I have made a booking with flipkart travel platform.
Money has been deducted immediately, but the booking is in pending state.
I have waited for more than 12 hrs, but still no update on the ticket status.
I even tried calling the customer care, but the call is getting disconnected before it reaches the customer support.
Could you please confirm the ticket and share the PNR details.
If not please refund the amount so that I can go ahead and book the tickets from another travel portal.

      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint with the Indian Consumer Complaint Forum regarding a recent incident with a purchase made through Flipkart, an online platform based in India.

      On 04/08/2024, I placed an order for a Nokia 216 DS mobile device through Flipkart, with the expectation of receiving a genuine and authentic product. However, upon receiving the item, I discovered that it was a counterfeit device, and furthermore, it was not the Indian country model as advertised.

      This experience has not only caused inconvenience but has also put into question the integrity of the products being sold on the platform. As a consumer, I believe that I have been misled and I am deeply concerned about the prevalence of counterfeit goods in the market.

      I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter with Flipkart, and I ask for guidance on the steps that I should take to rectify the situation. Your intervention in this matter is greatly appreciated, as I aim to seek a resolution and prevent such occurrences for other consumers in the future.

        My flipkart pay later account was charged when I received a call from a number stating someone is trying to login to your flipkart account if its not you press 1 so after that from my account many orders were placed. As soon as I got to know about these orders I informed flipkart customer service and registered a case still that orders were delivered. As the amount was charged on my flipkart pay later account without my consent. It was a fraud and later the flipkart also didn't help me out to fix this. Also I have raised multiple complaints on consumer forum still waiting this to be resolved. How can I pay for the thing which I have not ordered. IDFC FIRST BANK loan is due on me which I haven't ordered.

          I ordered Apple MacBook Air M1 on 9 month no cost emi with old laptop exchange. It cost me 57020 rs. I ordered this on 1 aug and the delivery date is 5 aug 2024 and on 5 aug they shifted my order delivery date to 7 aug 2024 and my order reached the nearest hub on 6 aug. Today is 7 aug 2024 and I didn’t receive my order yet and they didn’t dispatched my order yet. And there is no return of refund policy.

              COMPLAINT AGAINST G K TOWER & FLIPCART

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I ordered for three(3) Numbers of STUDY TOWERS to Flipkart by paying Rs. 540/-
              These ordered items /Towers would have sold /supplied by G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA .
              A packet sold by G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA was delivered by E-Kart Logistics on 03.08.2024 to me .While opening of the same packet, it was revealed that only one Tower was supplied by G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA and delivered by E-Kart deceiving me in this order. It was also revealed that the details of items mentioned on Packet was 3 (three) but packaging was done for only one item of study tower.

              In this connection I am complaining against FLIPKART / G K IMPORT AND EXPORT MATHURA to look into the matter seriously and arrange to make available /send two more numbers of Study Towers immediately ( as ordered).

                    Order Id: OD[protected]/Date:[protected], 07:13 PM; Invoice No: FAL[protected]/Date:[protected], 10:38am, TOTAL AMOUNT PAID: RS. 1290.00
                    Ordered 5Qty of the same Item, but delivered only One (1) Qty. According to Flipkart, 1 Qty means 2Nos of Tube light and total of 10 Nos to be supplied. But supplied only 1 Qty=2 Nos tube light. The package is suitable for accommodate only one Qty and no space for accommodate 5Qty (10 Nos). Simply mark delivered 5Qty as delivered.
                    I filed a complaint via the Flipkart channel on the delivery date, 21/07/2024. The customer care representative consented to a refund. I have received a refund for one order amounting to Rs. 258/-, however, the remaining four quantities are still pending, and the issue is marked as resolved, which it is not.

                      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the inordinate delay in the delivery of my order, Motorola Edge 50 Fusion (Marshmallow Blue, 128 GB) (8 GB RAM), with order number IN[protected].
                      The order was placed on 21st July with a promised delivery date of 2nd August. Despite this assurance, the delivery date has now been arbitrarily changed to 7th August. This unexpected delay is causing immense inconvenience as I have an urgent need for this product.
                      It is highly unacceptable that an order placed almost two weeks ago has not yet been delivered, especially when it has been showing as "reached the closest delivery hub" for the past 3-4 days. I have already paid in full for this product and expect it to be delivered without further delay.
                      I request you to prioritize the delivery of my order and ensure that it reaches me by today or tomorrow at the latest.
                      I look forward to a prompt resolution to this matter.

