I have ordered 5product all together in flipkart on 11 March 2022 and I have planned to cancel 1 product out of 5 it was asking me to cancel all then I given ok and everything was cancelled and unexpectedly on 12th March 2022 morning I got message in that 3 of the product was out for the delivery and delivery boy called and I refused to accept the product even I shown the status of the order cancelled and he was forced me and accept the product and he told by the app u can make return I will only come and pick up he said because of he brought the order from the hub and then I was keep on trying to reach the customer car multiple times the executives are not giving proper response and they r disconnecting the calls and keeping the call hold and simply telling me to wait system not got updated but in the app itself showing request will take max 4hrs to cancel and initiate the refund. Seriously i fedup and lost my patience i keep on calling and waited 4days even in I accepted one of the product also and asked to send me the installation person for that also they r not helping this is really unfair and not able to accept and I can’t wait anymore and I have investmented totally 50+k to these products and who will waste money and time.seriously I lost my patience at least here i am expecting some of the resolution pls do the needful. They can take the product immediately and ask them to refund it or send me the installation person even I lost the excitement I don’t want the product anymore and even I don’t want to be as plus member with flipkart.I lost trust on flipkart I was keep on ordering more products for my entire family too.Hereafter I don’t want anything from flipkart and I will not refer to anyone.Pls do the needful for my money.

    Initial installing eta :17-Mar-2022
    Post that whenever I connect with customer care - they say to wait for 24-48 hours.
    Complaint already escalated multiple times.

    I am yet to get any comm from Flipkart by when it will be installed.

    Further, if I ask them to get it installed from other electrician, then they say that in that case if issue is found then product can not be returned.

    I would be grateful if can get resolution.

I frustrated now. I call coustomer care executive and said I want to talk to senior but there is no response from other side. Here's my details.

          I placed an order online in Flipkart of an item (Wakefit Organza Plus Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe (Finish Color - Columbia Walnut, Mirror Included, Knock Down)) on 9th March 2022, when I received the product on 13th March around 11.30 AM I found the product is broken and damaged completely. The technician who came for the product installation took the snapshots and sent to his team for the resolution. From that day onwards I am chasing Flipkart as well as Wakefit but I am getting no resolution from the them. I placed a return and refund request multiple times but my please is neglected and they are giving false promises and hopes over the call. Flipkart Complain ID : IN[protected] I am completely shattered, harrased. I wasted so much of my valuable time chasing these people.

                Installation cancelled by Jeeves tech staff because of the product manufacture defects identified by them on 13.03.2022.

                We applied for a return and replacement two times. But two times they cancelled the return and replacement. We contacted flipkart customer care and Jeeves consumer service provider so many times, but no one has not rectified our issue.

                  Recently I bought a poco f3 gt mobile from the Flipkart app, on the first use I felt it has too much heat. So I have requested for replacement, on that process a representative called from Flipkart and gave me a list of procedure to resolve the problem, I have followed all those instructions bul till not solved my issue, so I have again requested a call from Flipkart customer care. No the representative gives me the same procedure, I told him I have done this earlier and that not resolved my problem, this argument goes a hour, finally I accepted second procedure and done the same, again I requested for a call but the return request accepted without any calls, but the return scheduled for 18th March, one week duration, on the next day of my return date which is fixed by Flipkart I have got the message saying return or replacement cancelled, and my return policy date of 7 days already completed. I am not able to return or replace my product. On the day I have requested for the call from Flipkart customer care, the representative said wait a moment will get back to you. But I have waited for 15 mins no response from that end and call still continues, worst ever feeling from Flipkart, such a bad domain Flipkart

                        I just order whirlpool side by side fridge from flipkart on dated 12 march 2022 and the product sold by the seller omnitech when i got delivered the product it damaged from all theree cornor side and same time i uploded the image in flipkart but they delaying the replacement neither any update from seller nor flipkart as i trusted a lot flipkart but finally i got cheated by flipkart and the associated the omnitech company . I hope i will get the solution as i have invested a hugh amount of money in fridge

                          Above product has been ordered and recieved on March 4th 2022. and the return has been raised on 10th March 2022.

                          Buggy product has been delivered to me and return request is even getting rejected without even trouble shooting.

                          After a week now return request is rejected with statement that "issue resolved by troubleshooting ", But no trouble shooting is done so far.

                          Flipkart is providing false statements to the consumer,

                          Expected resolution:
                          1. Replace the product
                          2.Refund the money for product.

                            Ordered voltas 2in1 convertible 1.2 Ton AC on 11 march at 5pm along with stablizer. We cancelled stablizer by 7pm same day due to huge difference in delivery dates of both the products, and realized both the items were cancelled due to single order. We immediately started following up with flipkart helpline, and the joirney of vague responses started. We were given a timeline of 24 hours on 11march 7pm. We followed up again at 3pm next day, again given a timeline till 8pm. Spoke with ashish, some senior who again gave a vague timeline of 48 hours. Next day again we called- the helpdesk people asked us to hold and after waiting for 5/7 minutes the calls were disconnected. It’s 8th days and we have been just waiting for an update on our cancellation status. When it has taken so many days to just change status from ‘cancellation requested’, i wonder in how many months i shall receive my refund. The resources are just not helping and we are totally shocked to see such pathetic services from a known brand. Wondering on what basis this company is even getting funding! Please resolve my issue and initiate refund at the earliest.

                            When is this going to be resolved? It's been 14 days that i have not received any status update on my order.
                            You social media resource - Riya Sharma reached out and in a stern tone told us that our issue will be resolved by 21st March. We are not getting any calls from 'customer care' section of your company, rather we are just getting calls to be told that it would take another 48 hours, or do whatever you want types! I am so shocked to see the audacity of your customer care resources who are seeing the customer is irate and yet they are asking 'is there anything else?'. You guys have been harassing us for a simple issue which could have been resolved in a day! It's been proper 10 days and we are waiting for the status to be changed to 'refund initiated'. We had plans to purchase AC for my parents 10 days back, and by the pathetic brand service that you had given, all my plans stand ruined. This is the last service i have had with flipkart and will ensure to spread this feedback to most people around me, so no one has to face such harassment!

                                I ordered Asus Vivobook OLED k15 on 16th March, 2022 and it was delivered to me on 17th March, 2022. It was an open box delivery but it was not opened and delivered with OTP. Upon opening the package I found that there was a big dent on the laptop panel lid.
                                I immediately raised return request with photos of the damaged product but still it hasn't been approved yet. I contacted several times and told that after 72 hours they would contact me. I spent 46000 of my hard earned money still they are not approving my return request or replacement. Flipkart says something and does the opposite thing. Flipkart's customer care is pathetic. Why should I wait for 3 days just to know about their decision?

                                      I ordered Rog gaming laptop in Flipkart on 11th March 2022, it has to be delivered by 13th March 2022. But instead of delivering the product to me they keep delaying the product and causes me so much mental agony. If I try to cancle the product the amount paid by me will be refunded in 7 - 8 days though the money is very much important to me so that I can buy in retail or another online website as fast I can so that I won't. Miss my exams in time but this flipkart is not responding properly and keep delaying the product

                                        I have ordered a radio but cancelled it, i paid the money through gpay worth 790 .Flipkart telling that they are refunded to my bank account but in my bank account it was not credited . Flipkart told that they are refunded to my account on 15th march but it is not credited to my account.i cancelled the product on 14th march.pls anyone help me
