    I have purchased Hindware Callisto 7-litre RO water purifier from Flipkart on 22-May-2022, which was delivered on 26-May-2022.

    However, only after numerous follow-ups and havocs with Flipkart and Hindware, the device was finally installed on 11-June-2022. Meanwhile I had already complained flipkart on installation being delayed beyond return date of 05-June-2022 and was assured by customer care that they will still return the product after installation. The product was leaking on the day of installation and on 12-June-2022 (next day), service engineers revisited to check the product. Service engineers confirmed device was defective and were not able to fix the same.

    On 12-June-2022, along with the presence of Hindware service engineers, I raised complaint with Flipkart to initiate product return.

    Promised date of resolution : 15-June-2022

    No updates were received from Flipkart and hence followed up again around 15th June, only to find out resolution date extended to 21st June.

    Promised date of resolution : 21-June-2022

    Yet, no updates and upon following up, resolution date was extended again.

    Promised date of resolution : 23-June-2022

    It has been a month since purchase and the delay from both Flipkart and Hindware is very unprofessional. Unsupportive flipkart team has been nothing but mental harrassment to me for this whole time.

    Expecting actual action instead of dates. Return and refund must be initiated, immediately.

      Hello Sir/Madam

      My order I'd is OD[protected].
      You can check the order delivery details. After I received order, I opened it and I found I got firstly wrong colour (instead of black I received blue) then I found that the phone is not working properly and had functional problems so after check I made my first return on 12th of May (before the last return policy date of 14th of May) and the pickup called me after and said me I'm coming but he didn't come that day and cancelled return request on 19th of May([protected] )without any reason so I talked your support team and they just do is to reopen the request and the pickup boy come and say we need IMEI no. After that we provide IMEI no and then he told me it's wrong we have different colour and phone details which one you don't have so i told him that I received wrong colour so he again cancelled return on 22th of may ([protected] ) after this again I talked your support team and also I mailed but no response came and again your team just do is reopen request and again it cancelled without any reason on 28th May than 2nd of June and finally on 8th June the last return request cancellation by your system ( you can check my profile about all the return order I'd) then after all this I feed up with your non sense system and support team so I wait for your response but it will not come till 19th of June and I told everytime that the product is as packed as I received if your worker not picked it up that is your system problem I just want that refund my product amount but your system or team also not responded on it so finally i got is You don't care of your customers and their problems. Now this is my mail or request to refund my product amout as soon as possible otherwise I will take legal action on it soon.

        I ordered an lower but instead Flipkart send us a wrong product. I contacted Flipkart customer care but my refund always cancelled but later Flipkart blocked my account. Please help. I want my account as well as my money refunded.

          Today there was a delivery package from my friend. The delivery people were two in count they could have come uptil my flat to deliver my order instead they said there are lot of stuff and won't be able to come upstairs.
          In this whole process I fell and my mobile's screen broke.

          If you can't be assured about DOOR-STEP delivery, don't claim it on your app.

          Now, how to get my phone's screen working again.

            I placed the order (Realmi 9i, Prism blue, 6GB/128GB) on 19th may through flipkart order no OD[protected], whose delivery date was given 24th may. but till 24th may I didn't receive any product after when I was complaint they given me the next date 30th May, but even on 30th May I didn't receive any order. When I complained, they told me to wait for the next 72 hours. Now on 31st may they cancelled my order and told me to repurchase your order but now that particular mobile is more than 16000. I don't want my refund back. I want the mobile which I purchased @13028. When I complained regarding this, they (Flipkart) blocked my account. In that particular account I have Rs 2000+ flipkart gift card amount which I added in the month of Apr.

            Then I complained to Consumer Forum Grievance N0 3538557 and shared a copy with flipkart. Now next day (02nd June) they call me and tell me your order is placed on 31 May, by mistake its showing cancelled they Give me Ekart Tracking ID is FMPP[protected] when I checked that tracking ID its showing me MARKED_RTO : ORDER REJECTED when I call customer care they tell me your order is cancelled due to damage. I don't know how many times my order is cancelled.

            On 06 may they updated it in the Consumer Helpline portal "your return request has been cancelled". My concern is that I haven't received any product yet. How can I raise a cancelled request for this product? My complaint is that I haven't received any product yet and they respond back "your return request has been cancelled". This order was cancelled by flipkart two times (31-may and 2-june) with all necessary proofs attached with this mail.
            please revert me back as soon as possible.

