I had Ordered for a plastic food container Order Number OD[protected], at flipkart.com and as the site was showing the item as IN STOCK, I made the payment ( Rs.269 ) of the same through my credit card on 21st April 2015. I received a confirmatory E-Mail to this effect saying the product will be delivered at my House Address of Bangalore in 2-3 Business days. However, on 28th April 2015, they sent a mail to me cancelling the order and mentioning that the payment will be reversed in my Credit Card Account. But I tracked the product details its mentioned in already packed. However customer support team says that out of stock, how is possible? However, i have been checking their site, and the product is very much Available and the site is still showing it as IN-Stock but only at a higher price. They Cancelled my order saying that the product is not available in spite of sending a confirmatory E-Mail to me.

The pride in India's thriving eCommerce business is being shattered by Flipkart who has seriously started cheating its customers. I wanted to order a phone by credit card payment but the order went by Cash On Delivery due to not a very clear user interface at Flipkart. Flipkart gave a 10 day delivery period which was rather long. I was closely tracking the order everyday, the product was shipped and I got SMS that to be ready as order will be delivered shortly. When went online was appalled order has been cancelled without my knowledge and it was the 7th day since I have ordered.

Tried finding Customer support to talk to where I can ask how my order has been cancelled on its own. First called on toll free number and was told by customer representative order has been cancelled due to some technical problems yesterday night and the product will be delivered, not to worry.

As there was no change showing on online status after many hours passed by I was suspicious.I mailed on whatever option was available online regarding customer support. Got a reply saying sorry and also very ambiguously answering that order has been cancelled and cannot be restated from their side. They were requesting me to reorder. What about the 7 days I have been waiting? Great thing was there site is showing a price increase from 6000 to 7000 Rupees for grey color phone which I have ordered.

I wrote about three times to customer care in past 3-4 hours and was getting variable answers at times common thing being they saying sorry. Last mail I wrote was that I will complain on social media of customers being harassed and whether they want 100 orders on COD where customer will deny delivery.Got a reply they will sort the matter by 24 July which was after 23 July their stated date of delivery.

I have been wasting few hours writing to them and also ordered on their competitor website where the phone was available on 6000 Rupees. The phone was supposed to be gifted. As I have been writing this mail the phone has been delivered at my house which is in a different city.Lets see whether the right product is delivered as I have paid and taken the package.

There is some serious coordination issues between departments in Flipkart and lack of Human interface.Thank you Flipkart for wasting my time . I do not know whether I would have got delivery if I had not kept continuous complaining. my colleague was sharing how his order was cancelled in same way for some other product earlier for which he did not complain.

    Worst service and insecure purchase from Flipkart. Bought Lenovo A7000 phone which is utter flop. There is a heating problem in this phone and camera quality is also not good specs says its 8MP but even 2MP is better than this phone camera quality. Images are blurred when clicked through this phone's camera. I am disappointed by the service provided by flipkart they are not ready to accept my return request and instructing me to go to the service center and get my problem sorted there. Why should I go to the service center when I am purchasing the phone from flipkart and hardly its been 5 days for m to purchase this phone. I am ashamed of flipkart selling such phones, fooling people and also very much disappointed by the service provided by flipkart. I want refund for my phone.       Dear Sir, I purchase one mobile thorough flipkart, Xeomi Redmi 2 in 6999 Rs. after 1 week i facing many problem in this phone, ovear heating and high battery consumption, and touch not support when charging. I file complaints 2 time in flipkart, I follow all instruction given by flipkart technical team, but my problem has not yet resolve, and now 2 new problem in my is not support memory card in pc and over heating after min its automatically restart. I so much fad up now, I complaint many time through mail call, on site request but they resolve my problem, so that now i need my money back. Kindly help me sir. And due to ur executives mistake I am facing problem to first cancel that order. But still after 2 days my request has not been completed you are providing the worst service.if you are not able to cancel a order in 24 hrs then why are you saying that it will be cancelled in 24 hrs.please resove the problem otherwise I will complait it in consumer forum.

