Issue Update: Track the recent update on the issue with your order OD[protected]. Am bought a New Mobile in flipkart. Last march[protected]..Realme x7 max Mobiles its manufacturing defect fron rear camera issue ...when i take some pictures photos viewed black round shape ...

Am already complaint raised flipkart No response
When i do return and replacement process No replied
Then march[protected] technician visiting and he confirm that problem its manufacturing defect so we ill support return and replacement but flipkart changed date april 5 delivery date but that date not products delivery not solving my problem still now

But phone not recived now
No response from flipkart app
Am very disappointed this time very wrost selling products and wrost customers support
Finally
In case am not received my phone replacement
Am do legally action from flipkart

    I have ordered laptop in Flipkart and it has reached to my nearest hub in Hyderabad 3 days ago but not getting delivered, I don't know why Flipkart is not delivering my product even though it has arrived to my nearest hub, I'm really dissatisfied with this

      Ordered a controller from Flipkart. They delivered an old hard disk. CS is scheduling return which gets rejected because product is missing. PRODUCT wasn't delivered in the first place.

        Hello,

        My name is Sumit and I Purchased Mobile Motorola. My order Number is OD[protected]. Two time Technician Visited Done but Technician Said that there are problem in Mobile but after few min i got message that problem solved by technician.

        Case Id : Case ID: FLVM-7VV4KM-1A7WK0-8A75LN-JNJBKIW.

        Today a Technician came and checked and said that there is a problem on the phone and I have submitted my report for Refund. Few minutes back I received my Refund reject WHY.

        When Your technician agrees that there is a problem on the phone, why are you not refunding my amount?

        I am also sending the Screenshot of Error check with your 2 Eyes.

        I never believe that Flipkart will do this type Fraud and every-2 Poor Service.
        Number One Fraud Flipkart.

        I have been facing this issue from Long time but your Service is so poor. Call customer care and they are not able to resolve the issue.

        I request you please refund my Amount.

          Very bad support, product is not getting picked up since 2 weeks and they do not have a resolution, ekart delivery team is doing whatever they want to and not taking pick ups. Is this how it works, it's very shameful.

            A duplicate Fastrack sunglass was delivered and when I tried to return it they are not picking up giving a different reason every time I contact.

              On 8 March I received a call from +91 [protected] mobile number, user had all my flipkart order information, he claimed that one of the order is placed so please share the OTP to cancel the same.

              Since he had all the flipkart account information, i thought he is from flipkart so shared the OTP and immediately I received a sms stating accounting has been transferred.attached image for reference.

              I noticed this suspicious activity, informed the customer service immediately but flipkart has very bad service, most of the executives not even care to respond.
              But later, i got a chance to explain the situation and they suggested to write a email to [protected]@flipkart.com.

              But no response from the recipient.again today after so many attempts, one of the executives responded to my query and registered a complaint on this.
              But what is the use of this tedious process ??
              Flipkart should have stopped this malicious activity when the user called to customers service stating account has been hacked henceforth block the account preventing from unauthorised transactions.

              I seriously don’t understand why flipkart pay later service doesn’t have two times verification process.

              I sincerely request team to take the case on high priority.

                    I ordered this product on 14th March and it was to be delivered to me on 21st of March but they kept on escalating the date saying that it will reach to you in 24 to 48 hrs but even to this date (04.04.2022) the product has not been delivered to me. So when i contacted the Support team for the nth time they said it's not possible to cancel your order at this moment, i have noted your concern and the concerned department will get in touch with you in the next 24-48 hours.
                    I just need help regarding this as my money is stuck

                      On 26th of January at midnight around 2, Someone accessed my flipkart account and orderd 20 google play gift card worth INR 29700 using any 3rd person credit card and get them deliverd to an unknown email id, for which i raised a complaint to flipkart and they responded that if it is not made by you than may be some of your friend or if not than please change your password immediatley and may be it is showing in your account due to some technical error please wait for few hours we will resolved this. After many hours of raising complaint no resonse received from flipkart so i raised a online cyber complaint regarding this.
                      After that everything was going well but suddenly on 21st March My flipkart id showing its blocked and contact our cusomter care to fix it.
                      I contacted so many time with CS but no response recived from CS Just we are working on it plese give us few days time.
                      on 1st of April i realised that i am unable to access my paytm account to.
                      and it also showed that my number is blocked.
                      After the update from paytm CS they told me that Rajasthan Police Reported a fraud by your number so on request of them we blocked your number.

                      On Enquiry of this from Rajasthan Police they told that from your account Google gift card was ordered using a credit card and for that transaction we received a complaint regarding this we ordered to freeze your paytm account, Now you have to pay or get the flipkart to pay this amount back to customer.

                      Here due to the security issue and data breach by flipkart i got an aligation of fraudster, Which is completely unacceptable and mentaly a great harsment for me.

                      Some hacker used my flipkart id to order some stupid thing and even raising a compliant regarding this i am becoming accused for this.

                      Where as i am the victim o[censored]nauthorised access and data breach of my Flipkart account
                      For which flipkart security team and any one who is handling this is responsible.

                      and biggest thing even after account block on 21 flipkart is emailing on 29 that we cancel your last order that mean even my account is accessible by someone, how is this possible.

                      Both orders copy is attached and it shows it delived to some Gagah, [protected]@gmail.com

                      Flipkart team should find out about this email
                      and the gift coupon code that where is was reddemed.

                      Blaming some innocent and honest person is not the solution of this.

                      Flipkart must have to pay attention on there secutity and data protection system.

                      I need my all account back in working and a removal of the fraudster tag given by police.

                      There is no roll of me in this fraud.

                          I have not ordered anything from flipkart. Infact I do not even have an account in flipkart. Still rupees 990 got debited from my bank account no. [protected]. I want a refund for my money and if possible, catch the thief. Please help me out.

                                  I ordered Realme 8 Mobile from Flipkart on March 17th. And 22 March is the product delivery. But instead of the smartphone I ordered, a keypad mobile came. I don't understand how it is that Flipkart is such a reliable company but I will be one of them Didn't dream. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

                                  tomorrow 7th April I got a call from Flipkart. Your replacement request has been accepted. And today 8th April comes to give me delivery or product. And the delivery boy refuses to take or replace my product. Flipkart is now with me emotionally Harassed. One of my demands on Flipkart is that if you don't give me my fair share then so much. Who gave the right to hurt emotionally.

                                  And Flipkart castomar service not help me...

                                      Box. I am calling flipkart for this issue from
                                      past 5 days and made almost 30-35 calls but
                                      nothing fruitful happened. I have raised the
                                      request before regarding the same but the
                                      flipkart executive asked me to cancel the
                                      return and raise a request again. Although
                                      she can make the changes but she didnt. The
                                      return request before was approved as well.
                                      Delivery guy who came to pick the phone
                                      said it is a different brand phone and refused
                                      to pick the phone. You tell me is it my duty to
                                      coordinate for the issue with ekart or flipkart
                                      will do that? Cant you make the delivery guy
                                      understand regarding the issue before the
                                      pickup? He was telling me for this I have to
                                      call flipkart as he dont know about the issue.
                                      Now again when I called 80% of the times
                                      executives dont know or help you regarding
                                      the issue. Hey gave you unnecessary
                                      reasons. Can anyone please help me
                                      regarding this and solve the issue.

                                        My account got blocked without any proper information like email or message anything. I am a plus customer for filpkart and i ordered lot of products but recently I faced bad experience with Flipkart and quick Order option. I tried customer service people multiple times by calls emails but they didn't solve my problem. Today my account got blocked without any proper information. I need my Flipkart account for my current product status and communication.
