Dear Concern,
I have placed an order for 12 items from Flipkart on 6th June 2022 for amount Rs 13, 413, but later on I returned 1 items and now the amount stands at Rs 12950.
First of all the order didn't get place at first but still the amount got deducted from Zest Money, second time it was successful and I have received the items also..
But now Flipkart is not ready to provide me any confirmation regarding my Order not placed, they have just been harassing me mentally over my amount, they are not paying me back and just increasing the tenure for resolution.. Pls help me.