            Dear Support Team, I am writing this complaint very painfully. I purchased the MOTO E2 in Flip kart on 31st march order ID is OD[protected]. I received on 1st April 2015 on that day itself I got fooled by Flip kart because whatever I received is defect product, Its started giving the problem in next 15days. I have raise the concern on April 18th 2015 to replace the product/Refund my amount nothing happened so for they even not bothered .Around 10 times I called by spending my money, time and energy to customer care to resolve my issue there is no momentum so for I am getting false committment from Flipkart customer care.               i ordered an samsung galaxy s3 no mobile from flipkart on[protected], received the product at[protected]. But the mobile seems like used one, it alreday have some wifi networks saved and charger got some blakc marks looks like some body used and returned the product, and flipkart delivered me the same one. it's been very dissapointing to see that can i exchange the product with another one.

                I have purchased Moto G(2G) in October 2014 through Flipkart.com. Recently I have heard about the system software update and accordingly I have updated the software. But after this updation my data package is reducing at a very high speed. I thought that can be a situational matter, but now its already 6 days and still the moment i switch on the data pack, it starts reducing, and within these last 6 days almost 3 GB data has been used. However, I have neither downloaded any video, song or anything. My current location is Ahmedabad, it will a great help if you can help me out with any Moto G (2G) service centre here. Customer investing 13000 rs for good quality of mobile and keep trust on flipkart.                               Spoke to customer and informed him to get an acknowledgement from service center in case of service denial to know the actual reason. Customer is not willing to co-operate even though the product is post replacement period and Flipkart is still trying to help him. So requested customer to contact brand and revert back with some proof.

