I have ordered a Vip checkin Suitcase Widget Str e 79cm and received 69cm trolly bag.When i ask for a replacement of same product they say they only give me refund.I don't need any refund and i need the same product which i ordered because i have purchased it on discounted price and when the price increased they are saying that the product is unavailable and we will process refund. I need a large Vip brand suitcase of same or different model(79cms) one.The same product with different colour is available in stock right now.When i ask to replace the different colour product they are saying that is not possible l.I want to resolve the issue and the resolution is i want VIP brand suitcase which is same or more than 79cm suitcase.This is a prepaid order and I'm attaching the invoice for the same.

    I ordered a Realme 8 smartphone and Realme 8 back cover from Flipkart on 12th April 2022. I paid Rs. 15727 for both of the products using my SBI Debit card. Later, I cancelled my order on the next day's morning at 7:30 AM due to some reason. After 30 minutes I got my refund of Realme 8 back cover of amount Rs. 199 with reference number: [protected] which was also reflected in my bank account but the refund of Realme 8 smartphone of amount Rs. 13528 was also showing completed but I didn't receive the refund in my bank account. Also, they haven't generated the reference number of my transaction.

    When I called the customer care executive, they asked me for the transaction details of my bank account till 14th April 2022. I provided them with all the required details but still they are not looking into this matter.

    Such behaviour was not expected from the Flipkart team. This is all about the hard-earned Rs. 13, 528 and the mental pressure and stress I am facing at this time. It is totally harassment with the emotions and trust and patience of the customer.

      1. I have raised an incident with Flipkart for an unauthorized transaction happened on 06-Mar-2022. Till last week, there was an option to request for a call back through IVR, if the executives are busy. it seems this option was removed and was unable to reach to customer care or request for callback.
      2. For my issue, every time, I reached customer care, I heard, that the issue will be resolved in 24/48 hours. But, even after a month also, I was hearing the same thing that the issue will be resolved in 24/48 hours.
      But, since this Monday (this week onwards), I was trying to reach customer care for last 5 days and IVR says, all executives are busy... try after some time or reach out through online (internet site / app). But, I see there is no option to reach out to them to get the status of my issue.

        Hi Team,

        I have purchased the Hitachi 1 ton 3 Star Split Air Inverter AC - White on 24th March 2022. On 27th March 2022 it was delivered. And on 28th March 2022 installation was done. After 2 days i.e on 31st March 2022 we found that AC is not working & we called up the Hitachi customer care.

        A Hitachi technician arrived at our place and confirmed after checking the machine that there is an installation issue hence they can't help & directed us to call flipkart and get the resolution.

        It took 3 days from flipkart to get the technician to visit our place. People are very rude & its hard to tolerate them. The Flipkart technician said the machine was defective so requested us to place the return request.

        Then I had to call the flipkart customer support to uninstall the product. After that I had to place a call for return.

        On 5th April 2022, I placed the return request. Again got harassed by their customer support & their pick up boys. They are regularly delaying the process. After several complaints finally on 7th April 2022, the pick up boy arrived & picked up the product. The pick up boy said that within 5 days I will get the refund.

        Since 7th April post the pick up of the defective AC is done neither pickup done is showing nor refund has been processed. We are regularly calling the end number of times customer support team, pick up team but they are simply bluffing us & as on date no resolution has been initiated. This is simply a fraud nothing else. Every time when we call them they mostly disconnect or don't reach us with any response.

        Requesting you to please intervene & help us to resolve at the earliest. My entire money has been debited along with the installation amount. Product Price Rs 29800 + Installation Charges Rs 2700 + Bank EMI Charges.

          I have bought a Readme Note Pro 10 mobile on 2nd Apr 2022 from flipkart by paying around INR 18000. On the day of receipt, I found that mobile is heating too much and caused pain in my hand. Also, I found that sometimes I am not able to disconnect call because of proximity sensor issue with this model and company has not given any option to fix this. Ideally every other mobile has this option to turn off. So, this was a defective mobile by ReadMe. I had requested to return to flipcart and they sent one technician from seller side. He didn't want to resolve anything but deliberately checking some damaged and found a small niddle size dot near to charging point which is not quite clear visible by clear eye and mentioned as damaged. Thus he returned and rejected the request. Tried so many times to call to Customer Care but they simply give a miss call and disconnect that and even very hardly I was able to talk to their senior but after listening the issues they simply disconnected the call. I requested return within 7 days return policy atleast 5 times but every time they rejected this without any reason. Now I am without mobile and kept the mobile as it is inside locker. Now return policy is over and now nobody is listening at flipcart side. For this I have also raised concern over [protected]@flipcart.com but no reply. They don't have any escalation matrix also. No customer can complaint or raise any voice against customer service. If you purchased something then it's a luck if you get good thing else assume you lost your money. I have a kind request to take serious action against flipcart and cancel their licence since they are making fool to customer. I am surprised to see how come govt provide them license without ensuring if they are providing good service to customer or they have escalation matrix shared to end customer. If you check flipcart facebook you will see that there are a large number of suffered customer from flipcart. My humble request to ask flipcart and get the data like how many issues they resolved and those have been rejected and even audit their service. They are looting hardcore money of poor people. They act like thieve and Indian Govt must not support such online service. Please kindly take necessary action against flipcart.

            Dear Sir,
            Need your kind intervention in the below matter please….

