Hi, I have received a defective MacBook Air from Flipkart. It's been more than a week nobody has contacted me regarding the replacement. I have visited the apple store and also submitted the job sheet which specifies the product is defective.. Flipkart has not arranged for replacement nor has given me any resolution for the same.. Paying a hefty amount of 85k just to receive a defective product..totally disappointed and frustrating.. Please help me with the replacement or refund my amount.

    Myself Nitin Chaturvedi, I have booked the groceries & my order I'd OD[protected] which was scheduled to deliver by 5.4.22. But till time the order not dispatched. It's all essential items. Due to that our family face lots of problems. Now we need the compansation of Rs 10000/-for that facing problem. It's really very painful for me. I will lodge the greivience at consumer forum if not getting any solution.

      Furniture delivered but not install, technicians are not responding. now i noticed that installation cancelled. many time request sent to flipkart help dusk but they are also not responding.

        I recently bought a Motorola AC from flipkart where I paid for installation charges.But now Flipkart executive is saying we do not provide installation in this location and contact company. And my problem is still pending without resolution.

        I was given 30 th March as the installation date and it's been a week, the problem is still pending..and no one is bothered to do anything.Different executives call everyday asking same questions and feeling sorry.

          I ordered a book set from flipkart a few days ago. Yesterday, i.e. 5/4/22, was supposed to be the shipping day of the item but it has not shown any progress since 3 days. The cancellation button is also removed from the order. I want those books due to study but doesn't seem like I will. Please help...

              I have ordered POCO mobile phone with an offer and exchange of Realme Mobile Phone, which was rated Rs. 3450/- from flipkart.
              Order ID- OD[protected]
              When the delivery man take the old phone for exchange today[protected], he had decided the phone price @ Rs. 1400/- and there is no Scratch/damage/On Off issue/Colour defection etc.
              When I talked to flipkart helpline, they said you can order the same again.
              But there is no offer available like that, I have waited for 03 days already.
              Please do the needful and take the necessary action against Flipkart and the delivery man. He waste the time and his behavior is to worse.

                My ac indoor and outdoor unit is hello sir i have ordered ac from flipkart voltas 1.5 ton 5 star inverter ac and i will get the different units but due to winter i will not open the ac and when the installation done we will see the ac is not working due to the CBU code is different in both unit of ac can you plz give me solution for this can u say the seller this problem.. And the return period is also over and i will pay 37118 rs what will i do this is the service of flipkart shame on you flipkart 🙂

                  I have purchased one Voltas 1.5 ton AC from flipkart on 20.03.2021 in the
                  name of Bharosi lal meena and the same was delivered
                  and installed on time which was committed by flipkart.
                  Immediate after installation of AC it was observed that AC was not working
                  properly and same was informed to Voltas persons who came for installation
                  they tried to rectify the problem and after some time it started working
                  also.. after 1hour of installation again it was noticed that cooling of AC
                  was not adequate and we observed it for 2 days. Then I made a complaint to
                  flipkart customer care on 29.3.2022 and informed all this things to them and they said
                  that this faulty unit will be replaced after re-inspection of AC by Voltas
                  .next day voltas persons came and again they tried to resolve the problem
                  but they couldn't.
                  Finally they gave one receipt to us stating that there is a
                  fault in compressor and this unit need to be replaced and they informed us
                  to contact flipkart for further help. From that day I am continuously
                  calling flipkart but no one is helping me out. Today they have closed my complaint also.
                  Now I want to request you to help me out from this problem and kindly make some arrangement to reture/replace this faulty unit.

                    As per telephonic conversation my refund approved on 4 April and I got confirmation mail also.

                    In mail mentioned that my Mobile collect before 7 April but yesterday I got message PICKUP FAILED DUE TO PRODUCT MISMATCH but No pick up person come, No call receive so how is possible.
                    My refund cancelled

                    I am not able to understand the Flipkart

                    My name is Sumit and I Purchased Mobile Motorola. My order Number is OD[protected]. Two time Technician Visited Done but Technician Said that there are problem in Mobile but after few min i got message that problem solved by technician.

                    Case Id : Case ID: FLVM-7VV4KM-1A7WK0-8A75LN-JNJBKIW.

                    Today a Technician came and checked and said that there is a problem on the phone and I have submitted my report for Refund. Few minutes back I received my Refund reject WHY.

                    When Your technician agrees that there is a problem on the phone, why are you not refunding my amount?

                    I am also sending the Screenshot of Error check with your 2 Eyes.

                    I never believe that Flipkart will do this type Fraud and every-2 Poor Service.
                    Number One Fraud Flipkart.

                    I have been facing this issue from Long time but your Service is so poor. Call customer care and they are not able to resolve the issue.

