I purchased TCL 43 inches ultra television on 17 oct 2021. Since two months the television display having technical problem like, automatic colour change, automatic dimension change. I called several times on toll free number, but get no response. Kindly resolve this issue as much as possible.

      Very worst service. I have received the wrong product instead of the product that I have ordered with order ID OD[protected]. When tried to place replace order, the seller cancelled it. I tried to contact customer care, but they kept sending me the automated replies and was not able to resolve my issue.

          I had ordered grocery items on 24th Sept 2022 and paid amount of Rs. 1066/- vide net banking. I got first date of delivery as 28th Sept, 2022. Since that day I am contineously receiving SMS from Flipkart 'We're sorry to let you knkow that the delivery of your Supermart order has been delayed as we're working on fulfilling higher orders than usual.
          Today again I received messary at 5.39 pm that I can expect delivery on 14.10.22 between 6.30 to 9.30 am. That means around 20days are already passed if considered 14.10.22. And it is also not sure that I will get delivery on 14.10.22.
          Regret to note that nothing has been done so far. This is 3rd complaint from my side.
          Please arrange to deliver material as soon as possible.

              I purchased a product named evohouse swing car kids car rider from flipkart by reading product description which clearly says : product is of heavy plastic material, that can handle weight of approx 75 kg and wheel is of premium quality. I purchased this product from flipkart in white colour.
              This product is sealed by flipkart assured, which means customer will get exactly same product as mentioned in description.
              But the product I received is completely different .
              Product is in yellow colour, product is damaged from wheel side, near steering side, carrier and so on.
              I tried returning the product to flipkart to get refund amount so that I can purchase product with high quality.

              Please tell flipkart to refund the money as why product is passed under flipkart assurity and I don’t need any replacement of this product . I just simply needs a refund so that I can purchase it from other seller.

              Very strange, I talked to flipkart team almost every day regarding the refund request.
              But they provided me product in replacement which is again beyond expectations. This time product is in green colour with barring issue.
              When the same is notified to flipkart team.
              They told me that don’t worry this time you will get refund of your product.
              And product pick-up was scheduled.
              But the pick-up boy without picking the product mentioned that customer wants to retain the item without any customer intentions.
              When I told this to flipkart team they told me that please have a patience your product will pick-up before 27th.
              Now when I checked the order detail I found that flipkart has cancelled the refund request after scheduling it for pick-up.

              Please help us to initiate a refund from flipkart

              Flipkart arranged a pick-up for today but today again the delivery pick-up person refused to pick the item by saying that I can’t pick the item as I am on bike to deliver other products.
              The same issue is repeating again and again and now I am too much frustrated with flipkart support.
              Flipkart please do the needful
              Today item was scheduled for pick-up and confirmed by flipkart support team on call but just after 20-30 minutes I got a call from support team and this time the team told me that they need to proceed it again as the option selected was damaged and different from what we ordered.
              So today again the item was not yet picked and now we need to place a new return request again.
              This time it’s 3rd time to initiate refund request.
              Don’t know what is going at flipkart end.

                My Flipkart got deactivated on 7th of oct and i received msg from whatsapp asking for otp to activate my account claiming that they are from flipkart and ended conversation saying that my account will get activated in 72hrs. Later today(10th oct) i activated my account and saw some one ordered laptop from my flipkart using my flipkart paylater and it also got delivered to an address in Bangalore(pin is 560049).phone numbers mentioned in the account are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. IMEI number of laptop is K2205N0032802 . My registered email id of flipkart is changed to [protected]@gmail.com from [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected].
                I filed complaint in national Cyber cell and Police station.
                please stop my EMI.

                  I had ordered Vivo mobile previously which I was supposed to receive on next day of Dussehra, I tracked the phone it came to the nearby hub but did not deliver even after two days hence I cancelled the order and recorded the phone on 10th oct which I was supposed to receive on 11th but again the same thing. Shipment comes to nearby hub but doesn't deliver for 2-3 days. Flipkart doesn't respond to my queries and concerns. I opted for prepaid order hence, my money is with Flipkart but I receive no product in return to it. Who will give me interest of my money for those days. Additional to it I wasted my time, I had urgent requirement as my grandfather stays alone at home he doesn't have phone. What kind of torture is this. Ekart the delivery partner doesn't entertain, Flipkart doesn't entertain. This is mental torture, financial torture, and waste of time.

                      I bough airpod from flipcart on 23 sep and bought apple care extended warranty plan worth 2500 they send me airpod on 31 sewp and there is no plan of extended warranty with. i am calling regular for my extended warranty plan but they have no answer till today 12 october there customer excutive harrasing me and when ever i raise complaint they resolved it without resolation. plz give my 2500 rs as soon as possible becouse this is too much from your side

                          I had ordered two curtains on Flipkart from a seller called Houzzcode.

                          The seller charges Rs 100 per curtain as delivery charges and the package is always delivered torn. This seller has messed up all the orders I have placed.

                          For this order as well, the seller sent the wrong design and colour of the curtains, so I returned both of the curtains but have received the refund for only one. The invoice clearly states the total amount paid, which was 1888. They have only refunded 944 Rs.

                          I contacted Flipkart regarding the same on the 6th and they said that they would resolve it by the 12th. They keep marking the complaint as resolved, so I contacted them again today only to find out that they have no information regarding the issue. They have not even confirmed with the delivery partner whether they had received two curtains or one. All the customer executive had to say was "I am going to try and get this resolved". They re-opened the issue, but it is marked as resolved again. Within 10 minutes. With no solution. I have neither received a confirmation that they would be initiating a refund for the remaining amount nor have I received any other solution from Flipkart's end.

