I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Money Transfer & UPI Services
The issue that I have experienced was: My name is keka das I'm customer of indian bank since 2014.1st april time 4:14pm I was trying to made a transaction through Gpay [ upi Id [protected]] unfortunately my transaction was failed but on that time I received a sms from my bank about duction of amount rs 4249 . I lodge complaint indian bank online customer support but I didn't get any reply from them.I requested to authorities of indian bank pl solve this technical issue and credited the above amount as refund on my account.
It occurred on: 1/04/2022
I really need support from bank bcz rs 4249 isn't a small amount to me. I hope bank authorities understand my concern and they credited my pending amount.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
