I have ordered a laptop on[protected] order no: OD[protected] and also paid extra amount for the one day guaranteed delivery, it was supposed to be delivered by[protected]. for waiting for the whole day i did not got any message or the call from flipkart. and at the end of the day it is showing the status of "Undelivered. (Rescheduled to:[protected]:00:00.0)". When i called to customer care, he simply said me to wait for the day if not cancel the order and place it again. This was unexpected at least from the customer support. I request to resolve this issue at least for the future customers.

OD[protected] ... i got my article ( a smart phone lenovo a 7000 ) on 24 april 2015 . when i firstly switched it on its screen was bluring and showing vibrations at margins of the screen ... from 3v days i am trying to contact for the technial assistance but no body is reponding rom flipkart ... they always reply we will call u within 24 hours . now i damn irritated with this kind of service . may be u people are selling already defective goods thats y u r not providing a proper solution ... i had also request for a replacement ... return id[protected] ... but none of your employee are assisting me what to do with this defective mobile phone ...

        Flipkart delivered one Voltas 185CY 1.5 Ton 5 Star Split AC on 27th April 2015. They delivered the product after placing a complaint on Flipkart regarding their bad delivery service. The delivery man who delivered the product told us that within 48 hrs. a representative from Flipkart will call us as well as some one from VOLTAS will call us too. 24 hrs have passed & no one call us for Installation of AC either from FlipKart or from VOLTAS. I'm sorry to say that FlipKart is totally ignorant about their consumers & very bad in delivery as well as in After sales service. The price of the product is Rs. 32490/-. How they can ignore the consumers after placing a complaint against their service. I'll think twice before placing any order on FlipKart site & personally I'll never suggest my friends to buy any product from FlipKart in future.             With in minutes of my written complain regarding the non-delivery of the DEll Desk top, somebody who refused to identify himself with a name told me that the subject Order has been cancelled by Flipkart & asked me to give the Credit Card number so that the money could be paid back. The credit card number must be with you. The order was made by my son Aravind Subramanian from USA. Pl. give me an email ID to which he could communicate with you.               My son Aravind Subramanian ordered a Dell 27 inch LED Desk top for me. The Order No is: OD[protected]. As per the email from Flipkart it should have been delivered at 21, Besant Road, Gopalapuram, Chennai - 14 & my cell No: 938101`3527. It wasn't delivered nor was I informed over the phone or via email. When I contacted by phone I was told "yes there is Order but some one will get in touch with me on 29th April to tell me as to when I could expect the Dell be delivered. I could understand delays caused by things over which the Co has no control but I can not at all understand, for an online depended co like you, to be unfriendly indifferent to a customer's plight. You as a co might have a turnover in millions but the 33 thousand rupees paid is a big sum for us. I lierally go on my knees & ask you, pray, tell me the approximate date of delivery . See I am an Advocate & my wife is a Senior Plastic Surgeon & we need to ask somebody to stay at home to receive parcel as & when it arrives or if at all.                   Hi manokaran durairaj,
                  I hope you are doing well, may I know what is the exact error are you facing with the hard drive? You may try the follwing:
                  1) Have you tried to connect the using different port available on your PC? You may try to connect the drive through another port if you have not tried.
                  2) Try to connect using another USB cable, sometimes the cable might be failing or not supplying enough power to the drive.
                  3) You may try to connect the hard drive to another system to check the hard drive is working or not?
                  4) Are you able to use other external drives without any issues?
                  Try to check in device manager with the following steps.
                  From the start menu right click on the Computer and choose Manage.This will bring up the Computer Management Window. Now you can see Device manager on the left hand side under the heading System Tools.
                  In Device Manager, double click to expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers", Check if at all there is an exclamation mark along, the driver, it suggests issues with the driver installed. Right click on the "Uninstall" and click "OK". Then try to reconnect the drive it should show up.

