I bought a Digiflip Tab wide Order No. OD[protected] and just after 1 month it stopped working. When visited to the Authorised service centre, they told that the Mother Board is defective. It is lying since 21st March with the service center (more than a month) and lodging 4 (FOUR) complaint directly to Flipkart through Mail and Call, I am not getting resolution.I visited multiple times to the Flipkart Service centre and everytime they said that we do not have the mother board and whenever it will come, we will inform you. Now after calling to Call centre today, Flipkart is communicating that this product and the Service Center does not belong to us and we are not liable for anything in this regard. By this forum, may I get my amount to be refund from Flipkart as I am fed-up with the services of Flipkart.

    I purchase the mobile Lenovo a7000 by thursday sale by the id of bisht.[protected]@gamil.com and next day i got mobile by filpkart but now mobile is not working after delivered one day even it is not starting. I want to replacement of mobile if it would be not possible i want to return the mobile by any condition. I m feeling that filpkart make me fool and delivered defective item.

      i have purchased lg led tv from flipkart.com. While purchasing tv...the site showed i would get a free instalation.but i was shocked that installation was chargeable. Hence i called flipkart reavrding same. They again promised me that they would give a free installation. But since last 15 to 20 days no flipkart has called me at least 5 times for confirmation but my installation is not done. please help.me.regarding this...

      Book being delivered after a week. on delivery date When I cal the person whose contact detail is given says he is busy with another customer Today so he will deliver tomorrow such a bad response though he is near my house. Since one week waiting for a book but atleast on delivery date it must be delivered not making the customer wait for your convenience.such a bad service... thinking to cancel the order

        Order ID:OD[protected] above item my first order with you landed me in great disappointment and distress the electrician who came for fixing reported this tube is not working and also slightly damaged, this being my order I hope will not stop me my further orders, kindly take immediate action and replace with a new tube light.

            Dear Sir, My name is Santosh Kumar Singh. i had ordered three items. there was a call yesterday for delivery and i told them respoectfully that no one is at my home so kindly deliver my items after 6.30 PM and the person told "OK". Today (25/04/2015) again delivery man call for delivery and again i told same reason but he told sir, it is too late for delivery. and also told that if you do not want this material i will return. i told him look i can only receive that items after 6.30 PM so plz delivered, if you can not able to deliver after 6.30 PM then you can return. So, my complaint is why they did not my ordered items if they told first time and suppose if someone do not present that time or want to change delivery time and agreed then again why not delivered.

              I have ordered for Electrolux Refrigerator 80L on 13 April 2015. I got delivery for the same on 17 april and I have paid (7290) for the same through card (POSP). But when we opened the cover it was found damaged. Then delivery boy Ajay Singh Told me that they will deliver another product against the same.but when I got replacement they asked again for payment. When I complained about it cs told me it will refund till 25th.but still i didn't get any refund even I sent POS receipt. The service is really pathetic.

                I wanna share my worst experience with Flipkart online Shopping portal, so the clients like me should not get cheat, i have purchased a product Order ID: OD[protected], when i received the product they deliver the different color, i request them to return the product, they collected the product and return the amount in Flipkart wallet, becoz when ever i called Customer Care of flipkart they will say i am sorry for inconvience we will take it as your feedback, again i ordered the product since it was very much urgent for me i enuire with Customer care is their any possibility to send the product with in a day itself, since next day i was flying for my sister marriage, i didnt get time, i was full tied up with my meetings, Customer care people they said ya ya you can select Delivery Option Today while ordering, for that you need to pay 140 Rs extra, i do agree that and i had given a fresh order OD[protected], after that i was not able to trace the product, i said to my friend kindly trace the order or try to be in touch with customer care people at what time i can received the product, my friend he had called to customer care people but they keep on saying how they have learned in training like "You no need to worry about the product you will get the product with in 9 P.M, " Since i had given my office address i was waiting in office till 8:45 then i tried contacting my friend what you had conversation with customer care becoz its 8:45, i did not get any response from them they didnt even call, so my friend he said i will call customercare you wait in office, he called to Flipkart people they said i am Sorry for inconvenience i will take it as a Feedback, we willnot repeat this again, they didnt even bothered to intimate me saying that we are not able to deliver the product, when my friend enquired with them with his number [protected] then they said i am Sorry for inconvenience, Kindly cancel the Order, What kind of people they are, What a worst service they are providing to Client, They dont even think for Client, Morning they had given me 280 rs, since they were not able to deliver the product . what they are thinking we are beggar or what, being a old customer what kind of service i am getting from Flipkart, Such a Worst service i have never seen, Jabong is far far better than this flipkart, i will file a case on them.i request to indian Cosumer Complaint help me to get my Product free of cost so they will not repeat this again with any client, or they should pay huge penalty for this, then they will understand the importance of clients timing.

