I have purchased xiaomi REDMI NOTE 4G, from flipkart on 6/01/2015, after 2 months of purchase i have seen yellow patch at the bottom of the screen and i went to service centre at janakpuri delhi, the same was serviced and screen was changed at that time, and phone was OK, it was serviced on 21/03/2015.
after 10 days again the same problem came in my phone, and i have called flipkart customer care, where i was attended by Mr.irfan, this was so rude to me that he said we gave warrenty of only 1 months after that we dont care about the same i have asked what to be done next he said i cant do any thing, then agian i asked him if he cannot do any thing let me talk to his senior, then also he said my senior is busy he cant talk to you right now,
So this is the worst experience of my Life with flipkart, i frequently make purchases from flipkart but if this kind of service id there i have to think twice before making purchase from here.
