I have created flipkart account eight years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      We purchased an Airconditioner of Llyod via flipkart on 30th March 22 and it was delivered on 4th April 22. When we installed it, we found out that the compressor is defective and the AC is not working. So we raised a return and replacement request on Flipkart for the same. The technician sent by flipkart examined the AC and wanted to damage it by telling us that it will be easier to replace the AC in such a condition. We disagreed. It's been five days now since the replacement request. We haven't received any updates from their side. I have reached out to flipkart customer care and they told me they will contact me with the updates but nothing so far. I would like to get a replacement as soon as possible or I would like to get my money back. Order ID is OD[protected]

        Hi

        I did purchase a water purifier from flipkart (pure it )
        No doubt, that the product is best in the market today.

        But once i did buy the product, and when the kent installation person came to my place i did realize that the product does not fit into my kitchen wall due to its size and the location of the water outlet. This i was not aware
        Also, in the specification of the mounting, it is not specified that what should be the size of the wall or the location of the water outlet

        When this product is not fitting in my place, i did ask flipkart for an exchange (For below the counter water purifier) or refund of my order, but they bluntly cancelled my return request

        My issue is
        1) flipkart should mention the size of the wall that is required to fit the water purifier, and also must specify how far should the water outlet be, so that we can plan in advance and check if the water purifier fits into the kitchen
        2) flipkart should be ready to accept the return of the items which are not damaged/seal opened, and the product does not fit into the place where it is intended to be fitted
        3) flipkart should take back the product and refund my amount

          Hello,
          I had placed order for Motorola G31 6GB Rom and 128GB RAM grey phone worth 12999 today (12/04/2022 14:20) however, once I completed payment on flipkart payment options through ICICI bank, my bank payment went through and account got debited. However, flipkart website showed a brief error and said that the amount was not received and to pay again.
          I want this issue resolved asap. I had good regard for flipkart and did not expect flipkart to handle payments this way.

            I was looking for my CIBIL Score yesterday and found out an IDFC Bank personal loan which I never borrowed is affecting my score. I was shocked to find out that this personal loan is attached to Flipkart Pay Later. CIBIL score details says that I have not done a payment of Rs.1644 in the last two months (I have not used flipkart since July 2021).

            I opted for FPL service in November 2019, I checked my Flipkart account, I have zero remaining payments. Spoke to IDFC Bank and they said to contact Flipkart for this issue.

            I have a strong feeling of being scammed here by Flipkart. Selling personal loans in the name of FPL, without any consent of the consumer.

            Please help me to resolve this issue ASAP. Attaching some screenshots for your reference.

              I am having 2 issues with Flipkart Pay later.

              1. I am having Flipkart Paylater account from long time. But when I checked my CIBIL report recently, 70000/- showing as Personal Loan in it which I never took/utilized. I am trying to escalate this issue with Flipkart many times but they never taken it seriously. This is effecting my CIBIL score badly.

              2. I utilized 7800/- under Smart upgrade plan which is also showing as Personal loan in CIBIL report. I tried to make payment immediately but they aren't providing the option to it even though I told them clearly that this amount is showing as Personal loan and effecting my CIBIL score.

              Due to these 2 issues, my current on going loan process got effected.

              I want the solution this matter as soon as possible.

                  Hi, I had placed an order for a Bosch preasure washer but I do not want it since it doesn’t serve my purpose . I am unable to return the item ( the item is eligible for return ) i have requested multiple call backs from the customer care but they put me on hold and the line drops . Extremely unhappy with the service .

                    I puchased this Laptop from Flipkart the seller is indospirit Pvt limited, Marasandra and madnahatti- venkatpura villages, kasaba Hobli, Malur Taluk, dist-Kolar, Malur, Bangalore, Karnataka, India-563130, IN-KA

                    the day I received the Laptop the specifications is wrong I ordered a windows 10 Laptop the have given me Windows 11 moreover the Laptop is super slow. I inititaed the return on the same day the flipkart people are only increasing the dates not giving any resolution not taking the Laptop back
                    my money is stuck my work is stuck they are not responding to emails as well.
                    The seller contact details also not available please help me with the return process. Please help.

