Ordered voltas 2in1 convertible 1.2 Ton AC on 11 march at 5pm along with stablizer. We cancelled stablizer by 7pm same day due to huge difference in delivery dates of both the products, and realized both the items were cancelled due to single order. We immediately started following up with flipkart helpline, and the joirney of vague responses started. We were given a timeline of 24 hours on 11march 7pm. We followed up again at 3pm next day, again given a timeline till 8pm. Spoke with ashish, some senior who again gave a vague timeline of 48 hours. Next day again we called- the helpdesk people asked us to hold and after waiting for 5/7 minutes the calls were disconnected. It’s 8th days and we have been just waiting for an update on our cancellation status. When it has taken so many days to just change status from ‘cancellation requested’, i wonder in how many months i shall receive my refund. The resources are just not helping and we are totally shocked to see such pathetic services from a known brand. Wondering on what basis this company is even getting funding! Please resolve my issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

When is this going to be resolved? It's been 14 days that i have not received any status update on my order.
You social media resource - Riya Sharma reached out and in a stern tone told us that our issue will be resolved by 21st March. We are not getting any calls from 'customer care' section of your company, rather we are just getting calls to be told that it would take another 48 hours, or do whatever you want types! I am so shocked to see the audacity of your customer care resources who are seeing the customer is irate and yet they are asking 'is there anything else?'. You guys have been harassing us for a simple issue which could have been resolved in a day! It's been proper 10 days and we are waiting for the status to be changed to 'refund initiated'. We had plans to purchase AC for my parents 10 days back, and by the pathetic brand service that you had given, all my plans stand ruined. This is the last service i have had with flipkart and will ensure to spread this feedback to most people around me, so no one has to face such harassment!

      I ordered Asus Vivobook OLED k15 on 16th March, 2022 and it was delivered to me on 17th March, 2022. It was an open box delivery but it was not opened and delivered with OTP. Upon opening the package I found that there was a big dent on the laptop panel lid.
      I immediately raised return request with photos of the damaged product but still it hasn't been approved yet. I contacted several times and told that after 72 hours they would contact me. I spent 46000 of my hard earned money still they are not approving my return request or replacement. Flipkart says something and does the opposite thing. Flipkart's customer care is pathetic. Why should I wait for 3 days just to know about their decision?

          My fathers account registered from [protected] was blocked 2 years ago and he had been trying to unblock it from that time but it didnt went well .we contacted flipkart customer support various times but they couldnt help him too . so i request to look after this issue and kindly resolve it by unblocking his account .

            I ordered Rog gaming laptop in Flipkart on 11th March 2022, it has to be delivered by 13th March 2022. But instead of delivering the product to me they keep delaying the product and causes me so much mental agony. If I try to cancle the product the amount paid by me will be refunded in 7 - 8 days though the money is very much important to me so that I can buy in retail or another online website as fast I can so that I won't. Miss my exams in time but this flipkart is not responding properly and keep delaying the product

              I have ordered a radio but cancelled it, i paid the money through gpay worth 790 .Flipkart telling that they are refunded to my bank account but in my bank account it was not credited . Flipkart told that they are refunded to my account on 15th march but it is not credited to my account.i cancelled the product on 14th march.pls anyone help me

                I ordered the Acer Nitro 5 Laptop from Flipkart on 13th March 2022 and it was delivered on 14 th March 2022 as the received the product the outer box was damaged but inside product box was sealed packed so i opened it and was doing the setup then i found out that the display was defected . it had these weird lines on the whole border i have full recording of it right from the delivery guy handed over the product to me so i immediately opted for replacement from Flipkart so they assigned a technician visit ( from techjeevs ) the technician came after 1 day but he said this is manufacturing defect so he didn't approve but instead wrote that costumer is unhappy with the service and wants refund so my replacement request got cancelled ! The display defect can be seen in the video clearly so i then called Flipkart and told them about the whole scenario so they suggested to call acer and if they give written complaint about product then only the product will get replaced so the i registered complaint with acer on phone call the acer guy came today and i even registered another replacement request on Flipkart so they again sent their previous technician from techjeevs and this acer guy was also at my home the same time ! The acer guy told that he had to install windows 10 again as laptop was on windows 11 and he said the lines are visible only at one screen and he left and then after sometime the Flipkart technician from techjeevs also left and now my replacement request again got cancelled ! And because he installed windows 10 the internet and many other things aren't working and their are no drivers installed and neither the amd drivers nor the nvidia drivers are showing on my laptop I don't know what windows he installed the laptop isn't working properly and now he isn't even picking up the call ! What should i do ? How will i get my product replaced ? The display defect is legitimate and can be seen in the video ! I have every thing covered in the video ! I just want my refund or replacement of my product ! Pathetic Flipkart service ( from Techjeevs )!

                not received any update from them they just keep cancelling my replacement . its been 15 days already very bad flipkart support one should never order anything from them . i am going to file a consumer complaint against them in the consumer court .

