Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this matter—approximately 30 calls, each with assurances of resolution within 48 hours—I have yet to see any progress or receive a satisfactory solution.

        I had ordered a Malayalam book named "Prakashasindhu" Written by Smt.Suvarnna Nalappat. But another book was delivered. I made a request for replacement which was accepted. But on 23rd August this request was cancelled without any replacement. Then I contacted the customer care and again a replacement order was made and the book was supposed to be delivered on[protected]. But they again cancelled the request without replacing the book. This is my grievance. I want a replacement of the book or refund of the amount. Please do the needful.

              I have bought a Motorola Washing machine from flipkart in 13 June 2023, during the installation on 21 June 2023 I have also bought a Complete Protection Plan for the product worth Rs 2250 from sister company of Flipkart named Jeeves. On 10 May2024 the machine started leaking water. On 16th May 2024 I registered a complaint on Jeeves as I have a complete protection plan against the liquidated damages/other issues. On 17th of May a technician came and identified that water is leaking from the front gasket of the machine and the same needs to be replaced. The technician submitted a request for the part and told us that the part will be made available latest by 24th May and will be replaced within three subsequent days. I have waited till 24th, thereafter I have called the customer care several times but no update on availability of part has been provided. Further, I have called and mailed the Jeeves customer care several times, but did not get any update on the availability of the part. For every mail and call they have the same reply which is "wait for 48 hrs".

              After getting frustrated from their response, on 09th June 2024 I registered a consumer grievance ref no 5892296 in the consumer helpline. After the filing of grievance I have got a call from Flipkart Customer care that replacement/repair of the part is not possible and they will provide full refund of Rs 25, 240/- from them, after pickup of the non-working machine within 10 days. On 30th June 2024 I called Flipkart as the product was not picked-up. The flipkart representative said that they will pick up the product in 3-4 days. I called flipkart again on 05th of July 2024, then he told me that I have to call the Brand (Motorala) . After getting this response I got annoyed with what was happening in the issues. I again called the senior executive of Flipkart, and he assured me that as Flipkart has already committed for full value refund so I dont have to do anything from my side and they will resolve the issue by themselves. In between I got emails that I have to contact the Brand for which I am not agreeing as It is the flipkart who committed for full refund without any further action from my side.

              Based on above I have again lodged the consumer grievance on 31 July 2024, ref no 6065911, but so far I have not got any response from there also.

              On 11 August 2024 I have contacted the Flipkart Brand Motorola in a Hope to get the repalcement and refund from them. Since then I have called multiple times but nothing is being done and every time they say your long pending issue will be resolved on priority.

                  I had ordered a laptop from flipkart on 23th July 2024 for which I got it's delivery on 29th July 2024 and coincidentally I received a undamage but and defective product which has dead pixel(dark spot) on screen, for that I raised an issue for replacement on same day 29th July 2024 but due to incomplete information i received and call and they said that due to incorrect information your replacement has been rejected an a new request has been generated by us after that technician was going visit my place by 17th August 2024 but it never came and not a call or an message came other than that I have to call again and again for update they always told me to wait upto 17th August 2024 so i called on next day they told me that due to technical issue we have extended your technician visit by 21th August 2024 so waited and again technician didn't came so call again and they again extends my technician visit by 24th August2024. An one whole month for replacement .

                      My name is Sumit Singh . I purchased a product (Order Id - OD[protected], amount - Rs 674 ) (Invoice no.- BFFKA[protected]) on 10 April 2024 and return on 16 April and in Flipkart app it shows that refund is given on 18 April 2024 but when I check my Bank Account Statement their I no such amount I received then I contacted the bank with the reference no[protected]given in Flipkart app) then they say their is no such amount received or stuck in your account (Bank send a proper email to me said that your account didn't receive any money from Flipkart with the given reference no[protected] Then I file complaint from Flipkart app customer support but they always ask me to give bank statement and I give them but then they ask me to contact Bank and send proper email received from bank but after I send the email to Flipkart then their is no response from Flipkart .I file a complaint in Consumer Forum (Docket no[protected] but they didn't respond their they are thinking that we all just joking around and didn't know the policy of government. If Filpkart didn't respond to this complaint I am going to file complaint against you in consumer court then you behave like normal Company.

                        I ordered a wardrobe from flipkart for 12k and I received it on aug15. The installation of the product was not done till. In the beginning the installation was scheduled for aug 16, I took leave from work for this., but no one came by the evening I received a message that installation was rescheduled for 17th and on 17th I got a message that it was rescheduled for 19, I connected with customer care support on 17 and they said it will be resolved as soon as possible on or before 21. And nothing happened. On 19 I received message that says installation was rescheduled for 20, and next day another msg that it was postponed to 21 and next day another msg sayinv it was postponed to 22. And today that is 22, I got msg saying it was rescheduled to aug23. I contacted the customer service for 5-6 times and they are not helping.. All they say is it will be resolved as soon as possible. And we have escalated this issue.other than this no one is giving me proper reason and a proper date for installation.in addition to that they say that I am the one who rescheduled the installation which is not true.. No one called me regarding this. The installation was supposed to be done by Jeeves, which is also a sub brand of Flipkart. My returning window is closing om 25th and till now I didn't get any proper response from the flipkart regarding my query. While ordering they promised that installation will be done within 5days..but it's already 7 days. Nothing happened.