                          On 24th March, I was able to place the PS5 order in the limited restock. The retailnet seller sold the PS5 with 3rd April as expected shipping date. It has not yet been shipped. The delivery status shows arriving today and yet not shipped. I don't have any contact info about the delivery if it'll be delivering today or not. There are many twiter floating around with same issue. The Flipkart Support is useless as always. The resolution date keeps increasing without any resolution. They haven't provided any updates on this issue as well.
                          To emphasis on my issue, I would like to clear that I do not want to cancel my order at all. This is long awaited product and the payment has been done in full in advance.

                          Flipkart has marked my previous issue as resolved and has themselves created a new issue without any resolution date. They also have extended the expected delivery date to 13th April without providing the reason.

                          NOTE: There is still no update from Flipkart or from RetailNet seller on the whereabouts of my PS5. It still shows item waiting to be picked by the courier.

                          Facing same issue!
                          Any update regarding the ps5 ?

                              I ordered a Lenovo Ideapad slim 3i laptop yesterday night (April 5, 2022) and paid via gpay (rs 53990).the amount got deducted from my bank account. I got an SMS from the bank and a gpay alert for the transaction too. But the order doesn't show in order history of the app. Am unable to track my order as it is not placed as per the app. I have been calling customer care since this happened but all lines are busy.

                                  I did a payment of 135990 on Flipkart and it show that the payment has been in successful but it was debited from my account I did the repayment and the second payment got successful. Flipkart confirm to double payment when I asked with the customer care and other than that no update has been given to me I told them to give me a return proof of the double payment at the refuse. also the double payment wasn't showing in my account.

                                    I had purchased i refrigerator from flipkart order id - OD[protected] and now i think it is my biggest mistake, It had damaged body and the product is also defected that is, it is not cooling so i tried to return it but they cancelled my return request saying it's damaged body. Man that's one of the reason why I want it to get replaced or returned. Later I contacted flipkart's customer care executive they assured me that my product will get replaced as they mentioned both the problem, atleast this is what they told me but when i open the order details it was showing "different order received" as the issue, i don't know why they do this. So I again applied for the return but in the app it only gives me one option mentioning the product received is defected, now today the pickup agent came and again rejected the replacement request saying that flipkart is not allowing him to pick the product as it's body has damaged. Well I'm having the video i recorded at the time of delivery as proof that they sent me the damaged as well as defective product. Look into this asap or else you'll lose your customer permanently and have to face legal actions as well.

                                      Two Tickets were got booked on 27th Feb. 2022 at flipkart site due to error shown while i was booking air ticket from Chandigarh to Visakhapatnam for 5th April, 2022. Booking ID [protected] (PNR No XJQRTV) and ID [protected] ( PNR no KPZUGO) was got booked.
                                      One the same day i got cancelled my booking ID [protected] (PNR No XJQRTV) from Indigo by calling customer care. Indigo cancel it with full refund as it was got cancelled with in 24 Hours. I was waiting for refund. I call Indigo they told me the refund sent to flipkart informing by mail to me.
                                      I contact flipkart, they say that it is to be got cancel by flipkart also. i allow them to cancel booking ID [protected] (PNR No XJQRTV) and to refund me Rs 10038/-. Flipkart say OK.
                                      But flipkart cancelled my booking ID [protected] (PNR No KPZUGO) which i have not allowed them.
                                      And flipkart refund me Rs 10038/- & Rs 10038/- for both tickets.
                                      And then I contact flipkart that you have cancelled my other ticket. Customer care officer told that it is wrongly cancelled. Then I ask them to restore my ticket or re issue me my ticket. The customer care say sorry it not possible. I told him what is my fault, why should I bear loss. He say sorry.
                                      Now i tried to re book ticket it cost me Rs 16738/- (Booking ID from easemytrip EMT No.[protected]PNR No UWNSLG ) from Chandigarh to Visakhapatnam for 5th April, 2022.
                                      As I have no fault, why should I bear loss. The flipkart should pay me the difference. amounting to Rs 6700/[protected] and compensation for inconvenience / harassment.

                                      I have contacted no. of times to Customer care & Grievance officer but got no solution. Please help to get Rs 6700/-.

                                      I mail Flipkart Grievance Officer at email [email protected]. on 8th April, 2022 he says that both tickets cancelled by Indigo due to flight cancellation. But i say that i have booked same flight for same day after Flipkart wrongly cancel my 2nd ticket. I told him that if indigo cancel ticket due to flight cancel, then why indigo booked the same day and time ticket. Flipkart only want to save his employee who have cancelled my 2nd ticket wrongly. Please help me get relief of Rs 6700/- Thanks

                                        I've recieved an used product from flipkart on 23rd march order id OD[protected], I requested for replacement with giving proper reasons, the replacement was accepted but when the courier guy came to exchange the item, he rejected it saying that the item volume is less...also told me to contact customer care...but at the evening the status changed to "replacement product is delivered" which is completely false and misleading claim, after several calls and follow ups, flipkart still couldn't resolve this issue, today i.e April 5, 2022 they told that the item will be picked up for refund, but no one came for picking up the item, this is complete harrassment, please check into this, I want my refund.
