I have made a huge mistake by buying an Air Conditioner from flipkart.com. While buying the air conditioner I was given an offer of free installation on the Godrej AC. Regarding the free installation of the air conditioner I was told by the Godrej engineer who came for installation that the charges for the installation would apply and I would have to pay the amount to the engineer. This was clearly violating the offer offered to me so I had a word with the Flipkart customer care and the representatives there assured me that the installation would be free and if the installation engineer demands installation fee the flipkart representatives advised me to pay the fee and then mail the invoice copy to [protected]@flipkart.com and flipkart would refund me the amount paid towards the installation. Further I also confirmed with the flipkart representative that the amount could be credited to my bank account and not to the flipkart wallet. I did the same thing and mailed the cash memo provided to me by the Godrej installation engineer. I sent it on 1 May first time clearly mentioning in the mail that I wish to get the refund in my bank account and not the wallet. I got an automated reply by some flipkart representative saying that they will solve the issue quickly and that the concerned team would get back to me by May 5. Naturally no such correspondence was received. To again enquire about the matter I called the Executives on May 7 and while transferring the call to the supervisor he assured me that the refund will be credited back in 24 hours but the amount will be credited to my wallet. I made it clear to him that I would not accept any amount in my wallet. Nothing moved forward and so again on 7th May I called the customer care again and the response I got from several employees at flipkart was not at all acceptable. They started off with claiming that there was no such offer and firmly not accepting there could be any such offer. The response also I got from the customer care representatives was neither friendly nor professional but was annoying and dissatisfactory. The executives were also not accepting the complaint that I asked the to write on my behalf and also they tried to purposely write the complaint vague and they intentionally missed some important points regarding the complaint. One such guy took around 20 25 mins to write a complaint and purposely miswrote it. This kind of service is not at all acceptable and is neither the right way to treat a customer. With me being exposed to such frivolous service I plan to end my relationship with flipkart.com and to stop all the further purchases. I also plan to spread the word regarding this service experience on social media. I also plan to go to authorities if Flipkart still maintains that free installation offer was not provided to me as it is completely fallacious and not giving me what I paid for. Coming to the issue, It's the 12th day after i have sent the Cash Memo of the service billing for the first time and yet there is no action taken. Meanwhile I have mailed Flipkart the Cash copy four times and the last time I sent the Cash Memo I was supposed to get the resolution of the issue by 12th May. Quickly and conveniently it was changed to the 13th May by 8 PM. It is almost 11 PM and still I have not received any communication or intimation for the action taken for the issue. Moreover neither do i know the status of the refund request and nor do i know the reasons for which the long pending refund request has not moved forward yet after 12 days of inaction.

    Hi Team, I have ordered a MOTO e 1st Gen mobile in a exchange offer. Unfortunately there was a typo when i enter the IME no in the system also my mobile got fell down when i handover the old phone to executive. Immediately i called customer care and said about incident on 10 May'15 at 4.30 PM. They accepted it and they confirmed that product will be delivered next day. But till now i haven't get the Mobile, however the status shows as delivered. Mean time i'm getting a message everyday from FK that my product will be delivered today. When I raised this query to CC they asking me to return the product. How will I return the product which i have not received, CC team have raised it there higher level it seems. Still no clue on it.       I brought a Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 from Flipkart; order no OD[protected]. The delivery was before expected time and I thought Flipkart was a good company, until I found issues with battery life of the product. I placed a replacement request and Flipkart has asked me to install Smartchk app for diagnosis. This app needs activation and I am still waiting for two weeks for Technical Service to call me and provide activation PIN. Every time I call customer service they will assure I will get a call in next 24 hours, but waiting from 06/05/13 until now.Please resolve this case as soon as possible so that I can give some good reference to my colleagues. I have read similar reviews of frustrated customers and I would highly think of buying second time from Flipkart. If you want to be no 1 ecommerce company in India you need to first fix your customer service.

        I received this 4gb ram product which has 1600 mhz speed. But when I booked It is mentioned 1333 mhz, which is compatible for my laptop. So kindly refund my money or exchange the product to 4gb ram 1333 mhz speed. If you do not refund my money, I unfortunately go to consumer Court and report a case file

              Hello Sir/Madam, I ordered Jeans (Brand Name - Mufti) on[protected] and expected date of delivery was[protected]. And i got this product on[protected] because of late delivery. When i opened the parcel i found there was a Shirt. They delivered me wrong product. And on same day i complaint on flipcart helpline number they said that they will collect the wrong product parcel from me and will refund me in my flipcart wallet.                   This is not a product review this is Flipkart and WS Retail review/experience I am sharing which is genuine. I hope that it will help other buyers like me. It is certain that we only buy product on Flipkart because we assume that Flipkart is managing the retailers. Most o[censored]s will not buy a product directly from WS Retail (for an example). But trust be after my recent experience (my latest order) my assumption that Flipkart manages retailers became false. Because now retails like WS Retail is managing Flipkart. They can cancel orders on their own if they can see that there will be less profit in shipping the item. Or more precisely if a buyer is going to be benefitted more from the deal retailers cancelled the order. That is what happened in my case but the most painful thing is Flipkart (their customer care executives) are backing-up the retailers. They are not trusting buyers. It’s really pathetic. I am done with Flipkart.

                      Received call from delivery guys that they are near to my home and asking me to wait on 8th May . But they haven’t come yet. If I call tele support they are telling the same stories that your order will be delivered on tomorrow before 7pm. Again called today, the same dialogue.

