Firstly it was supposed to reach on 21th i have to give it as a gift to one my Dearest on 23th

On 21 i got message for out for delivery at 6pm i called the delivery guy he didn't pickup and on next day i saw a message saying your Ordered is rejected will be sent to seller soon i contact your support team after a long process she asked me to have patience and your item will be surely delivered on 23.

well on 23rd i got no updates no call, Out of delivery nothing i again tried reaching out to you - Same thing she assured that i will be delivered today wait till 7:30. i told here today any how i want it coz 23rd was the day i suppose to gift it to my friend.

On ekart website i track down my id its shows last status as customer rejected delivery on 21 (11pm) were as i Received no call from delivery side even i tried calling him he didn't picked on same day.

24th i again tried reaching out she again assured delivery but Now wait for 72 hours or reorder it . i told him no way i am gonna wait it better go to office and pick it up by myself only.

Around 1:30pm 24 I visited Bhawanipatna Filpkart office Pin : 766001 as soon i arrive to room 1 guy came with phone in his hand having a short of meeting and asked me to leave As we are having a audit call and your order will be assured to be delivered Today or come back at 4 Pm but without knowing my concern its like they don't have time but i can see they were chilling he just came with his phone just show that yeah i am in meeting.

24th 6PM No call, No status .
As of now i am no interest on my order as it was supposed to be birthday gift now just a shoe for me which i can wait. still the service i am getting you guys say assured even if you know that is not or even you don't have any clue you said yeah assured delivery like the guy in office did ??

Next i again called on 25th He told me to wait till 30th assured delivery again
and still i waited but today morning i saw order is already cancelled without my concern !! What a Service.

I have talk with 6 different Customer support all said Today Delivery assured, Tommorow, 72 Hrs and Within 30 June even if i say him to cancel they urge me no it will be delivered and now when i call they saying they can't do anything contact Ekart they cancelled it not Flipkart ??

    I ordered this product on 12th June 2022 using flipkart axis bank credit card. Delivery was scheduled on or before 16th june 2022. But the product didn’t arrive on the day. Then I tried to check the tracking details. To my surprise the product was not even shipped till the delivery date. I needed that pair of shoes so I thought of waiting 1-2 days and checked it again after 2 days on 18th June 2022. The product was not shipped till 18th June 2022 so I cancelled l the product. The cancellation request was not approved and put on pending. I waited till 22nd June 2022 but still the cancellation request was showing as pending. I contacted the costumer support team. They promised to provide resolution on or before 25th June 2022. I waited still no resolution all I got was an extension of the resolution date from 25th to 27th June. I waited again but no resolution again. I contacted the costumer support again on today 28th June 2022 and the executive told me to wait further 48 hours. My cancellation request is still pending and so is the refund. Common flipkart ! This is not done ! How many days will I have to wait? Please help!

        I am a very old customer of flipkart but now flipkart has blocked my account. When I entered the product return, they automatically canceled the return and the account got blocked. What do I do now is this good way to treat customers by blocking accounts.

              Hi, I was purchased a nokia mobile battery on June 4th 2022 and received it on 8th June 2022. Battery is not suitable for my mobile and I applied for return option. Seller has approved it to take return back. Flipkart has arranged a pickup but the guy was not came on 16th June 2022 again scheduled for 20th June 2022 and again scheduled 24th June 2022 but no one came to pickup the product no one contacted me yet. I reached to Support team and they said that they already processed my refund amount. But still I did not receive the money yet. I asked reference number for the transaction which is they returned my amount but no one shared yet. Please help.

              I called pickup boy to come and take the product but he said he is busy today and i will come tomorrow. As on today so many tomorrow's gone. Worst services i had with Flipkart. I called Flipkart so i spoke with a support agent he is spoke with me 30 min on the call but no solution provided.
              Immediate action has to be taken on Flipkart.

              Worst worst services i am having with Flipkart. Even customer support executive don't know how to speak with customers and no solutions provided.

                I ordered the product on the 1st of June and it was supposed to be delivered by the 9th of June. On the 9th of June, I called the number and the delivery boy didn't pick up, the status was written as out for delivery. At the end of the day I complained about it and the resolution date given to me was 14th of June and then they changed it to 16th and then to 17th then to 18th and then to 19th and then to 20th and then to 22nd and then to 24th and then they canceled my order, and when I asked them to compensate, they refused. I was In need of a mobile urgently and they harassed me like nothing, this delivery wasted my time. I had talked to Flipkart executives for over 8hrs. My exam was going on and since it was an exchange I had to take the backup of my previous mobile while at night instead of studying. They affected my mental health very badly. Boycott flipkart.

                  I am totally uncomfortable & harrased to this poor service of flipkart courier. let me explain, i have ordered an earphone on flipkart at 15 june 2022. order was supposed to deliver on 22nd june. on 22nd june i called wishmaster with number provided by flipkart and he said he will deliver in evening but he didn't delivered. next day i continuously called him but he didnt respond and later switched off his phone. i called customer care of flipkart and they gave me resolution till june 27. i called every day to customer service to track my order but they keep giving me false assurance that it will be delivered soon. order was already in my city but still flipkart put me in long waiting queue. on 26th june around 9pm wishmaster called me for delivery, just after 2 minutes i called back and then he said he can't delivery at the moment due to hurry, but he promise to deliver in morning. today i waited whole day for my order. i called many many times on his phone number ([protected], E-kart courier service) but he didn't response. i again called customer service of flipkart and again they pushed my resolution date to 29 june. i am totally exhausted after tracking for so long and calling here and there. its just i wanted my order on urgent basis and i already paid for my order that's why i didnt cancel my order. kindly look into this, it is such a poor reckless and negligence behaviour from delivery wishmaster, need to have some action on him and there's no action from flipkart to provide my order.

