On 14th March 2022, 5 Unauthorized transactions was done in my SBI Credi Card without share any OTP and CVV and card is with me at the time of the fraud. I had raise the dispute to the SBI and also given complaint in the Cyber Crime. Total amount 66825/-. Please help me, resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank you

    Double bed was ordered (order number OD[protected] on 23rd March and was delivered on 26 march with installation promised on 28th March.
    No one contacted for installation, so complain was raised on 28 March using customer care number and they escalated only after 3/4 calls . the website showed resoultion by 31st March, On 31st mrach, they changed date to 1st April, On 1st April, they have now changed date to 2nd April.
    Now after calling cutomer care, they gave number[protected] mentioning, this is installation department number on which we need to call. Once this number is called, they mentioned this is not installation number, this is service number and you need to call customer care. Calling customer care number, they said, we will resolve your issue, please keep on hold and after that they cut the phone.
    There is no response from flipkart and I am registering case for cheating, mental harassment and wastage of my time and my loss of money as without installation I can not use it

      I bought a new narzo 50i pho which lags and hangs everytime I use any application or try calling. I faced issue with placing calls as the voice of the person wasn't audible. I am still struggling with returning the detective phone

        Hi Team,

        Flipkart is trying to impose defective products to us. 1 kurti has dark strains on it and another has size issue. I am raising return request again and again. Flipkart is canceling the pickup with message that customer has accepted to keep the product. We didn't receive any call, no pickup executive comes for pickup, just this message. I raise return again and same thing happens again. I raised this to Flipkart customer care multiple times but no help. They are repeating this everytime from last 7 days. Please help get these products returned. Attached pictures of messages received.

        Same thing happened today also. Return cancelled for second kurti (winwon) again without any reason and updated in flipkart. I have raised return again. Flipkart will cancel it again in next 2-3 days without any call or discussion.

        Have received message for Sri Balaji kurti pickup. I hope this is not cancelled the same way . Will keep you updated. Thanks for the support.

And they are cheating ppl openly in various ways. 24/7 Help centre is good for nothing, u will keep calling 24/7 but won’t get helped even once that is what it actually means. In todays date it is the worst platform in india.

          I have applied for Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card through Flipkart, where is was showing No Annual Fee, No Joining Fee and Lifetime free credit card but due to technical glitch the bank have issued me the paid credit card and the same was accepted by the bank.
          "We would also like to inform you that as per the bank's record you have applied for life time free credit card through Flipkart application but received chargeable credit card." As bank stated.
          I have visited the Axis Bank Branch for the same, but didn't get solution even I have forwarded them multiple emails too but bank is claiming now that I have applied for chargeable credit card. When I visited the Axis Bank branch they said that only Flipkart can provide you the solution and when I contacted Flipkart, they are saying that only bank can provide you any solution. So I am totally stuck in their policies where I am completely helpless. Kindly help me that what should I do now.

              I have bought one laptop as on 17th Feb from Flipkart India. As payment mode paylater on EMI . But due to compatibility and slowness issue I have request return on the very first day. But they are denied to return and Asus company is not providing defect certificate based on which they can refund amount. I had a numerous calls with Asus and Flipkart both but no one is agreeing on return. I have not paid my emi and it’s causing my CIBIL score.
              Could you please help and get Thai resolved and I am not welling to pay an emi amount as I have already requested for return.
              I am requesting you to help and get this issue resolved in consumer court and file a complaint against both Flipkart and Asus.

                  I have created an account on Flipkart 5 years before with an old mobile number, but now I am not using it anymore. While changing the mobile number, it is asking me to fill in an OTP that is sent to my old phone number which is not in use at the moment.

