I raised return request for my samsung galaxy grand 2 on 5th of this month I received call from your concerned team they told that it will resolved in 2 days. After 4 days I asked about my return request they told that we will again re-initiate your request and on 10th of this month and I received confirmation message for refund. From 11th daily I am calling you but there is no particular information on these. I don't want to continue this product. I want immediate refund. If I didn't receive then I want to proceed legally to take against you. One thing your executives are not responding properly and they are not giving required information. The persons who gave assurance for me: Anjali Sadiq Varsha After sending the above message I received mail stating that problem will be resolved in before 23 rd of this month, and again I received that return request has been rejected. I want immediate return and refund for these I don't want to continue this product.

    i bought a Samsung (4k hu 7000) 55 inch led from flipkart on 11/12/2014 for (RS 145550).Specs on Flipkart and Snapdeal during december showed that Samsung 4k hu 7000 led has total 4 hdmi ports and one of these port is version 2.0 which is capable of displaying 4k content at 60 hz which is not the case. I came to know that Samsung( 4k hu 7000) 55 inch led does not have Hdmi 2.0 port during the month of april 2015 and has been complaining since to flipkart and samsung both. Flipkart in the beginning said i should contact samsung regarding this issue. on contacting samsung they said that flipkart and all the other e commerce websites are not our authorised dealers hence we are not liable for any misguiding of specs on these websites.When i told flipkart about what samsung is saying they told me that we will look into this matter give us some time. Now 4 to 5 days have been past and i have been regularly complaining about this to flipkart with no result. Daily they give me false assurance that they are looking into this matter and will find out some solution to this issue. Snapdeal till date is selling this led by displaying specs that it has Hdmi 2.0 port. So i request you if you can to please look into this matter. Thank You kapil juneja

      Hi Team Post confirming from the CSE named Navya for the availability of Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter AC FTKP50PRV16 for Pin Code 110052 I have ordered again for the same post assurance by the CSE still the goo[censored]p had happened from flipkarts end, even website also shows the product's available for delivery for the said location, post making payments I have got order confirmation ID i.e. OD[protected] again the same thing repeated post debiting my account immediately I got another mail stating your order got cancelled and you will get refund on 01-May[protected] days). I felt Cheated again? While mentioning the PIN CODE of my area it first accepted that product is available then I have ordered and as soon as the amount gets debited from my account order gets cancelled and I have called customer care to raise this issue again but again the CSE sounds helpless I have insisted her to give me the reference ID of this conversation i.e[protected]. and she repeatedly said that vendor has cancelled the order as service in that area is not available if this is the case then why the website shows availability while doing the order. It is clear case of cheating and using our hard earned money.. Therefore I would like to have solution to my problem without and delay : Solution 1. I would like the product to be delivered at the given offer price and refund my money as have ordered twice for same product... failing which I have no option to go for consumer complaint... Now its high time by the Flipkart for not providing me solution and my account got debited twice for Rs 37490.00 + 37490.00 i.e. Rs 75000/- approx. This is not acceptable from such a big brand 'Flipkart' and the Vendors who are not capable of delivering goods and services flipkart is still playing blame games with the customers.         Hi, I have purchase Karbonn Sound WaveK451+ mobile from flipkart on Nov14 via Order No.- OD[protected] after 2 days its giving me trouble for same i contacted to flipkart for replacement but they couldn't so i decide to use this & now from last month keypad of mobile is not working i visited their service centers(bhopal) 1.Reva mobile (They open & check the mobile and told me that repair not possible here pls go to other service Center) then i went to 2) M/s United Telelinks (blr) Ltd :- they told me that i have purchased it from flipkart & it is delhi product hence they will not repair under warranty if i pay them they will repair it within a day finally i reached to third service center 3) Chahat Communication:- they are saying that i have purchased this mobile from flipkart hence there is IMEI issue so i have contacted with flipkart on 17th Mar 15 they give me contact no. of dealer (Guruji Telecom) on 23rd Mar 15, dealer told me to send details on their mail. i have shared details with dealer on 24th Mar 15 & very next day i have contacted with them dealer response me that yes there is an issue with IMEI pls return it to flipkart they will refund you or replacement for the same i have contected with flipkart 4 times but they are not providing any resolution. customer care number of Karbonn never connect able i recommend every body never purchase karbonn product if money matters for you if dont pls go ahead. From17th March 2015 I have chasing flipkart /Dealer & service center but no one reponding me. I have raised complaints in flipkart 5 times but not getting any resolution, Service center denied to repair under warranty just because i have purchased this mobile from Flipkart, Might be flipkart sold me duplicate product thats y they r not responding this is very irritating i have purchased several product flipkart & i have suggested others to purchase from flipkart but now my thinking is changed due to this.           Hi I have received Ambrane Power Bank from Flipkart on[protected], but when I opened the box, I was shocked to get Old Ambrane Power Bank. I was in very bad condition and with some Scratches on it. I found that there is no Charging Adopter for charging the Power Bank. As I am old customer of Flipkart, so it is very bad on your part to break the beleive of your customers. So Flipkart it is your responsibility to find the solution of this complaint. Thanks

