          Dear sir, I have order a refurbished iphone 8 in like new conditions.
          At purchasing time they stated that product will be like new unused and accessories will be genuine.
          But when I received the phone it is packed in dublicate box, accessories are dublicate and phone is fully used and it's battery drains faster. Only 2 hours battery backup.
          I booked for return also but it was rejected

            Product order on 30th May 2022 and its 2 hours delivery but till now neither product delivered nor refund processed.

            So many times contacted Flipkart team via telephone, chat, email, Twitter, Facebook, no solution provided.

                  Flipkart collected the demanded money and even after that they have locked Phone IMEI .Despite confirming payment of RS8100/- due to technical issues in the system it was not updated and asked me to contact your own sales dept. for a remedy. I do not understand this. If any technical issues is there its not my headache. Its your problem. Because of your inefficiency I am put into difficulties. I have already lodged a complaint with PMOs office as well as cybercrime cell, Kerala Police regading this issue.

                      I have a Flipkart account with a mobile number that was lost a few months ago.

                      I want to update my new mobile number, but the OTPs are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password but the OTP of the old number cannot be entered as I don't have the old number due to which I am unable to change the mobile number.
                      Please help me get in contact with the Flipkart helpdesk.

                        Had requested a return of nike shoes on 14-Jun-2022 which got del on the same day, due to size fit issues.
                        The pick up guy came the next day and denied to pick up the product due to price tag missing for the product. I called flipkart customer care and informed about this issue. He told me to cancel the return request and place a new return request.
                        I did exactly the same but the now they are denying the fact that price tag was missing in delivered product. I again contacted the customer care and asked them to raise a complaint for this issue. Today i got a call from flipkart team informing that my product cannot be returned since price tag is a mandatory condition for return/exchange. I informed them that price tag was missing in the originally packed product so i cannot provide them the price tag but they are totally denying that price tag could be misssing in the product they delivered. Moreover, i was suggested by the flipkart team that i should have taken a video while opening the shoe packet which i could show them as evidence. Tell me, who does video shooting while opening the online shopped item. Atleast i have never done this before but going froward it seems to be the only option while shopping on flipkart. They are forcing me to believe that the price tag was present in the originally delivered order and are totally denying the exchange. I cannot compromise on the order since i have paid rs 2913/- for the shoe, and to me this amount does matter. I am really frustated with this incident and want to get this resolved earliest. I want to take legal action this incident

                            Purchased beardo trimmer from flipkart and it stopped working. I called to customer care, however they are not giving proper resolution. They are just passing the ball to each other. Its been 15 days that i did not get any resolution. I sent multiple emails as well to flipkart team regarding this consern. They replied. That I have to travel 25 km to get service and in that email they provided wrong contact information.

                            I am very freadup with flipkart and Beardo. No one is able to help me on this.
                            Request you to look into this matter.

                              I have ordered an Wall Clock from Flipkart which was supposed to be delivered by 14th June 2022. It was not delivered and later moved the date to 16th June 2022. Even that date also not met. Again when I called Customer Care they are saying to wait till 21st June 2022.

                              This kind of harassment is not acceptable from FlipKart. Neither they are cancelling the order nor they are delivering.

                                I can't able to play any game from Saturday May 21st onwards. The Flipkart
                                app shows the error message."" Something went wrong. We encourage fair play
                                in line with our terms and conditions". for all games i got the same
                                message. I have not violated any terms and conditions. Several times i have made complaint through help centre.everytime you marked this issue resolved.So, please resolve my problem.

                                The problem is not solved. Today also i have contacted customer care through telephonic conversation. They told within 24 to 48 hours the problem is solved.but they marked this issue as resolved today itself. Again and again they are doing the same thing. Didn't care about customers wows.

                                  Amount has been credited, after that I have raised a exchange request which was approved by team on 31st May 2022.

                                  I contacted the team every day between 31st May to 16th june since it was only showing exchange is accepted.

                                  After few days 12th June 2022 flipkart messaged my that the returned was cancelled due to some issue. When I tried to contact them, the support executive told they are not able to help only senior team can, so they will call me by 16th morning.
                                  As usual I did not receive any call till 16th so I called the support team myself to know what is the status but flipkart is giving usual false promises.
                                  As of now I was told no senior team is available at the moment.
                                  Its highly embarrasing to see that their is no senior team who is trying to connect since last 4 days.

                                  Please be transparent and atleast be truthful to your customers if you cannot deliver a product and initiate my refund.

                                      I have bought a samsung f62 mobile from olx on feb 11th. The guy who sold me the phone didnt told that he was bought through flipkart smart upgrade plan. Now the phone was locked due to payment overdue. There is no link provided on the phone screen. How can i pay the remaining amount. Please assist me to solve this issue

                                        I bought a dining table set from Flipkart on 30 April. They delivered a broken set on May 11, for which they agreed to a replacement. Flipkart delivered the broken furniture a second time on May 28.

                                        Return approval and refund approval are already in place but still, they are taking the dining table back, and neither they are refunding my money. The pickup date is already breached at least 5 times. I've reached Flipkart more than 60 times via call or email but all my request is falling to the deaf end.

                                        I am seriously frustrated, faulty furniture along with big cartons lying at my home for 20 days but no action from Flipkart. 30000 rs stuck with them but no refund so far (refund date also gone past).

                                        I am suffering a lot because of their inaction, I am unable to focus on my work as the room where I do my office work is occupied by faulty furniture and its big boxes.

                                        Frustration further increased when I got to know that even the tracking id has not been generated so far and without that pickup can't happen. I am following up from June 1 to expedite the pickup, but no one in Flipkart bothered to generate even a tracking id. This is they you deal with customer problems and their complaints?

                                        There is no answer from Flipkart on when the pickup will happen and when my money will be refunded.

                                        Please show some humanity and empathy, my only mistake is I preferred Flipkart over Amazon as I believe in supporting Indian brands.

                                        Can I expect a prompt response from flipkart? Can I get a call back from the backend team or from someone who can provide me with the solution?
