I have ordered for IFB 6 kg 5 Star Aqua Energie, Laundry Add, Tub Clean, Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (Diva Aqua VX).

While ordering i have selected sliver color, but system taken white color due product not availability, while i have received the order i came to know on billing its showing white color.

My wife requested them to take it back to the delivery person, but the person refused stating that, tomorrow flipkart will send someone to take back, we only do delivery.

at the same time i have cancelled the order and requested for refund.
I have raised refund request, and canceled the order on flipkart app, i spoke with customer care and explained about the issue.
Every time someone will call from the customer care and ask the same and i explained the same, they use to do fake promise that the issue will be resolved.
But every time they rejected my complaint.
I have been cheated and forced to take wrong product.

Kindly help me on this.

Flipkart is trying to irritate me, customer care representative is calling and asking same explanation .
Every time new person calls ask for story and say sorry for inconvenience.

Flipkart forcing me to accept this order.

I m totally disappointed and not going use Flipkart .

Amazon is so good, they really help and care for thier customers.

    I ordered wooden study table on Feb 26. I got it delivered by March 4. Then next day the assembly guy came and told one part was missing and he told he will ask only for the replacement part and not for entire set and said it will get delivered within 2 days. I waited and waited and i ordered for a replacement again on March 7 and it is supposed to be arriving on March 14. It is showing it already came to the nearest hub on March 13 itself but hasn't been delivered to me till March 21. Whenever I call they are saying some issue not revealing true things and saying today it will arrive. I am feeling like I am being cheated here.

      Account blocked after return request

      Flipkart support is not unblocking my account..they have not mentioned in return policy that account will be blocked if you raise return request..I raised return request of a product after talking with customer service agents many times but they blocked it..there are lots of coins, orders, and plus account for next 1year ..I can't order from that account..unblock it...

      I ordered 2 teddy bear woth Rs 299 each. While ordering the show that my location is deliverable. But while delivery they update that they cant deliver my parcel because of the pincode is out of service area. So i called customer care(14/03/2022) for help they told me to change my pincode and address but this was not possible to me because of another pincode was 15-20km away from me. So i asked for another solution he told to to cancel the order. I ask him that if i cancel the order then will i have to pay 50 rs for cancellation as mention in policy. He tond me that you will gel full refund without any cancellation charge because of that was flipkart fault. He told me 249 rs will deposit in 24 hours and 50 rs deposit in some days. So i received 249 rs refurd and didn't receive 50 rs so i called today(21/03/2022) customer care to complaint but they told me that was their policy to charge me that amout and they can't refund me that amount. I just did what he said and now they are ponting on me. Even i tried to call them 5 time everytime they hear my complaint and cut call directly without giving any satisfactory answer . I want my refund 100rs which charged because of that customer care representative. It was all flipkarts fault not mine.

        My concern is about my Order-related Query in which I had Ordered Wrogn Hustle 45 Pro Bag but I got Skybags(model I don't know)in usable condition.

        I want my refund.

        This is not the experience I wanted with Flipkart.

        I had also tried to raise my concern through contact no. and from app but I'm unable to do that.

          I am using Flipkart over 3-5 years and Flipkart given me option for payment with Flipkart pay later lended by idfc bank. Recently from 3-5 month Flipkart blocked my paylater options without any reason after i have paid all dues clearly. I dont know why this happened. My CIBIL score is also affecting because of this idfc Bank lender.

          I am also a Flipkart plus member since 2019.
          The same scenario happenned with me as well. On 22nd Feb 22, I make a purchase from Flipkart using pay later and it came witbout any brand tag. The quality was not good and hence I returned the product. The return was cancelled multiple times as they did not the brand tag. I informed that the it came without the brand tag but it had other price and QR tag. Later the return was successful but in the mean while the outstanding amount had to paid by 5th of March but I did not made the payment as I already returned the product.
          On 7th the amount was credited back to Flipkart pay later. But since ever than I am not able to use the pay later service. I called more than 50 times sent emails and I received response that the account is suspended. I went to IDFC First bank (their lending partner) and saw there was some late payment charges. I cleared all those recurring charged which I was not sure why it was charged.
          But now it shows my credit limit for pay later in the app but I am not able to use it. And it might impacti ng my cibil score as well. SUCH DISGUSTING!

Now I Can't Understand What To Do And I Feel So Helpless. I Request You To Grand My Complaint And Take Some Legal Step.

