I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a misleading and incomplete delivery from Flipkart. I ordered a product that was described as a "Pack of 20" grow bags on Flipkart's platform. However, when the product was delivered, I only received 10 grow bags instead of the advertised 20.

Despite reaching out to Flipkart's customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory resolution to this issue. The incomplete delivery constitutes a breach of consumer trust and misrepresentation of the product. I kindly request your intervention in this matter to ensure that I either receive the remaining 10 grow bags or be compensated accordingly.

    I hope this message finds you well.
    I am running a Flipkart seller account and writing to formally lodge a complaint against Flipkart for an unauthorized charge of ₹17699. that was made to my account for account manager services, which I did not authorize even not activated yet. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, including emails, phone calls, and tweets, there has been no resolution or refund, and my previous communications have largely been ignored, including discussions with their executive Imtiyaz, I have received no satisfactory resolution or refund.

    Below are the key details of the issue:

    Misleading Information and Activation of Service: I received a call from one of your customer executives who assured me that no payment was required and proceeded to activate a service without my consent. Following this, I was never contacted for any assistance, and no service was provided.

    Unauthorized Deduction: Without any prior notification, the charges of ₹17699 were directly deducted from my previous payment. This deduction was made without my approval, and despite raising concerns, no steps were taken to rectify the situation.

    Lack of Communication: When I initially requested a refund, I was asked to remain patient, only to be misled repeatedly. My subsequent emails have gone unanswered, and my legitimate concerns were ignored. I have even made multiple complaints and publicly addressed this issue on social media, but there has been no action from there side.

    Financial Loss: As a small business owner, this unauthorized deduction and lack of support have caused significant financial hardship. The misleading conduct of your team has further compounded the issue, leading to trust erosion.

    Escalation of Issue: Despite my efforts to amicably resolve this issue, I am left with no other option but to escalate it further. As a consumer, my rights have been violated, and this has caused both financial loss and emotional distress.

    Given these circumstances, I kindly request the intervention of Jago Grahak Jago to help resolve this matter and ensure that I am refunded the unauthorized amount. I am confident that your esteemed organization will support me in this consumer grievance and help uphold my rights.

      I tried to place an order but it is only showing "transaction declined due to risk checks".
      I made a new account on flipkart since the account i was using was linked to my old number which i don't have access to anymore for otp (changing email). On the new account I tried buying 2 gift cards with supercoins but was unable to pay the first two times because i was unsure and clicked on the wrong payment app the second time. I was able to buy them after 10 mins through gpay and it got credited in my account. Today, i tried to finalise my order but it won't work/accept the gift cards and only shows payment declined. I have already tried to pay 4 times today but only met with the same popup message and don't wish to try further incase my account gets suspended for suspicious activity. If my account has been falsely flagged i would like to get it unflagged manually by flipkart customer support and wish to resolve this issue within this week as i am trying to buy some important books i require.

        I have raised return request on 7th og spet and it’s approved as it is under policy. But it wasn’t pick up by logistic then flipkart called me and asked me to cancel the request and create na new one as the timeline of that return date exceeded. But same thing happened on my second return request and flipkart gave me fake sympathy that they have escalated the issue with seller and logistics partner but no action taken by flipkart team. I have reached out to them multiple times atleast 20 25 times but same thing happened no one take it seriously even if i am a VIP customer which i have paid for that. Now same thing happening its my 3rd return request but no one is calling me regarding this issue

          "delayed delivery of order beyond promised date by flipkart"

          I placed an order for a pair of shoes on Flipkart
          (Order ID:[OD[protected]]) on [ 29th September ]. At the time of placing the order, Flipkart provided an estimated delivery date of 7th October 2024. However, as of 8th October 2024, my order has not been delivered, and the Flipkart app now shows that the delivery is delayed, with an expected new date of 10th October 2024.

          I have already waited beyond the promised...

          I ordered a phone during the current sale (Sep'24) from Flipkart.

          Complaint 1: While placing the order, the delivery date was showing the very next day but after payment completion the delivery date showed a date of +7 days (4-Oct). Why was this changed after payment ? Blocked customer's money.

          Complaint 2: I waited for 4-Oct and received out for delivery message but they didnt deliver the phone. From 4-Oct till 7-Oct, all 4 days I received an out for delivery message and every day I waited for the delivery person. But nobody comes to deliver. The delivery has to happen with a phone as an exchange. So, they have to collect a phone as well as per the order. How is it possible to wait everyday like this ? Would you wait everyday ?

          Complaint 3: Flipkart charges for exchange phone pick-up. On 7 Oct their delivery person called me and said it would be very late night and so I should visit their office to collect my order. Why do you then collect pick-up charge ?

          These are unfair practices that Flipkart is involved in.

