Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Panasonic 7.0 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loaded washing machine from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 09/03/2022 worth INR 14, 204.(Invoice attached)
The order was delivered on 12/03/2022. On the same day I also got a message from Panasonic for installation and demo with contact number of service engineer (+91-[protected]).
At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 16/03/2022. Needless to say, the schedule was not followed by the Flipkart technicians, even till the 18/03/2022.On 19/03/2022 I called him several times on the number given in the message from Panasonic but he did not pick up the phone.
It’s been 8 days now and I was not able to use the product since last 8 days which was an essential product for me and for which I spent INR 14, 204 rupees.
Finally I gave up and decided to try the product on my own boot I noticed that its tub is not working properly. I again called the service engineer many times but again he did not pick up the phone.
In view of this, I immediately applied for replacement in flipkart but till now I have not received any positive response in this matter. They just updated the status that your replacement will be done on 3/04/2022.The are delaying in this matter and I don't think he is in the mood to give replacement.
I want to ask that when they does not take time to get the payment after the order, then they taking so much time to give the replacement
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am also a Flipkart plus member since 2019.
The same scenario happenned with me as well. On 22nd Feb 22, I make a purchase from Flipkart using pay later and it came witbout any brand tag. The quality was not good and hence I returned the product. The return was cancelled multiple times as they did not the brand tag. I informed that the it came without the brand tag but it had other price and QR tag. Later the return was successful but in the mean while the outstanding amount had to paid by 5th of March but I did not made the payment as I already returned the product.
On 7th the amount was credited back to Flipkart pay later. But since ever than I am not able to use the pay later service. I called more than 50 times sent emails and I received response that the account is suspended. I went to IDFC First bank (their lending partner) and saw there was some late payment charges. I cleared all those recurring charged which I was not sure why it was charged.
But now it shows my credit limit for pay later in the app but I am not able to use it. And it might impacti ng my cibil score as well. SUCH DISGUSTING!
