On 12th March I made the payment for an article (Order ID - OD[protected] which got cancelled immediately after I successfully made the payment. Since then, flipkart customer service is giving me timeline after timeline without initiating refund. Now they are telling me to approach the bank but the bank says the amount has been credited to flipkart account. Bank is saying it is the responsibility of Flipkart to initiate refund, which they have not. Its a matter of shame that we have to call and text flipkart countless times for our own Money.

    I had ordered the whirlpool 8 kg semi automatic washing machine from flipkart on 14/03/2022 and it was delivered on 19/03/2022. When I opened the box and I saw the body was cracked near by wheel. I raised the return request on same day but seller has rejected my request. Now whenever I raised a return request he is rejecting.
    Several times I have contacted to flipkart customer care but no one is helping
    me and now it is more than a week. I am not asking for refund but an intact product. My parents are senior citizen and it is hard to manage without washing machine.
    kindly get this issue resolved.

      I ordered SAMSUNG Galaxy F23 5G 6GB 128G mobile through flipkart on[protected], they delivered defective piece(3.5 audio jack connector issue ) on[protected] so i raised request for replacement on[protected]. Flipkart delaying/ rejecting replacement and closing ticket on there system. after rising ticket service engineer from jeeves visted 2 times and checked and he confirmed that issue with mobile to me and he has taking images and uploaded in ticket . But he closed ticket updating wrong info in ticket and closed

      and flipkart closed ticket saying wrong reason after that im rising again and ticket and they take one day and again they closing it till date[protected] i have raised 6 times tickets
      in that 5 times they have closed it every time i rise they say extended date to resolve the issue, they are dragging the issue

      Flipkart says within 7days we have to rise issue if the device has any issue but they not resolve with proper resolution within 7days

      during this period daily i used to have a discussion with flipkart customer care executives for my replacement which took much longer time than expected they put me on hold and disconnecting call after some time .

      Being a middle class person the money what i spent on product is much valuable for me. Flipkart customer care executives keep on bluffing me by giving fake promises. I literally frustrated and mentally harassed by flipkart service.

      Flipkart failed to deliver quality product and not giving any proper response. This is highly disappoint by flipkart service.

        Flipkart was supposed to deliver the product about a month ago around 26th Feb, 22. It has been one month since then, they haven't delivered the product and even when I raise an issue regarding the same, they mark it resolved on their own without resolving the issue.

          FMPP[protected]- tracking ID and Order ID -OD[protected], Real me 9 pro order in Flipkart on 21st March, 2022. The status is shown as pincode mismatch and in the app it is taking 500027 pincode as default which has to be changed to 500029 . The expected delivery for the product is today(25/03/2022). Please do the needful and also update me with the status of the order if it is nearby then i can pick it

            Hello Sir this is krishna Bajpai. .I am a flipkart customer...
            Actually sir I am having issues with my order no. OD[protected]
            Actually Sir the issue is that I was checking the flipkart at 9:00 pm yesterday..I got deal that I will get an I phone 13 pro max 1tb graphite at rupees 1 . I couldn't believe my eyes so I myself reloaded the page 2 to three times but price remained same . So I proceeded to checkout . While I was doing other thing such as adding to cart, checking delivery address and order summary the price remained same but as soon as I went to payment page and starated putting my card details price remained same but when I was putting CVV the price changed and went to 1, 70, 990 . So this all the matter . Sir please revert back to me ASAP because I can go for legal procedure at local consumer Forum and let me remind that in 2014 or 2015 the same type of case took place by Amazon towards customer. The same man appealed in state consumer Forum and high court clearly stated that "for all types technical glitches e-commerce companies are responsible ". Same condition applies on you also . It will take me two minutes to prove my case on the grounds of same order mentioned upward . High court ordered amazon to pay the man 3times the sum of money of i phone+45000 legal compulsation +20000 for the legal work done by the man . And I can also 2 more cases toward you of IPC Section 420, 421 . In which your company can get up to 2, 00, 000 of fine in which I will get half the price and half the price and other half will go to Central Government . This is only the direct sum of money you have to pay and your reputation will also get down which can result if big fall of your stocks and Flipkart is a reputed e commerce and its Indian too So I don't want to do it with you. I am ready for a COMPROMISE but I have some demands .So I want one of your senior management official to revert back to me, listen to my demands and take actions on it .

                I have payed 576rs of three emi's on time in Flipkart pay later but in idfc bank it's showing over due from last 3 emi's I aslo contact bank agent form idfc bank they told yes you had payed emi's of 576rs to Flipkart pay later but they did not update your balance to idfc bank so only your emi showing over due.
                I have raised before this but not got response from Flipkart in mobile application

                  My flipkart pay later personal loan account number : 36430395 and i have made transaction with flipkart of Rs 511/- on may 2021 and make a payment with flipkart pay later idfc first bank limited and on the very next month june 1st bill is generated and i made payment on 1st june 2021 only, it is successful with reference number :[protected], TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/[protected]/IDFC FIR/ICIC/IDFC.[protected]@UPI, transaction is successful but while i am checking with my credit score it showing that payment is delayed due to this my credit score is decreased by 7%, pls ensure the transaction and forward to cibil as payment is made with in due date .