            I have purchased an Apple Airpods via Flipkart on 02nd April 2022, The product was delivered to me on 03rd Apr 2022. According to the warranty card, apple and flipkart policy it was very clearly written on the warranty card that the warranty is for 1 year. Accordingly the warranty should be valid till 02nd April 2023.

            When I checked the product serial number I was shocked to find out that the serial numbers mentioned in the Tax Invoice is totally mismatching the serial number printed on the product.

            Order Date:[protected]

            Serial numbers are as below;

            1. H0TFP27RLX2Y – mentioned on product.

            2. SH0TFP27RLX2Y – mentioned in tax invoice.

            When I checked online on Apple website for the authenticity of the product I was surprised to find that the tax invoice serial number is an invalid one.

            When I checked the serial number printed on the product, the warranty showed valid upto 03rd Oct 2022 only, i.e 6 months from the date of purchase instead of 1 year as per warranty card. This shows that the product delivered to me is an old used product which is already registered 6 months back.

            When I complained Flipkart regarding this they just did’t listened to me saying that e – commerce policy. When I asked them whether supplying fake and used product is a part of their e-commerce policy they told me that ok they will refund me the amount after return pickup of the product.

            Sir, since last 2 days since 13th April 2022 the return pickup is generated but neither the agent has come for the pick up nor he is responding to my calls…

            Even knowingly they sent me sms yesterday evening that there is missing product but that fact is that no one has came yesterday for the pick up. When I again complained them they told that there is some issue at the seller end and the pickup will happen today i.e 14th April 2022, but sir.. no one has come till now and I am still waiting for the same.

            Sir, please help me, I have sent them plenty of reminders since 03rd April 2022 but they are not responding to me.

            I am now help less sir, please help me. They have made fraud with me, I am cheated with a fake and used product and now they are not returning.

            Please help me sir…

            I have attached all the necessary documents like Tax invoice, screen shot of authentication etc for your reference please.

            Please instruct Flipkart for the return and also take serious action against them so that they will not fraud with anyone else….

                I am Sourabh Pandey writing to dispute a charge of amount ₹1895/- to my debit card account on 18 october 2021. This charge is in error because I paid the amount to flipkart through UPI ID via GOOGLE PAY but the merchant was NOT received the amount of ₹1895/-.

                      I have ordered a LG 3 star convertible refrigerator GL-S292RDSX on 13 Mar 2022, item delivered on 16 Mar 2022. I have opted for flipkart open box delivery, but ekart logistics partner not delivered like that. Also when I open the box, the model is found to be LG 2 star non convertible GL- N292BDSY. I have informed flipkart customer service on 17 Mar 2022. My return request has been kept on rejecting by flipkart, by mentioning technical team will assist you. But no return request has processed yet.

                        We will be validating the ID proof shared by you through a third-party service provider. Please provide your consent to Flipkart for use of the identity proof that will be provided by you for the purpose of authenticating the Flipkart Account. Please share the below clause in the email reply along with the photo ID so we can work on your request.

                        “I give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account”

                        When the product was bought, no ID proof was required but now that they have sent the wrong product and I want to return it, Flipkart is asking for ID proof. This is a complete breach of privacy. All my accounts are connected to my Adhaar and PAN card.

                          I am a customer of Flipkart for a few month and bought a few items.
                          Suddenly Flipkart's gamezone is showing something went wrong : something is not in order.
                          So I tried to restart the app many time but same error is comin eyery time
                          Istarted a chat but when I come back after some moment it was closed and not ticket was there. Please Flipkart restart my gamezone .

                            I have tried to place an order for a watch on feb. 18, 2022 from Flipkart. I have tried to pay the amount by using 575 rs from my gpay UPI. The transaction was successful and money deducted from my bank account twice but the order was not placed, then again I tried to place the order third time and this time the order was successfully placed. Today is 13th April 2022 and I haven't received the refund yet.

                            I have contacted Flipkart customer care, They told me that they haven't received any such payment from my side and no failed transaction is showing on their side which means they haven't received the money. I then contacted Gpay Customer care, they told me that the transaction was successful from their end, I then contacted UBI customer care. They told me that the transaction was done through Gpay and the status is showing successful, so they cannot help me in this and told me to contact Flipkart and Gpay customer care. T
                            I have also asked Flipkart to verify the transaction through the transaction Id and the collect-request id. I have transaction id for both the transactions. Please help me in this matter.

                                Flipkart delivered me damaged as well as defective Product of galaxy tab s7+
                                S pan nib broken and chargeing port not working and screen was overheating, now tab is not opening.
                                I am not getting solution.
                                Flipkart is saying go to the customer care center of samsung for defective product but Flipkart offers 7 days return policy and i unboxed the tab late but i raise return request 6 th day of product delivered i.e. with in return period and also here no service centre of samsung available near me

                                Seller has take 52999 rs for damaged product . Which is scrap for me
                                I have paid money for scrap . Take your product.
                                It is like some one taken your 53k money and you doesn't know him
                                issue has not been resolved yet. It is hard to pass every second.

                                  Please do something with Flipkart. They send me old model of the product even it's not working properly. And not giving it's replacement or return my money. My product is of 1999rs

                                      I bought a mobile under Flipkart smart upgrade plan a year ago.now its time for me to either pay full amount and keep the Device or exchange it to another one. I want to upgrade to another one and while trying to verify my IMEI number under exchange section. It is not recognising my IMEI and showing that imei number doesn't match the product.