                  And today i am commenting again on my complaint against wishmaster and Flipkart courier service. Still after so much harrasment i waited till 29th June as flipkart again and again assured me that it will deliver on 29th June. But again today on 29th June flipkart pushed the issue resolution date to 30th June. I dont know what kind of joke going around here. Harassing customer like that totally unacceptable. I already explained earlier that it's just i already paid for my order and i need it urgently that's why i am keep running behind all of this. I don't know about this order but i assure flipkart that you are going to lose one customer for sure. I am attaching screenshot of fake resolution date promised by Flipkart.

                      Dear team, i am flipkart plus member from more then 5 years and i am regularly using flipkart .
                      Recently i have ordered samsung earbuds but i received different product of some other brand (inner packing was opened ).
                      I tried to contect customer care but no feedback was provided to me.
                      Then i place replacement request mention same problem with photo proof .
                      Then return request was accepted and replacement was arranged.
                      Today your delievery guy refused to provide replacement and said that he will provide replacement for same provide .
                      Now product is shoing delieved today though i had not receivdd.

                      From last 15 days i am mentally harrased by you guys just because i purchase from such unthical site .
                      On daily basis calling your customer care but same reply received thwt we will resolve soon .

                      No support yet provided.

                      RESOLVE ASAP ELSE I WILL LOOK FOR LEGAL ALTERNATIVE .
                      This is my last communication now i am going to loudge a complaint on name of flipkart, Sachin bansal binny bansal and flipkart rajasthan head and will post same in newspaper with screenshots of your team replies and other prrofs that how u arrogant guys are looting indian people

                        I had ordered a jeans on 7th june 2022 which was high waist of roadster company. it arrived on 12th june 2022 that was the mid rise jeans which belonged to Same company. When I registered Complaint on Flipkart's application for return the product, it had been rejected 7 to 8 times by the seller. When I talked to the customer care about this thing, he always used to say for wait 3 to 4 days and our team will contact you regarding this issue but no once contact from the side of Flipkart . In the meantime, I was asked 3 to 4 times by company through the email to upload my Aadhar card and product photo, but did not any response by the company regarding this issue and I was rejected again and again. and my flipkart id has been blocked last night for this . when i talked to customer service they gave no reply that why my id is blocked.

                              I return products maximum 4 times maximum of defective or duplicate product Still we have choice to do so and by trusting them I purchased, take this concern and take needful action against Flipkart.

                                I wonder why flipkart and ekart has failed to deliver my mobile product ordered on 17 june 2022 and which reached my nearest hub 4 days back(23june 2022) in kerala(payyannur) but still not delivered and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. After continuos request with the customer service, they are unable to tell the reason for delay and the correct time of delivery of product. No actions are taken even after 1-2 hours of phone calls with customer service

                                  I have bought split LG AC on 14th April from Flipkart, also installation done as per Flipkart as provided at the time of delivery..but in just i am facing cooling issue,
                                  Today LG technician visit to see the problem and problem identified as a gas issue in my split AC but your technician who visited today refused to fill the same.

                                  He told me this is Flipkart issue not LG

                                  There is no damage in my AC but still no help received from.LG support even after having 1 year warranty.

                                    I ordered a Xiaomi 5A 80 cm (32 inch Smart TV) on 18th June 22 using my HDFC Credit card and had to cancel the order on 19th June 22.

                                    From Flipkart I received a mail saying the I will receive the refund by 4-5 Day's.
                                    But I haven’t received refund yet for the same.
                                    Since then I contacted the Flipkart customer care many times to find a resolution.

                                    Total 10 to 12 days Goes.

                                      27th may 2022, 23rd june 2022 and 23rd june 2022

                                      I ordered the Realme 9 Pro Plus 5G Midnight Black on May 27th, 2022 . The date of delivery of this order was May 28th. Delivery of this order was delayed twice and not shipped. After that, the seller cancelled my order without notifying me.
                                      I ordered the same product with a different account on June 23rd, 2022, with the same product and the same seller because there was no seller with the product.

                                      My orders were not shipped as usual and were delayed. Then I got a mail from Flipkart stating that the seller had cancelled your order, but it was not updated on Flipkart, so I cancelled for faster refunds.

                                      The seller from Flipkart is giving some very huge discounts and bank offers every time, but not shipping my orders. It happened three times. It feels like it is a scam or clickbait. After cancelling my order, the seller was giving some gift cards if I reordered in the next 10 days, but after cancelling my order, the price of the product was more than 5000, so there is no meaning to this gift card.

                                      I tried every single day to contact and ship my order to Flipkart. They said they would deliver it on time. It can be reordered after the seller cancels it.

                                      All I want is for that type of clickbait offer to stop. If you can't ship/deliver, then stop advertising big discounts on the main page.

                                        27th may 2022, 23rd june 2022 and 23rd june 2022

                                        I ordered the Realme 9 Pro Plus 5G Midnight Black on May 27th, 2022 . The date of delivery of this order was May 28th. Delivery of this order was delayed twice and not shipped. After that, the seller cancelled my order without notifying me.
                                        I ordered the same product with a different account on June 23rd, 2022, with the same product and the same seller because there was no seller with the product.

                                        My orders were not shipped as usual and were delayed. Then I got a mail from Flipkart stating that the seller had cancelled your order, but it was not updated on Flipkart, so I cancelled for faster refunds.

                                        The seller from Flipkart is giving some very huge discounts and bank offers every time, but not shipping my orders. It happened three times. It feels like it is a scam or clickbait. After cancelling my order, the seller was giving some gift cards if I reordered in the next 10 days, but after cancelling my order, the price of the product was more than 5000, so there is no meaning to this gift card.