                            Order date 14th Sep. delivery 30th sep. installation promised on 2nd oct. till date have not heard from their installation teams . on raising complaints all they do is robotic apologies and ask for order details which has been provided atleast 23 times. surprisingly one fine day, a not so rogue man called up and to our horror said this is DIY meaning do it urself wherein the website at time of sales clearly indicated free installation. innumerable calls and escalations masde to helpline, all in vain. there is a visible breach of trust not to mention the mental agony last 15 days. order number OD[protected]... VERY POOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND STANDARDS OF SERVICE, ABSOULTE FEELING OF BEING CHEATED, I WANT SUITABLE PUNISHMENT AND COMPENSATION

                              Ordered Through Flipkart big Sell Grocery item total 27 Items Amount of 5951. They Delivered only 8 Items and Wrongly Taken Full amount by attaching invoice also total orders. I am really disappointed with flipkart grocery orders. There Junior Horlicks Pouch 10 Piece and Horlicks Classic malt jar 5 piece and Fortune Sunflower Oil 4 Piece Missing .Total 19 products missing received only 8 products of of 27 . I am requesting here please take action on it and refunded my money as soon as possible. the ordered was urgency for me and now struggle ! I have raised return request but flipkart rejected my refund Request Without Any reason really suffered with this fraud from best platform flipkart. Please do solve and refunded my 19 missing item balance.

                              finally I got 11 unit refund already.
                              and still 9 unit refund Return requested stage it's pending please take action on it and refunded my money.

                                I ordered realme 100.3cm smart android tv (Order ID - OD[protected] during the Big billion-day sale but it is not working properly. It is unable to load the USB properly. For some USBs, it shows it is corrupted (but that USBs works properly on other devices) and for other, it loads USB but playing video from that freezes the whole tv, and even the remote stops working. The only way I can unfreeze it is by disconnecting the power supply.
                                I had requested a replacement from the Flipkart app.
                                First, they called me to discuss the issue and then a technician visited and checked the issue after checking for an hour he said that there is an issue and I will submit the report and it will get replaced and in the Flipkart app also it was showing that the replacement tv will arrive on 14 Oct but then after 2 days they canceled my replacement request stating that "hope our technician has resolved your issue".
                                As the replacement period was not over, i created another replacement request and as a part of the replacement process, your executive calls me but either not speaking a word or putting my call on hold for 10-15 minutes and then disconnects the call and gives me another call slot.
                                I don't know what to do here, it seems like they do not want to process my request and will cancel my request in near future blaming me for not responding and as the replacement period is over i will not be able to request replacement again will be stuck with this faulty product.

                                Hope you will look into this and get it resolved.

                                  I have been a premium customer of Flipkart since years. This BBD sale I have bought a lot of products. But just after the BBD, all of a sudden all products are showing 'not deliverable in this pincode'. That's really irritating. Even the seller delivered me yesterday is also showing the same message. I have uploaded the ss of one such product which I bought during BBD and now showing can not be delivered. I have mailed in customer care, no reply. I have talked to the cc executive and was assured that the matter will be solved but still it is not. Please look into the matter asap.

                                    The pickup was not done and instead I got a message that I want to keep the product.

                                      I ordered combo of samsung galaxy s21 FE, samsung galaxy watch 4 and samsung 25W adaptor on 22nd September which never got delivered till date and were costed combined of 40K to me. Flipkart promised to deliver on 26th and 28th September but till date they are just sending my packages to different cities and there is no actual update on the same. Today morning they cancelled the watch from there end, after holding my money for so long now they're cancelling the items. Also the prices of the ordered items are higher now who's going to pay the difference if I have to buy it freshly?
                                      Flipkart, ekart services are so bad that even local sellers perform better than them.
                                      I hope they contact me asap before I proceed with the legal actions.

                                        I ordered a iphone 11 128 gb in Flipkart by using 35000 on Flipkart pay later and 6519 by card payment. They delivered a product on October 5th 2022. There is no seal in the box. There is a seal only in the wrap cover. By checking the serial number of the product in apple warranty, the support remains around 3 months only. So the product was used around 9 months.
                                        So I try to return the product. I made a return request and there is no option for refund. So I called customer care service and inform the same. The executive cancelled the request and placed a new request with the reason damaged item. The executive told me to contact after 9 am to talk to higher authority and escalate further to proceed fatser. I called to reach but they told call after 2 hours. After that They told me to wait around 11 days. I was waited on the call for 1.30 hours to talk to a higher authority person after that also they are not available. And made around 10 calls in a day. The next day an executive said that "you raised as damaged product so only your request was still in pending" and i cancelled the request and place a new request and intimate the executive that I need to go out for a business for 4 days and I am not available for the next 4 days. They didn't hear that and repeat the same script to wait till October 13 th 2022.
                                        The next day they accept the return and called me for pickup. I clearly told the pickup agent that I was not available in the city and come back on Wednesday october 12th 2022. On October 10th, an agent called me for pickup and told that the return request will be cancelled if you are not handover. I said the reason and he told that I will reschedule for tomorrow.
                                        On October 11th, i received a message for pickup before 7 pm, till 6.40 pm i didn't receive any calls, I called the agent and ask him for pickup, he said that I will reach the spot in sometime. Then only I committed my work out of the town for 3 days. But he came and went back by throwing a reason like I didn't pickup iphones. There are other agent to pick up this. He will contact you tomorrow.
                                        Like this, Flipkart spoils my business and affect me mentally. Make me a mental depression.

                                        And the seller, sold this product without providing a proper gst invoice to claim input. I think, the seller and Flipkart purposely avoid gst invoices to sell products like this in offer sales.