                                Hi, I am writing in regards to the unacceptable violation of terms and conditions by Flipkart. I understand that this email is long but kindly read it as it contains vital information about the service that they offer. Please see below for the sequence of events for your understanding. April 12th 2015, order for 12 Lanterns placed with Flipkart and order confirmation received with order number: OD[protected]. April 14th 2015, shipment order confirmation received. April 14th 2015, Cancellation Email received. April 14th 2015, Called Customer Service and inquired the reason for cancellation. I was informed that the order was cancelled by customer. I was shocked and said that I did not cancel the order. The agent advised me to replace the order. April 14th 2015, Went online to replace order and the product was not available. April 14th 2015, Called customer service again and asked why the order was cancelled and I was informed that it was because customer had cancelled it. I stated that the ISP can be verified and it would not be mine. I asked to speak with the manager and was put in touch with the floor supervisor. After a lengthy chat we acknowledged that the order might have been cancelled by the Seller as the required quantity may not have been available and said that it was terrible. I said that they could tell me that the Seller could not provide the quantity and it would have been better than to lie and say that the customer cancelled the order. I asked them to try and resolve this by contacting the Seller but they said that they did not have the contact number.I asked that they try and rectify this as it does not reflect well on the organisation and they said that they would check the same. April 18th 2015, I was contacted by the seller who asked if I wanted the shipment. He said that the order was cancelled by Flipkart as the order was above 8kg. I was shocked and said that I was never asked if I wanted the order cancelled. April 18th 2015, Called customer service and they said that if we wanted to place a bulk order then I have to send an email. I said that none of this was written online and i asked to speak to the complaints department. April 18th 2015, Spoke with Shakih Abid a representative of Flipkart who informed me that there was a technical issue and that is why the order was cancelled. I said that it was blatant lies when they said that the order was cancelled by the customer. I also said that it was absolutley incorrect and unacceptable that they made the Seller in question look bad as I did not want to place an order with this Seller anymore and ordered from a new Seller instead. I was told that all sellers had an equal opportunity and I said that it was absolutely a lie as the order for 11 lanterns from the new Seller was being sent while the previous order was being cancelled for weight. I also informed Flipkart that this new order had cost me delivery charges when the other had not. I was cheated with the order and this was not an equal opportunity. I was finally told that Flipkart should have checked before cancelling the order and it was wrong on their side to tell me that I had cancelled the order. I kept requesting to place a verbal complaint and was given the number[protected] after much hesitation along with this email address. I also informed that this was a breach of Flipkarts terms and conditions and I was mightley upset that they had created an unnecessary barrier of lies between the seller and customer.I have called the complaints number and there was no response. Now I asked them why was there a break in terms and conditions and how do they intend to fix this and resolve my anguish. The order placed was for a wedding and other costs were involved to the accomodate of the style of the lanterns. I then had to change the entire design due to the order being cancelled by Flipkart without my consent and then having to order a more inferior product. The breach of Terms and Conditions as outlined on your website are: 1. All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include without limitationprice, shipping costs, payment methods, payment terms, date, period and mode of delivery, warranties related to products and services and after sales services related to products and services. Flipkart does not have any control or does not determine or advise or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial/contractual terms between the Buyers and Sellers. Direct violation as they cancelled the order without the consent of the customer and lied about the customer cancelling the order. You failed to inform about the weight restrictions and also about how bulk orders must be placed. The order was accepted and confirmed by Flipkart as per the confirmation email that was sent. 3. Flipkart is not responsible for any nonperformance or breach of any contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers. Flipkart cannot and does not guaranteethat the concerned Buyers and/or Sellers will perform any transaction concluded on the Website. Flipkart shall not and is not required to mediate or resolve anydispute or disagreement between Buyers and Sellers. Direct violation as they cancelled the order without the consent of the customer. 6. At no time shall Flipkart hold any right, title or interest over the products nor shall Flipkart have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract entered into between Buyers and Sellers. Flipkart is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered. Direct violation as you cancelled the order and also made the seller look incompetent in the eyes of the customer. This resulted directly in the customer having to place and order with a different Seller thus ensuring loss of income for the Seller in question. 7. The Website is only a platform that can be utilized by Users to reach a larger base to buy and sell products or services. Flipkart is only providing a platform for communication and it is agreed that the contract for sale of any of the products or services shall be a strictly bipartite contract between the Seller and the Buyer. At no time shall Flipkart hold any any right, title or interest over the products nor shall Flipkart have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such contract. Flipkart is not responsible for unsatisfactory or delayed performance of services or damages or delays as a result of products which are out of stock, unavailable or back ordered. This negates the statement that bulk orders should be placed via emails as stated by your customer service. You also broke the agreed contract between the seller and the customer by cancelling the order without the customer consent. 8. You shall independently agree upon the manner and terms and conditions of delivery, payment, insurance etc. with the seller(s) that You transact with. All conditions were agreed when the order was placed and confirmation of the same was done. The order was cancelled by Flipkart without any consent from the customer and thus broke the agreement between the buyer and seller. The information diplayed in terms of violation that is diplayed on your terms and conditions is: Flipkart reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Flipkart may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I am seeking to flie a fradulent complaint against the organisation of Flipkart for violating the terms and conditions and for the blatant lies that have been continously told by their representatives. I have contacted their concerned department and all they state is that the refund was done. I never once had asked about the refund and just why they had cancelled the contract and lied all the while about it. I have all email trails about the conversation and their response to my queries.                                   The latest moto g i have purchased is a faulty piece, as there are issues with the power button and battery too, i have been requesting a call from customer care dept from the past 6 days, but i have no such proper response from your end, i don't know how it takes 6 days for you'll to make 1 phone call for a unhappy cutomer, everytime i call a cutomer service representive they tell me they will arrange a call back in 24 hr ( apparently the word " priority is used quite often used, and priority as for flipkart means 6 days)... i have received none yet, i am tired of calling your customer care dept and hearing false promises of getting a call back, this is a humble request to you'll that i am facing a lot of issues, KINDLY ARRANGE A CALL BACK FOR REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY MOTO G...and i assure you that i or any one in my circle will NEVER make purchases from such crappy company like flipkart, you'll truely need to learn something from AMAZON.com.

                                    Order ID : OD[protected] The product delivered is not the same what I had ordered. Product received is "Sony SO-ICF-C1 FM Radio" Black model where Radio does not run on battery backup. I had ordered "Sony SO-ICF-C1T FM Radio" Grey model where Radio runs on battery backup also. It was really very disappointing, please help.

                                      I purchased a mobile(Asus - Zenfone 5) on 27th-March with order no : OD[protected], When the product reached I found that the speakers are not working properly. I made a complaint to customer support on 3rd-April for refund or replacement Of the defective product, since there is no response I again made a complaint after 2 days, but there was no proper response from there side. Now I have made more than 20 complaints and I have not got any proper solution.                                         I have purchased lenovo S8 tablet few days back .the tablet is having all features except one is vedio calling through dialer for the purpose I have purchased.I think table supports 4G will b more better in vedio calling.I requested Flipkart team to collect the tablet from me and refund the amount to my account.they refused with reason that dealer has disapproved my request.so I once again requested to collect the item and reund my amt.
