I have ordered APPLE PENCIL from flipkart on 3rd April 2022. And I got a cable plug instead of the actual product on 6th April, 2022. I have raised complaints several times but my complaints are getting rejected so many times. the pencil is of 10900 worth rupees. Either I want the product or my money back. I have submitted all the evidences still I got no strict action against the fraud. I have submitted signed consent even still no strict action has been taken against my appeal. I am ready to submit all the documents regarding this and also the video which I took before opening the actual product. I am fed up of reaching the customer supports. I am looking forward to you please help me within.

I am also attaching the barcode which was shown in the video which I posted as the evidence. So that it can be used as the proof that the apple pencil wasn't there in the same box for which the barcode has been generated.

    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      In feb 2021 and feb 2021, I received phones as gifts from an office colleague. The phones were purchased by my colleague on Flipkart using the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan.

      Apparently, my colleague has defaulted on the EMI payments of both the phones which have led to the locking of my smartphones. Since the colleague has left my organization and I have no contact with him, I'm unable to find a way to make the balance EMI payments so that I can unlock my smartphone and continue using it.

      I have attached the details of the passkey and IMEI of phones. I request you to look into the matter urgently and suggest a resolution at the earliest.

          My order id number OD[protected]. i have returned the product, but they are not giving my refund. from last week they are just repeating again and again that they have send the link of filling bank details on my registered number and mail. But in actual they haven't send anything. and also i have given correct upi details for refund. i am literally irritated and depressed with incident because whenever i call them they drop off the call in between conversation and mine a lot of time got wasted in same from last week. i am asking for link in flipkart notifications also, they are not sending. i can't expect this big company is doing this kind of fraud with their plus member customer. every day they use to say in next 24-48 hours issue will be resolved...but this timeline never ending...please take into this issue seriously and refund my amount as soon as possible

            I ordered a Sujata juicer/Mixer grinder along with a jar in Feb last week, I received only juicer with jar missing, I applied for the replacement through their ill-framed caller confirmation system. Due to some technical issue with Jio network, the call gets disconnected automatically after some duration, and they reschedule it to other duration. It has been happening for the past 3 days and I am not able to call them back to complete the request.

              We have purchased Moto G71 5G on Flipkart 27th March 2022, We were assured of the delivery on 29 March. We have not received the same and once we checked the website it was updated that due to unforeseen conditions the delivery is delayed to 1st April. We waited on 1st April till 7:00 PM, the product was not delivered, Once we enquired from the call center on request raised in the site, they said it will be delivered in 24 Hrs i.e by 2nd April 7:00 PM, I had informed them that i was travelling on 3rd April 2022 so kindly ensure that the delivery dead line is met. To our surprise the delivery did not happen on 2nd also. i have raised a call back again and again after multiple requests they called up said it would be delivered in next 24 Hrs for sure. I was supposed to travel on a business trip on 3rd April 2022 which I could not as buy back of my existing mobile was included in the offered price. I could not leave the phone nor travel which caused a revenue loss for me. I have been following up with them on 3rd constantly but there was no resolution. Now they have updated that they would resolve the same by 7th April 2022, but no commitment on the delivery of the product. On 7th April, again I got a message that the issue will be resolved on 8th April. On 8th April I get a message that the issue will be resolved by 13 April. When I called their customer care they promised that the product will be delivered on 9th April. Today on 9th April they still say that the it will be delivered on 13th April regardless of what they promised. I waited almost 11 days till today. Their support agents are just dummies they only read what is there on their screen but do nothing. I have already raised a complaint on National Consumer Helpline against 3402752 but there is no resolution till date. I want the product to delivered on[protected] at any cost.

                    Maine ek product order kiya tha flipkart se wo order unho nai delivery to kri nhi lekin mujhe msg bej diya ki delivery ho gyi h.
                    Uske maine kaiii baar call request k liye request kri tab ja k inke customer service ki call aayi or wo bs harrasment krte h bs ek hi cheez bolte wait kro wait kro.
                    Koi bhi real reason nhi batata ki kyu hua h esha.
                    Uske baad unse bolo ki manager ko call transfer kr do to bolte h ki call transfer krne ka option hi nhi h.
                    Delivery partner ka customer number mango to bolte h number show nhi ho rha

                            Order is is OD[protected] till now I did not receive my 4 product refund around 41580 RS I did not received refund yet of 4 items of
                            1. MarQ of Flipkart led tv RS 6649
                            2. MarQ of 11 liter oven roster with RS 2185
                            3. Livepure water purifier worth RS 7789
                            4. Samsung 223 liter worth RS 24975
                            These item cancelled on 29 March but not received refund till date I even tried to call customer care Flipkart but they did not resolve my issue till now April 24 even they asked my bank details I provided but they did not refund me till now

                                I have been with Flipkart since a long time and this is the first time I m complaining as the behaviour of the delivery person with my parents who are senior citizens was very rude and not at all acceptable. The exchange of the product was on 1st floor soo my father climbed to get the geyser and they started shouting on my mother for getting the old geyser from 1st floor saying that you should keep it outside of your home and we will also deliver it without informing but since the Flipkart has the OTP BASED DELIVERY so they just ran away without even delivering as my father was coming downstairs with the geyser. They tried to stop but they just ran away shouting and yelling which also ended up gathering few neighbours of society. I hope you guys take a strict action against such man who has no ethics and gives such mental harassment to people

                                    I have booked some groceries items on 5th April with the scheduled slot of 6th APR 3 pm to 10 pm,
                                    But they didnt deliver on 6th,
                                    They rescheduled it to 9th,

                                    But today is 10th, they still not delivered.

                                    They have now again rescheduled to 12.
                                    This is not good.

                                      I ordered Baush and Lomb lens on Flipkart but got empty box of lens solution.
                                      Now Flipkart support telling seller has no return policy.
                                      They are protecting seller with such policy while consumer get cheated and get nothing but empty box.
                                      Pathetic experience with Flipkart.

                                        I have ordered a product from Flipkart ( LIBAS Regular fit women's palazzo White) on 6th of April, 2022. I got a text message confirmation from the Flipkart team that the product will be delivered by 8th of April, 2022. I was expecting the order and as I am a college hosteler, I took permission from my professors for getting the parcel on 8th. It was not delivered on 8th and got another message that it'll be delivered on 9th. I also waited on 9th but still I didn't receive the product yet. I need the product to be delivered by 10th anyways and also compensation for late delivery
