Flipkart customer support is getting worst, recently bought kids product from flipkart order id OD[protected], product delivered was not as described in website and package was in damage condition, received a call from their representative Gomathi, spoke in a very rude tone and stating that she is trying to help me . flipkart customer support is getting worst.

How can u forget your responsibility of customer satisfaction.Plz ASAP solve my problem, otherwisw i will going to take help at consumer office for your complain.and 'MEAN' my words.       Spoke to customer and got to know that he order for (Mahavir 7pc Induction & Lpg Compatible 7 - Piece Cookware Set ) and the item delivered did not have handles and top pan cover in it. So apologized for the inconvenience and when checked found that we had already approved replacement. So informed customer about the time line for delivery and closing the case as the issue stands resolved.

                Order ID: OD[protected] Seller: Basicslife Order which you sent is 28 size but I ordered 32 size. This is not good. How can u be that irresponsible sending order with different size.                   I booked an product (Oder no.OD[protected] flipkart which would be delivered by 15 may 2015 as per email confirmation. but today is 18 may 2015 and it is still not get delivered to me. contacted to customer care but they have some typical line to say " sorry sir we will deliver it soon to you." on every delivery date they postpone the current date and ask me to wait.

                    I asked customer care executive to cancel my order number (OD[protected] dt[protected] which i order for samsung galaxy tab 4 T231 tablet because of not delivering time. I asked them to refund my money to my credit card so they are always taking some other request somtime replacement or sometime otherthing. the executive who taken cancel request are below with there reference number Amit-Reference number:[protected] Karan-150517 Hruda[protected] Always they are taking request for cancellation but they are not cancelling my order they are just fooling the customers. I want refund to be credited to my credit from where i made the payment.

                      I have ordered an item having order no:- OD[protected], which is a highlander polo t-shirt. 18th may was the last date before which the product needs to be delivered, but it hasn't. From the last 7 days flipkart logistics partner Blue Dart at Hazaribag, Jharkhand showing incomplete consignee address in track order. Regarding this I haven't got call from blue dart and the number which is available (blue dart courier, hazaribag) is out of reach but still I replied to them with some landmark point to their email on 15th may, but sadly there was no reply.Then i mailed to the customer care of flipkart, and they assured me that they will look into the matter and the product will get delivered before the last date which is today, i.e, 18th may. But when I called to senior supervisor of flipkart(Name: Ashwin) today, he told me that the product is returned to the shipper and it is my(customer) fault that the address was incomplete.And, sadly the same logistics have successfully delivered a product previously to the same address few months back. So, I do not want just cancellation of my product, I want compensation from flipkart, as it was there fault as they haven't delivered before the promissed date.There was emotions attached with that as I have ordered this product for my brother-in-law on his birthday.                         My Order number OD[protected] This complaint is pending from 7th May 2015 but till now its not resolved. My mobile get heated at a very high temperature i want to get refund. I purchased this mobile on 02/05/2015 and my invoice number is blr_wfld[protected]. I called many times to your customer care but no one responded to it in a satisfactory way. As its a bad Customer service. Hence if this problem is not solved i will file complaint at Consumer Court. Hope you will solve my problem as soon as possible.

                          Incident:[protected] Order ID: OD[protected] Tracking ID:17868783 Reference id:[protected] Above order was placed with Flipkart on 9th with online payment (I wish I had opted for cash on delivery) and Due date of delivery confirmed was 12th May. Until EOD 12th, there was no communication. When I called CS, they asked to confirm the address and said it will be delivered in next 2 business days which was 14th May. I insisted speaking to next level supervisor who confirmed the delivery on next day by noon. however nothing happened for next 2 days. When I called on 14th May EOD, lady repeated the same line "kindly confirm the address and it will be delivered in next 2 BD". I said same thing was told 2 days back and I suspect same thing will repeat after 2 days. she said there was no log about your previous communication. then I realized, CS team actually does not record telephonic conversation. hence I sent an email. however, unfortunately, same thing is still being repeated even via email and to add to that, I got an email notification that Incident[protected] is resolved now. is there a escalation contact detail? I am asking tehm to refund my money, that also they are not doing. now the situation is for the purpose I placed that order is already past and I am in no hurry and can go to a shop and buy

