I have ordered mobile phone on 22nd of march and delivery date was 24th later it got changed to 27th of march. But till 29th, it didn't ship also. So i cancelled the order. now i m asking for refund status they are telling it should reach to seller then the refund will initiate. Order was not shipped then y it should reach to seller. And it's almost 3 days i cancelled the order still there is no update regarding the refund and executives are telling to wait till6th April after that item will ship to seller. Please give me proper status of my order status and try to refund it as soon as possible.

    Someone ordered sofa covers to my address nd gave my address nd phone number there but i didn't ordered that and the order shows on my flipkart account's order list and there is no return option. When the order courier agent came for delivery I was not there at my home my child received the order she thought I ordered something nd she pays the amount now I'm not able to return the parcel as there is no return option is given on flipkart i don't know how it's possible do somethin please!!!

      I have made an replacement order for a refrigerator in Flipkart on 24-Mar-22, it was scheduled to deliver on 26-Mar-22.

      From the delivery, the issue has started the delivery partner have humiliated me as he could not deliver the product due to its size and Flipkart not providing more than 2 men for delivering a product and asked me cancel the order and purchase smaller one, i have later requested and provided extra hand and made the delivery happen.

      Second issue started when the whirlpool service engineer came for installation after Opened the package materials he found basic parts like Power Cord Wire, Relay OLB cover, Capacitor found Missing so the Installation Engineer from Whirlpool denied service due to defective nature and could not start the installation and warranty and request me to refund. He attested this issue on missing parts in the Job Sheet.

      Since 26-Mar the issue is pending without any resolution, they initially asked 72 hours until 29-Mar and then postponed to 30-Mar and till today the issue is pending without any reply or resolution. Even I have uploaded the image proof of the back side of Refrigerator where parts missing and Job sheet from engineer which mentioned the missing of basic parts its still pending since 26-Mar.

      Finally they have taken away working refrigerator and delivered a defective Whirlpool refrigerator.

      This is one very worst customer service i have ever experienced from Flipkart, in future i will think twice or thrice to buy some thing in Flipkart.

      The Complaint is yet to be resolved due to different Flipkart's support representative take different actions, one support executive approved the return/ refund and pick-up, and other support executive reverse the Return & Refund Approval and asked me to pack the consignment and so that courier will pickup. So far 8 Days my issue is stuck in Flipkart's RED Tape and it shows they are not working collaboratively.

      As customer, i am suffering without refrigerator or resolution for 8th Day.

        Dear flipkart, my order id is FMPN[protected], ekart is showing it is invalid.
        If I am not able to track but what is the guarantee that parts of my AC are not been replaced by seller, and the main thing is even flipkart customer care is also not able to track it even though it is shipped by Ekart.
        What is the issue with you guys, and you are not allowing me to cancle my order.
        What is this, it should be delivered today

          Hello Dear Flipkart Team.
          I order all my stuff from Flipkart, And I am also happy with Flipkart. But for the first time after years of faith or trust, a fraud has happened to me. I have received empty box from Flipkart. I ordered Earbuds and didn't receive it. As at the time of delivery we cannot open the product and check.The product was completely sealed from above like every time but the packaging was open from inside.
          I am basically a regular customer of Flipkart and prefer to order products from Flipkart itself. But if this type of fraud happens with customers then I will have to order from some other shopping site.
          Today Flipkart is because of the trust and faith of the customers. And I guess you wouldn't want to lose your regular customer.

            I have ordered a fitbit versa 3 from Flipkart..it got delivered to me on 16th march but the package was not sealed pack...it was open..so i opted for replacement and then i got my replaced packet on 19th march which was completely empty...i was complaining to flipkart customer care..and everytime they request a return request formy product but everytime it gets rejected...fitbit versa 3 is of 17000 rupees...so please help me file a complaint and get my money back!

              I ordered an air conditioner from flipkart with great confidence which was delivered to me on 25/3/2022. Next day when the people who came to do the installation unboxed the air conditioner, at that time we saw that the ac is old which is used or scrap and indoor and outdoor of different brands in which I have shared the images. I have put for replacement on the same day but till now I am not getting any update, my time and money both is getting wasted. Please help .

Pickup k liye 3 bar call aa chuka h lekin wisemaster pickup le nhi rha verification issue keh kar denied kar rha h. Flipkart ne mail 18 ka bhja dekhte h kal . Bhot preshan kiya h flipkart ne . Pick up k liye ghar tak bhi nhi aate product le kr samne se jana pdta h. I m so disappointed.

              I got a call from flipkart cust. Service in which I was told that a mail will be sent to you in which you will have to give your ID proof. But I have not received any kind of mail till now.

              How can Flipkart do such a big fraud? I want refund, I had bought air conditioner from flipkart with so much trust. And I received the old one which is of different brand. And today Flipkart has rejected the return request. Please i want my refund i would prefer not to shop anything from flipkart after today.

              U will keep waiting. No one will reply. They want u to give up. That’s their plan. They are openly cheating. First they were very good with service to impress ppl. Once ppl started trusting them blindly they started scamming.

                Dear Sir,

                This is regarding a Flipkart order with order ID OD[protected] of the amount of Rs 15040 paid through an SBI debit card. The order was placed on 20 March 2022. Due to some reasons, the order was canceled by me on the same day. As per the information provided by Flipkart the refund was processed on 20 March 2022. The amount should have been credited to my account by 22 March 2022 as per Flipkart. But the refund amount has not been transferred to my account till today.

