On 22nd September, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 (44m size, black) during the Big Billion Day sale of Flipkart. My parcel arrived on 25th September but as no one was at home so we told the delivery boy to reschedule the delivery and send me the next day.
Now here the mental Harassment starts
So as he was told to deliver on 27 September but he didn't deliver
We waited further for four days without contacting Flipkart in hope that they might deliver but still not delivered
Then contact the Flipkart customer care
And everytime they used to give new date like we will deliver your parcel till 3rd October
Again we waited still not delivered
Then further again they given new date that they will deliver by 6 October
Still not delivered
And everytime we contacted them to solve this issue
And they again told they will by 10 October for sure
Then today on 8th October what I see is they started the refund procedure
First of all they made us wait patiently and mentally harrased the consumer(me) in making us wait for the parcel worth 10k
And also as the sale has ended the price of that product has only increased by 2k and can't order the product again at the same price.
And in the end after waiting for two weeks they all did was refund.
If they only have to do was refund why they didn't did it earlier and it would have saved us a lot of time.
I am extremely angry with such kind of experience on Flipkart
I hope strict action is taken against this monopolistic companies so that they care for consumers.

    I ordered GNC creatine monohydrate from Flipkart and paid rs 788 . But on 23 September i received wrong product that is Octavius kadak Asaam tea (rs 600 printed on it) I raised the request for replacement. Earlier the replacement date was 29 September then it was shifted to 5 October, then again date was postponed to 7 October.

    On 6 October all of sudden i received a message that your Replacement has been cancelled.That’s also without any reason.I have been requesting Flipkart agent to look into this matter since I was delivered the wrong product, Its almost a month but No action has been taken from Flipkart to solve this issue, They have only made excuses.I will share the screenshot with you. Please help me how can i get my money back.

      Flipkart explore lite plus is a fake website.I have pop up with a line in which realme GT neo 2 was of 462rs. I have ordered the mobile but after that no confirm notification I got of ordering the mobile but money was deducted from my account.

      Please return the money or send mobile .
      Every single rupee for everyone o[censored]s is very important.
      Please Help .

        I placed order OD[protected] for Motorola G32 phone but they never delivered in time inspite of saying 7th oct delivery, they delayed shipment 3 times and said will deliver on 10 oct and product is going here and there from jhajjar to chatarpur and vice versa. They have not even delievred and refunded money. I need compensation for 25000 with free product delivery. Further, I will log comsumer court case as well.

            Date of Incident: 28th September 2022

            Order ID: OD[protected]

            Description: I purchased an LG 6.5 kg with Smart Diagnosis and Smart Inverter Fully Automatic Top Load Silver (T65SKSF4Z) on 25th September 2022. The product was delivered on 28th September 2022 without any accessories. The machine is still in uninstalled date as of today (08 October 2022).

            I raised a complaint on the same day stating that accessories are missing. I was promised by Customer care that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours and the deadline provided was 1st October. The resolution expected was that I will buy the missing accessories from the LG service provider. They asked me to wait for a call from their backend team to confirm the details, post that I could continue with the purchase of the missing accessories. Please find the list of missing accessories below:

            1. 1 unit of the drain hose
            2. 1 unit of QRG (quick reference guide)
            3. 1 unit o[censored]ser manual
            4. 1 unit OT hose
            5. 1 Unit Detergent Powder (200gm packet)
            6. Anti Rat Cover

            The backend team called me the next day but the call dropped due to network connectivity issues. Since then I have called customer care around 30 times requesting them to connect me with the backend team. I got the assurance that the backend team will call me back by 1st October 2022. The deadline was then moved to 2nd October and then again to 4th October 2022. Currently, they are not showing any deadlines on the app.

            I want to retain the product and have it installed by a certified service provider and a refund from Flipkart for missing accessories as they promised earlier.

              Hi Team,
              I have ordered Samsung front load washing machine using Flipkart in Big Billion day sale . After waiting for 15 days, damaged product was delivered and on opening the box, delievery person told to replace the product in 3 days. At the 3rd day, they cancel the product so in short I waited for 18 days and they cancel my product.
              Also they have not refunded my 200 supercoins (loyalty points from Flipkart) saying that supercoins are not refunded back.

              Instead of giving compensation, they are not returning the customer supercoins.

                Hii, I purchased grocery item 5kg bag, that bag is damaged, I requested return the product but seller was rejected, I tried to again 4 to 5 times after that my account is blocked, I tried to customer care they are not solved the problem, I message to Kalyan_K flipkart ceo in twitter he is not responding, that account wallet have some money that's why I asked my account is unblocked

                  I had ordered the product on 22nd sep and delivery date was 26th sep. ekart logistics have nt deliver my package till now. When i trying to connect with ekart logistics after completing the scheduled date they told me that your courier will be delivered today. But they did not deliver my package. When I checked the ekart courier tracking website they showed me that they attempted to courier my package but i was unreachable, which is fully lie. Now again and again they repeat this process they never call me nor come to my address which was given but their website gives the wrong delivery update.
                  i have paid the money. now i think flipkart and ekart both company making me foolish. both the company (flipkart and Ekart logistics ) are fraud and cheat me.
                  kindly help to return my money.

