Recently I bought a poco f3 gt mobile from the Flipkart app, on the first use I felt it has too much heat. So I have requested for replacement, on that process a representative called from Flipkart and gave me a list of procedure to resolve the problem, I have followed all those instructions bul till not solved my issue, so I have again requested a call from Flipkart customer care. No the representative gives me the same procedure, I told him I have done this earlier and that not resolved my problem, this argument goes a hour, finally I accepted second procedure and done the same, again I requested for a call but the return request accepted without any calls, but the return scheduled for 18th March, one week duration, on the next day of my return date which is fixed by Flipkart I have got the message saying return or replacement cancelled, and my return policy date of 7 days already completed. I am not able to return or replace my product. On the day I have requested for the call from Flipkart customer care, the representative said wait a moment will get back to you. But I have waited for 15 mins no response from that end and call still continues, worst ever feeling from Flipkart, such a bad domain Flipkart
