I have placed an online order in Flipkart of mi band 4 for rs.150. today I opened my phone to track the order and I found the Flipkart page saying "YOU HAVE NO ORDERS!!!" What the hell is this Flipkart! I need an immediate response or refund my money

    I have ordered Onida 1.5 ton AC delivery date was 2nd march as product is not shipped yet. No resolution from customer support. Just getting dates
    .i was told it will be deliverd on 4th march after that 6th march. Then got a call from flipkart backend team that i will get delivery on 10th march but didnt get the product. very bad service.

      Its been 4 days, but flipkart isn't picking up the product from my location although I live in Delhi. While delivering the product, they were qucik and while picking up the prouct, their delivery guy says that he sees only another area. What shall I do? How many times I have to call regarding the same?

        Booked a new mobile with exchange offer.

        Website showed old mobile cost 3300 but at the time of delivery the cost reduced by 800 without any reason.

        My old mobile qualified all the requirements placed on website.

        Flipkart is fooling customers it's a huge scam rum by flipkart on the name of exchange.

            I am a customer of FLIPKART since 2 to 3 years. I dont know when it is deactivated by whom. Now I called to customer care where they told me to reactivate through any laptop or desktop.                 It's been a week, no one from flipkart has come up to pickup the faulty device. I have been following up from last one week but everyday I get a response that today the person with come, but till today no one has arrived.

                I even, tried calling on Ekart Logistics Delivery number, he committed that he will come today, but now he is also disconnecting the call.

                Also, all incorrect information is given on Flipkart, in my orders page. Herewith I have attached the picture for the reference.

                  I ordered the boat speaker and when i opened the product i got the item was missing and i want my refund now ... Registered Mobile number is [protected] amd order id is OD[protected]... Why is this happening to me . I want my money back

                  Return request rejected and i by mistake made return for missing accessories amd when i contacted customer service to ask for change the reason for return amd they rejected and now i am unable to make another request for the missing item reason
                  I by mistake made return request for wrong reason of the accessories missing and when i contacted customer Service and told that i did it by mistake and i ask them to change the reason for return, they rejected earlier request and told me that they are creating other return as per my request and now they are not making other return request for the missing item reason and i also not able to make return request for the same reason as option of Missing item is not showing

                        Actually Flipkart was meant to be refunding Rs 340 for a recent issue and I got call and a mail where they mentioned that Rs 340 will be added to my Gift Voucher in my Flipkart Account within 24-48 hrs but as of today 10 days have gone but still i haven't got my refund and Flipkart is not even trying to refund it as they have closed nearly 4 complaints which I raised for same issue. Everyday I am contacting their team via call and they are registering new complaint and marking it closed after 1 day.
                        But i am so frustrated and feeling cheated by Flipkart as they have mailed me that I will get my refund but they have not given me !!

                          My Flipkart account has been blocked without any reason. I had lots of placed orders in it and some orders are delivered to me after blocking my account, but one product has issue like item missing. And when I tried to take help from customer support, they told me that they can't do anything as account was blocked. Now if Flipkart delivered the from from blocked account then why don't exchange or return the same product from same account?

                            I have order a mobile OPPO Reno 7 5g having a value of Rs.28999, with that i have exchange my mobile ( which have a buyback guarantee scheme purchased with it), so that i have to finally pay Rs.2999.
                            One delivery attempt has been made but at that time i was not available (because no message or any notification has been send that this will be your delivery date) so i asked him to deliver tomorrow, which delivery person agreed on and said i will deliver tomorrow. On that day i also called customer care to tell them to deliver the product tomorrow, they said don't worry three delivery attempts has to been done, before cancelling the product.
                            But on next day at 4 a.m. my product has been cancelled by the seller.
                            When i contact customer care regarding it, they simply say we can not help you and told me to reorder the product, but while reordering the product i am not able to use buyback guarantee scheme, and now i have to pay Rs. 19849 for that.
                            My product has been cancelled on 4th of march, from that day i have called customer care service so many times but no resolution was done.
                            I asked them to reactivate buyback guarantee scheme, but no action has been taken so far.

                            After complaining so many times, after raising my concern to several other platform, finally issue has been resolved. Flipkart accepted their mistake and in email they told me to order the product again, and whatever the price difference is there i have to pay first, then the seller will credit the difference amount in my flipkart wallet. Though i can't transfer this directly to my bank account, but atleast after 1month of struggle i was able to get the same product at the old price.

                              I ordered a mobile phone and I got damage mobile, I realised return request and by providing pictures of damage mobile my return request accepted by the seller and they shipped replacement but replacement order didn't deliver by the courier again I raised complaint second time return request accepted by the seller and courier unable to deliver the order third time I raised refund request but uncertaintie the backent team chosen wrong category which is damage on screen but I confirm them that no damage on screen but unfortunately my refund request cancelled. Again I raised return request which taken enough time and today I show my issue resolved but I didn't get any call and email form Flipkart's team. Now please help me to return my order and help me to get my money i.e 8550 rupees .

                                I ordered an leggings worth Rs157 from Order ID - OD[protected] on 4th March 2022. I cancelled the order on 5th March 2022. I received a message from Flipkart that I will get a refund within next 24hrs. When I didn't get the refund, I called the customer care on 7th. The agent said I will get the refund on 8th March as it's been credited to my account. It's 9th March today. I haven't received it yet.

                                  I have created flipkart account 8 years back with a mobile number [protected] and Email - venkat.[protected]@gmail.com. Few years ago I lost my mobile phone and the number.

                                  The main problem is when I tried to update my new mobile number, the OTP's are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number OTP and account password, but I'm not able to enter the OTP of the old number as I lost the number. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. I already contact to your costumer service persons but they don't give me a solution.
                                  Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                                  Thank you for resolved my issue. The Flipkart customer representative was called and explained that according their policies there is no possible way of changing the number which i mentioned in my complaint as that have already an account. So that I was provided another number and my issue was solved.

                                    I was ordered (ID-OD[protected]the refubrished mobile on 4th march, it was delivered on 7 th march, after opnening the package there is no product in that, only empty white box whith paper are present in the pckage.
                                    immediately informed to the flipkart customer care service .they said place the return reqst then we will investigate the problem.no one is cleraly responding on this issue.i have provided the package images and my personal addhar card for verification.still they are rejecting my issue.
                                    so im requesting a speed investigation on this and provide solution .i need my mobile, otherwise return the package and give the refund

                                      I ordered Muscletech Whey protein from Flipkart. The Product seems Smelly (Oily or else). When i rise a complain, Flipkart official telling me to talk to manufacture i.e. Muscletech, USA.
                                      Other then that i ordered from some seller and flipkart delivered me from other seller. No response from last one week.
                                      Since it is a 5.3 K priced product, Need help.

                                        I Purchased a Motorola TV and it was not yet installed yet and it was almost 18 Days now. Every time I call the customer care they say 24 to 48 Hours it will be fixed. But no progress yet and now they saying that by 12th March it will be fixed. But I doubt the reason being again on 12th March I will have call talk to new customer care representative and he will ask another 24 hrs to 48 Hrs. Out of all the biggest joke without installation all my warranty had started.

                                        Till date I had spoken to 20+ customer representative, spend 30+ Hrs and no progress. Worst service from Flipkart without progress and no escalation matrix.

                                        I had asked them to take back the TV, even for that they are saying without Installation there is no return options. Now with all this Issues I don't how many 24 Hrs and 48 Hrs I have to wait and I made my mind not use Flipkart online purchase.
