My Flipkart emailID ([protected]@gmail.com).
Iam a "Flipkart First" Subscriber. I have bought Lenovo A6000 mobile from Flipkart on Mar 25th 2015.
Recently I connect my mobile to my external 2.1 Speakers, Iam shocked by its sound, it sounds like a stereo. It doesn't give BASS. After one week of research (discussed on lenovo forum, searching in internet), I didn't found any solution.
Then I contact Flipkart Customer Service, they suggest me to Hardreset u r Mobile, after that also if problem persists then place a Return order. I placed a return order after hardreset (My problem not solved) on 16th Apr at 4:38pm, on 19th Apr I got a Call from TechSupport, they checked my Mobile with SmartChk App. They Simply say that there is no problem.
TechSupport, who called me She doesn't know what is BASS, She simply checks my mobile Microphone, earphone, inbuilt speaker audible or not.
I said only one problem, but she doesn't understand and perform irrilavant tests and said no problem.
My problem is that the sound output clarity. NOT, it is audible or not.
I think something loose connection near audio jack.
Finally Flipkart Customer Care people given a Greate Suggestion to Go and Check with Lenovo Service Center. Then why this 30 day Replacement guarrantee.
I took 'FlipkartFirst' Subscription only for hastle free Service. But I really very disappointed with its Service. I buy from Flipkart, i don't need to know who are the Suppliers.
I think WSRetil don't have a stock to replace, thats why they just reject return orders.
I still have a trust on Flipkart. This is my first(may be a last) problem with Flipkart.
Please try to understand, If the Supplier don't have a stock, then please provide me a refund. Iam not like a some customers, who will play with org.s, I got this mobile on offer (6300INR only).
My sincere request to provide refund or replace with A6000 plus, I will pay remaining amount.
