    Ekart rejected my pickup without any pickup attempt. I only received below message from them:

        Order is is OD[protected] till now I did not receive my 4 product refund around 41580 RS I did not received refund yet of 4 items of
        1. MarQ of Flipkart led tv RS 6649
        2. MarQ of 11 liter oven roster with RS 2185
        3. Livepure water purifier worth RS 7789
        4. Samsung 223 liter worth RS 24975
        These item cancelled on 29 March but not received refund till date I even tried to call customer care Flipkart but they did not resolve my issue till now April 24 even they asked my bank details I provided but they did not refund me till now

            I have been with Flipkart since a long time and this is the first time I m complaining as the behaviour of the delivery person with my parents who are senior citizens was very rude and not at all acceptable. The exchange of the product was on 1st floor soo my father climbed to get the geyser and they started shouting on my mother for getting the old geyser from 1st floor saying that you should keep it outside of your home and we will also deliver it without informing but since the Flipkart has the OTP BASED DELIVERY so they just ran away without even delivering as my father was coming downstairs with the geyser. They tried to stop but they just ran away shouting and yelling which also ended up gathering few neighbours of society. I hope you guys take a strict action against such man who has no ethics and gives such mental harassment to people

              In April 2021 and, I received phones as gifts from a friend in College. The phones were purchased by my friend on Flipkart using the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan.

              Apparently, my friend has defaulted on the EMI payments of both the phones which have led to the locking of my smartphones. Since my friend left College and I have no contact with him, I'm unable to find a way to make the balance EMI payments so that I can unlock my smartphone and continue using it.

              I have attached the details of the passkey and IMEI of phones. I request you to look into the matter urgently and suggest a resolution at the earliest.

                I have booked some groceries items on 5th April with the scheduled slot of 6th APR 3 pm to 10 pm,
                But they didnt deliver on 6th,
                They rescheduled it to 9th,

                But today is 10th, they still not delivered.

                They have now again rescheduled to 12.
                This is not good.

                Even they are not cancelling the order. Where we cancel the order. They just reject the request.

                This is illegal way to hoard someone money

                  I ordered Baush and Lomb lens on Flipkart but got empty box of lens solution.
                  Now Flipkart support telling seller has no return policy.
                  They are protecting seller with such policy while consumer get cheated and get nothing but empty box.
                  Pathetic experience with Flipkart.

                    I have ordered a product from Flipkart ( LIBAS Regular fit women's palazzo White) on 6th of April, 2022. I got a text message confirmation from the Flipkart team that the product will be delivered by 8th of April, 2022. I was expecting the order and as I am a college hosteler, I took permission from my professors for getting the parcel on 8th. It was not delivered on 8th and got another message that it'll be delivered on 9th. I also waited on 9th but still I didn't receive the product yet. I need the product to be delivered by 10th anyways and also compensation for late delivery

                      I have purchased this TV in[protected] online from Flipkart under EMI option. Initially, we had lot of issue regarding delivery, wrong TV and other issue and once it is fixed, the TV they have delivered me again has some defeat which has screen issue. The screen layer is very poor and now it starts showing gap at top, in dark picture you can easily identify that there is a white line at the top screen right just down to bezel. Please help me with this defective TV issue immediately,