                For this problem, I raised an issue with Flipkart customer care. And here comes the unexpected series of events.

                After multiple follow-ups with the Flipkart call center, I received a mail to share my debit card statement in pdf statement. (Account statements were already shared two times). The statement was asked to submit within 48 hours. I sent back the requested statement immediately within 30 minutes.
                After that, I never received a response from Flipkart.
                After multiple attempts, I was able to talk to a so-called senior executive on 28 March 2022. He provided me an ARN number of six digits stating me to connect to my bank as they have processed the refund (ARN 730274 ). And disconnected the call rudely. I contacted my bank and they are unable to track that number.
                Then on 29 March 2022, I again talked to Flipkart, this time the executive said that the previously provided ARN was not correct and gave me a fresh 20 digit alphanumeric number ({PZT[protected]K1E404}). Again I contacted my bank and like before the bank has no clue about that number.

                My concerns are:
                1 Why the account has not been credited if Flipkart has made a successful refund transaction?
                2 Why Flipkart has provided me a wrong transaction reference number? Is it a joke?
                3 How can there be two transaction reference numbers for a single transaction.
                4 Why Flipkart is disconnecting my phone calls to their customer care?
                5 When will I get my refund amount back?

                    My account is blocked and not yet received any resolution about it from flipkart
                    I had ordered grocery basket from flipkart and some products were missing from package ihad complaint about it they help me with return as i could not placed it from my application, there was some technical issues with the system and my account is blocked and not yet unblock i have made several call, mail to flipkart but nothing happened yet

                      I recieved ASDF solid women Brown green track pants with order ID oD[protected] on 16/03/2022. as i was having issue with its poor quality, and one of the track pant colour is different than that shown in figure i made a return and refund request on 16/03/2022 itself. i recieved a message that the product will be picked up by 17/03/2022. but it was not picked till date. i consulted flipkart customer care service since 20/03/2022 multiple number of times to resolve my issue of pick up of returned product and refund. i recieved message from back end team that issue will be resolved by 23/03/2022 but could not be resolved again i consulted customer care service center regarding this issue again they assured that it will be resolved by 28/03/2022. but did not resolve again i recieved the messagase it will be resolved by 29/03/2022 but again failed to resolve. they have asked me to provide another contact number even my current contact number is proper and is in running condition and i provided alternate number also but still my issue is not resolved till date. i want my retunded product to be picked up and refund my paid amount.

                        The issue that I have experienced was: The air cooler was delivered on 18th March, 2022 and today is 30th March. Till now, I have not received any call from any technician for installation. What the **** is this? I have been a flipkart customer for a long time and I really had a huge faith in you. But, this is never acceptable. I did wait for a few days after getting this product delivered as I thought the technician would call me, but neither any technician, nor any flipkart customer support associate called me. Then I tried to contact your customer care by receiving a callback option on 24th March. I raised a complaint through that call. But till today, I have not received any call from any technician for installation and demo. Is it my fault that I have trusted you for purchasing most of my items? I have been told by the customer support associate that time that the product will be installed by 28th March. But it did not happen. Then I again raised a call back request and the customer support associate have told me that the product will be installed by 31st March. But I have not got any call from any technician yet. Moreover, everyday I am going to my complain page in Flipkart, I can see that they are closing the ticket by saying that the issue has been resolved which is not correct, then again I am re opening this issue. Please look into this issue urgently.

                        Don't you think that it should be your responsibility to call the customer proactively from your side to know about the installation status rather than waiting for the customer to reach you after facing an issue? Not only the seller but Flipkart is equally responsible for approving such sellers on their online platform who do not keep their commitment.

                        Rather than calling and giving me false assurance of installation everyday, do some real work please.

                          Dear Sir/Madem, I am Kousar Vali Shaik, I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 plus on 18 October 2020 through flipkart Smart Upgrade plan, Order ID OD[protected], my phone IMEI Number [protected], total paid 30, 274, balance 15000 need to pay before 18 November 2021, but my flipkart upgrade plan was expired, my phone got locked and blocked, so I was requested to get payment link on 15th February 2022, then so many times requested to get payment link, after long time 13th March 2022 got payment link and paid immediately 15000 rupees, got payment confirmation from flipkart through mail, then I requested to flipkart to unlock my phone so many times, they extended time again and again, almost 3 weeks over, still my phone locked, from starting to today total 8 weeks over, still I am waiting for resolution, contacted to flipkart through email, calls and messages, they are not responding, I don't know what to do, flipkart providing worst service ever, if they don't want to provide resolution to me, what is the use of flipkart, I am plus member since the program started, I am very active and bought hundreds of products worth of lakhs of rupees from 2016, I am requesting you to please help me on this issue, here I am attaching payment screen shot and phone locked pic, contact numbers [protected] and [protected].

                            Now they are saying the product was intact. The product is intact but the product is not genuine. I want full refund asap.

                                Flipkart has suddenly blocked my account without any reason. Also regarding one of my order with Order ID# OD[protected] worth Rs. 2400 the product I received was defective and of poor quality and seven times they have rejected the return request without explaining any reason and finally when they are not able to resolve it they have blocked my account. Everytime when I asked them for reason they told me that there is some system problem and sometimes reason is unforseen. Everytime when they don't have any solution either they block the account or left the problem unsolved.