                              I bought a smartphone from ‪#‎FLIPKART‬ and look what happened with me.., Beware Every smart phone acclaims that it brings our near ones more near but in my case things gone worst, the only mistake I made was choosing #FLIPKART for ordering a smart phone for my mom as a token of thanks on her birthday.So I ordered MI4 64GB worth 22000 (8th april) which is not a small amount for me who has not yet started earning.I was making savings for this from last one year.After 3 days of ordering I got the phone which I really appreciate.I sent the phone to my mom who lives in a nearby town.And I sold the old phone.But after a day when I happily tried calling her to tell her about the details of video calling but to my utter shock the number was unreachable.I tried calling her many a times but still the response was same so I got worried .Then in the night I got to know that she is not able to put the sim card in it.At first I thought she does not know how to do it.But when I went home I found out that the very expensive phone I chose to gift my mom, was defective.But as my phone was in warranty period I filed a complain .At first FLIPKART people said that I should go to a MI store located at the other corner of the city.It was my exam time but still because it was my hard earned money I took the pain and went over there.But they said that it is new product so its parts are not available.(#FLIPKART people from next time whenever you give people an advice please confirm it first because even our time is equally valuable).So i called Flipkart again, First they tried conviencing me but then finally they agreed to replace it and asked me the address as the phone was with my mom so I clearly gave my mom's address and they confirmed it, for pick up the defective piece BUT next day #FLIPKART representative came to my address and asked for the phone In a rude manner he said your phone has been deliver here so pick up will also be done from here only(Please note that they confirmed the address) But then he cancelled the replacement request on his own.Then I again tried to place a new request on my address but #FLIPKART people said that it will take 24 hours to cancell the previous request instead it took 130 hours (6 days to cancell), And in these hours I have called them more 30 times just to make sure that they are proceeding but every other person on #FLIPKART gave me a diifferent answer like some said it will take 12 hours, 24 hours some even said that it will take another 4 days just to place a request.Finally when all is done and request has been cancelled I placed a request and again they confirmed my address this time I gave my address as they have said I cant change address, I was happy and thanked so many times to the person talking to, But after 3 days of placing the new request I got call from my mom saying that #FLIPKART representative are at my hometown and asking for a defective phone.I was so frustated I did not know what to do.Now again I am repeating the same routine and facing the same problem. Since then I am fidgeting with #FLIPKART people.their response is horrible, Me and my mom are suffering for their lack of communication and commitment.i am not asking a phone for free, i paid 22000 for it, All my gift plans were ruined but #FLIPKART has not bothered even till now when I just hope they replace it.I have written this post because today its me but tomorrow it may happen with you also.If out of so many ecommerce companies we are choosing #FLIPKART and if they are not treating us as their precious customer rather they are not responding to our complains then its time to rethink of our choices.It is a thing to bring in notice to all cause we The young educated generartion can not tolerate this type of ignorence.                                 Order No. OD[protected] Return ID: 19433455 I ordered a Moto G, 2nd Generation from Flipkart on 28th April. Got it on 30th April. The bottom speaker is defective, there is a crackling sound whenever any call/message comes or when I play a song/video. So I tried to call Flipkart and tell them this issue, demanding a replacement. They told me to download Smartchk app, and said they'd send a link. It has been three days since I raised a complaint, and they haven't sent me a link yet. I call their customer support and all they say is: "Yes sir, we'll send you a link". Then their "technical team" calls me and tells me I had to install the app before talking to them. How will I do that if you guys don't send me the link? I've read about Flipkart using Smartchk app as a diagnostic and denying replacement claims if the diagnostic app fails to detect any problems. How will a diagnostic app detect a faulty speaker (hardware defect)? This is disappointing on Flipkart's behalf. Trying to absolve themselves of all guilt. What if they had sent a phone with a broken screen? A missing back? Would their "diagnostic app" diagnose that? Motorola's Service Center are asking me to contact Flipkart for a replacement. Flipkart is asking me to spin around in circles.

                                  OD[protected] and[protected] these two a.c was delivered and installed. but one a.c installed in wrong place. therefore I request for re-installation as soon as possible. installation technicians were Mr. Syed Sayeed, cell No. [protected] and Mr. Nazir ahmed, cell No.[protected]. pls give them instruction to re-install the a.c unit just one meter in center of the room. thank you mir ahmed khan tel. [protected]
                                  nothing wrong with flipkart. but I wish the services should be done as per the customers satisfaction.

                                    I ordered Xioami Mi4i ( Order No: OD[protected] and get this phone from flipkart on 10 May and i ma facing problem from first day and i raised complaint on 11 May. in handset i am facing 3 major issues. 1. Battery get finished 0 % from 85+ % automatically. 2. Phone get heated like burning. 3. whenever i start phone, attached error comes continuously again and again and flipkart says ye do switch off the mobile and on again and i do this several times but problem not fixed. 4. Flipkart customer service agents not responded properly they said go to Xioami service provider even i raised complaint on first day. Frustating with customer service flipkart and faulty product. Please help me !!

                                      On 11-May-2015 I ordered samsung galaxy S3 Neo (order Id OD[protected] from flipkart to the Pin Code 226001. I showed that the delivery was available at the location. (Photo attached) On 16-May-2015 I called the customer care for the information about the product, the representative told me that the delivery is under process. On 17-May-2015, I got a message from flipkart stating that the order has been cancelled. When I called the customer care again, he said that the delivery is not available at the location.

                                        I order A490 gigaset cordless phone thru order id OD[protected] in 25 June, 2014 11:11 AM. I received the product, invoice was for A490 and we started using phone. Due to some emergencies at home and also due previour experience with flipkart, did not even think of checking the set too. Now this set has started giving problem, therefore checked the manual and realised that manual was for A490/A495 while at the back of the set its written A49H. On taking up with Flipkart getting the repetition of policies that if it was within 30 days, they would have done the needful. I have been sent the invoice copy with an instruction to visit the nearest service station for repair. My concern is that invoice is for A490 while set is A49H then how will I get the service without paying. Secondly, A49H is not listed in fli[pkart site and even that time was not listed, then how can their suppliar send it. Now instead of taking it up with the suppliar they are harrassing the customer and repeating like a parrot that they can't do anything. I have a feeling that this A49H is of much less price then A490. Its a clear cut case of cheating. I need someone to take it up seriously with flipkart and get my set exchanged because otherwise A490 has a warranty of 2 years but I have invoice of A490 and set is A49H. Please help. Thanks
