I recieved ASDF solid women Brown green track pants with order ID OD[protected] on 16/03/2022. as i was having issue with its poor quality, and one of the track pant colour is different than that shown in figure i made a return and refund request on 16/03/2022 itself. i recieved a message that the product will be picked up by 17/03/2022. but it was not picked till date. i consulted flipkart customer care...

My account is blocked and not yet received any resolution about it from flipkart
I had ordered grocery basket from flipkart and some products were missing from package ihad complaint about it they help me with return as i could not placed it from my application, there was some technical issues with the system and my account is blocked and not yet unblock i have made several call, mail to flipkart but nothing happened yet
My account is blocked since 14th Feb

    I recieved ASDF solid women Brown green track pants with order ID oD[protected] on 16/03/2022. as i was having issue with its poor quality, and one of the track pant colour is different than that shown in figure i made a return and refund request on 16/03/2022 itself. i recieved a message that the product will be picked up by 17/03/2022. but it was not picked till date. i consulted flipkart customer care service since 20/03/2022 multiple number of times to resolve my issue of pick up of returned product and refund. i recieved message from back end team that issue will be resolved by 23/03/2022 but could not be resolved again i consulted customer care service center regarding this issue again they assured that it will be resolved by 28/03/2022. but did not resolve again i recieved the messagase it will be resolved by 29/03/2022 but again failed to resolve. they have asked me to provide another contact number even my current contact number is proper and is in running condition and i provided alternate number also but still my issue is not resolved till date. i want my retunded product to be picked up and refund my paid amount.

      The issue that I have experienced was: The air cooler was delivered on 18th March, 2022 and today is 30th March. Till now, I have not received any call from any technician for installation. What the **** is this? I have been a flipkart customer for a long time and I really had a huge faith in you. But, this is never acceptable. I did wait for a few days after getting this product delivered as I thought the technician would call me, but neither any technician, nor any flipkart customer support associate called me. Then I tried to contact your customer care by receiving a callback option on 24th March. I raised a complaint through that call. But till today, I have not received any call from any technician for installation and demo. Is it my fault that I have trusted you for purchasing most of my items? I have been told by the customer support associate that time that the product will be installed by 28th March. But it did not happen. Then I again raised a call back request and the customer support associate have told me that the product will be installed by 31st March. But I have not got any call from any technician yet. Moreover, everyday I am going to my complain page in Flipkart, I can see that they are closing the ticket by saying that the issue has been resolved which is not correct, then again I am re opening this issue. Please look into this issue urgently.

      Don't you think that it should be your responsibility to call the customer proactively from your side to know about the installation status rather than waiting for the customer to reach you after facing an issue? Not only the seller but Flipkart is equally responsible for approving such sellers on their online platform who do not keep their commitment.

      Rather than calling and giving me false assurance of installation everyday, do some real work please.

        Dear Sir/Madem, I am Kousar Vali Shaik, I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 plus on 18 October 2020 through flipkart Smart Upgrade plan, Order ID OD[protected], my phone IMEI Number [protected], total paid 30, 274, balance 15000 need to pay before 18 November 2021, but my flipkart upgrade plan was expired, my phone got locked and blocked, so I was requested to get payment link on 15th February 2022, then so many times requested to get payment link, after long time 13th March 2022 got payment link and paid immediately 15000 rupees, got payment confirmation from flipkart through mail, then I requested to flipkart to unlock my phone so many times, they extended time again and again, almost 3 weeks over, still my phone locked, from starting to today total 8 weeks over, still I am waiting for resolution, contacted to flipkart through email, calls and messages, they are not responding, I don't know what to do, flipkart providing worst service ever, if they don't want to provide resolution to me, what is the use of flipkart, I am plus member since the program started, I am very active and bought hundreds of products worth of lakhs of rupees from 2016, I am requesting you to please help me on this issue, here I am attaching payment screen shot and phone locked pic, contact numbers [protected] and [protected].

          I have received a fake G-Shock Watch from flipkart. Order Id - OD[protected].

