I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the Paid Account Manager (PAM) services that I availed from Flipkart. Despite my payment for these services, the promised deliverables have not been fulfilled, leading to significant financial loss and inconvenience.
Service Availment:
I paid for the PAM services, which included a Product Listing Ads (PLA) amount of ₹2000, cataloguing services, and other promotional benefits.
I was promised that my seller account would achieve a Silver position on Flipkart.
The service period was from 04-March-24 to 02-June-24.
To date, no work has been done from your end to fulfill these services.
Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no progress or communication from the account manager assigned to me.
The amount paid for these services is now effectively wasted.
The lack of support and services has adversely affected my business operations and sales performance on Flipkart.
Below are some details and the calendar regarding this program:
Week 1: Selection, Inventory & Speed Hygiene
Week 2: Competition Benchmarking & Pricing
Week 3: Introduction to FBF
Week 4: Visibility
Week 5: SPP Metrics & SS Issues Assessment
Week 6: Product Rating & Returns
Week 7: Selection, Inventory & Speed Hygiene Follow Up
Week 8: Competition Benchmarking & Pricing Follow Up
Week 9: Traffic Analysis
Week 10: Product Rating, Returns & SPP Metrics Follow up
Week 11: SS Issues follow up
Week 12: Resubscription Week
None of these activities have been completed or even initiated by the PAM team.
I request that the promised services be provided without further delay, including the PLA amount, cataloguing services, and the upgrade to a Silver position.
If the services cannot be provided as promised, I request a full refund of the amount paid for the PAM services.
Additionally, compensation for the inconvenience and business impact caused by this situation would be appreciated.
I trust that Flipkart values its sellers and will address this complaint with the urgency it warrants. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and provide an update on the actions being taken to resolve this matter.
