I am a regular customer of Flipkart and using Flipkart Paylater service from last year. Recently when I checked my Credit Score, it was downgraded inspite of making all payments on time. I'm a flipkart paylater user, i always pay my dues on time. But when I checked my cibil report i was shocked to see that I lost my cibil score. Flipkart somehow messed up and failed to pay idfc even though I paid flipkart before due date.

I have called and emailed them more than 20 times as of today. I'm fed up and now trying to move to consumer court...

Flipkart has blocked my account while I’m trying to return a product. I have contacted customer support. They said they have raised complaint will get resolution through mail.
