Good! Flipkart values customer feedback and works quickly to address complaints. They handle issues regularly and provide solutions, making customers feel heard and supported, however, we would recommend that Flipkart step up their efforts to fully resolve all complaints 👍

Ordered shoes on 16th June and did the payment of 597 rupees. The delivery date was 23rd of June. On 23rd it showed that the product was delivered but I didn't receive any product. Since then I have been calling on the customer care, all they say is that there is AN INVESTIGATING TEAM which is investigating about the issue. First they gave me the date till 29th of June and again when I called on 29th, they said it will take another 72 hours....
