It was food item and expected delivery was 6th April. I got the call from delivery boy but couldnt take his call as I was in meeting. Immediate after 5 mins I called back on number [protected] and he said He already left from that area and deliver it by tomorrow which is 7th April. 7th Whole day I was waiting just because I ordered 10 packets and its food Item. Now its 8th April and No body knows where is my order? I called the same delivery boy he said He doesnt have order, I called Flipkart customer care they said system is giving me error and we dont know where is your Order ?? Seriously ?????
STOP making fool to customer.

FLIPKART - I am allowing you to please open those packets and distribute it with in your staff !!! Enjoy !!

Please don't deliver it as your staff member said it will be deliver by 13th :) ... Are you serious guys, order which was expected by 6th you are telling me will be delivery on 13th?
You just give me the answer WHERE is my order now?? Who is point of contact? and when and what time it will be deliver???

Now its been almost 2 week to order the food item, Item has been reached to my city where 43 degree temputrature going on. Since 5th April 6AM there is no further update and Flipkart doesnt know where is my order yet. Do you think I should take that spoiled food item after these many days?

    When i try to login from my computer it always says "Login unsuccessful. Pease retry in a minute". I cannot enter into my account by mobile also.
    Please do something.

      Ac delivered on 2nd April and installation scheduled at 5th April. But after several attempts their telecaller only giving me a new date on every date.
      Pathetic service. Their tone of talking is not sorry.
      Shame Flipkart Shame.

        8days go but refund isn't initiated to my account. I requested to flipkart authorities pl solve this kind of issue and initiated ( rs 4249) pending refund to original payment mode.

          I had se Bharat purchase is on Flipkart through Flipkart pay later. the regular chain of Flipkart palette is that you what are a product from Flipkart and pay with period and then on the next month a bill will be generated and you have to pay it within 5th of that month. and accordingly I did so I had no payment defaults on my part. suddenly I received message from Flipkart saying that my pay later account has been disabled due to non compliance with the terms and conditions of Flipkart a pay later. so when I contact the Flipkart customer service they asked me to contact IDFC customer service and I did so. when I provided them with my multiple accounts, loan account number actually.. they said I had some overdues. Maine check my CIBIL report I find there are multiple overdues on my credit report. but I had not missed a single payment due date even I had paid before due dates. now the Flipkart and IDFC juggling me to each other.. and due to this my CIBIL score has dropped below 500.. and I am asking them to settle this town

Acordingly I did so and I had no payment defaults on my part.             Dear Sir / Madam,

            I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Money Transfer & UPI Services

            The issue that I have experienced was: My name is keka das I'm customer of indian bank since 2014.1st april time 4:14pm I was trying to made a transaction through Gpay [ upi Id [protected]] unfortunately my transaction was failed but on that time I received a sms from my bank about duction of amount rs 4249 . I lodge complaint indian bank online customer support but I didn't get any reply from them.I requested to authorities of indian bank pl solve this technical issue and credited the above amount as refund on my account.

            It occurred on: 1/04/2022

            I really need support from bank bcz rs 4249 isn't a small amount to me. I hope bank authorities understand my concern and they credited my pending amount.

            I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

              I am unable to change the phone number on the account as the existing phone number on the account is not active any more and it keeps sending OTP messages to the non active number.

              recently when i updated the application i had to create a new account as it was not allowing me to register with my inactive already registered phone number due to OTP troubles again.

              i am a flipkart plus member but currently i am unable to use my existing account. this is so horrible alteast email should be given as option for OTP.

                  I have been contacting flipkart customer service for my order ID OD[protected] for the item "Rare Rabbit Yellow T-Shirt"

                  I have placed order for this on 16-March-2022. Flipkart failed to deliver it by delivery date and flipkart placed a replacement order for this. The replacement ID is "CU[protected]" on 25-March-2022.
                  But I cancelled the replacement order on the same day. The item is still in cancelled state and I got the product delivered too on 31-March-2022.

                  From 31-March-2022 I am trying to return this product, but there is no return option available. I have been contacting customer service for this. But no one is helping me on this.

                  If I call, the call will get disconnected after some time and no one call me back.

                    This is follow-up on previous complaint on Whirlpool 440L refrigerator which delivered without power cord and other two electrical hardware's.

                    After returning the defective Whirlpool 440L refrigerator with much delay and hurdle and follow-ups on Apr 3rd, Now fighting for refunds. Flipkart is dragging the refund more than their promised 4 business days and keep asking 24 -48 hours time.

                    I don't know what happens to Flipkart why it goes these low on customer service. Its is not good sign for Flipkart and eventually its pushing his customer towards its competitors.

                    Request you to act actively on the refund AEAP and try gaining the old and active customers like me.

                    Refund Delayed since 3rd of April, delaying indefinitely asking time from 24H+48H+4Business Days+ 4Business Days. God only knows when i will get my refund. Every Customer representative adding different version info and different timelines. Some say they will refund in EGift Wallet some say will refund in Bank Account. At the end nobody providing any refund for last 10 Days now asking 4More business days for refund.

                    Very worst and unacceptable customer service by Flipkart. Please expedite refund that's all i can say.

                      Flipkart is not even looking in my concern. They have rejected my order the fourth time saying that resolution solved. I am giving my order details here. I am the consumer and I need my hard earned money back.

                        I ordered a smartwatch from Flipkart on 1st of April and it was delivered on 2nd. But as soon as i came to know that the sensors of the watch are all fake and measuring the heart rate of my toys too and has only 2 to 3 days battery life which is not specified on the website.. I initiated a return on 3rd April.
                        Since today which is 8th April the return Order is rejected four times and Flipkart has harrassed me for my own hard earned money to come back to me. They asked me for my personnel details and I also gave it to them but after that also the rejected my return.

                          Hello,

                          I have purchased a fridge from flipkart worth INR 25248 on 20 March 2022 but had to cancel it on 22 March 2022 and the product was not shipped yet so it was immediately cancelled on their website. I got the message that refund has been initiated and will be credited within 7 business days. On 1 April 2022 when I didn't received my money in my credit card account I contacted Flipkart. They told the payment has been processes by seller and is stuck and it will be resolved by 6 April and it will reflect in your account. When I didn't get the amount on 7th April I contacted them again and again they said the same thing that payment has been stuck now you wait for 10 more days. They are fooling around since last 17 days and still they have not processed the amount. They are keep telling they have escalated the issue but all these lies they told 8 days ago as well. None of the member from higher management or payment team contacted me to resolve my issue.

                              I purchased a mobile from flipkart but got a used one delivered which has scratches on it. When I tried to return it the return request is getting rejected(4 times) and now they have gone ahead a step and blocked my account.
                              Tried to contact team several times but no proper response from them.
