I been booking a flight from bhishkek to Delhi but it's was gone in pending and after some time it was cancelled and I didn't get a refund money so I humble request u take a immediately action about it.nd I want my refund.🥺

    My parcel is stuck at gurgaon since 16th june..and still it didn't reach bathinda
    And the information which is showed to me is also very complex..the estimated date of delivery is today..

    What is this flipkart?.? I am very disappointed because my favorite app has became the worst one... I have never expected this from flipkart ever.. First time on flipkart i made online payment and this all happened with me...
    I think when a person pays online flipkart does not deliver their product..In flipkart app it is showing no information update.. Only parcel shipped is updated after that nothing is updated
    I am attaching a screenshot too..you can also see that the parcel is stuck at gurgaon since 16 june..and in app no information is updated

      I purchased a pair of Samsung true wireless earphones the day before this complaint and the fit of the earphones is very bad according to the size of my ears. So just as anyone would do I went ahead to return it and the company suddenly claimed that the earphones cannot be returned but only can be replaced.

      This is complete unethical behavior!

          I have purchased realme narzo phone in 11th june 2021 under Flipkart smart upgrade plan and availed a advance of rs 4800.Since last three month i am trying to make payment but there is no link or pay option show in there pay and keep window.My phone got locked on 10tu june 2022.I have sending mail to Flipkart contiuesly but no response coming from there side.Customer care department is too worst they have ready made answer to my query.My order id is Narender kumar baid.email id [protected]@gmail.com

                Cheap quality product received. Multiple issues
                1. Crack on the welding on the handle
                2. Paint coming off from all sides
                3. Handle tightened, but still stays loose and dangerous to use
                4. Reflectors are of very cheap quality and just comes off when touched

                Pathetic customer service chat support
                Makes the customer wait for hours, but other than providing their name and the statement stating that they want to help, nothing else done. Chat keeps getting disconnected.

                Customer Care call service does not have any one to escalate the call to even after waiting for 40-45 min on call.
                Does not have an option to arrange a callback nor has an option to provide the phone number or email ID of the escalations team.

                Unable to get a refund for the poor quality product and stating that we can replace the product with another piece.

                Highly dissatisfied with the product and the service. This is the issue just after the product was received. Haven't even started to use it. Do not want a replacement. Want a refund asap

                Tried to arrange a callback from Flipkart representative so that I can escalate the same to their supervisor. Not only did the lady rep not connect the call stating that the supervisor will say the same thing, but stated that she will help. Rep stated that she will help me raise a replacement where the product will be taken away first and then a replacement will be sent later, but once the product is taken back I can opt for a refund. I believed that she is going to help and followed the same. I specifically told her that it does not show the option. But she insisted that I proceed stating that she is facing a technical issue and can't do it from her end. I did the same and then the rep is stating that the return and replacement will happen on the same day, so I will not get a refund. She literally scammed me into initiating the replacement when I specifically told her that I want a return and refund. This is literally a daylight scamming that is going on where customers are pushed into doing something that they don't want.

                Technician who was supposed to check the bicycle for fault confirmed with me that he has raised a request for refund and replacement so that I can choose from either. The delivery partner suggested to deny the delivery so that Flipkart can provide a refund as replacement was not accepted. I did the same and again Flipkart has denied stating that they can't do the same. The suggested to contact the seller myself, but they denied having any contact details of the seller even though they are selling the product from Flipkart 's website. I found the details of the seller from the product 's manual and called them and they said that they need a denial letter from Flipkart to help me. I went back to Flipkart for the same and they denied that request as well. Flipkart seems to be in a complete denial mode. They should be penalized for torturing the customer like this.

                Not to mention the chat disconnects that happen the moment the customer asks a difficult question and a new rep wants the customer to repeat everything that was discussed earlier.

                  I ordered a Blue Star 1.5-ton AC from Flipkart o 14th June 2022, It was delivered by 16 June 2022 with no issue.
                  It has an estimated installation date of 19 July 2022, The installation is canceled without any reason today at about 12 PM (19.06.2022).

                  Flipkart doesn't allow me to return the product. As it is unopened.

                    I ordered on 11th June and the product said delivery by tomorrow that is 12th June. Then on 12th June they delayed the order and said will get delivery by 14th June and again delayed it to 16th. Then nothing came on 16th and when I reached out to them they said we'll get back to you on 18th and worst customer service then even on 18th they didn't deliver. They completely harassing me at this point of my money and time. I feel trapped because they had me paid initially. Even they telling me to deliver by 20th now and I'm disappointed and harassed and all they say is computer based message saying sorry for inconvenience. Worst service, this happened with last 3 products as well. I will never in my life use flipkart, they are a bad copy of Amazon and hate people who work there.

                    Flipkart. is Pure scamming a customer and trapping by taking my money. This is harassment.

                    It's 21 now and they still haven't send me anything. Even the customer service is worst.