            Recently, I purchased a few products from Flipkart and paid online. However, when the delivery date arrived, my order was cancelled without any notification and returned, with a refund issued to me. If they were unable to deliver, they shouldn't have accepted the order in the first place. This experience was incredibly disappointing and a waste of my time. When I contacted their customer support, they couldn't provide a valid reason for the cancellation, only saying it was due to an "issue" without further clarification. Such treatment is unacceptable, and Flipkart should take responsibility for these kinds of disruptions. Customers deserve better, and this kind of behavior needs to stop.

              The below product was faulty in delivery so they took it return but when i was checking the status of replacement initiation they forced me to cancel the product using false practices option and when i was trying to buy it again they removed it and made it out of stock for that location and also they have increased the price of product on which i brought it earlier and not providing any compensation for that high amount

              Also not a good behaviour by the customer support not putting my calls on hold continuously, also when i asked for the compensation to buy other product from the platform prices are hiked by almost 10000 now and they wasted my 5 days on that faulty product didn’t get any appropriate ans so requesting to provide me compensation

                I purchased on 29th October, 2023 – the Realme Buds T300 Bluetooth Earbuds (Black) with 12.4mm Drivers, 30dB ANC, 360 Spatial Audio, and 40 hours Playback.
                Product Issues:
                1. Bluetooth Connectivity: The earbuds do not connect properly with my Mac.
                2. Sound Quality: During calls, the sound becomes distorted and heavy, making communication difficult for the other person.
                3. Active Noise Cancellation (ANC): The ANC feature is not functioning as advertised.
                As per Flipkart customer team’s instructions, I visited a service center and had the earbuds replaced. However, even after replacement, the same issues persist. This situation has been very frustrating as I am unable to use the product as expected.
                I kindly request a refund for this product, as it is not working even after replacement. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

                  On 26-09-24 i placed an order for the racold brand geyser from flipkart. Along with the purchase, i also opted for an installation package worth ₹361, which was recommended on your platform. However, upon receiving the product, i found that the geyser box itself clearly mentions that installation is free as part of the manufacturer’s service.

                  As a result, i believe that the ₹361 i was charged for installation is not fare, because installation is done by racold company that is free, flipkart don't have any role in it.. Then why this 361 rs.,

                  I kindly request you to take action against flipkart, so that he don't make fool of customers.

                            I just recieved the package today, when I opened the package I saw that the product I received was totally different than what I ordered. It was a flimsy pajama shirt from Tokyo Talkies instead of what I had ordered, a blazer from Tokyo Talkies. My daughter had already rated the delivery as "poor" but then we realised there was no return button, and that we couldn't even rate the item at hand because it keeps saying "you haven't bought this item". According to my memory and the orders list, I had bought the blazer not the shirt. The return policy of the blazer is 10days, so since I received it today (a.k.a 3rd October, 2024) the return policy extends till 13th October, 2024. I can't seem to find the return button neither can I rate the product. I hope this matter is dealt with quickly and immediately.

The orders were placed at a promotional price, but they were subsequently cancelled by the seller, citing "out-of-stock" as the reason. However, I have observed that the same products are now back in stock but listed at a higher price, which raises serious concerns about the validity of the "out-of-stock" claim.

                                2. I have contacted Flipkart’s customer support multiple times (via calls and chats) and was told to reorder the product at the current, higher price, which is not an acceptable solution given that I had already placed an order during the sale.

                                3. On one occasion, I was told that a senior team member would call back to address the issue, but no such call was ever received.

                                This entire situation feels misleading and unfair, as the cancellation appears to have been made to avoid fulfilling the order at the lower sale price. I expect better transparency and accountability from a platform like Flipkart, and I am seeking immediate resolution.

                                Resolution Requested:

                                I would like my original order to be reinstated at the price I purchased it for during the Big Billion Sale.

                                If this is not possible, I request compensation or an alternative solution that reflects the promotional price I had originally secured.

                                As a consumer, I feel that my rights under the Consumer Protection Act—specifically, my Right to Fair Treatment and Right to be Heard—are being violated.                                   I placed an ordered woodland shoes from flipkart on the 30th September 2024 with Order ID - OD[protected] and i received a notification on 2nd October 2024 that the item was cancelled and will be refunded to the same mode of payment with no reason. This has been a disappointment to me as im checking the site the stock are still available but they mention that its out of stock.

                                    I purchased an oppo mobile from Flipkart on 26/09/2024 as my brother mobile is dead they assured it to deliver by 29/09/2024.

                                    On 27/09 I got massage that you will get early delivery today but nobody came to deliver at 11:30 at night I got massage that as per your request we have rescheduled the delivery on 29/09 I waited for 29 also tried calling the delivery guy but nobody picked up and later at night I got massage that your delivery is rescheduled for 2 October 2024 but today on 01 October 2024 i got massage in morning that your product will be delivered today but again delivery guy not picking the so many calls that is how Flipkart is treating old customers I never had a complaint from them before but now I am very frustrated by Flipkart what is the use of buying from Flipkart customer support says something every time your product will be delivered in 24 hours. Really annoying
