confirmation msg for order also but after 5 minutes i got prerecorded call from yourside which was for order confirmation i didn't do any thing in between call but still my order cancelled automatically. after that i called your customer care center & talk to Ms. Megha about the same she told me that i have to register again & after that she disconnect call without hearing me. after that i retry the same this time Mr. Pankaj verma received call & he also repeated the same thing this time & he told me that you received call because you select payment mode COD basis after that i asked him to connect the call to the manager. about approx 10 minutes he put my call on hold but he did't transfer the call. i have only two quotation for you. 1) I have already registered for that product & after giving order of same i have done nothing for cancel the order than why my order cancelled. & why i have to re register & waste my time for that product if mistak is not from my side 2)As per talk with Mr. Pankaj verma if you don't want to sell material on COD basis why you put provision for the same in option.                                     I've registered a complaint about my redmi 2's camera which is not working since delivery. I'm attaching a screenshot of the problem as well. Order ID: OD[protected] Return ID: 19451864 But everyday I'm receiving a call from a different technical expert and each of them is just adding on what the previous one is saying. It seems like they are just trying to pass the month for which flipkart gives the warranty. And they are calling at their own convenient time just once every 24 hours. They are insisting me to have internet connection on my phone without which they can't help so I would also say that the terms and conditions on flipkart website are incomplete. I am certainly dissatisfied with the way they are handling the problem. If they can't replace then I would like them to return my rs. 6, 999 fully in cash. After this it is quite likely I would discourage my acquaintances to buy electronics from flipkart.

                                      I bought MOTO E-2nd generation mobile phone through flipkart on 11.05.2015.As soon as I received the mobile, I found that there is camera issue in my mobile.Then I contacted Customer Care number and explained about this 4 to 5 times.                                         Dear Sir, I had purchased Moto G through flipkart. I faced a problem with charger, so for getting original one I logged in and booked one whose order No. is OD[protected] which was not able to plugin due to small socket pins. Few times I tried but it's not working. Later on when I tried its not working. So I complained on toll free, they guided me to one service outlet in Andheri-east. Where the officials doesn't no how to behave with customers it's not with me but he was behaving in the similar passion with everybody it might hamper your brand. He straight away told me only mobile can be repaired not charger. If it's so why on toll free your executive guided me to service center. Was I sitting Idle. What is the guarantee of product you purchase through online and service you get is embarrassing. Can someone provide me the solution?

                                        Spoke to customer and got to know that he ordered for (Trost Moto G(2nd Gen) Set (Data Cable & Usb Adapter) Battery Charger ) in Mar, 2015 and it does not work and as per update the item only has 7 days warranty against manufacturing defects and it has also crossed the replacement period. Customer reported the issue after 2 months after delivery, so informed customer we would be able to do much in this case and closing the complaint.
