I purchased a marq by Flipkart refrigerator 338 Litre from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 23/2/2022 worth INR 24, 990 The order was delivered on the very next day i.e. 24/2/2022.
At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 25/2/2022.the executive reached my place on 25/02/2022. He switch on the button of refrigerator after few minute intier light is blinking
The very same time, I raised a return request on flipkart as per the return policy of 7 days which is also scheduled by Flipkart as on what day, the undergoing work will proceed- RETURN[protected]. According to their schedule, the technician visit was due on 02/3/2022. The return was to be approved on 02/03/2022 and Pick-up & replacement for 03/02/2022
Disappointingly, till date no technician has shown up. Despite the constant follow up with the technicians the visit has still not happened and my replacement request is still not processed, due to which I am unable to use the product since the last 6 days.
I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against the Flipkart & Their seller IWQNBecommerce who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.