                      Please deliver my order as soon as possible I am missing my classes. I ordered MSI Laptop on 25th April and it was not shipped so I asked customer care for help they said the seller had some unforeseen issue with courier service therefore it is delaying they further added they will resolve my issue till 1st April but then I got a message and call from Flipkart team on 31st March to cancel my order (Order ID:- OD[protected] and place a fresh order again in next 10 days so I cancelled my first order & placed a fresh order on 2nd April but still the new order also is not yet shipped. I again asked customer care to help they said they have forwarded my issue & they will solve it till 11th April, still nothing happen yet, yesterday on 11th April I got call & message that the resolution is delayed & they will resolve it on 12th April till 9:00PM & Today On 12th April in morning I got message that my order will be cancelled by the seller, they did the same thing last time & as last time they did nothing so now I am not assured that my order will be delivered to me. As I saw in the review section he have already delivered this product (Laptop) to the other three customers in last 10 days.
                      If he can deliver to them, why can't to me ?
                      What's the problem?

                        On many occasions, I have placed orders for things. Over 20 orders have been cancelled in a row. I phoned customer service several times but received no response, and the majority of them dropped the conversation in the middle. They recently stated that Flipkart treats you as though you were a retail consumer without any authentication. I'm a regular guy who prefers to shop online.

                        I recently placed an order for a processor worth Rs. 22K, however, it was cancelled. I've been hunting for this product for a long time, and this scam firm has repeatedly cancelled my orders, not just this time, but 20+ times.

                        This company has no customer service and no email assistance. Because there is no method to adequately contact and resolve queries, I am forced to register a complaint against Flipkart.

                          I have purchased AC on April 8th and got delivered on April 9th from flipkart, It was given as April 11th for installation to complete. But none called me or showed up for installation. I called flipkart hepdesk and they told me april 15th is the date they will arrange installation. I asked for senior manager to talk to me and they brought someone into call and she just hung up while I was explaining my situation to her. This is such a worst experience for any customer and told them will complaint it.
                          This is the second time with flipkart, last time when I bought a laptop form them, it produces so much of heat from day 1. No service was offered and it is not returnable as well.

                                I have to receive the order on 11th April'2022 by 11:00 am (Flipkart Quick). I called to Flipkart customer care, They even don't know the status of my order. They are simply saying to me to cancel the order. How can i cancel the order, If you are not willing to deliver why you promised me... Now tell me, are you capable to deliver my order or not?..

                                  One product from order id OD[protected] namely Indo era women kurta and palazzo had been picked up with other products. The product received initially was completely different so they offer me replacement. But the pick up agent denied pick up repeatedly then finally after several attempts return was accepted and picked up successfully by the agent. But he had not updated the status of product or might have updated But due to technical it was not updated. Now after two days they had blocked my account and inspite of several requests the haven't opened it yet. Now I'm helpless since they are not acting fairly. First they used to deliver wrong item.then in the name of bulk return they close the account. Now when I need some details or invoice we are clueless from where to get. Infact they are not giving access or account information to their executives also so that I can resolve my issue just by calling them. No response to mail intact whenever I tried to reply their mail mail was not delivering to it.

                                    The company had blocked my account without prior notice. The orders placed before keep on delivering. Some of the items I had to return but they are not opening the account.inspite of several requests made they are not opening it. Intact I need some of the invoices of my items purchased long back for claiming warranty on those products but still they are not considering. Strong action need to be taken against them.

                                        I have 50k paylater limit on flipkart and i have been using this for past 1 year.Each and every month i have payed the bills before the due dates, not even a single bill has crossed the due date. The scores of cibil, experian, equifax were updated and increased and now maintaining a good score except highmark's score. Instead of increasing highmark's score is still decreasing.It has been not updated for a lomg time so the score keeps decreased i emailed highmark regarding this issue they told that they can only change the score according to the data submitted by the financial institute.
