I bought Honor 4x mobile and it is the worst mobile. Its battery backup is too low. Its battery heats up like hell. You can’t walk comfortably with a phone at 45 degree. In their product description they promised so many things and delivered only few of them. When i requested to refund, they denied as if they never sold it from their store. I swear, they buy cheap mobile phones from the local vendors and distributors and mark up the price. And this tax they simply transfer to the buyers and pocket their money and behave very irresponsibly. I have never been more disappointed in an ecommerce company. It simply took my money for granted and forced me to go to consumer court. I will suggest all the new buyers to beware of their child like behaviour. They just don’t care.

    This is the poor service from Flipkart that I had experienced. I had ordered for 6 pieces of SNB white Face masks Order number OD:[protected]. When i got the product delivered today i.e 10/04/2015, noticed that there was only one piece in the box which is unacceptable. I immediately called customer support and got an answer stating that the products will be delivered before 20th April which unacceptable, I had ordered because we have an event on 15th April, Is there any higher escalation point of contact. This is not a good service like you always advertise. Regards, Purushothaman

      I have purchased a motog2 mobile on flipkart website.the mobile battery condition is very weak.it is draining.i made a call to the customer care and your technician checked it through smrtchck app and saying that there is no problem on my mobile.Since i am facing the same problem. Again i made a complaint on this issue but your response is very poor.So, i want to make a notice about this issue.please do replacement of my mobile .I am not at all satisfied with this.

        I have placed an order on march 31 2015 on BOOKMARKIT OFFER.nearlY 7 books have been ordred.only single book was ordered till this day.today I have got message that the ordered was cancelled.when I made a call to the flip kart customer care he has told that USER had made cancelled request.BUT I HAVE NOT EVEN DONE ANYTHING.one of the customer care told me that due to some technical issues it had happen so.ok I consider for one time, but all most all the products were cancelled without any intimation. Please take neccessary action to have ordered items to delivered as soon as possible.

          Hello, I have ordered a Wildcraft Backpack from Flipkart and paid through NETBANKING. After one week, i got call from the courier person for the delivery of product. Due to my absence, i requested him to deliver the next day. Also, i told him i will be able to collect it from courier office if possible. But he told no problem sir, we will deliver it tomorrow. But on the day evening, i got SMS from flipkart saying that the order has been cancelled and amount will be refunded. This is really unacceptable and the product should not have been cancelled without buyer acceptance. My order id is OD[protected] . I want only my product not the refund. I want to file a complaint and get this resolved. If this is not going to happen, am 100% sure this will be my last transaction with flipkart. Thanks, Saravanan E

                i have purchased mi4 on date 4/4/15 and product delivered me on 8/4/15. i initiated the request for return on 9/4/15 and today i got a call from flipkart telling that my product will not be taken back.this fraud company want me to take product forcefuly which has cost of Rs 22999. i dont want that this fraud company fraud with other people in the future and i m sure i m not going to purchaed anything else from this site who writes easy return policy but dont do anything after that just want to have money by making fraud.

                  Hi,

                  I have ordered a Lenovo A6000 from Flipkart(order number- OD[protected] at date. It’s not even a week past that I purchased the product and its proving a faulty one. I have experienced heating issue with the device and in spite of several complaints no action is taken yet.
                  The temperature goes up to 43 degrees even when the device is ideal and no applications running in background. I have raised the concern to Flipkart support team and they advised me to clear the phone memory and moving all the data to SD card. After all the complaints and troubleshooting the concern remains the same, I keep on contacting them every day but no resolution so far. Flipkart is just fooling around and issues are unresolved.
                  Adding more to my problems the battery is whooping and am not even able to take a call for 10 minutes, do I need to carry a charger all the time?
                  The support team members are making me install unnecessary apps to check the device as if the customer is not experiencing any issues, and their response is – ‘maximum temperature for an android phone is 45 degrees so this cannot be accepted as a defect’. Though the battery has clearly mentioned maximum temperature is 45 degrees, Is Flipkart waiting for the battery to burst out? I also the screenshots indicating the temp at 45 degree Celsius and phone showing a prompt message to remove the battery as its over temperature.

                  It has been a very bad experience and I feel cheated with the laid back response. It would be great if you take some action to refund against this purchase rather than saying sorry for inconvenience as escalating the same issue in several complaints is very annoying.