                    This how they behave on chat taking 30mins to start

                      I recently placed an order with flipkart and my parcel got shipped with ekart logistics...i was happy because i had an amazing experience with ekart logistics in past..
                      But now i am feeling very bad and sad because my parcel is stuck at gurgaon since 16th june..and still it didn't reach bathinda..i made online payment.. Now i am loosing trust in flipkart

                            Order delivered on 13 June 2022., they said installation will take till 17 June. 17 June a person was assigned but when I tried to contact him, phone was not reachable. I called flipkark, they said it will be installed by 8pm 17 June but it did not happen. Raised a complaint they said they need time till 21 June. On 18 June again someone assigned, again call did not connect. Again called flipkart, now time changed time to 22 June.
                            I am calling them for last 5 days, they can't tell what is the issue and why can't they fix it. Their customer care trained just to say sorry they are ill-equipped to give analysis information other than that is in app. Called them atheist 20 times no response given properly

                            The product is sitting in my place for 7 days now, only God knows when it will be installed.

                              I had placed orders of hp gaming laptop and other total worth of Rs. 54999/- for my studies. I had successfully placed order my mobile app and accordingly order id were generated by your system, details of the same is mentioned below:

While placing the aforesaid orders I was fully assured by the return policies mentioned on the website and mobile app of you the addressee No. 1, I was also fully assured that in case of any problem arises regarding, quality, size, same shall be returned, replaced as the case may be if return request is made within 7 days of delivery of the product and trusted on the goodwill and brand value of 'Flipkart' in online shopping. The orders placed by me were delivered to me on 20th April, 2022.That order was defective hence a replacement was done and completed on 18th may. On receiving replacement unit on 18the may Since I was having manufacturing defect issues with product I had a return request on 18the may 2022 which was accepted, and my client received a system generated message stating the pick-up date of maximum upto 2nd June, 2022.

                              4. On 2nd October, 2022, I was shocked to see you have rejected the pickup of my order .On 9 June I was shocked to find my return request was cancelled by flipkart.On 10th June it was updated with new maximum pickup date of 13the June.On June 13th I was shocked to find no pickup has been arranged by flipkart.After repeated calls and follow ups no resolution was provided to me.No pickup and refund is being provided to me.

                              5. I had made rigorous efforts and follow-ups to your customer care representatives, but no response was received from them. Considering the gravity situation, I also tried to made several tweets through his Twitter handle to lodged a complaint to your Twitter handle and requested to expedite the refund proceedings. Which was duly acknowledged by your twitter handle i.c. @flipkartsupport however no effort was taken to resolve the issue.

                              6. I had been constantly following up your customer support on phone and email and tweets but instead of resolving the issue your customer support has been giving false promises and delaying the matter to avoid the pick-up of the product. You dishonestly induced me to shop on your website my making several false representations and assurance knowing fully well that you won't able to fulfil these commitments.

                              7. I had suffered great mental trauma and agony in around past one month and still has not got any assurance regarding the pick-up of the product and refund of his hard-earned money. The aforesaid facts clearly show that you the addressee you are not keen on resolving the issue and this seems to be your modus operandi to fleece and cheat the clients by giving false assurances. The response of your customer care representatives also shows that they are backed the higher authorities for not resolving the issues of mine.You are deliberately not collecting the sub-Standard defective goods delivered to me, thereby causing wrongful loss to me.

                                Another day went by and still nothing. No reply/callback from Flipkart.

                                Order still not delivered. Grievance has been opened in National Consumer portal. Please find attached the number.

                                I will not let this go easily this time. A customer can't be ignored and Flipkart should take complete ownership for this as it was a Flipkart assured delivery.

                                Your customer care mail/social media no one has replied.

                                This is my last order with you. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and i could have bought from somewhere else but Flipkart assures delivery was one of the reasons i placed the order.

                                  Kindly refer to the above;
                                  I have sold back my phone to Flipkart on their Sell-Back policy on 11.06.2022. They have took the phone on 13.06.2022 but till now they have not send me the sellback voucher which is of 4450.

                                  The company sends a box with just a card but no voucher to be redeemed.

                                  Upon complaining them they claims that they have delivered the voucher.

                                  I have complained them several times but there has been no resolution from the company's side. Their helpline are not cooperating with me and delaying the matter day after day so i had to complain it here finally.

                                  Looking forward for a resolution as soon as possible and a compensation for my time loss and harassment.

                                    Respected Sir,
                                    I have made two payments from Flipkart for my orders.
                                    As i cancelled the orders, i got my refund for the orders in two parts as i paid seperately 50 rupees and 175 rupees. And i will share the reference number for both refund I'd.
                                    I have got refund from the flipkart but it has not yet reflected into my bank account.
                                    Kindly make the refund reflect in my account as soon as possible.

                                      Recently I ordered boat headset I was about to replace that since it was faulty and when I was about to do that my account got blocked stating high number of returns, I was shocked, in the month of March I kept getting messages that I had returned three products of mine which was with me and I didn't click on return itself and next day I get a message that money had been sent to the bank account which was not mine, I immediately called customer service on March 13 stating the incident and I was told to reset password immediately but the refund had already gone to the account ending with some other which was not mine, and recently when I genuinely had a reason for replacement my account has been blocked I tried to talk to customer service one person named Shalini was so rude she kept accusing me and stating iam uneducated, never seen such a customer service person being appointed
