I tried to place an order for Samsung Microwave 23L Solo, 2 qty Wifi smart plug and one floor lamp on 31/03/2022
Rs. 7012 is debited from my Federal Bank account and transaction id is
31/03/2022 FN/SHP/[protected]/FLIPKART INTERNET PRIV 7012.00
But order is not placed and items are still in cart and order page shows
“Order pending. Money not received"
Trying to contact Flipcart by chat and email and no use. Twice the agent in chat took 30 min and after that a new agent comes in and start from initial question how can we help!!!
And the new person will say sorry system is taking long time and try later. I think they are trained on this text - 2 times happened like that.

    Smart Upgrade Plan unlock

    I have purchased a mobile from OLX and I didn't know that the mobile is purchased under smart upgrade plan .Mine phone got locked after 6 month and from the guy whom I purchased the mobile his number is switch off so I can't get in touch with him.So please help me Flipkart team how can I get mine phone unlock.Please reply after seeing this message asap.Below I'm uploading the IMEI number and passkey....

    Dear Team,

    It's about the very unfortunate thing happened with Flipkart shopping experience.

    Order ID OD[protected]

    Product delivered on Tue, 15th Mar'22

    Since time of product delivered. I am personally chasing for Invoice by flipkart unable to provide the same.

    I am a corporate employee and have a TAT for expense reimbursement. with out GST invoice i am unable to raise the claim in system.

    Putting this as an informative communication via this forum.

    Kindly suggest what legal action can be initiated against this issue. I.e Merchant fails to provide invoice for particular product he/she sell.

      Flipkart Upgrade plan phone locked Samsung F62

      Address: Opp. nachana haveli, gandhi chowk, jaisalmer

      India.

      In Feb 2022, I received phones as gifts from an office colleague. The phones were purchased by my colleague on Flipkart using the Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan.

      Apparently, my colleague has defaulted on the EMI payments of both the phones which have led to the locking of my smartphones. Since the colleague has left my organization and I have no contact with him, I'm unable to find a way to make the balance...

      The delivery boy refused to open the box of a prepaid open box delivery item and refused to deliver the item to me.
      The item was sent out for delivery for 3 days continously but the delivery guy didn't called or reached my doorstep ever, and everyday the product was undelivered stating i wasn't available which was absolutely nonsense. He played this dirty game just to make 3 unsuccessful attempts of delivery and cancel the order.
      I am disappointed by the service being provided by flipkart and will make sure not to repeat order from Flipkart again.

        3 days ago my flipkart account got blocked and after contacting to customer care they gave me a reason that due to high number of returns my account has been blocked. I have a pay later amount to pay in flipkart and due date is almost here but i am unable to pay that because my account is blocked it will also affect my cibil score. Please take some strict action against flipkart so that they won't give any nonsense reason for blocking my account. They are only one who gives 7 days return policy and yet they blocked my account.

            Hi, i was delivered 5 litre jivo olive pomace oil in a damaged form. The product was leaking oil and has very small holes at top, thus also allowing contamination of the product. Flipkart customer care has not been providing any resolution despite multiple attempts to check for an update with them. Each time they respond with a standard message that someone will get in touch but no one does. Apart from money loss it has caused a lot of mental harassment chasing through the issue and no resolution provided till date.

              I have ordered a Samsung galaxy S7+ tablet on Flipkart with order noOD[protected], got replacement for the same, still I have issues with the product, the s pen is not working and the warranty card is missing and the seal of the old product was broken.The seller is health and happiness pvt ltd.I am now not able to get a refund, they have rejected my return request multiple times.It been a month since I am dealing with this and there is no support regarding my issue neither from Flipkart nor from the seller.There are so many complains on the consumers forum.Please help me regarding the same take necessary actions against the seller.

                My order came to my nearest hub in time i.e on 06:57 AM 30/03/2022 and today is 02/04/2022 I still haven't received my order.

                all i received are multiple Email from flipkart Customer Service team stating resolution date
                first email - 04/04/2022
                second Email - 05/04/2022
                third Email - 06/04/2022
                last email - 07/04/2022
                everyday I wake up and see new resolution date
                and calling flipkart customer care is no help at all
                i have already done that 50 times

                  Hello there, I placed an order for dumbell rods on 23rd march. It was mentioned that i had to pay ₹50 in advance and then i have to pay ₹499 in cash when it gets delivered to me. i payed ₹50 with my upi i.d and had my money debited from the bank but Flipkart showed me that "your payment was not confirmed by the bank".
                  kindly look forward for the refund of my money as soon as possible

                    Hi, I had placed an order for a mobile (Redmi Note 10S) on 30th March 2022. Order ID OD[protected].
                    The item was shipped and reached my city. Instead of delivering the product, Flipkart automatically cancelled my order. This is definitely against consumer's interest and such actions cause great resentment. I hope consumer law would help in this case to take action against such companies. With this sale purchase agreement, both parties should be liable.

                    No one will reply to your complains. It has becoming a scamming portal. And they are cheating ppl openly in various ways. 24/7 Help centre is good for nothing, u will keep calling 24/7 but won’t get helped even once that is what it actually means. In todays date it is the worst platform in india.

                      I have ordered AMD Ryzen 5 5600g processor in Flipkart dated 24th March 2022.The Order ID is OD[protected]. It is Flipkart Exclusive product. The box is Original but the processor inside the box is AMD Athalon processor which is a dual core processor.
                      tHE COST OF THE PRODUCT IS Rs.21, 899/- and they have gave me a 4-5000 rs product.
                      I have contacted flipkart customer care multiple times from a week now and i didnt get a resolution.
                      Its been a mental torture for me to raise complaint in the flipkart and then they close the issue without proper solution. Kindly help me out.

                        I tried to cancel return request to raise new return request. But still no success. No response from customer care. More than 3 days but still helpless. Flipkart selling low quality product and helping fraud seller. Only 7 days replacement in which they making return procedure worst.

                          I ordered a samsung 980 pro 1 TB SSD but i received a empty box so I have complianed about this and Flipkart told me refund will be intitaed but is getting rejected by seller.this have been done repeatedly but I'm not getting my refund.so again and again I'm contacting customer care and higher team but they are not solving my problem as they are giving a expected and asking me to wait for that date but no one is contacting me and again they are extending the problem solving date .it is keep on repeating but my money is not getting

                                I had Ordered Boult Earphones From Flipkart, I received product Used And Defective Product, I Initiated The Return Request Immediately After I found Out.
                                But The Flipkart Agent, Refused The Return Saying I Have To Talk to the customer Service Again.
                                I Was Notified through SMS that the reason For Rejection Of Return Is Product Mis-Match.
                                Was The Agent Blind, The Product Is Exactly Like The One In The Package but defective.

                                  I ordered Nike shoes from Flipkart and on 25 March I got my shoes after that I don't like the fitting of shoes and sole quality was not as good as I was expecting. So I decided to return the product but Flipkart is asking aadhar details first I didn't send my details after that my return request is declined then I made another request and at that time I also send my details but after few time they are asking product image I sent that also but still my request is declined I don't know why they are forcing the customer to have the product which I don't like really now . This is just destruction of customer rights ..

                                    I order this product after reading his reviews which is totally fake, after receiving a product of week, one side of earphone stop working, sound is not coming. I try to raised the complaint and return this worst product but nobody help me, I reach twice to the Flipkart customer care but they did not help. Still they are selling that cheap quality product. my request is please return my amount that I spend on the product.