                    I have ordered SONY MDR-EX110LP in Flipkart two weeks before. Order id:OD[protected]. First time I received MH-750(Duplicate with defective product) instead of receiving SONY MDR-EX110LP. Then I returned the product. Then they said, they will give replacement with the original one. Second time also I received same MH-750(Duplicate). Then I called Flipkart customer care number:[protected] and complained about this issue. They are disconnected again and again three time while i am discussing on call. they are cheating the customer than anything on the box i got a bill of the product SONY MDR-EX110LP. But inside the box I had received the MH750 for the second time after they promised for the original product which i ordered. Please help me out from this issue i have lost Rs 640 /- because of Flipkart and Please do the needfull something favour for me. Thank you.                       Flipkart Team & Tata Team, This with reference to my order no. OD[protected] for Tata Tata Swach Viva Silver UV + UF 6 L UV + UF Water Purifier. I have ordered the item on 4th of april & got delivered on 9th april. Later on i have called Tata swach customer care 5 times & Flipkart customer care 5 times. but every time i am getting new timeline. Every time flipkart team is fail to complete their commitment & when i called they are again giving me new timeline for instillation. I am totally harassed by flipkart & Tata swach customer care. My equipment is laying with me from last 20 days & now flipkart also not returning the same. Flipkart Team - If this is the way that you are treating your customer is fine. I will not followup any more with you. You have already crossed all the limits of waiting of customer for just a simple service for which you have already taken money. In past i have lost of respect the Flipkart as they proved the best service in my past service, but this time you have lost all my faith on flipkart. TATA SWACH TEAM - I had bought this product only by the name of Brand TATA. I have more respect for the brand like TATA & that is why i order the equipment without taking any feedback from colleagues & freinds. By treating your customer by this way you are loosing faith of customer on TATA. I am marking this mail to Consumer court for seeking help in this case for refunds of my money. This is the mail i have return to Tata Swach & Consumer court also.

                        I had tried to order moto e 2nd generation mobile in flipkart on 12th March 2015 but transaction was failed and amount was deducted from my account. I have called flipkart customer care and they replied back that amount was not received and please check with bank. I have checked with SBI bank and they confirmed that amount was transferred to FLIPKART successfully then i have asked flipkart to give me some proof same as bank has provided me so i can check with bank and can get my money back, Since i have proof of amount deduction and successfully transferred to FLIPKART, i am following up with flipkart team on this and they always saying that check with bank while i am providing them the screen shot of the transaction which was made. Flipkart is keep sending me emails by saying they have not received the amount while i am providing them a proof of sucessfully transferred of amount from the bank. I would like to file a case against Flipkart on my loss and the mental harassment and the torture which i am facing since last 45 days just to follow up with them like anything. This is really frustated and wasting my valuable time on this. Please help. Thanks in Advance