                          I am writing to file a complaint against Flipkart regarding the blockage of my account, which has been inactive for over 1.5 years. My account was blocked due to the alleged excessive return of products. The details of my blocked account are as follows:

                          Despite my continuous efforts to reach out to Flipkart’s customer support team through numerous emails, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution. I have patiently waited for a long time, hoping that the issue would be addressed and my account would be reinstated, but unfortunately, the lack of communication and action from Flipkart has caused me significant inconvenience.

                          The account in question has been blocked for an extended period, and I believe that this action by Flipkart is unfair and unjustified. I request the Consumer Forum to take immediate action and direct Flipkart to provide a resolution to this issue, as the continued lack of access to my account is impacting my ability to use their services.

                          I trust that the Consumer Forum will intervene in this matter to ensure that my rights as a consumer are upheld.

                              I have kept the order on 13th of this month and the delivery date given was 15th Aug.

                              And at the day of delivery that is 15th Aug the delivery agent calls at nearly 10:30am and enquire about the address for the delivery.

                              And till evening 07:00pm there is no update on the Flipkart app regarding the delivery.

                              We called Flipkart Customer Care 3 times.
                              First time they told that the phone would be delivered by 11pm. (At 02:00 pm)

                              Second time they told that due to 15th Aug the delivery is slow and they would try to deliver the phone by 11pm. (At 06:00 pm)

                              Then when the Flipkart app was checked for any update, it showed that the delivery date has been changed from 15th to 18th Aug.

                              Third time they told that there is problem from courier side for delivery. They would try to deliver the phone in 24 hours.

                              And now they are telling that pincode mismatch has occured so either wait till 18th Aug or Cancel the order. (****lines by the Flipkart Customer Care)

                              Why is this all happening?
                              If you are not able to deliver it then why are you showing the wrong delivery date?
                              If it's problem from courier side then why did they enquire about the address for the delivery this morning?
                              Is this customer care take by Flipkart?

                              Is this value given by Flipkart to their regular Customers?

                              Then shifting from Flipkart to Amazon is better atleast it won't make false delivery dates?

                              At a normal day delayed delivery is acceptable but this the case i[censored]rgency?

                              If we needed it by 18th then why should we keep the order for 15th.

                              Is this Express Delivery given by Flipkart?

                              IT IS A CASE OF "FAKE EXPRESS DELIVERY" BY "FLIPKART" BY EXTENDING "2 DAY DELIVERY" TO "5 DAYS DELIVERY"

                              Please help regarding this.

                                    • I ordered Redmi 12 (Rupees 9, 028) on the 16th of July 2024, and it was delivered on 17th of July.
                                    • After checking it for merely 10 mins the phone was heated and battery discharged quite quickly "for a new phone" as they claim, and while charging the charger got heated too.
                                    • So I requested for a return since I was provided with the option, but the phone went for replacement, I got the executive's call for details and a technician was assigned, he came in the next two days and approved for a replacement.
                                    • Again! When the replacement phone came, it has the same issue so I AGAIN requested for return and refund, since I was told that replacement product gets a refund, hence I applied.
                                    • I waited for the executive's call for 48 hours but no response, so I called them and provided the details (this is 27th of July).
                                    • He approved and assigned a technician named Vishal, on 30th of July.
                                    • The technician called and said he'll be coming but never did and he rescheduled the visit.
                                    • This drama went on till 7th of August.
                                    • And between 30-7 I approximately called customer care 10 times and their [censored] way of "Poori Sahayata" never worked
                                    • On 7th of August I called on customer care AGAIN, and she listened to all my problems and finally forwarded my issue to the verification team
                                    • I got a call on 8th of August from the verification team, they got the details and then "claimed" to visit the next day BUT "NOT SO SURPRISINGLY" did not visit AT ALL
                                    • Instead I was provided AGAIN with some other technician, AGAIN that person claim to come yesterday on 9th of August but did not come and it was rescheduled ffs AGAIN.
                                    • Today is the 10th of August and I had to call on customer care AGAIN, AND WAS provided with the same [censored] response "maafi chahte h, Sahayata karenge, 24-48 hr ruk jaiyeye call ayega"
                                    • I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY REFUND BACK ON 5TH OF AUGUST.
                                    • ONE THING I KNOW FOR SURE, A HUGE FRAUD IS HAPPENING WITH ME, AND [censored]ING ONE MONTH JUST FOR A RETURN? AM I A FOOL OR WHAT?
                                    • I HAVE BEEN VERY MUCH PAITENT FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH, SO EITHER I GET MY MONEY BACK LITERALLY IMMEDIATELY OR I SUE FLIPKART & TEAM.