                  Flipkart and ekart is delivering my product and not giving any small information also, only thing they are giving is 3 days ago date even i am their prime member. I had order many products but all the time they just giving new new fake date nothing else. Order ids are OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected], OD[protected].
                  See these are the product they are not delivering and just wasting my time and money also. Flipkart and ekart are the worst delivery system i had ever seen. Please don't buy anything to these companies.

                    Sir, I have ordered a 275 Ltr Samsung Refrigerator on 25/09/2022 order I'd (OD[protected] and received a defective product ( Dent on Side Panel) on Date 30/09/2022. And promised by Seller If I received order then 20% amount will be refunded in Flipkart wallet as a compensation but till now not received any refund. Cheated to me I am very disappointed. So take this very seriously and take needful action against Seller.

                      Today, 07.10.2022, I was informed about the delivery of my new fridgefrom ekart logistics - Samsung 324 Litre Inverter one. I placed the order with exchange of my old 280 litres. But the delivery person inspected the fridge thoroughly and he was satisfied. But all of a sudden he rejected the order by stating that my fridge storage capacity is 250 litres and he is against Samsung company claimed 280 litre and old fridge bill also stated 280 litres. If you people dont want exchnge kindly inform us previously. Me made the fridge empty and after a day, again we have to keep the storage back again. Wasting our time and money for no reasons. Ready to file a suit against you flipkart.

                      Newly ordered fridge is 324 litres. But the actual capacity storage is below 300 litres. Do you have guts to high light this information in your listing. Why are you selling a 300 or below litred fridge by claiming it as 324 litre? Why cheating people with your false and scam policies?.

                        I have purchased a Fifine mic from flipkart, I was not happy with the result so I raised return/refund for the product which was showing as accepted on the order status.

                        I got SMS on 27th Oct (same day when I raised return) that product will be picked up by 9-10 days. Which I feel not right. At least day and tentative time slot like 9-12 or 12-6pm it will be picked. That would help me when to expect pickup person to show up.

                        Now all of sudden same day a person called me around (6.40pm) that he is here to pick up product. now I did not expected him so early that too without any kind of communication (email/sms/notification that pickup is scheduled).

                        That time I was out so requested him to come next morning so that I make sure I'm available at home to hand over the product. Over the call person agreed and replied that he will come tomorrow morning.

                        Now same day mid night (2.30am) I got SMS that my return is canceled because of damaged product. Where as in reality pickup person have not even seen the product and I was not at home.

                        Just because he has to come next to pickup product he false marked return product as damaged and cancelled my return.

                        From next day I was travelling for 4 days so couldn’t get in touch with Flipkart. Right after I reached home from past 3 days trying to reach support to share the details of the incident but every single time support calls get disconnected after 2-3 mins.

                        I was promised to get call from the senior team in 4 hours but 2-3 days have passed and did not receive any call so far.

                        All of the trauma I'm going through because of pickup partner falsely damaged marked of the product and getting zero help from Flipkart. I have been customer of Flipkart from 8-10 years and Plus member from past 3-4 years.

                        I'm really loosing the trust over the Flipkart to intervene in any issue. Amazon is way better in return policy and customer support. Never faced 0.1% of the hassles with Amazon return.

                        Hoping some response after this consumer complaints, otherwise have to say goodbye to this 8-10 years of relationship.

                                I ordered grocerry items on 24th September, 2022. I got first message from Flipkart on 27th September, 2022 that your order will be delivered on 28th September, 2022. On 28th September, 2022 I got another message informing that the order will be delivered on 29th September, 2022. On 20th September, I got message that the order will be delivered on 30th September, 2022. Every day, I am getting message from Flipkart 'Sorry to let you know that the delivery has been delayed' and material will be delivered on so and so that between so and so time. On 6th October, 2022, I got the message that it will be delivered on 8th October, 2022. And on 7th October, 2022 I got message that it will be delivered on 9th October, 2022 between 6.30 am to 9.30 am. Regret why Flipkart is taking this much time? Why they assure every day? I have already paid Rs. 1066/- vide internet banking. But not receiving material. Please look into the same and see that the material delivered to me without further delay

                                  Hello sir/madam,

                                  I ordered a samsung a/c 1.5 ton, 5 star, windfree model on 22/09/2022. which got delivered on 24/09/2022. When the installation person opened the package, we noticed that "the standard installation kit" was missing from the package. so I raised a return request. They accepted it arranged a replacement for the same item. Item was picked up on 26/09/2022 and I was told that the replacement item will be delivered on or before 01/10/2022. Delivery of the replacement item was delayed and I was asked to wait for 2 more days. They were still not able to deliver the item So I contacted flipkart customer care support team and asked them to cancel the item and refund the money. Every time a new customer care executive is calling me providing wrong information and asking me to wait for 2 more days which was very frustrating for me. I paid 37, 499rs for the a/c the money was locked since 22/09/2022. they are neither delivering the item nor giving me the refund. I request you to please take a strict action against this. they are just wasting my time for their mistake.and not providing the refund.