                    Received wrong product on 5 March 2022. the box label is wrong Sony wh-1000Xm3. the head phone inside is wired, not wireless. the head phone inside is not Sony brand; some unmarked brand.
                    Complained to flipkart on 5 March 2022 immediately upon opening the parcel. But Flipkart is demanding my aadhar ID to verify my ID. I gave my aadhar id copy and asked them to use it only to ID me and not to handover the details to unauthorized person. After having telecon with flipkart employees two times, and they assured me my request will be resolved, flipkart closed the subject by changing the status of my complaint to "return/refund rejected". no more communication from flipkart.

                      Tried purchasing mobile phone on 4th Mar 2022 through EMI option of Yes bank credit card, but purchase was unsuccessful and EMI started deduction from 7th March. Recently, checked with Bank. but as per them the payment is made to flipkart on which emi deducted. I tried contacting flipkart, but they denied as no order referance is available with them. I only have the statement of credit card stating the transaction/deduction. Request flipkart to act on stoping the uneven emi deduction issue

                        I ordered asus laptop (OD[protected] from flipkart and got delivered on Feb 23, 2022. There was a heating issue in the laptop and i raised return/replacement request on Feb 26. Technician visited, checked the laptop and confirmed that laptop has heating issue and gave DOA(Dead On Arrival) Certificate on Mar 1, 2022. After that I have been flipkart customer care to move fast on the issue till now but no proper updates yet, In Every call, they are saying 'we will escalate to the concerned team'. But not yet resolved. Replacement Last Date was March 13. When I called customer care, they told to wait till March 18 and after posponed to March 23. Today (March 24), I called and asked about the updates, they are telling to wait till march 29. It has been already a month I raised return request and technician visit got over before 23 days. Customer service is very worst. In my flipkart order details. Technician Visit(Expected by March 12th) is still not updated. I want my money back. Pls do the needful.

                          I have ordered two Realme c35 128gb mobile phones from flipkart on 12th March 2022 . They said it will be delivered on 17th March . 20th March gone and no idea where the product is . And on 20th March the seller called me and said the product has been destroyed while getting delivered . They will take back the product from the Ekart and will send a new product within 2 days . After that the estimated delivery date was showing 22th March 2022 . Today is 24th March and no idea where the product is . No call nothing from the flipkart regarding the issue

                            I ordered an iphone 13 on 19th March 2022, the promised delivery date was 21st march 2022. The product reached the final station on 21st march 7am. Today 24th march the product is not yet out for delivery. I contacted customer care multiple times and they initially asked me to wait till 21st then it got extended to 23rd march and now extended to 28th march. I don't know what the issue is exactly when contacting customer care they are saying there is some issue with the logistic team (speculation). After contacting the nearest hub, they are saying that the flipkart team is not providing approval for delivery. Informed the same to the customer care team and no action was taken from their side even after explaining all the issues clearly. The best part is many calls were dropped by the executive themselves due to their lack of knowledge. Even after speaking with the escalation desk the resolution provided was to WAIT. Customers can only wait to an extent and for such a high price order they should take it at its highest priority.

                                I have placed my 5th order Order ID - OD[protected]
                                I placed almost 5 orders and all orders reach nearest hub but doesn't get to the point "Out for Delivery" stage. The delivery gets postpone for 2 more days and this is happening for all my mobile orders. The only reason is that i placed order with Buyback option availed for MI10t. I bought this phone with Buyback option and now i am trying to exchange this phone with new phone buy paying difference amount. The flipkart customer service is not at all bothered about the issue and disconnected my call in confusion. When I reached the nearest hub, they clearly say that its Flipkart issue and they are getting problem in "Runsheet", i said the same to 15 customer service agents and nobody is figuring out whats the issue. This is my last order i am placing and it is also stuck in nearest hub and can't be delievered.

                                  I received a call from [protected]. he claimed as a consumer complaint forum officer. and instruct me to open yono sbi app and select atm and enter the 20000 amount in the column. he claimed my disputed transaction amount can be redeemed as a reward and can be collected by the bank. this is true or again misguide. please confirm.

                                  I am not sharing my details with anyone. I am really aware of all this. even that day I am not open the OTP message. My phone is a completely wrong manner that day. I can't switch off my phone. even I can't off my mobile data. May that is look like Hacking my phone.

                                        I ordered a Sofa cum bed as on 13.02.22 order id is OD[protected] from Flipkart and i paid all amount from Flipkart emi option. Expected delivery date was 28.02.22 but till date order not delivered. Even customer care executive can not track where is my shipment.

                                        This is request to you please cancel my order. Next time i will order from Amazon.
