My phone (Moto G2) continuously heating. I use bike to go to my office. And every morning phone gets heating around 42 C. And today it was 44 C. Me and My friend in office both purchase the same product from flipkart but his phone is ok. I am not getting any support from flipkart. I am calling almost daily to flipkart customer care they said our technical dept will call you. But they don't and I get a message and email of disapproved.

    i brought a phone in flipkart ( karbonn a11star) which cost 4500it has 1yr warranty. what happened to my phone is display was broken so i called flipkart helpline told that what about my phone they told warranty was over i having 3month warranty

Request loged last 3 days but no any phone call coming from us for return product. i requested to flipkart take back your product and refund me.         I Received Defective read MI Note 4G Mobile on 27.04.15. This is network signals not able to connect.it is always displaying Emergency service only. I tried Aircel, Airtel, Vodafone, BSNL, Reliance, Tata docomo. One of the net work also not connecting.then I given to authorized MI service center they are also said hard ware problem due to net work not connecting. They are issued DOA certificate also. I am calling to flipkart dayone onwards but they are not responding. As per the customer care suggestion i installed smart check application.but it is asking password . Again i called customer care they are telling technical team contact to you. But till now nobody called. I am very upset for this product. Please take it back to mobile and return my money.           Order an item from flipkart but got an empty packages from them again told them to replace it the agreed and replace it but the only difference of both the shipment was that of its origin.. i.e one from kadugodi so and one from gaziabhad but no mobile inside it. sometimes told them to change shipping order but they will cancel the order but they say that they are the top online retail of India and i give a "Khakkk Thu" on this one that means spitting on it in our local languages. What ever it is there will never be a top retail on it... am very angry on this one.

            I am Ashish from Ambala city, Haryana. I was book 1 laptop of HP Compaq on 27 of April, 2015. When I select your this item, that time 2 offer was on it. The first offer was 1000/- rs less on this item and secondly The offer you give free 1 pen drive of 16 GB, 1 router, 1 digital frame and 1 data card with this item. but on 1may 2015 when I received your item I surprised, I have not received any free product. Related this I was called on your customer care no. And said that I want to return this product. They said that your team will contact me. But still I have not received any call from your side.                 Hi, Starting with real frustation its been disgusting after full payment and 5 days of waiting received a dead piece of Moto-G which does not get switch on after doing everything. I had to call customer care which lasted for 10 min duration and costed me 25Rs. Just think i had pay addon cost, moreover a time waste, additionally have to wait for more days. I dont understand how a reputed ecommerce player delivers such a bad piece. Sorry to say but you dont deserve to run a business if you dont fullfill your saying "Country's leading E-Commerce player" Order Details: Order ID- OD[protected] Model NO- Moto G Seriously Sachin and Binny you really need to micro manage your business.                   Flipkart has delivered FAULTY moto g 2nd generation mobile. I was astonished to hear the broken/distorted sound coming out of speaker when I turned on the speaker.One can clearly hear annoying sound while talking/listening music/phone ringing/message notification etc etc.The speaker does not work at all and handset audio quality is also poor.I am facing lot of hassle while trying to return back the mobile. -Vikram

                    With reference to subjected order we have been delivered the casio edifice analog digital watch on 22nd June 2014. Now the following defects have been observed in the watch. 1. minute hand when revolving clockwise sometimes stuck up at 10 O'clock position, 2. minute hand revolving anti-clockwise always stuck up at 6 o'clock position. When contacted at casio service center they demanded the original invoice and stamped warranty card. but the watch is purchased online and we have not received invoice and stamped warranty card as well. THE WARRANTY CARD INSIDE BOX HAS NO SR. NO. AND INVOICE NO. ALSO PACKAGE BOX DOES NOT HAVE ANY BAR CODE, SAME IS SUSPECTED REMOVED before delivery. Pictures of both are attached herewith for your perusal. This seems like fraud of selling defective pieces of reputed brand online. I fear we might have been cheated online. Also this corrupts the company name in the market. Casio Company service center people are not ready to service the watch without bar code and s.no. on box and warranty card.
                    After reporting the mater to customer care they offered to take back the watch and refund the money but after two days they denied to take back and told to accept only 10% amount as credit in the valet to purchase some other item which is not acceptable. Flikart is solely responsible for the Delivery of deffective watch, they also not provided invoice and valid warranty card with the watch. This simply fraud, cheating with consumers.