                                        - I purchased A Peter england suit Rs 4409 from Flipkart. Delivery was done by Delhivery courier on Aug 21st 2022.
                                        -Product did not meet the description, hence wanted to return it back. It had a 10 day return policy WHICH WAS 31ST AUG
                                        - But my flipkart account showed that the product was ON THE WAY and not delivered. I called Flipkart on 22nd Aug and highlighted that status was "ON THE WAY" and because of this "RETURN OPTION " will not open in the website
                                        - Flipkart officials told that they cannot send anyone for return and pick up as system is showing as product "ON THE WAY"
                                        -I told them that product is already received so you send someone for pick up, otherwise my 10 day return DATE will end.
                                        - But Flipkart executives told not to worry as 10 day will start only after the system shows delivered. So 10 day will not get over on 31Aust 2022 (Many of them told this - as I called, mailed and chatted with the return request from August 22nd to Septembet 5TH 2022)
                                        - inspite of calling them, mailing them and chatting regularly, Flipkart did not update the delivery status till 5th september. They kept saying not to worry
                                        - On 6th September they just send a mail saying that the product was delivered on 21st Aug . when I checked my Flipkart account, they had updated the status as delivered on 21st Aug and refund window closed on 31st Aug
                                        - I called Flipkart and said how can you close return window. Flipkart was supposed to update Delivery Status immediately when the product is delivered. But Flipkart waited till the return period was over i.e 31st Aug, Not only that, 10 days plus 6 days they updated their system
                                        - I mailed to the grievance officer, spoke to some senior customer support team and then by evening of 6th September I got a call from Flipkart that they will send person for return pick up.
                                        - Next day I received a SMS from Delhivery Courier confirming the pick up. The product was delivered by the same courier. So both for delivery and pick up I received messages from the same service.
                                        - Not only that, before pick up I had to give an OTP to initiate the return pick up. I also clicked pics while the person checked the product, the packaging and after confirming that product is with the original packing, with tags, etc, he took the item. As proof he gave a customer copy with a scan confirming the return pick up
                                        - However the status in my Flipkart account remained as RETURN WINDOW CLOSED, nothing was updated
                                        - I was told that refund will be initiated once they receive the item which will usually take more than a week .
                                        - I waited for 2 weeks and when i checked my Flipkart account, they had changed the status to REFUND REJECTED on 25TH SEPTEMBER
                                        - from 25th sept Flipkart is is just hearing my issue every time i call for refund. They keep telling 48hrs we will resolve but nothing is happening
                                        - They asked me proof, i have given the customer copy given by Delhivery courier. i have send the photo and name of the person from Delhivery courier. i have send sms received from courier for return pick up with OTP
                                        - Inspite of all this Flipkart is telling they cant do anything until system is updated as return and pick up done, then only they will refund. Also they are asking sms after pick up. When i told them that Delhivery has given a hard copy and no SMS, they are asking me to wait for the sms. AFter one and half month of trouble they are telling me all this.
                                        - It was Flipkart whose system was not updated,
                                        - from august 22nd they were only telling system is not telling them product is delivered. while the truth was i received the item on 21st Aug. I was telling them I received so pls come and pick but they were just stuck to system updates
                                        - Now also product is picked up on 7th September and i am sure they have received it but since system is not updated they are telling that they didnt receive any product for refund

                                        - On 6Th October one of the executive bluntly told me that Flipkart didnt send anyone and asked me to put a complaint against the person who picked up the product as Fraud and also file cyber crime against the courier
                                        - I said the same courier came to drop the product and the same courier picked up. And that too Flipkart called me and told me that they will arrange for pick up. Plus return is activated with OTP. So Delhivery courier is not at fault nor any fraud came and picked up. Return was done in a proper way.
                                        - the technical and logistics team of Flipkart are not putting the actual status of the product and hence all this issue. No proper resolution is done. Only calls come and hear the complaint, they give me 48 hrs and ask for feedback. Thats all is happening from 22nd August till 6th October
                                        - Flipkart has arranged the return, picked the product and now not refunding till their system instructs them. But the system is showing all wrong status right from AUG 22ND. They are turning deaf ears.
                                        - System issue does not mean Customer should suffer

                                        Flipkart called after the complaint and contacted the seller . they acknowkedged that some where the item was not updated. They did all the follow up with the seller and finally they refunded my amount. Thank you so much
                                        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        - Flipkart staff today called and said that they cant find the product and sellet WESTBURY EXPRESS is telling he has not received . I dont know who is at fault, WESTBURY EXPRESS the seller, DELHIVERY courier or FLIPKART e commerce staff
