We have received a parcel throuh e kart under the details
Ekart/TRSC[protected] under COD basis.

Courier people collected payment and delivered the parcel.
Actually parcel contains a old cloth and not ever ordered by us

We need to file complaint on the person who has sent this parcel under COD basis
So please track the person who has couriered

        Flipkart Delay in product installation (AC)

        Purchased an SAMSUNG air conditioner from flipkart and I got the product on 25-Feb-2024 (Order id : OD[protected]. While checking the installation details on flipkart, I found that the installation date is scheduled for 26th Feb. But i have not recived any calls / sms regarding installation till 26th Feb.

        As a customer, I am not satisfied with the installation delay and there is no update in flipkart app. Its still...

        CMF Buds Pro by Nothing

        I received a used & faulty pair of earbuds after they were sold as new at full price. The Case has a faulty battery because the light on the case glows orange even when the app says the charge level of the case is at a 100%. The Earbuds themselves right out of the box were at different levels of charge which could only happen if they were faulty as well or they were used by someone else before I received the product.         Mene Flipkart par Spyder craft ka ek hammock swing chair order Kiya tha 16 January ko jo 29 January me deliverd hua...jiska price 10, 789 Rs hai...jiske sath milne wala ek cushion missing he aur product ka chair completely damaged hai..me pehle return karna chaha, lekin bad me mene replace karne ka socha...par Flipkart me mera return request stuck ho gaya...mujhe daily ek time dene laga ki thik kar denge, par kuch nhi hua...mujhe refund dene ke liye 4 bar form fillup kiya gaya, mera bank details liya gaya..last me Flipkart ne mera account hi block kar diya ... Bol Raha he ki jyda return karne ke karan block hua he.. mene aajtak Flipkart me sirf damaged product, missing product ya wrong pe hi return Kiya he...aur return karte time full evidence lete hai, jaise ki picture send karne parti he aur kabhi PAN card bhi dena par sakta hai ye bhi agree karna parta hai.. tabhi return request accept hoti he... agar product damaged ayega to ham kyu rakhenge ?? Ab mujhe refund nhi de Raha..mera 10, 789 rs ka product tha aur wo bhi damaged... please mera help kijiye... mujhe mera refund pane me help kijiye... please ...

              I brought redmi 12 5G (pastel blue, 128gb) from flip kart mobile application on 12.02.2024. And i recd product on 18.02.2024. But after unpack the product we found some another phone of redmi and that’s also broken so we launch replacement request by application but the declined due to seller not accept it back now we don’t get my phone back radmi 12 5G. Which I requested or even they don’t refund me my money. So please do need full and resolve my query its a very humble request.

                            I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a complaint I raised about a Boat airpod product on December 12, 2023. As a valued Plus member of Flipkart for the past 8 years, I am disheartened by the prolonged and unsatisfactory resolution process.

                            My return for the Boat airpod as it is in extended warranty from one assist, priced at Rs. 799, has been pending for nearly three months now. Despite repeated assurances from your customer service representatives, the issue remains unresolved. The promised executive visits for order pickup and wallet refunds have not materialized, and this has become an ongoing source of harassment for me.

                            I have patiently cooperated with Flipkart's instructions and timelines, but as of the latest communication, February 19, 2024, is stated as the final date for order pickup and issue resolution. This continuous delay and lack of concrete action are unacceptable, especially considering the long-standing relationship I have had with Flipkart.

                            I believe in the values of Flipkart and have always appreciated the seamless shopping experience provided by your platform. However, this particular experience has left me deeply disappointed. I expect a prompt and effective resolution to this matter, including the pickup of the order and the reimbursement of the amount into my wallet, as promised on numerous occasions.

                            I hope this complaint is taken seriously, and necessary steps are taken to rectify the situation promptly.

                              Unacceptable Customer Service and Frustrating Experience - Order ID OD[protected] and OD[protected]

                              Dear Flipkart Customer Service,

                              I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of customer service I have received regarding my recent orders with Flipkart.

                              On 15th February, I placed an order for an AC with the order ID OD[protected]. Subsequently, I noticed a price reduction and promptly placed another order with the ID OD[protected]. I attempted to cancel the initial order within the 24-hour window, but encountered a persistent technical issue preventing cancellation.

                              I immediately contacted your customer care, and I was informed that there was an ongoing technical problem preventing cancellations. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to cancel the order, and the representatives I spoke to were unable to provide any concrete solution, citing the same technical issue repeatedly.

                              On Sunday, 18th February, the delivery agent contacted me, but he could not cancel the order and advised me to contact Flipkart directly. This ongoing issue has caused me significant frustration and wasted hours of my time, as every executive I spoke to provided the same excuse without offering a resolution.

                              In a particular instance, on 18th February, I spoke with an executive named Himanshu, who assured me that a supervisor would contact me within four hours. Unfortunately, this promise was not fulfilled, and subsequent conversations with other representatives revealed that there is no mechanism in place to schedule calls with supervisors. This misinformation only added to my frustration.

                              Today, on 19th February, I spoke with a senior executive named Mithilesh, who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and provided unacceptable suggestions such as keeping both ACs and putting one in another room. This kind of response is not only illogical but also reflects poorly on Flipkart's customer service standards.

                              I have been a loyal customer of Flipkart for several years, making substantial purchases for both personal and office use. However, the deteriorating quality of customer service is alarming. It is disheartening to experience such unprofessional behavior from your representatives and the lack of a timely resolution to a technical issue.

                              I implore Flipkart to take immediate action to rectify this situation, cancel the initial order, and process a refund promptly. The mental harassment and frustration caused by this ordeal are unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Flipkart's reputation.

                              I trust that this matter will be addressed urgently and appropriately. I hope to receive a call from a sensible and technically competent representative within the next day. If this issue persists without resolution, I will be left with no choice but to consult with my legal team to seek further assistance.

                              Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated.

                                  Flipkart delivered me a broken TV through open box delivery, the TV looks fine from outside but found broken after tuning it on. The delivery guy showed me the TV and it is fine from outside and when i told him to show me by turning on he said installation guy will do that, Now when installation guy came and we turned on TV we found it was damaged.
                                  Company denied the return/replacement saying it is my fault for not checking but they mentioned that we have to turn on a huge 55 TV and check during delivery, shouldn't company make sure such things during delivery instead o[censored]s customes.
