I am Tina Koley, my flipkart account number is [protected]. I'm a customer of flipkart since more than 2 years and I purchased huge products almost nearly 2 lakh rupees and I really like Flipkart. I referred so many friends to use flipkart.
But suddenly I received two products that were not so good. That's why I wanted to return that two items. One of them I successfully returned but the other I was unable to return.

I have ordered a Realme 8 mobile phone from Flipkart to my Father. Delivery date was 21.03.22. On app it was showing out for delivery, when I called to delivery boy then he told me that related person is on leave and it is wrongly assigned to me. I had ordered one from flipkart boat rockerz 255F pro but i have received a samsung product which is broken or when i want to refund it then flipkart team reject my refund or replacement request without inform me, please solve my issue thank you very much...

I placed an order for iPhone 13 for an exchange for iPhone SE, delivery agent visited home and without checking the phone he is asking to pay the exchange amount. He rejected to deliver the product and when checked with customer care they are clueless.

why the delivery agent is asking for an exchange amount, is Flipkart cheating customers by giving false offers?

I felt very happy when I received a product in one day but soon realised that it's a buggy device. Device heats up fast and drains fast. Since there is no option to return the product I placed a request for replacement, which took 4 days to get a new device by them 7 days replacement policy is over. Up on calling the customer care it was suggested to visit the apple care. Today I had taken to the apple care and they said nothing can be done....

My money has been deducted from my bank acc. And yet they couldn't confirm my order so i would like my refund back asap. Such a useless behaviour. No one is replying the customers support. Return and refund my money.

Flipkart blocked my account due to high number of returns request but the product is not same thats why i reaise returns procces many times in a day but they block my account i have to pay my dues thiere but i am unble due to log in procces they call daily to me to pay the due

Hi i had purchased Kodak LEd tv from flipkart and i recived my product on 19 march 2021 and installation was expected with in 48 hours but till now did not receive any technician call as well as any other information and my retrurn policy clock is still active....

I ordered apple airpods on 16 martch 2022 through flipkart and when I received i found on my airpods box serial number are different from invoice bill and I can’t get any warranty without mentioning serial number on invoice. And I contacted to apple support they said serial number is not valid mentioned on invoice. My order id is OD[protected]...

Product not delivered and don't know when they deliver it. There is no tracking and no response from flipkart customer care.