                        I have purchased an ARISTOCRAT Airstop 53- hardbody Trolly Bag (order id: - OD[protected] on 19 July and delivered on same day. On 20 July I has raised a Return request for size issue and ordered another size, and the return request was approved on 20 July. But till now the product was not picked up and the customer service was telling to wait until 3rd Aug. They are not sure about pickup.

If the product is not in the Out for Delivery stage, how can these claims be made? This is a clear case of false reporting by Flipkart. If my order is not delivered today, I will have no choice but to file a police complaint and FIR against Flipkart for fraud and false reporting.

                              - The order was placed on Friday, July 19, during Flipkart's sale. On the same day, Amazon had a sale offering the same item at the same discount with delivery by July 21. However, I trusted Flipkart over Amazon, which is why I am facing these issues now. This experience has proven that Flipkart is not trustworthy.
                              - Flipkart is claiming that my PIN code is wrong, but I received an order from Flipkart on July 23, 2024, at the same address and PIN code. Additionally, I have been receiving orders from Flipkart at this address for the last 15 years without any issues. How is this PIN code issue happening for this delayed order? This itself is proof that Flipkart is committing fraud, as other orders are being delivered to the same address, but not this one.

                              - **Financial Loss**: Prepaid amount not honored by timely delivery.
                              - **Mental Harassment**: Undue stress and inconvenience caused by false reporting and lack of resolution.
                              - **Trust Breach**: Erosion of trust in Flipkart due to unethical practices.

                              This experience has severely eroded my trust in Flipkart, and I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Specifically, I expect:
                              - A clear and truthful update on the status of my order.

                              - A formal apology and explanation for the poor service and misleading information.

                                I’ve bought an Thomson washing machine from Flipkart on 12th July and it was installed by Jeeves on 14th July. But we received a defective machine as the water fills continuously even if the tub is full and drains from drain line. I’ve raised a complaint to Flipkart and Thomson as well before the 7 day return policy. They told to fill a Tech Visit form and the issue will be resolved by 19th July. But till now no technician has visited to inspect the machine. Every day a new technician was assigned for the job but end of the day they cancel the job. Yesterday also same thing happened but surprisingly I got a message from Jeeves that the job is complete even without the technician visiting and inspecting the machine on 22nd July. Im really fed up with the service. Everyday I call Thomson care they say please wait 48 hours your problem will be rectified. Weeks are passing but no update regarding the same. Today I called Flipkart they told technician will be visiting by 6th of August.3 week for just technician to visit and inspect the machine?? And that is also not confirm. My mother washes clothes by hand from past 2 weeks though we have a brand new washing machine at home.

                                  My order was already out for delivery on 23rd July, 2024 and then the delivery executive refused to deliver the product because his mobile does not have the app to proceed with exchange option. Then, the delivery executive said he will make another delivery executive deliver my product and proceed with exchange on 24th July, 2024.

                                  Again, my order was out for delivery on 24th July, 2024. I called the delivery executive to know when will my order be delivered. He said that he will deliver at late evening after all other orders are completed because of phone exchange. I agreed to that happily. Then, he mentioned that he will take around 500 to 1000 rupees as pickup charge for phone exchange which is ridiculous. I told him that 149 rupees was already paid as pickup charge during order. After hearing that, he says that his charge is different from Flipkart and cut the call.

                                  Its late now, and the delivery was rescheduled without my request. Worst Experience Ever, Will Never Order Again.

                                      Dear team, on 21/06/24 i ordered a longway reo 550 mixer from flipkart .on 2/07/24 they delivered it to me . order id -OD[protected].
                                      after using it very first time it was creating mixer is getting hear. so i raised return of the article because it was under return period.
                                      in next 2-3 days no one came to collect the return parcel so i made call to customer care. they assured that before 05/07/24 the person will come and return the mixer. Still no one came and the automatically cancel the return.
                                      Again i call to customer care so they are saying that i cancelled the return.
