Flipkart is not even looking in my concern. They have rejected my order the fourth time saying that resolution solved. I am giving my order details here. I am the consumer and I need my hard earned money back.

    I ordered a smartwatch from Flipkart on 1st of April and it was delivered on 2nd. But as soon as i came to know that the sensors of the watch are all fake and measuring the heart rate of my toys too and has only 2 to 3 days battery life which is not specified on the website.. I initiated a return on 3rd April.
    Since today which is 8th April the return Order is rejected four times and Flipkart has harrassed me for my own hard earned money to come back to me. They asked me for my personnel details and I also gave it to them but after that also the rejected my return.

      Hello,

      I have purchased a fridge from flipkart worth INR 25248 on 20 March 2022 but had to cancel it on 22 March 2022 and the product was not shipped yet so it was immediately cancelled on their website. I got the message that refund has been initiated and will be credited within 7 business days. On 1 April 2022 when I didn't received my money in my credit card account I contacted Flipkart. They told the payment has been processes by seller and is stuck and it will be resolved by 6 April and it will reflect in your account. When I didn't get the amount on 7th April I contacted them again and again they said the same thing that payment has been stuck now you wait for 10 more days. They are fooling around since last 17 days and still they have not processed the amount. They are keep telling they have escalated the issue but all these lies they told 8 days ago as well. None of the member from higher management or payment team contacted me to resolve my issue.

        Hello,

          Hi,

          I purchased a mobile from flipkart but got a used one delivered which has scratches on it. When I tried to return it the return request is getting rejected(4 times) and now they have gone ahead a step and blocked my account.
          Tried to contact team several times but no proper response from them.

                    I was received different syle item of smae brand which i have not booked on dated 15-Mar-22 and same day i booked for refunded & it was approved by flipkart but pickup boy has not came to item pickuped.
                    many time i remined to flipkart through call & emails to pickup the item & refund my money but not yet done by flipkart.
                    Today (7-Apr-22) I checked & got refund requiest has been cancelled by flipkart neither giving my paid money, same concern i said to Flipkart care (Call +mail) but not answring or reply on my email.

                    Note: I mailed to Flipkart CEO + Care + Grivence + other business team

                    Need you inrvene here & process for refund ASAP.

                      I have canceled a few orders on Flipkart and to this data i.e 07 - 04 - 22, I have not received the refund.

                      The orders were placed on[protected] and 04-04-22, and they promised me that money will be credited on or before 06-04-22.

                      When I called their customer care, they mailed me refund reference numbers and asked me to contact the bank as they feel that it's the issue from the bank's end and the seller has transferred the amount successfully.

                        On March 31, Flipkart Customer Care my return request without my knowledge. When I asked about this, they said " The issue was not resolved for longer time. So we are creating a new issue to resolve the problem". On that call itself, I requested them not to cancel the request and reopen the issue. But they didn't. And they promised that they will within 48 hours to resolve the issue. But they didn't. On Apr 5, I called customer care and asked about the updates, they said "the issue gets closed before 5 days itself, we are not able to process it." I argued with them I didn't cancel the return request and it was done from Customer Care side. I spoke with the higher official in customer care, I did get any proper solution still. Pls do the needful. I want replacement laptop.

                                Kindly, unblock my account.
                                I am unable to login to my flipkart account for a week or so. Customer care has sent this message upon enquiry:
                                "We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been canceled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."

                                I talked to customer care many times but, they were helpless in front of the "system". They say that they cant do anything because its the "system" that has blocked my account. what is the use of "customer care" if they cant help the customer?

                                And the reason that the system has blocked my account is that I have returned an unusually high number of items.
                                wow! so does flipkart expect me to just accept any item that the fraud sellers send me?
                                for example, a seller kept sending me 2-6 size bangles when i ordered 2-8 size. i talked to customer care about it but, the seller still kept sending the smaller size. this happened 5-6 times. i finally gave up and bought the same item from amazon. and i got the right size!

                                another example, i ordered size 44 trousers but, the seller sent me size 42. should I just keep that small size? it is useless for me. and the main point is that the seller is at fault here. not me.

                                whoever wrote the code to block accounts is not very smart. the machine sees certain returns in a certain time period and makes a decision. it can not see the reason for returns.

                                its pathetic that I get such a treatment from flipkart after spending lacs of rupees on flipkart. I have been a customer for a very long time. shame on flipkart. a machine has total control over customer accounts. that is not a good way to run a company.

                                P.S.: I still have that size 42 trouser waiting to be returned! it must be my fault that I ordered size 44 and the seller sent size 42.

                                  4 piece, but flipkart delivered a used piece when i try to return, return pickup buy refuse to accept return, and i try again and again return request cancelled by flipkart, check the screenshot, when i try to contact flipkart customer care they said your case is pending and resolved soon, now they are said your return policy is expired and we can't do anything i lost my 2616 RS.