                        On 30th October, i ordered one plus buds Bluetooth headset in grey colour. I recieved the product on 2nd November, but before that let me explain. The delivery was to be on 1st November but i called the delivery person and told him to come on 2nd November as i was out of town. Actually before that i told him that i will try to come in the evening but as i was late, I called him again and told Him to come on second November. On second November when I received my parcel instead of the headphones I received a stone. I was so disappointed as it was my first time ever happened to me from Flipkart. It is indeed because i have ordered iphone11 pro last year on November but nothing like that happened. And the most shocking part is that iphone 11pro cost more than the earbuds I ordered this time. May i know the reason why this has happened to me?
                        And continuing with the incident, right after I receive my parcel and open the box (actually it was a Diwali gift for my brother as he really needed one) But When he did the unboxing, it was a stone. And if you could see the video that I have sent you, you will automatically understand that the AirPods should be on the top of the AirPods shape handle, but instead there was nothing and then when we checked the small envelope on it, we received a stone. Right after that, I called the delivery person and then I asked him to come and check and return my item. He told me that he will come after sometime But instead he never returned. So I called the Flipkart customer care (by sending them a chat in the help section and which they called me in 5min) I first complain regarding the item and then I asked him to kindly look into my issue so He told me to have patience and that they are looking for my issue. After that I again call the delivery man but he told me that he would come after sometimes since he is delivering items to other customer. And then he never returned so I again asked the customer care to talk to me and she told me that she’s looking into my issue and even asked me to return from my Flipkart app through my account regarding the earbuds, but I could not do it as it got rejected and I don’t blame the seller because it was the same seller who sold me the iPhone 11pro last year. According to my suspect, it would be the delivery guy because he keeps ignoring my call and then later when I called him again and again instead of him his friend pick the call and talk to me. I asked him several times regarding his name and details that you would never give his details and ask me who asked for it. I told him that I was going to file a suit against him as well as the Flipkart company. But he never told me his name and his details and cut my call. Instead he told me to go and complain in the Kamla Palace where there is Flipkart courier centre. After so many call at times he never pick up my call. So he’s the suspicious person regarding this fraud situation.
                        I again called the customer care And was told that she have tried to put the complain and for the return, but it got rejected again and again so she said that I should place the return option but it happened the same way to get rejected. She told me that within 24 to 72 hours, I would receive a mail where I should raise my complain and then it will be all sort out. But since my email ID was not updated I did not received the email. So right after 48 hours and above, I asked the customer care to call me since it was emergency. But
                        The call got disconnected. So again I asked the other customer care to called me and I reported the same issue to him. He even asked me to give him 24 to 48 hours regarding the issue. He told me the same that Ill received an mail but I didn’t even after I updated my email id . But I didn’t recieve a mail till now and its already 50hours. Thats the reason m writing it to you. As i was told to report it to this mail. I have already waited for almost a week and i have lost patience. M sending all the evidence of this situation and so if within 2days I didn’t recieve my refund, i will take the case to the court as m already a lawyer. Please investigate and the other evidence you can find it in the audio of the flipkart as everything gets recorded. its been already been more than 6 months and no action has been taken yet

                          I ordered a product from flipkart 'Ziraat High Quality Mirror Gold Rubix Cube 3x3 High Speed Magic Puzzle Cube (1 Pieces)' at discounted prize on 5 April, 2022 and flipkart promised to deliver it on 21 April, 2022 but unfortunately they had cancelled it on 9 April, 2022 with the statement 'Since the item went out of stock, it was cancelled.'
                          When I ordered, the product is in stock so they don't have any right to cancel it.

                              I have ordered motoG31 mobile in FLIPKART website on 07.04.2022 (Order No : OD[protected] and delivery date promised was 08.04.2022. On 08.04.22 at 12.45pm delivery person reached my house street and informed me by call to keep my exchange mobile ready by resetting the same. Iam waiting whole day, but delivery didnt reach me back until night. In intermediate time, I have called the delivery person more than three times i hope, each time he gave a rude and irresponsible reply. It seems that he have no intention to do his delivery on time. I have contacted flipkart customer care and explained the issues around 6pm. But nothing worked for me. Flipkart simply closing the complaints as resolved. Also as a surprise, after making complaints, expected delivery date of my ordered product was extended by flipkart/its delivery partner to 14.04.2022. Flipkart have no track or control over its delivery partners. Its seems not a fruitful thing from flipkart end. Feeling very tired on repeated useless calls with flipkart customer care

                                Customer support they have promised that they will resolve the issue within 48 hours on saturday (9th) at 2:00 PM. Still now I didn't received my product and even I requested call back and not received any support from customer care.

                                  I placed an order for realme 9 pro plus on 3th April and was delivered 9 pro on 4th April. I immediately placed an return for the product and provided all the necessary documents to the Flipkart team and contacted many times with the customer care and still my return request was rejected on 9th April

                                    I purchased symphony cooler on 13th March from flipkart
                                    Order ID - OD[protected]

                                    As it is not working, I want to claim 3rd party insurance for repair and for this I need to provide the invoice copy.
                                    After chasing flipkart for about a week, they still couldn't provide me with the invoice copy and I now have to bear all the repair expenses as I no longer can claim insurance.
                                    Very disappointed in the way they store important customer documents.