                  I received a wrong delivery from Flipkart. So I placed a return request. My return request was accepted and verified by Flipkart.
                  ) I received the message for pick up return from ekart logistics.
                  2) Delivery agent denied my pick up without any reason and asked me to talk to Flipkart.
                  3) I received another message from ekart logistics by each evening that pickup rejected due to missing contents.
                  5) I called Flipkart coustomer care, but till now my return has not been completed.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I purchased a Panasonic 7.0 Kg Fully Automatic Top Loaded washing machine from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 09/03/2022 worth INR 14, 204.(Invoice attached)
                      The order was delivered on 12/03/2022. On the same day I also got a message from Panasonic for installation and demo with contact number of service engineer (+91-[protected]).
                      At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 16/03/2022. Needless to say, the schedule was not followed by the Flipkart technicians, even till the 18/03/2022.On 19/03/2022 I called him several times on the number given in the message from Panasonic but he did not pick up the phone.
                      It’s been 8 days now and I was not able to use the product since last 8 days which was an essential product for me and for which I spent INR 14, 204 rupees.
                      Finally I gave up and decided to try the product on my own boot I noticed that its tub is not working properly. I again called the service engineer many times but again he did not pick up the phone.
                      In view of this, I immediately applied for replacement in flipkart but till now I have not received any positive response in this matter. They just updated the status that your replacement will be done on 3/04/2022.The are delaying in this matter and I don't think he is in the mood to give replacement.
                      I want to ask that when they does not take time to get the payment after the order, then they taking so much time to give the replacement

                        Of a sudden Mobile has Locked by saying that This was purchased under Flipkart Smart Upgrade Plan, And your phone has locked due to incompletion of payment and below QR Scanner is there for making the payment but even tried from another mobile its getting that you don't have any active plans.                               I ordered a TV in offer time which cost me around 26499rs. While tracking my oder i found un order details that product got damaged in transit.
                              And after 2 days it was showing out of delivery area.
                              I think they don't want to deliver the product, that's why they are giving wrong information.
                              Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              Delivery partner canceled order.
                              If they do not wish to deliver then why accepted order, my money got debited and after 10 days they are cancelling it without any hesitation.
                              Also cost of the product has increased now.
                              This can't be the solution by canceling order.

                                Flipkart & Tech Connect Retail PVT LTD is scamming people.
                                I placed an order for Puma Up sneakers for men on[protected] and they sent me different model of puma shoes.

                                The order id is Order ID: OD[protected].

                                Order i place for puma shoes was this https://www.flipkart.com/puma-up-sneakers-men/p/itm3fd26513aef27?pid=SHOFNU2XJGJ... and I received different puma shoes as displayed in the images.

                                I have placed 5 return request and flipkart is cancelling return without a reason. First flipkart asked me to provide government id proof to help with return. I was not comfortable sharing my Aadhar card and pan card with a online retail company like flipkart. However, i shared my pan card, Aadhaar card and then driving licence with flipkart but still they declined my return request. Now its like I am forced to keep the product even though i ordered something different as they are declining me return requests.

                                Flipkart & Tech Connect Retail PVT LTD together are scamming people by sending them products which they don't even need. And customers will not even have an option to return the product.

                                I am left with no other option then to file a complaint against Flipkart and Tech Connect Retail PVT LTD in consumer court & report this to government authorities. I am going to do whatever is in my potential to uncover this scam.

                                Firstly, Flipkart denied refund and started asking for government id proofs. Flipkart rejected 5 return request without a reason. Finally after a long fight when my return was accepted, your delivery person didn't pick up the order and mentioned wrongly that I denied return as I want to keep the product. And now new thing has come up that I cannot place return as 14 days return policy is over. Flipkart has used cheap tricks and closed all doors for return very smartly. I also wrote an email to grievance officer email i.e grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com, but received no response. Mr Chinnappa Karumbaiah Kuppanda I will fight against this scam. I will knock every authorities door to get justice. If required, i will also file a case in court against flipkart.

                                  I have created flipkart account 4 years back with a mobile number:-[protected] few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                      I received the several emails (seemingly automated) from flipkart with a promises of an update regarding the refund of my cancelled flight (Cancelled by the airline) within 72hours. I have not received any information about my refund.

                                      In between, I called the customer care service twice where the customer care agent of flipkart promised to give me information about my refund within 24hours, again leaving these promises unfulfilled.

                                      I have been waiting for my refund for about 2 months and I need this money urgently. This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour on the part of the flipkart. I request you to take immediate action and get me my refund as soon as possible.