                  Hi got a product from Flipkart on 16th May 2014, and the warranty should be 1 year as per the documents. But when i check with customer case it was purchased in JAN 2014 with some other name. So i understood that the product i got is Used one but flipkart sold to em as New one. Now my product is not working and warranty is expired as it was showing it already purchased in JAN 2014. I want to log a complaint against this on FLIPKART

                    HI, My Order ID: OD[protected] Product : Lenovo A6000 Mobile I bought one Lenovo A6000 through Flipkart.com the ordered date was[protected]. And the set has been delivered to me On Original Delivery Date. Within few days o[censored]sage, once I charge the Phone, the battery is getting drained very fast, even within one hour o[censored]sage, Also the phone gets heated so that I cannot bring anywhere near my ear to attend a call. This is a faulty set that flipkart.com delivered to me and Please take necessary action to replace my smart phone. Thanks, Kiran

                    They ranged me on mobile in a one hour of gap after lodging a Complaint regarding the issue to replace the set but till now i didn't got any response from them regarding the resolving the problem.Atleast please collect your mobile handset i had found no use of it.
                    i advise all of them not to buy the lenova A6000 phone and don't Suffer like me .

                          Hi, My Flipkart emailID ([protected]@gmail.com). Iam a "Flipkart First" Subscriber. I have bought Lenovo A6000 mobile from Flipkart on Mar 25th 2015. Recently I connect my mobile to my external 2.1 Speakers, Iam shocked by its sound, it sounds like a stereo. It doesn't give BASS. After one week of research (discussed on lenovo forum, searching in internet), I didn't found any solution. Then I contact Flipkart Customer Service, they suggest me to Hardreset u r Mobile, after that also if problem persists then place a Return order. I placed a return order after hardreset (My problem not solved) on 16th Apr at 4:38pm, on 19th Apr I got a Call from TechSupport, they checked my Mobile with SmartChk App. They Simply say that there is no problem. TechSupport, who called me She doesn't know what is BASS, She simply checks my mobile Microphone, earphone, inbuilt speaker audible or not. I said only one problem, but she doesn't understand and perform irrilavant tests and said no problem. My problem is that the sound output clarity. NOT, it is audible or not. I think something loose connection near audio jack. Finally Flipkart Customer Care people given a Greate Suggestion to Go and Check with Lenovo Service Center. Then why this 30 day Replacement guarrantee. I took 'FlipkartFirst' Subscription only for hastle free Service. But I really very disappointed with its Service. I buy from Flipkart, i don't need to know who are the Suppliers. I think WSRetil don't have a stock to replace, thats why they just reject return orders. I still have a trust on Flipkart. This is my first(may be a last) problem with Flipkart. Please try to understand, If the Supplier don't have a stock, then please provide me a refund. Iam not like a some customers, who will play with org.s, I got this mobile on offer (6300INR only). My sincere request to provide refund or replace with A6000 plus, I will pay remaining amount. Thankyou...

                            Sir, I bought ‘Huawei Honor Holly’ mobile phone [OD[protected]] on 09/04/15 from Flipkart (delivered on 13/04/15). When I tried to make or attend a call, I became aware that the phone is defective because its ear piece is not working. Hence, I placed a return order with Flipkart on 17/04/15.

                            In relation with the return request, I was asked to download an app- Smartcheck to diagnose the phone. Further I was told that their so called technical experts will contact me and will provide a PIN on 17/04/15 at 8.30 PM. But no one called me. Next it was scheduled for 18/04/15 at 7.00 PM. Again there was no call from Flipkart. Next date was for 19/04/15 at 6.00 PM. On 19/04/15 I got two calls from flipkart (one was a lady & another person was Mr.Vimal, who speaks my native language Malayalam) only in response to my review about the experience I had with the flipkart customer service posted on the product page. Suddenly after speaking to Vimal, at 3.00 PM a message was received informing me that my return request was rejected by the seller (in kerala there is a saying that the only person who put a Keralite into trouble will be another keralite). Subsequent to this another message was received informing that flipkart itself placed a return request for me and the usual drama repeats.

                            On 19/04/15 3.18 PM I was asked to download Smartcheck app to diagnose and their product specialist will contact me on 20/04/15 at 4.30 PM. Only a call from a flipkart guy saying that their product specialist will be calling within 4.00 hrs. Again they disappointed me. At 4.40 PM, it was informed that their so called expert will contact me on 21/04/15 at 5.30 PM & DRAMA CONTINOUS…….

