Thanks Flipkart for the immediate response!!! Thank you so much for cancelling the unexpected event that was to be planned with the product that we purchased at flipkart!!! Hearty congratulations for disrespecting the trust that flipkart has created with their customers! Hearty congratulations!!!
A product if purchased at flipkart, would be delivered within 4 days. Even if the product is delayed, it might be delayed by another set of 4 days, not more than that!!! Never knew it will take 14 days..(2 weeks) to clear this off!!!
I'm not going to let this issue as such. I will definitely post in social networking websites & at the consumer court stating that they do not keep up the word!!! Also, the products available in offers won't be delivered to the customers!!!
A very great experience with the product purchased at flipkart!!! The next product if purchased at flipkart, we will have a deadline of might be 1 month, so that excuses like, the product is lost during the courier time, damaged product, etc, etc reasons can be accepted...
Anyways, thank you for the delivery of the previous products, I purchased with flipkart. And a heavy thanks for the disappointment that you guys had given us this time.

I hope you are doing well, may I know what is the exact error are you facing with the hard drive? You may try the follwing:
1) Have you tried to connect the using different port available on your PC? You may try to connect the drive through another port if you have not tried.
2) Try to connect using another USB cable, sometimes the cable might be failing or not supplying enough power to the drive.
3) You may try to connect the hard drive to another system to check the hard drive is working or not?
4) Are you able to use other external drives without any issues?
Try to check in device manager with the following steps.
From the start menu right click on the Computer and choose Manage.This will bring up the Computer Management Window. Now you can see Device manager on the left hand side under the heading System Tools.
In Device Manager, double click to expand "Universal Serial Bus controllers", Check if at all there is an exclamation mark along, the driver, it suggests issues with the driver installed. Right click on the "Uninstall" and click "OK". Then try to reconnect the drive it should show up.