                          I PURCHASED 1 IFB TOP LOADING WASHING MACHINE AW6501WB ON 28/12/2014. A PERSON NATRAJ FROM RP SERVICES CAME FOR INSTALLATION. HE SOLD ME A TROLLY WHICH WAS MEANT FOR FRONT LOADING M/C. I REALISED IT THE MOMENT HE LEFT AND CALLED HIM SEVERAL TIMES, HE KEPT GIVING EXCUSES. I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOUR NOS. AND ALSO IFB. SPOKE TO THE VARIOUS PEOPLE WHOSE NOS. WERE GIVEN BY YOUR/IFB CUSTOMER CARE HE ALSO SOLD ME SOME DESCAL WHICH I DO NOT WANT TO USE.. I AM YET TO RECEIVE MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS GROSS PRODUCT. 1 REPRESENTATIVE CAME, TOOK A PHOTO, TOLD HE WD SORT IT, HE'S NOT TURNED UP. ANOTHER 1 CAME, I GAVE IT IN WRITING, HE SAID HE WD TALK TO HIS SUPERIORS, NOTHING HAPPENED. I CANNOT UNDERSTAND HOW AN EXPERIENCED PERSON CAN DO SUCH A THING. IT IS TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING AND NEVER EXPECTED THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. I MUST HAVE CALLED OVER 100 TIMES TO ALL THE CONCERNED PEOPLE. WHY IS FLIPKART ALLOWING SUCH PEOPLE TO OPERATE? THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM IFB TOO. THEY HAVE BEEN DOING NOTHING BUT PASSING THE BUCK. I WANT FLIPKART TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. THESE KIND OF PEOPLE / SERVICE NEEDS TO BE BARRED. I NEED A REPLY ASAP AS I AM AT THE END OF MY PATIENCE.

                            I had been with Flipkart 29 April 2014, 1. SteelSeries Siberia V1 Full Size Headset (OD[protected]) happy with the early delivery but it was faulty after 1 month and i kept on chasing them to provide me any nearest service centre number and address to which they failed. 2. Then i ordered Intex Avoir Gaming USB Keyboard (OD[protected]) which as usual provided me early delivery but product which i received was something different so i asked they provided me refund for the same. 3. Then i ordered Logitech MK200 USB keyboard and mouse (OD[protected]) received it prior to the expected date and to my surprise received it as Faulty. Returned and Refunded. 4. Again giving them a chance i ordered Philips 1600 Hp8200 Hair Dryer as RakshaBhandan gift for my sister which ideally also include a Greeting and to my surprise they failed to include greeting in gift. (Complain raised and they offered me Rs 120 as credit for faulty service to which I DENIED and asked then to provide me better service next time only if i ordered. Then on a LONG hold never tried with FLIPKART as they proved themselves as WORST service. 5. The complains start from here : I was interested in buying SteelSeries Headset for my little brother's birthday on 27th April 2015, so i ordered with flipkart as a last chance given to them... Going ahead i ordered SteelSeries Siberia Full Size Headset (OD[protected] but before ordering i emailed then separately and asked whether the product is same as per website (Specially Uni-Directional Microphone) to which they replied positively and i also purchased FlipKart First Service in order to serve me better. I received the product early as per expected date and it was quite normal but product which i received was again the different one which doesn't have Uni-Directional Microphone then i called up again they said they will replace and made me sure that i will receive it before 27th April 2015 and to my surprise again the product was different and it was same product which they deliver me prior to this and now am like BLANK what to do ? Already called up and emailed them but no sensible reply received. And my brother birthday it now very much near and i think FLIPKART will never change

                              My sister got a gift from my cousin brother on 23/03/2015, mobile lenovo a6000, my brother order it on 18/03/2015. The has many issues like touch issue, getting two photos when camera is clicked once. Registered complain onon10/04/2015 till now no call from technical teams. I thinks this site has been hacked by flipkart guys because cant able to type or register complain against flipkart..totally frustates not able to type properly. no.from which complain was registered [protected]...email id. [protected]@live.com from which product was placed. And regisrered no.[protected] product was placed
                              Total sucking replacement policy and guys and never ever gift a phone to ur relative i[censored]r relative got defected piece he will suffer totally thats my guarantee.

                                  We Purchased Moto E 2nd Generation from Flipkart order No:OD[protected], this moblie not working for past 10 days. we call the customer care on 13.04.15 and given the compliant, but till date there is no any response from Flipkart . Every day the saying to day the person will come and collect the mobile and will replace the New one . But nothing happened .Also we asked for Invoice, but Invoice also not giving to us.