                      Dear Team, Again i got the defective handset on 28th April'15. Now the speaker is creating a problem... I dont understand why are you selling this lenovo if it has a problem. Instance : 1) While playing music player on the speaker ... its not working properly... 2) Transferring file from Laptop to Mobile... then its showing me error. and many more instance are there.                           I had received the delivery of a Moto G - 2nd gen phone on 9th April 2015. The phone display had a thick green line at the right end. I immediately called up the flipkart customer care number and asked for a replacement. The person at the other end told me that the company will not provide a replacement soon. He advised me to perform some troubleshooting techniques which were completely useless. The guy kept on telling me some more techniques, all this while knowing that it is a manufacturing defect and no method can ever erase that line on the display. I enquired at some mobile stores and they all gave me the same reply - The line is a manufacturing defect. There is no way to get rid of it. At the end of it all, i now have a brand new phone which looks like an eyesore every time i switch it on. I am disgusted at the service provided by flipkart. How can the company ship a defective phone to its customers? To add to this, flipkart does not even provide a replacement even though it realises that it is the company that is at fault here. Purchasing a phone from that website was a complete waste of time and money.

                            I placed an order for mee mee laundry detergent and the seller cancelled it due to some reason. But i didnt get the refund for the same which the flip kart site as well as the customer support team claims that the refund is processed and successful. I used a USD gift card to purchase this in INR. I used this card only for purchases in flipkart and when i check with the gift card vendor i got the complete transaction list and the list clearly showed 2 purchase transactions and only one refund transaction pertaining to a different cancellation. flipkart needs to resolve this issue without taking much time as there as enough proofs available for the same. order details below . refund transactions USD 10.79 centes - 29 sep purchase transactions which got cancelled 22 sep - USD10.92 c OD[protected] INR 665 21 sep - USD 11.71c OD[protected] INR 720 Flipkart case number : Incident:[protected] Incident:[protected]

                              I have purchase a mobile phone from flip kart. It started giving problem in just 20days of purchase then i opt for your return policy. I was assured to get call back on 29th Apr and i was waiting for call. Then i got sms that they will contact me on 1st May at 9:30pm then again i was waiting for call. But again i got sms that i will get call on 2nd may at 6:30 pm or alternately i can call on [protected] for immediate return. Then now i called up and they are saying that they cannot do anything and i will get call in the evening as per scheduled time. Then i asked them to lodge complaint that i am using another phone for time being and it should be resolved immediately. They have given me complaint no.[protected]. So i request you to help me on immediate basis as i am getting very problem without phone.

                                Guys you know what! I bought google nexus 6. From day 3 heating and rebooting issues. I would have called flipkart a[protected] times! Frontline agent usually schedule a call back at 05:30. Nobody ever called me back and exactly at 05:31 i will get a text postponing the call back to the next day for no reason. You know why, they are not ready for replacements/refunds if the product is a little costlier. Their intension to sell these products to us and keep their mouths shut till it is 30 days so that we cant raise any complaints u see. Bunch of insane illeterate customer service executives, supervisors and tech support agents. Its been three week now, no responses. My only conern here is to let u all know this. 49000 is a joke for all those working in flipkart. They are so mean and cruel. I'm cornered and helpless. I pray to god that #sachinbansal should hang himself after he reads this review. They promote the company by their sweet talks and ads.

                                  appalling delivery sense!--Cant believe this is happening at a central place like Gurgaon! Uncouth delivery guys--have no idea what they are doing!-Carry no change with them. No credit card swipe machines in fact no infrastructure. Tighten your belts please--this will not do in the long run. at least 4 of my orders have been shucked because of the above! Will not shop ever from this company.