          Now they are saying the product was intact. The product is intact but the product is not genuine. I want full refund asap.

          I was purchased Gshock watch paying 8500 but I have Received fake watch. I got the letter from Casio Authorised Service Center. I want to my money back and I’m going to escalate this. I have proof from Casio.

              Flipkart has suddenly blocked my account without any reason. Also regarding one of my order with Order ID# OD[protected] worth Rs. 2400 the product I received was defective and of poor quality and seven times they have rejected the return request without explaining any reason and finally when they are not able to resolve it they have blocked my account. Everytime when I asked them for reason they told me that there is some system problem and sometimes reason is unforseen. Everytime when they don't have any solution either they block the account or left the problem unsolved.

                Flipkart has suddenly blocked my account without any reason.                     I have order an mobile worth 15, 000 and got delivered, i realised that I got a tampered one when try to turn on the handset it isn't turning on, i turned the mobile Back, the back panel was opened (not closed completely) and immediately i asked for an replacement, which i got rejected for 3 times by the ### Flipkart, even after sharing the required documents like the photos of the device/handset and they prolonged it to the end of my return policy, and now they have a reason not to take return as my return policy ended. Ridiculous from Flipkart to a plus memeber, never ever going to buy electronics from it again, i hope i get solved with my issue here. Thankyou

                      My Flipkart account has been blocked since 21 March 2022 without any prior notice by the company and also they didn't gave any reason about the same. I had earned 600 supercoins because of my shopping and loyal Flipkart Plus customer in my Flipkart Wallet which were unused which as per company policy I could have used to pay for my future orders i place but now I can't even check my account. I was never informed or told any reason either by my email or phone that why my account is blocked.
                      I have tried contacting the customer support through their toll free number with my issue 3 times so far, as this is the only option available to me to contact them and everytime they had told me to wait till 3 days for resolution but my problem is never resolved. I didn't get any information from them yet. I haven't received any phone call or email regarding my query from them yet. But still I'm waiting for my problem to get resolved.

                      I am Flipkart Plus customer and always do prepaid shopping. In my last prepaid order they have themselves cancelled delivery of certain items and had not delivered them but didn't provide any refund plus they provide one of the rotten items (strawberry) whose return they didn't accept inspite of sharing images with them. I have placed numerous orders in last 2 months but had hardly returned 1 item, that too because of poor quality and i always placed prepaid orders and nothing is due from my side for payment but they haven't paid for cancelled items which they didn't deliver due to unavailability as per them.
                      Also, i have about 600 points which I could have used for my order plus i believe i had some money in my wallet which I am unable to check as i am unable to login into account.

                      I request them to refund my money of cancelled items from my last order and reinstate my account in previous condition for checking my account wallet balance and dues.
                      Plus I need the reason of this pathetic behavior of the customer support. Also, I would request the forum to help me get a compensation from the Flipkart because of the problem that I have faced. The company blocked my account without any prior notice or giving any reason which highly unfair.

                          Nd the company is not giving the refund to the credit card company which is Idfc bank which has not got the refund from last six months nd they are affecting my cibil score very badly . As i dont have the product nor the refund .what should i do in this case flipkart always demand for the new date nd fails on that date again they demand for a new date so what should i do .. flipkart is now playing with our cibil scores this is just not tolerable .

Along with it i got an offer that if I will pay 349rd as advance payment then I will get one year Disney plus Hotstar membership.                                 I have ordered grocery items worth ₹1, 426 on 24th March 2022. It was promised to be a in two day delivery.
                                The order is not yet even shipped. And the support team is giving misleading information. The shipment tracking link

But support team is saying that its shipped and I have to wait till next business day. Next business day being tomorrow, But they says next business day is whenever they will promise to deliver.                                     I purchased Realme 9i for 13048 Rs on 22 march 2022.It was delivered on 24 march. After using 2 days i found it has battery drain and heating problem. Camera not performing good, it captures blur images.It reboot automatically but Flipkart is not helping me . They first accepted refund then cancelled same day after few hours.I request government official to take action