                      Now received response from email team as Tomorrow. STUPID response. Honestly for individuals I never blame company. But they need to keep their words.

                          I have purchased Xiomi MI 4i on 31st April and receive the item on 5th May 2015. After using the mobile I am getting over heating issue and lodge a complaint at Flipkart, I got SMS that I will get a call from there technical department on 9th of May at 8:30pm but I got the call at 7:00pm and I did not get a chance to speak. And after that I got another SMS of Monday timing of calls and finally got the call at 4pm although the sms timing was different. I advise by technical guy to check the battery status but the phone was heating highly and I just wrote the steps to check the battery status and wrote on email the status was 40 degree while speaking with anyone. I feel its a defective piece and I dont want any replacement of it. I am not satisfied with this phone so need your help to get my money back ASAP.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam, This is further to my earlier mails and complaint to flipkart regarding the google nexus 6 purchased from Flipkart for rs.43999/- and got a replacement due to the instrument being defective as.it had severe heating up issue and battery drainage. The instrument was replaced and another handset was given of the same model on may 9 th 2015. The handset received in replacement also faced the same issue of severe heating of the instrument. Therefore, the very next day we mailed flipkart a complaint regarding the same and towards which their executive called us next day at 5 pm. Firstly would like to specifically mention that the executive who called us Mr. Sheikh Ibrahim was an intolerant person who instead of hearing out our issue with the handset, kept interrupting rudely and repeating standardly that applications are running so handset is heating. We allowed him to run all tests for more than half hour. Still he kept saying only one thing applications are running. He is so uneducated about the mobile software that he was instructing us to even stop the running of the inbuilt applications like clock and keyboard. Even then we acceded to his instruction so he could see the problem we r facing that is severe heating up of the handset which he could see as he accessed our handset remotely, Please note that within 20 minutes of his remote access to our phone he could see that temperature had risen to 42 degrees within such a short span of time still he went on repeating his standard statement as if he was told to speak the same. The conversation can be checked from their end as they are supposed to be having a recording of such complaints being a service centre as per the existing laws. We even contacted the Motorola service centre and Even after the Motorola service centre saying that the heating of mobile is not right and should not happen and instructed us to get back to flipkart itself as this particular model is sold online on few websites and only they have the authority to take it back as purchased also from there. There is a humble request to kindly look into this issue and help us for a refund as heating up of a phone is hazardous and too dangerous unlike any other issues of mobile handset and it can burst causing permanent damages as happening in many cases, especially with this particular handset having inbuilt battery. DOES IT MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT TILL IT BURSTS??? AND WE ARE SEVERELY INJURED?? Praying and having faith in your good office to resolve my issue. Thanks and regardsr website has good reputation and should not look like your office is hand in glove in selling such products which we purchase with so much TRUST AND FAITH.                                     Hello, I am Sachin Rathor from Meerut-250004 (U.P.).i was gave the order of PUMA Taz Hero DP sneaker shoe on 3rd may but they are not gave me any response and they send me massage on my mobile number([protected]), Hi items puma taz tracking ID WSRC [protected] will be delivered today before 7 pm(10 may 2015) but they are not gave me on that day (10 may 2015) after then in the same day evening they send me again massage and said 'we could not complete delivery of puma taz hero DP on sunday 10 may, Delivery will be reattempted on Monday 11 may but they didn't gave me any call or response, after then they send me massage "we regret that despite of several attempts, we couldn't reach you to deliver your flipkart.com order OD[protected].we have cancelled the order.Who is the person can do this? How can he/she do that, my order cancel by me not your employee i was waiting for my order till yesterday, no information given by your side what was you required?if my order is not complete by you after then i will never ever use the service of flipkart and remove the application from my mobile, who can give this type of privilege to flipkart?
                                    I had a very similar experience with Flipkart. At first they delayed my order and kept pushing it forward and after that they very conveniently cancelled the order on their own.

                                    I think they do not have as many products as they claim and keep fooling their customers.

                                      Hi, Last year on the month of June I have ordered BlackBerry Z10 from FLIPKART site. At the beginning the Mobile was working fine, After few days I observed that mobile is Heating up even with out the usage and also started facing Network and WIFI connectivity problem. I wrote a mail to FLIPKART (Incident No::[protected] saying the same they asked me to contact the authorised service provider, they made me believe that if the problem still persists they said that they would be contacting the BlackBerry Team and get me some support with that, with that assurance I went ahead and checked it with the service center, they are just keeping the mobile for several days and returning it back saying that it has some software issues. After the service mobile was working good for few days and later it started showing the same problem again and again. I have reported the same to the FLIPKART and they are least bothered on helping me. I hope I would get some help with my post. Thanks Avinash

                                        SIR, I HAVE REGISTETED A COMPLAIN REGADING MY NEW MOBILE PHONE PURCHASED FROM YOUR COMPANY, I HAVE CONTACTED TO THE TOLLFREE NO 5 TIMES TO SOLVE MY ISSUE BUT STILL, THEY PROVIDE ME WITH A REPLY THAT OUR TECHNICAL WILL CONTACT YOU WITH IN 24 HOURS BUT YOUR HAVENT CONTACT ME YET .I AM TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS TYPE OF RESPONSE, NOW I THINK THAT I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE BY PURCHASING THE PHONE FROM YOUR COMPANY.I THINK I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM YOUR COMPANY IN FUTURE WITH YOUR COMPANY AND I WILL ALSO TELL TO MY ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY MEMBERS ABOUT THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR OF YOURS