                  The download invoice option is not enabled in my app as well as in my filpkart website account.I ried to contact the flipkart call executives but they said it may be due to some glitch which is not resloved yet and also no invoices are sent to my email.

                  For the above order id when i requested for invoice they sent via email, but I want the issue to be resolved, I mean the download invoice option to be enabled which is not visible as of now

                          Dear Sir,

                          I ordered two items from flipkart on Feb25th 2022.

                          Order Id - OD[protected] Amount 662/- Rs.
                          Order Id - OD[protected] Amount 638/- Rs.

                          For the above orders flipkart itself created replacement orders
                          because of logistics issues which they mentioned in the message update.
                          After that I waited for the delivery but i have to cancel since delivery is
                          taking long time. So i cancelled on 5th March. The status is showing as
                          cancellation requested. After that i was daily calling customer care they
                          were informing that it is cancellation requested and it was not actually
                          cancelled. Customer care team is saying they are unable to do anything on
                          this since this issue is with some other team and their access doesnt allow
                          them to do anything on this.

                          I tried many ways of writing mail to [protected]@flipkart.com, grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, messages to Flipkart
                          on need help system, called support centre so many times. I informed them i
                          can come to physical office if there is any problem but i am not receiving
                          any positive response from flipkart.

                          Request you to help me to get my refund amount for the same as i cancelled the products

                          I received the refund from Flipkart, they informed it was due to technical issue delay happened. I have written to grievance officer also and daily called upon them and messaged them. Followed up on daily basis with messages, mails and calls until i received the refund.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have order a product from Flipkart which was supposed to get delivered on 8th March and is out of delivery since 8th March. Order ID OD[protected]. Although, it's a small amount but I still like to report because the way Flipkart support team behaves is not acceptable. They just try to run away from the situation and ask for 4 days everytime I call. When asked what is taking this much time they have no answer and will hang up the call. When asked to talk to a senior they will again hang up. Their team is using cheap tricks to get away from the call and case and no one wanted to even investigate and resolve the issue. They have been wasting customer's time. I would really appreciate if this can be addressed as this not my first such bad experience with Flipkart, they are horrible.

                              Flipkart does not allow me to play any games it's blocked my account [protected] and [protected]
                              When ever I click to play the error displays as " we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions"

                              I have not broken any rules then too from 3 years I am not able to play any games in flipkart. This is so disappointing and never expected this from flipkart. They broke my trust

                                I order refrigerator from www.flipkart.com and order number is OD[protected]. I got item having noise issues and freezer door hard to use. I request replacement for that item and they delivered new item also having the same issues. Then i request for refund.Now they didnt take back that item from my house and didnt give my money back. I need refund for buy another product.

                                  There is no call, no message and no any resolution given till now.
                                  Not only this, Flipkart service also blocked my Flipkart account.
                                  A mail came from Flipkart which said that Flipkart account has been blocked due to high number of return requested.
                                  ''WHEREAS THE TRUTH IS THAT I`VE ORDERED FROM FLIPKART FOR THE FIRST TIME.''
                                  Even after sending all documents, neither any resolution was given nor the account is unblocked.
                                  What a shame, I`ve been messaging & mailing to Flipkart service support continuously for the last 10 days, but the lice in their ears will not come yet.
                                  If there`s humanity in Flipkart team, please help me with a better resolution.

                                      I ordered a jeans from Flipkart : Levi's Dark blue Jeans
                                      Order Id : OD[protected]

                                      I raised the return request for the product 7 TIMES.
                                      First 3 requests were raised within the return period on the flipkart website.
                                      The last 3 times I had to call flipkart and raise the return request.

                                      Every time NO ONE COMES FOR PICKUP TO OUR RESIDENCE, And the return request is cancelled automatically at around 4-5 PM on the day of pickup.

                                      I have tried to reach customer care so many times and they raise a new return request which get cancelled on the next pickup day.

                                      Most of the times they simply disconnect the call or chat and pass it on to the next customer executive.
