I Firstly Want To Complaint Against Flipkart Customer Support Team In Regards To Disconnecting The Calls As They Please.
Very Unprofessional Behaviour, Misinformation And Zero Follow Up.
I Request You To Please Pull Out The Number Of Disconnects Your Customer Service Representative Have Done When I Call.
I Need To Know The Level Of Escalation As Per Flipkart Terms & Conditions.
And Details In Regards To The Consumer Readdressal Forum Of Flipkart.
Now,
Coming To The Problem
I Had Ordered A TV 42inch Brand Thomson On The[protected].
Received A Faulty TV (Screen Flickers And Poor Sound Quality)
Raised Return Request Multiple Times For Replacement But Technician Visit Did Not Happen Even Once.
Finally After Multiple Escalations And Calls And Complaints I Got The Replacement.
But, The Replacement TV Recived Was Also Faulty. (Screen Flickers, Very Very Poor Sound Quality, Wifi Disconnects Etc).
Again Had To Raise Multiple Return Request But Once Again Zero Technician Visit (Not Even Once) And Rejecting Return Request As Resolved.
I Had Raised Multiple Complaints With Flipkart Customer Support Team Regarding The Same.
Now, I Need An Explanation How And Why Does The Complaint Raised By Me Gets Resolved Without Providing A Proper Resolution To Me.
I Need To Know When The Faulty TV Will Be Picked Up And My Refund Will Be Processed.
I Also Want An Update On The Actions Taken Against The Unprofessional Behaviour Of Some Flipkart Customer Support Team Representatives.
I Have All The Call Recordings, And Different And Incorrect Information Provided To Me Each Time And Closing My Complaint Without Solving My Problem.
Again, I Need To Know When The Faulty TV Will Be Picked Up And My Refund Will Be Processed.