                        I bought Moto G 2nd generation mobile on 30th march. The order no.is OD[protected] and booked in the name of my brother Ajit Katagi and contact no. [protected]. Within a week o[censored]sing it the mobile started giving battery problem. After charging it to 100%, the battery suddenly shows 1% and switches off. When I again keep it for charging it shows 98%, 99%. It happened for so many times till now. I complained about this and requested for replacement on 14th April. Flipkart executive asked me to install Mysmartcheck app, I did it.Next day they called me to check the mobile problem but Mysmartcheck app didn?t work. They told they have some problem with the server that's why app is not working and they gave some trouble shooting solutions. I tried those solutions but it didn?t help me. Again I requested for return on 18th April. Again they told me to install app. This time also that app didn?t work. The executive again told me same thing that problem with the server so they will again call back by 19th April 12pm. But till now I didn?t get any call. I called to customer care on 20th April to ask about this, they told they will arrange for a call back within 24 hours. I didn?t get call after 24 hours also. So I again called to Customer care, they told the same thing again that they will arrange for a call back within 24 hours. I asked them to register a complaint but they declined and told they can only take request. Its more than 4 days after I complained and till now no one contacted from Flipkart.

                              Thanks Flipkart for the immediate response!!! Thank you so much for cancelling the unexpected event that was to be planned with the product that we purchased at flipkart!!! Hearty congratulations for disrespecting the trust that flipkart has created with their customers! Hearty congratulations!!! A product if purchased at flipkart, would be delivered within 4 days. Even if the product is delayed, it might be delayed by another set of 4 days, not more than that!!! Never knew it will take 14 days..(2 weeks) to clear this off!!! I'm not going to let this issue as such. I will definitely post in social networking websites & at the consumer court stating that they do not keep up the word!!! Also, the products available in offers won't be delivered to the customers!!! A very great experience with the product purchased at flipkart!!! The next product if purchased at flipkart, we will have a deadline of might be 1 month, so that excuses like, the product is lost during the courier time, damaged product, etc, etc reasons can be accepted... Anyways, thank you for the delivery of the previous products, I purchased with flipkart. And a heavy thanks for the disappointment that you guys had given us this time. Thank you for the mail and the phone call, providing information to the customers. Continue the good work. For heaven sake, please don't disappoint many more customers. All the best!!!                                   I wanted to buy a comforter for myself, and saw the deal about home furnishing in Flipkart and thought why not try it. I set to order One Comforter, but there was deal where it said, i would get 35% discount if i buy 3 together, that sounded good and thought i would gift others to my sister. I placed the order on April 21st, 2015 for Rs. 5173 and got a confirmation stating that my purchase would be delivered by May 2nd, 2015. I even got a message that my product is ready to be shipped by the supplier on April 22nd, 2015. Then on April 25th, 2015 I get an email stating that my order was cancelled and their reason"You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on Flipkart. However due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your Order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items and initiated the refund "I am surprised how an order would be cancelled when i get a message that my product is ready to be shipped? It would have been great if they had called me and informed the same and would have atleast processed one out of the three comforters. Its ridiculous to see how customers are taken for a ride by these companies and no respect for their money. I wish we had more American companies which has respect for customers and value their rights. .

                                  Tried calling customer on "[protected]" and there was no response, So we have already communicated the reason why his order was returned. It is found that he had ordered for Mharo Rajasthan Pure Micro Quilt Solid Double Comforter ( 3 qtys ) and it was over 8 Kgs and hence we were not able to deliver the product. So closing the case.

                                      I bought this lenovo a6000 from flipkart on 4th feb sale and got delivered on 5th feb i tried calling flipkart customer care they said they are in technical issue and give a call back but they didnt give a call the phone battery drains like hell and heats up veru soon cant even hold in hand, hangs up on opening 2 to 3 apps, this is an fauty phone need a good Kiran biradar OD[protected] order ref

                                        I had purchased moto e 7months back And I am having a problem with its charger, mother board, fake gorella displayl. Probably a manufacturing defect. It does not work properly . FLIPKART gave a fake promisal. The diaplay damaged easily.The problem has been continuing from a long while now. I had filed a compliant earlier as well but got no response.I need a replacement effectively.

                                        on 27/5/2015 l was buy a phone (Hitech Amaze S3) from flipkart and after 20 day phone battery automatically going low in just 20 or 30 minute. flipkart give 30 day replace warranty but you not replace the phone. plz help and replace the phone. phone charger also not working properly. my oder no OD[protected]. plz chek and rply as soon as possible.
                                        i had bought a Redmi note 4G from flipkart 4-5 days ago. Phone when kept idle switches off and reboot again.i have also contacted customer care .They suggested me some troubleshooting steps but all in vain.they are also not replacing my phone nor returning my payment.