              I placed a order of Lifelong LLM171 Powerful Electric Handheld Full Body Massager on 12thjune2022. Its offer price was 749rs.And I paid it by credit card rs 744rs and 5rs by flipkart wallet. my order id is OD[protected]. Flipkart gave its delivery time as 17th June 2022.on 17th june it was out for delivery through Ekart logistics FMPP[protected]. but no one delivery agent contacted me or reach at delivery address.i make a call the delivery agent on evening but they refuse to deliver my order and give reason that he was out of area. second day 18june2022, product was again out for delivery but no one agent contact me or reached at delivery address. i call again the delivery agent but they again refuse to deliver my order and give same reason that he was out of area. Then I contacted Flipkart customer service, then they told that your product will be delivered in 1-2 days, you wait for a while.On the third day of delivery 19thjune2022, the agent's call came to me and he said that sir will not be able to deliver your product today, so I said ok, you should deliver tomorrow between 10.M to 6.Pm.The next day I have the order cancellation message and mail and the reason was given that three things were tried to deliver the product to you but you did not get contact. I got mail and message like they refunded my order value 749rs. The reason given by him is wrong. And now I am ordering this product again and its price is coming to 999rs. I had ordered it to give a gift to my father. I have had mental problems because of Flipkart. And I want this product to be made available to me in the same price 749rs.

                Hi I have ordered the Syska Table lamp on 6th June from Flipkart, Flipkart delivered me the 3 bulbs instead table lamp, Over phone I have requested to Flipkart to delivered the proper table lamp by 12th June since I would like to present this item to my cousin son for his special occasion. However they told me that that is not feasible, so you agreed for refund on 12th June
                Based on that I have returned the 3bulbs on16th June Flipkart.
                Till date I didn't recieved either the refund or proper product from Flipkart. So please consider this is as notification to Flipkart to get resolution.

                  I ordered a celling fan worth of 3459 and i just cancelled it due to change in price of the product..after that again i ordered the product for 3218 and got my product..but previous order cancelled amount was not refunded after even 12 days..the simply ask to me wait upto june 14 and i waited and contacted flipkart on 15 june agin they postponed the date to june 20 and again contacted them on 20 june now its 25 june..i have also sent my credit card statement as proof but still they ask to wait...maybe they could clearly say that i have to wait upto 25 june 2023..instead for incresing 5 days everytime i contact them

                        My order's estimated date of delivery was 19 june.. But till 19th june my order was stuck at gurgaon and no more update was given to me.. And till 19th it didn't reach bathinda.. So the estimated date of delivery extended to 24 june.. What is this? I have made online payment... I am in very tension..and today they updated but still it shows that it is in gurgaon what is it..from 16 to 20 it is in gurgaon.. What speciality is in gurgaon that the parcel is not dispatching from that place to bathinda.. Please help me..i want my parcel as soon as possible

                        In flipkart app it just shows that your order has been shipped..after that no update is given... Why it is so??
                        I am feeling very disappointed

                          Sir I have placed order for jio fi M2S 13th of this month got delivered on 19 th when tried to install it it shows my ssid and password are wrong so after throughly investigated I found out my instrument IMEI No and my box IMEI Nos aren't matching automatically my warranty will be void because off this I have also attached snapshots for both I want a replacement product for the same ASAP. I am in middle off some urgent work all ready waited a week for the product so please make sure to reach me ASAP

                                I ordered the phone on flipkart and found that the screen is tyoing on its own, the icons are being touched and moved on its own.So i requested for replacement but till date no approval has been provided as even the date for approval was today but didn't happen.So I please request the consumer rights forum to look into this matter seriuosly as flipkart return policy lasts for 7 days and its been 4 days i requested for return.

                                  Sir...i have purchased one lower from Flipkart on 4 June n on 7 June i have received product n on same day i have raise return request bcz of fake or duplicate product without price tag and company name ...aftr 7 days automatically return cancelled by flipkart n no one came to my dooor for pickup..story start from here... flipkart playing smart game..now they started to tell me new reason all time n cancelled all req with all new reason so sir I'm mentally harrassed n want my compensation for that also as they still didn't pickup my product n also didn't given any kind of refund in my account

                                    Flipkart has blocked my account due to my many return request. I am so disappointed like if I don't like a particular product for any cause it's obvious that i have to return it I can't keet the product which is not good .i even have a credit sum more than 3000 and now I can't access my account what about my money .it's really very disappointing.
