I order a Dell g15 5515 laptop of 68k inr from Flipkart on 22th june 2022. It is Flipkart assured product and by Flipkart assured product Flipkart means that it will be delivered with in 2-4 days which means it should be delivered by 25th-26th June 2022 and at 1st the delivery date was 25th June 2022 but on 25th June 2022 suddenly they changed the delivery date to 28th June 2022 . The main problem araised because of this sudden change is I was going to leave the city on 26th June 2022 night and that's why I ordered a f assured product before my departure date and they delayed the delivery and I had to cancel my plan. I also want to add a highlighting point here that my order is currently at raipur a city which is just 1 hr far from my city and they are taking 3 days to deliver something which is just 1 hr far from my city . The level of time waste there logistic workers do you can understand and there is no climatic problem like storm flood or some dangerous virus is out here now so they are just making you wait for nothing .

I am really not satisfied with this trash treatment and system of Flipkart in which they break there own policies . My order cost me 68k inr it is not some cheap stuff plus it is f assured product and such major delays on delivery just show how careless Flipkart is with there logistics services .

Plus If you will cancel the order them they will also charge you cancellation fee according to there policies and also According to there policies they are supposed to deliver a f assured product with in 2-4 days .

It's was not 1st time Flipkart delivery made me unstatisfied with there service before 1or2 year ago I order a phone of 25k inr from Flipkart and it was too f assured but still they delivered it 1 mnth later . The Flipkart is such a trash in there service field that when you consult there help center staff they just keep forwarding your request from one to another and the every time they just reply in the samne manner like a bot . And they also don't give a [censored] about what concerns and problems you will face becz of there sudden change in delevery .

I will never order anything from Flipkart now because of there non trustable service and bad policies .

If there is any kind of law to file a complaint against Flipkart for breaking there own policies then surely I will file it .

    Dear Sir
    I have ordered an Trolly bag from flipcart and Paid the billed amount while my order. It was saying that my product will reach me by 20th May 2022, same day I got a sms with the delivery person number. Since I'm a flying crew I wont be able to collect the product incase they deliver by 21, so on 20th around 21 00hrs I made a call to that delivery person and informed the same thing that i[censored] could deliver my product today itself, I wont be able to collect it and inform him that he can deliver the product if it's late night also; he replayed me that it will be delivered in 1 hr . But what happened that after 1 hr I got a delivered message message, and the product yet to be delivered, immediately I called the same person number but he did not attend the call.as soon as this happened I raised a complaint on flipcart and I got a replay saying that it will be sorted out by on or before 25, and didn't happend it now.
    Since it was very important to get that product, I lost my money and precious 5 days behind this
    So kindly do the needful to sort this issue and take necessary action against the delivery partner as well as the flipcart people who haven't responded yet, .I have all the records along with call recording for your reference if needed

      The application was put to close the pay later account(idfc first bank account), to flipkart and closing amount was also paid. But when checked with my cibil score report it was clearly visible that the account is not closed. When complained to flipkart (during december 2021), i was informed that it will be updated within 52 days. But till date the update is not made, and the same is affecting my cibil score, which is leading to creating loan approval issues.

      All this has been regularly update to flipkart, even the cibil score report was sent to them, but no serious action was taken by them.

      The customer service from flipkart is sending mail, but no call has been made from their end, to solve the problem.

            I ordered my Adidas Sandals and recieved it yesterday on 24th June 2022, it was bigger and there was no mrp tag present, as it was bigger I had requested for a return and when today the delivery executive came to pick the return he denied to take as mrp tag was not there, what should I do as the MRP tag was not received by me, i contacted the customer care and they refused to accept the return, please help me with this Flipkart scam.

                    Today on 25 June 2022, My order was about to come from flipkart and a delivery agent was assigned named Amit with phone number [protected].
                    When I said to deliver my parcel and my home he refused to come to my home and asked me to come to him 150 m far from my house. He told me to send someone from my home to recieve parcel . But, I said I don't have any Servant for this. So, he misbehaved on phone and called me chudail.

                      This is regarding about a product AC that I bought on flipkart on 14/06/2022 for 25, 999 they delivered on the day after On Thursday (16/06/2022) installation done by Sairam Refrigiration Authorised By Daikin after installation they checked and they leave (service charges 5, 310) after a day on Saturday morning the ac has water leakage issue due to low gas and cooling ice forms and water leakage started I told concern installation team no response and put a Replacement on flipkart for and for week and pushed for the return and return Approved uninstallation is done on 24/06/2022 and on 25/06/2022 the pickup is scheduled but picked is denied because for indoor unit brand box missing how do we have the box for the 2days after installation they came and finished and they taken box away for outer appearance the product is good but inside electronics have been damaged. Pick is denied up for box not available. They didn't get know that I have box or not they didn't tell on tech visit and they didn't asked on uninstallation .. I have call to flipkart and complaint about no response. I want a replacement or refund for all things. Kindly take this case resolve it. Thank you.

                          I bought so many products from flipkart. I faced no issues but last few orders disappointed and littrely harassed me.
                          Again I faced harassment from flipkart. I ordered hisense A6GE 50 inch tv from flipkart and when I was ordering the product, it was showing that I will get 2 years comprehensive hisense warranty. But when product got delivered ( product was open box delivery) I saw one year warranty card. When I ordered the tv it has 2 years comprehensive warranty. Now it's changed to 1 year. But it has 2 years and it was showing the warranty for two days not for two hours.
                          I called the customer care. They denied the warranty. I talked with the senior of customer executive. they also denied the warranty and said now showing 1 years warranty so you will get 1 year warranty.
                          I argued about it then they said I'm taking the note about it. wait for it.
                          This is littrely harassment. I couldn't imagine flipkart will scam with me like this. Totally unexpected. I want solution about this issue or please return the product. I don't want the product anymore.

                                With due respect sir I want to say continously I am contacting flipcart and paytm for my refund amount of 363rs and 349rs for last 2 order which I canceled. Flipcart has initiated both refund in 2 part I.e. 363rs is in 348+25 rs and for 349 is in 324+25, in both refund I have not received 25rs each. I am continously calling flipcart they are sayings refunded and contact paytm. I contact paytm as they informed no 25rs has been initiated by flipcart.
                                Flipcart also not providing me Reference number of 25rs and they giving wrong information and cutting call. Sir please help me from these fraud company to regain my amount back.

                                      Hynix 4 GB DDR3 Laptop Ram was purchased on 14th June 2022 via Flipkart Order no OD[protected], but when the package was delivered on 19th June2022, there was NO product inside the package, Despite Lodging Complaint with Flipkart Customer service the same hour without wasting any time, and sharing Unboxing video and pics, and explaining everything in details to them multiple times on multiple days, they haven't refunded/Returned my hard earned money...                                         I had purchased Eureka Forbes Amaze 7L RO+UV+UF+TDS water purifier from flipkart on 11th June. An installation was arranged by Flipkart/Seller(of water purifier) and the technician visited my home for installation.
                                        On visit, I was told by the Eureka Forbes technician that the product is already assembled (as the unit was already assembled and used by previous buyer). In-spite of raising multiple request of Replacement as well as return there is no resolution was that provided to me.

                                        The photos I have attached the the exact state in which the product was delivered & it is evident from the photos that the screws were already assembled & the packet was already teared.
                                        Kindly provide me the resolution because the customer service executives are not resolving me complaint
