I bought a dining table set from Flipkart on 30 April. They delivered a broken set on May 11, for which they agreed to a replacement. Flipkart delivered the broken furniture a second time on May 28.
Return approval and refund approval are already in place but still, they are taking the dining table back, and neither they are refunding my money. The pickup date is already breached at least 5 times. I've reached Flipkart more than 60 times via call or email but all my request is falling to the deaf end.
I am seriously frustrated, faulty furniture along with big cartons lying at my home for 20 days but no action from Flipkart. 30000 rs stuck with them but no refund so far (refund date also gone past).
I am suffering a lot because of their inaction, I am unable to focus on my work as the room where I do my office work is occupied by faulty furniture and its big boxes.
Frustration further increased when I got to know that even the tracking id has not been generated so far and without that pickup can't happen. I am following up from June 1 to expedite the pickup, but no one in Flipkart bothered to generate even a tracking id. This is they you deal with customer problems and their complaints?
There is no answer from Flipkart on when the pickup will happen and when my money will be refunded.
Please show some humanity and empathy, my only mistake is I preferred Flipkart over Amazon as I believe in supporting Indian brands.
Can I expect a prompt response from flipkart? Can I get a call back from the backend team or from someone who can provide me with the solution?
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Flipkart customer care doesn't care about customers wows. Today also i directly call the customer care about not able to play game zone. After telephonic conversation they marked this issue as resolved.
