Respected sir,
My Order ID is :- OD[protected], this is Little Angel Baby Diaper Pants (2 x 56 Pcs) - M but the above product only one pkt (56 Pcs) was received at my home on dated 03rd March.

My complaint is additional 56 Pcs Diaper Pants was missing on this order.

In view of the above it is requested that kindly deliver missing 56 Pcs Diaper Pants at the same address please.

    I am ordered a Smart Watch Noise colorfit pro 3 smart watch but i received a fake product . After put Replacement request they rejected my request multiple times. Very bad experience with Flipkart online shopping. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

      Received an order on Thu, 17th Mar 2022 for Webcam + few other items.
      Upon trying to download invoice - I can see all items in the PDF except the webcam.

      I have talked to customer support multiple times, and I'm told there is an error in generating invoice and "We have escalated your issue to the concerned team"

      But no resolution yet even after many phone calls - trying to explain the issue to each support executive from scratch.

      All organisations are legally bound to share Invoice immediately after purchase - Flipkart needs to provide an answer here and provide resolution to this issue.

        Hello...
        I am Rishab tripathi. I have activated flipkart pay later on my account. I have paid the sum of Rs.1075 on 03/03/2022. The amount is being deducted from my bank account. Since i had made a payment through phone pay, it clearly states the amount is being received by flipkart and even my passbook entry shows the transaction was successful. Even after sharing UPI ID, Phone Pay transaction ID, it is not updated on flipkart. I am totally upset and disappointed by customer service. I please request to solve my issue as soon as possible.
        P.s : I have been charged penalty.

            The company didn't deliver the product but took my product for exchange saying that we will deliver the product but they didn't deliver the product. They said that we don't have the product available now so we will provide you refund for your exchange product and as a compensation you will be given a 10% gift voucher of your order. Their senior agent Sourabh wrote everything in an incident IN[protected] and assured me that they will provide refund & gift voucher within 1 day.

            They didn't credit any of them and its been 5 days I have been contacting them and they say we will look into it. They are mentally draining people and say the same thing everytime.

            Please help here.

                I received a defective product.
                1. The fingerprint sensor is not working.
                2. Calls are dropping. Network issue in phone.
                3. Phone is extremely slow and hangs a lot.
                However, even after trying to communicate the same with Flipkart, they are not responding and not trying to help in anyway.

                  I have had four fraudulent transactions done and have used it on flipkart by some unknown person with my credit card whose last four digits are 8892 which i have had saved in my account related with flipkart on the early hours of 20/02/2022 started at 02:09 to 02:16 each of 4950/- and a total of four transactions of all totalling 19800/-.
                  these all four transactions have not done by me or my family and are all fraudulent transactions.
                  I have raised an issue by calling the customer care center of flipkart whose number is IN[protected].
                  Please help me with this.

                    I purchased a iffalcon TV (50 inches) from Flipkart app on 28th of February 2022, it was scheduled to be delivered by 1st of March. The delivery did not happend on 1st. I was told that the issue will get resolved by 5th of March but again it did not happened by 5th, thereafter they said by 10th it will be resolved but It did not happen by 10th as well. Next they gave me date of 15th, then 16th then 17th and now on 19th they are asking me to cancel the order and reorder it from the website. Its not feasible for me to reorder as the price of the tv has increased. I had to cancel my other personal travel program due to the scheduled delivery. This is the 3rd class service provided by Flipkart, no help recieved by the customer care support.

                    I raised the complain through customer support, but they did not help me at all. I raised again to social media team but they also did not help me and just gave me fake promises. I was left with no other option but to raise it to this platform.

                      I have ordered 5product all together in flipkart on 11 March 2022 and I have planned to cancel 1 product out of 5 it was asking me to cancel all then I given ok and everything was cancelled and unexpectedly on 12th March 2022 morning I got message in that 3 of the product was out for the delivery and delivery boy called and I refused to accept the product even I shown the status of the order cancelled and he was forced me and accept the product and he told by the app u can make return I will only come and pick up he said because of he brought the order from the hub and then I was keep on trying to reach the customer car multiple times the executives are not giving proper response and they r disconnecting the calls and keeping the call hold and simply telling me to wait system not got updated but in the app itself showing request will take max 4hrs to cancel and initiate the refund. Seriously i fedup and lost my patience i keep on calling and waited 4days even in I accepted one of the product also and asked to send me the installation person for that also they r not helping this is really unfair and not able to accept and I can’t wait anymore and I have investmented totally 50+k to these products and who will waste money and time.seriously I lost my patience at least here i am expecting some of the resolution pls do the needful. They can take the product immediately and ask them to refund it or send me the installation person even I lost the excitement I don’t want the product anymore and even I don’t want to be as plus member with flipkart.I lost trust on flipkart I was keep on ordering more products for my entire family too.Hereafter I don’t want anything from flipkart and I will not refer to anyone.Pls do the needful for my money.

                        Post that whenever I connect with customer care - they say to wait for 24-48 hours.
                        Complaint already escalated multiple times.

                        I am yet to get any comm from Flipkart by when it will be installed.

                        Further, if I ask them to get it installed from other electrician, then they say that in that case if issue is found then product can not be returned.

                        I would be grateful if can get resolution.

                              I placed an order online in Flipkart of an item (Wakefit Organza Plus Engineered Wood 4 Door Wardrobe (Finish Color - Columbia Walnut, Mirror Included, Knock Down)) on 9th March 2022, when I received the product on 13th March around 11.30 AM I found the product is broken and damaged completely. The technician who came for the product installation took the snapshots and sent to his team for the resolution. From that day onwards I am chasing Flipkart as well as Wakefit but I am getting no resolution from the them. I placed a return and refund request multiple times but my please is neglected and they are giving false promises and hopes over the call. Flipkart Complain ID : IN[protected] I am completely shattered, harrased. I wasted so much of my valuable time chasing these people.

                                      Recently I bought a poco f3 gt mobile from the Flipkart app, on the first use I felt it has too much heat. So I have requested for replacement, on that process a representative called from Flipkart and gave me a list of procedure to resolve the problem, I have followed all those instructions bul till not solved my issue, so I have again requested a call from Flipkart customer care. No the representative gives me the same procedure, I told him I have done this earlier and that not resolved my problem, this argument goes a hour, finally I accepted second procedure and done the same, again I requested for a call but the return request accepted without any calls, but the return scheduled for 18th March, one week duration, on the next day of my return date which is fixed by Flipkart I have got the message saying return or replacement cancelled, and my return policy date of 7 days already completed. I am not able to return or replace my product. On the day I have requested for the call from Flipkart customer care, the representative said wait a moment will get back to you. But I have waited for 15 mins no response from that end and call still continues, worst ever feeling from Flipkart, such a bad domain Flipkart