                    My old mobile number in flipkart is [protected] and i have discontinued the number long time ago. But whenever I wanna change my number to new mobile number it always ask me enter password from old mobile number. So I'm unable change my number cause of that but my email id is the same as always [protected]@gmail.com.
                    Please kindly help me... It's affects me very much cause whatever I order from flipkart it always informs it to my old mobile number which I'm not using. My new mobile is [protected]

                    I think flipkart customer care never picks up the call. Always says they are busy. And whenever I tried place a call via helpdesk it always place the call to my lost number that is used by someone else now.
                    I even tried to call them for otp. They are not picking up the call thinking it maybe a scam. Flipkart customer care 24*7 is April fool scan(trash)

                      Hi, I have been Flipkart customer for almost 8 years now. My account has been blocked. I reached to customer car executive on 22nd March. They told that issue will resolve by 26th March. But to my surprise it hasn't been resolved. It's pathetic. I request you to unblock my account. Ans please do take necessary steps. Your earliest action is highly appreciated.

                      Sellers have tie ups with flipkart for allowing them to send wrong products to customers. And then they don’t reply to your complain. Customers have been becoming a source of dumping station out of which flipkart n seller both are gaining tremendous profits. It’s an entire planned scamming strategy to make money. Once their target is achieved either they’ll close down or will be taken over by another company for a cheap evaluation.

                        I cannot change my email address in Flipkart account.

                        I am trying to change my email address on the Flipkart account but it is asking the otp from the old and the new email, but if i have no access to older email thats why I want to change the email.
                        I have my balance in the Flipkart gift card and i am not able to use it just because they need email verification not mobile verification.
                        Please help me i have everything but not the older email address....

                            This is regarding order # OD[protected].

                            I received this order on 21st Mar and there is 1 item missing. The item which is missing is Duke kaju cookies, which cost me re. 1 after adding certain amount of items in my order. I added few items which were on bit higher rate then on other shopping portals. But I thought if I get that 1 re. Offer then it will balance the average price. You have not delivered the item which was balancing the kart price, now I am in loss.

                            Let's say: I am selling you an item 'A' for 100 rs and saying buy this item from me and I will give you item 'B' for 5 rs. You know that 'A' is available in market on 80 rs and item 'b' on 40 rs. So you thought ok, if I will buy these products from this vendor the total cost (rs. 105) will be less than from other vendor(rs 120). But after purchasing if I will say that I am really sorry I cannot give you item 'b', but I can refund you 5 rs., what will be your reaction same is my reaction after hearing the same response from your customer care executives, they are saying that I will get refund of 1 rs. Is this justify in any way.

                            Whenever, I talked to your customer executives for this issue, they ALL were agreed with my point and agreed that I should get refund of 60 rs but they don't know how I will get my money back. I have recordings of all those conversations. If you want I can share all those recordings with you as well. Now, here is the issue:

                            I just want you to deliver that item or refund the actual amount i.e. 60 rs.

                                    My name is SOWMIALAKSHMI, I have recently purchased Crusial 16GB DDR4 Ram, first time the seller (TGEITMALL) sent me USB audio card.

                                    Then I raised the complaint to Flipkart return, but they denied because this seller not allowed for return only replacement. After they replaced the product today(1st April 2022) now they sent me old generation unpacked un named without box DDR3 RAM.

                                    Again I have raised the complaint now FLIPKART mentioning this issue will resolve next few days.

                                      I ordered a phone from flipkart on 22nd March, 2021 and the product got delivered to me on the next day. But the phone has got a faulty display problem because of which the screen flickers periodically and the phone becomes unusable at that moment. Since then I have raised 5 replacement request but it has been rejected by Flipkart. During the technician visit, the technician(from Jeeves, the company with which Flipkart has been tied with) himshelf assured there is a faulty display problem due to which the screen is flickering, but still then the replacement has been rejected for 5 times.

                                      As a student I have to attend my online classes and check my emails, but because of the problem, I can't even attend my classes properly.

                                      Further, I want to say that Flipkart has been torturing me since last 6 days of my purchase by rejecting my replacement request and ignoring my complaint. Now I want a refund/replacement for my phone from Flipkart.

                                      I have also reported to Flipkart for replacement within their replacement period i.e. 7 days, still then no support have been reported and I have been enforced to use the defective phone.

                                      Please help a student who has been mentally harrased by such a company

                                      Still now, there is no callback or update from Flipkart, regarding replacement. It's a request to the team to resolve this replacement issue on a priority basics, have not been using my new phone since 6 days of purchase for which I paid full amount.

                                      It's a request to Flipkart to replace my phone as soon as possible.