                  Spoke to customer and got to know that he was facing some heating issue with his handset and we have already provided T/S steps and found that the handset was not defective. So informed customer to get an acknowledgement from the service center if proven defective, will arrange for replacement. Customer agreed. So closing the case.

                    I have purchased Lenovo A6000 Smartphone by flipkart.com on 11 march 2015. but my phone is not working properly. Many issue are facing my phone ie. Heating problem charging problem. Also flipkart.com provide 28 days replacement guarantee. I have complained to flipkart.com to 4-April-2015 but flipkart does not give proper response.I am fed up this product.mostly this phone is heating in my pocket or table without use any application or function. flipkart team without my approval, status is resolved.                           I have raised compaint that product qas marked as delivered but i have not received it yet 2 days passed and no reponse from customer service griveence and when called with customer service they are directly disconnecting my call its happened atleast 14 times now,
                          They are neither cancelling nor refunding my money ane asking me to wait for atleat 5 days to resolve it, as a customer why i should i suffer with your techinical problems its shows loophole in yoir system and also no action taken on delivery boy who called me to deliver it and updated comments as delivered without actually delivering product, nor that number is reacharble was not direct number called via e kart number.

                          Plz help in resolving asap

                            Order ID : OD[protected] I had ordered redmi2 nd it delivered me on[protected]. The phone started giving both software and hardware problem. I was totally unsatisfied with the product and raised the REFUND request. They tell dt they can give only replacement. How can they impose when i am totally unhappy with the product. I don t want replacement, i want only refund (at least in f-wallet).

                              I ordered ucb shoe three pair it was a deal of the day and I got a confirm mail and message . Actually I was having a talk with them that why I wasn't able to order the blue color shoe and they said its a technical issue and then I ordered the red one . After some time I tried to order the blue one, no luck. But there I saw my previous order was canceled and on asking them they say you didn't confirmed the order saying( I didn't picked the call, but I didn't got any ). Now the say we have taken a complaint and till know no progress and not able to order the blue one from the app . What type of app is it, which is having so much of problem and worst customer care. Mind it this is the first the say they called you to confirm the order but I have ordered about fifty product didn't got any call for conformation. This is surely cheating, I have mailed them with screenshot of the product (blue shoe not adding to cart) let's see what the do . But surely not going to rely on them again as I was ordering it to gift some body and know I was fully stuck at the middle of the road.                                   Flipkart Fraud!!! Hi Everyone, I have bought a Moto E phone from flipkart, which is in 30 days return policy. I have found some issue like Heating, Battery backup problem while playing game & listing music, so I make request to return it. In return I got call from flipkart executive said that you should update some of the software, used once completely to finish the battery and then charge it full. If you got the same problem we will return it. So I did that and after 3 days I call on their customer care number they again take my request and send me one link of samrtcheck to download with message their technical expert will call me. He called me ask me to open software clean it all cache & everything then he checkout device performance and replied me that sir there is no problem in the set, so we can’t return it. In other way he is telling I am telling lie that it does not battery backup & it is getting very during regular use like while playing Game & if continuously listing songs. Now just tell me their technical expert has called me between 1:00pm to 3:00pm at that time I am in office so I am not playing game as well not using music section and about the battery backup I used to connect it all the time with my Laptop as it has very poor battery backup. So how would he decide that I am telling lie to them. I think now these days Flipkart has no good services like before May be they earned a lot do not require more. That why are delivering such services.

                                    Order ID: OD[protected] I received my order 0n 31th march 2015, from 1st day it is heating during charging, watsapp chatting, talking. Battery is 2390 MaH, but it is same as other phone battery like 2000 mah, 2200 mah, then what is benefit to buy 2390 mah lenovo a6000 phone. Regarding these problem i sent you mail on 7th april 2015 but no responce from your side. Please contact me as soon as possible.save your customer & do the needful as the earliest. This was my order from flipkart.May be LLLLLast.

                                      I purchased moto e 2015 by flipkart on 19/3/2015. Txn ref no: 6083621. My paymode was cash on delivery. POS id: 98872. This phone is giving a lot of problems. It deletes time and again all my contacts, music playlist. I am not at all happy with the phone and want my cash returned.
