I ordered a realme narzo phone worth 14249 on 17th march 2022 on flipkart and prepaid for the same.
Later I cancelled my order and got a notification that my order has, been cancelled and refund is completed and i will get my refund by 23rd march . But till now I haven't got my refund.. I contacted them and they said refund has, been done.. But I haven't received any refund
I am sharing my refund id too..

Pls look into the matter...
I am also attaching my bank statement for further clarification

They(costumer care) said today that the refund has been done and i will be receiving it by 7pm today that is 23rd march 2022 but i haven't yet received any refund

    Dear Flipkart,

    I had purchased online lotto sandals Actually the price is 539 and I added coins and I already voucher code and voucher pin so I applied the voucher code and voucher pin remaining I have to pay 225 rupees and I paid the amount but through Paytm which I was received from Flipkart but my order is not placed successfully and the site shows payment is failed but the amount debited from my account.

    So many times called customer care executive they are not giving any proper communication.

    Kindly refund the amount otherwise process my order without any hassle.

        Grocery order OD[protected] was placed on 16th march and was to be delivered on 18th march..The delivery person did not come with my full order so he mentioned they will deliver next day.The delivery day has been extended every single day..1st it was 20th then 22nd 23rd 24th and now 25th..The customer care is not allowing for cancellation of the order or further escalations.
        Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Update on march 28th..The order is not delivered and still the date gets postponed every single day..contacted support every single day they cannot cancel the order or they cut the call purposely

          I ordered multiple items in Flipkart and one day they delivered two-three items and all were COD so got the payment whole together. we paid the cash. Later when I checked one of the packages was someone else's. My name is also Abhii and the other person's name was Abhi but his surname was different and also the address was different.

          But later we realized that it was not from any of our accounts and the delivery agent might have made a mistake. we called customer care, made them understand the situation. And he confirmed the registered phone number which is completely a different account. They also accepted that it was a mistake from their delivery side. But the Customer agent told me that he can't help me further as he sees no options in his system and this is a very new case. I asked for the customer's ph number. so that I can ask him to get his package from me. But he did not provide due to policies.

          I asked him to connect to a senior person but I was put on hold for a very long time.

          I have an unwanted, packed package with me that I did not order and Flipkart is not showing any compassion to help me out.
          Flipkart will also receive another call from the concerned customer whose package went missing.

            I was order IFB microwave from flipkart dtd 27/02/22 and received incomplete item on dtd 08/03/22, I wanted to gift this to someone and it didn't happen. I put in a replacement request but I haven't received the replacement item yet. By flipkart customer care executives giving date 14 first time then 17 and now 25 march. I don't think my problem will be solved even till 25.
            Why do flipkart keep such thieves sellers who send wrong things?
            Kindly help me in this matter.

                I am using flipkart from last 3years..but from last one month its showing not deliverable to pincode 502032 which is center of the city it is showing avilable to an area which is far away to city.. I am not understanding what this flipkart people are doing..they are answering all the rubbish..nothing resolved till now, take some serious action against this issue..flipkart should be minimun responsible to the customer issues

                  I have closed my flipkart account six months back and after months of period it is still showing that account is in active. i want to close the account permanantly and utilise the same phone number to link with another account of me.
                  I want to deactivate flipkart account permanatly linked with number [protected]
                  and use the number with other account of my choice.

                  it is the customer choice to close the account permanantly and unfreeze the phone number.

                  but flipkart is blocking the phone number permanatly so that customer's freedom o[censored]sing their own phone number is in stack

                    I order teddy 11th March 22, showing seller waiting for pickup then they delay order today 23th March they cancel my order. They doing fake sale and deal for marketing and traffic this is not first time they doing same thing lot of time but i ignore now this is enough is Enough please do something and make any law about this i want my teddy please sir look like small issue but this is not

                      I am Tina Koley, my flipkart account number is [protected]. I'm a customer of flipkart since more than 2 years and I purchased huge products almost nearly 2 lakh rupees and I really like Flipkart. I referred so many friends to use flipkart.
                      But suddenly I received two products that were not so good. That's why I wanted to return that two items. One of them I successfully returned but the other I was unable to return.
                      And many times the customer care called me to figure this out but the problem was not solved, but after that suddenly I noticed that my account is blocked. I'm really disappointed to notice that. And the mail came and they mentioned that due there are unusual returns in my account and for that they blocked my account. But if some products come with bad quality then is it my fault not to accept that??
                      I earned more than 1000/- in shopsy account but due to this blockage I'm also unable to withdrawal that money...
                      Please help me...
                      I really want to use flipkart and shopsy...
                      It's my humble request, please unblock my account ([protected]) and allow me to shop from flipkart and shopsy...
                      I'm promising, I'll not return any product in future even if it has any problems...
                      Please help me unblocking my account... There was so many super coins also... Please...

                          I have ordered a Realme 8 mobile phone from Flipkart to my Father. Delivery date was 21.03.22. On app it was showing out for delivery, when I called to delivery boy then he told me that related person is on leave and it is wrongly assigned to me. So, person will come tomorrow and make delivery. I have raised 2 complaints but till date consignment not deliver to me. I have ordered from Flipkart to get before 23.03.22. My father is leaving to Jaipur today then no sense for delivery. Very pathetic customer care which does not have action plan .False commitment

                          Till time delivery didn’t happened after continuous call to Flipkart, they really don’t bother only reply we can expect from them to cancel the order. Delivery agent is not putting his reason for delay and updating wrong or fake updates.
                          - first update was customer not available at home
                          - now status is customer has requested for reschedule.
                          Now tell me on one hand I am asking for my delivery and on other hand Flipkart is believing on delivery agent’s remarks.
                          Expecting strong action delivery hub, gurgaon.

                                I placed an order for iPhone 13 for an exchange for iPhone SE, delivery agent visited home and without checking the phone he is asking to pay the exchange amount. He rejected to deliver the product and when checked with customer care they are clueless.

                                why the delivery agent is asking for an exchange amount, is Flipkart cheating customers by giving false offers?

                                The amount is deducted from my card and I request Flipkart to pay a penalty for cheating customers with false promises.

                                    I felt very happy when I received a product in one day but soon realised that it's a buggy device. Device heats up fast and drains fast. Since there is no option to return the product I placed a request for replacement, which took 4 days to get a new device by them 7 days replacement policy is over. Up on calling the customer care it was suggested to visit the apple care. Today I had taken to the apple care and they said nothing can be done. It's really sad that Flipkart is doing business with such low class vendors who just wants to make money.
                                    This will be my last purchase in Flipkart, Amazon has a much better return policy. Also please don't buy from this seller SuperComNet, Once you buy you are locked and you can't return.

                                        GETTING BLOCKED & AFTER CALLING & FOLLOWING UP WITH YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SINCE 18TH March 2022 MORNING, HAVE
                                        SPOKEN TO ALMOST 8-9 DIFFERENT CS REPRESENTATIVE ONLINE.

                                        So what is the point in buying from you online..& why have you even kept the return policy if you
                                        don't want buyers to return the product...and we are not MAD to just return the product...THE products
                                        are either of very bad quality or not up to the mark.. hence we are forced to return it. Also for
                                        garments, if there is a size mismatch, & if I receive a wrong size or wrong product.. obviously I will
                                        return OR EXCNANGE it, or does this mean we should keep all the faulty & useless product even if we don't like it,

                                        Flipkart never replies. So the best lesson learnt will be never shop from flipkart and inform every single person you know to delete flipkart app.