                            Instead of taking back the product, only apologize message & calls are received.

                            It appears to be internal strategy of flipkart by delaying to cross the 30 day return/replacement warranty period and at last reject my request.

                              Dear sir, pls ref tax invoice no:2674 invoice dated[protected], intex 6000mah power bank (it-pb602) blue. pls refer my earlier orders, twice you had sent me a wrong model. when called the coustemer care told to cancel the order and place a fresh order from a different seller. the same was done by me, this time the right product was delivered but the item was not new ie it was a used item. (pls see photographs attached). i as a consumer have been been buying products from flip kart but this is the worst experience i ever had, you are proving to be the worst of all the online stores. I as a consumer who had payed money for the item in advance would like to know how such a blunder can happen and what actions have you taken to black list the seller. I also demand to know what checks you are imposing so that such things do not happen in near future. I would not never ever will have faith your company, and would rather count you at power with snap deal. My respect for you and your qualty and ethos has lost. i would like to think twice before ordering from your site again. Dear sir, this is regarding the reply received from your tech support. 1. the individuals didnot even have a look at the mail sent by me, and i have to repeat the incident again to him. 2. the matter of replacement, if you are thinking that the matter can be easily killed with replacement, then iam sorry i am not looking finish the matter at replacement, i want to know what actions have been taken against the dealer. 3. i would like to reiterate that twice i was shipped with the wrong product, and when the right model was delivered, i was given a used item. 4. the process of returning and placing order has taken almost a month.5. lastly i receive a reply that the matter has been escalated and i woud be receiving a resolution by 02 may 2015. it is surprising that the company would take such a time to resolve the issue.rather it is shame full on your part to send such a reply and for taking such a long time.hoping for a appropriate reply

                                  Flipkart is now saying that we displayed no such specs that Samsung 4k 55 HU7000 139 CM(55) LED TV has HDMI2.0 port during the month of december 2014 and we only display those specs on our website that are provided by the company in my case (Samsung). On the other hand Samsung is saying that we do not take any responsibility of the specs displayed on Flipkart, Snapdeal or any other E-commerce website. Flipkart representative also sais that if I have any proof of my saying that Samsung 4k 55 HU7000 139 CM(55) LED TV has HDMI2.0 displayed on Flipkart during december 2014 .listening to all this I can come to this conclusion that Flipkart is taking no responsibility of their wrong doing and blaming me for that.                                     Hi Team I have ordered for Daikin 1.5 Ton Inverter AC FTKP50PRV16, post making payments I have got order confirmation ID i.e. OD[protected] to my great surprise post debiting my account immediately I got another mail stating your order got cancelled and you will get refund on 27-Apr-15 (7-10 days). This was my first big order to which I felt Cheated? While mentioning the PIN CODE of my area it first accepted that product is available then I have ordered and as soon as the amount gets debited from my account order gets cancelled and I have called customer care to raise this issue but the CSE sounds helpless I have insisted him to give me the reference ID of this conversation i.e[protected]. Therefore I would like to have solution to my problem : Solution 1. I would like the product to be delivered at the given offer price... Solution 2. I would like my funds back immediately as it gets debited immediately from my account with no fault of mine, failing which I have no option to go for consumer complaint... I would still prefer to go for Solution 1 that product should deliver to me in the offer price with good condition as I don't want to have negative image of such a big brand 'Flipkart' and I would keen to continue this relationship for long time.                                       The worst service ever faced with flipkart this time. OD[protected] today i placed the order, before that two executives have misguided me regarding the product, but but i got clear information from senior persons. The first mistake from flipkart CS team. and the conversation was wrongly mentioned in their record as i asked them to help, actually i called them regarding complaint, not help. the 2nd mistake from flipkart CS. The price of the product is so diff within 1 hour of my order. When i contacted their CS, - 1st person - customer service executive provided me complete wrong info, 2nd Govind - Floor supervisor started ordering me to shut my complaint, and after my continuous insist, he transferred the call to Sasi - Asst.Manager he was so rude and refused to give my refund as per original mode. And everyone behaved with me in a very wrong manner, i was refused to get service properly from Flipkart, Flipkart gave me a mental frustration and they have taken my money and refunded it without asking me to flipkart wallet. When i asked about the refund mode, i was forced to buy from their website again to use my own money in the form of flipkart wallet. I suggested all you guys not to buy anything from fraud flipkart.

                                        My tarnsaction id is...OD[protected] .I bought lenovo a6000 ² weeks ago n now my phone is having some heating problem the battrey gets heated up to 51° some times... And after full charging battery drains out in hours...!! I did the all tricks sugessted by flipcart n even i reset my phone twice...bt its nt working properly...!!!
