I have created flipkart account few years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      What a shame this is? I continuously complaining via mail or post but no response me.
      I ordered a bluetooth headphone and it delivered, when we opened the parcel box there is no headphone in the box, and it is filled with lots of papers and bubbles wraps.
      I`m still trying to contact with yours customers service support from previous 10 days but no response me yet.
      No resolution is being given even after sending the complete documents.
      Not only this, my Flipkart account has also been blocked by Flipkart team instead of giving resolution.
      Please help me and contact me as soon as possible so we are connected with well reputed Flipkart in future also.

        This is regarding return of Mivi Duopods F30 .The return request have been rejected multiple times and intentionally delayed by the seller. Now flipkart is asking for identity proof in which they specifically mentioned adhar card/voter id/driving licence. Which are known as Address proof why they neeed for address proof despite I have already submitted KYC which is verified and approved by flipkart portal Though they asked for the same..realy funny and irritating.

        Please see flipkart and improve your return policy. I am still waiting for return approval despite have flipkart plus account. If you havent proceed my request now I will raise complaint agianst you in Natioanl Consumer forum.

            In flipkart it shows amount is refunded. But i did not get any refund in flipkart gift card walet.

                  Complaint number IN[protected] has been raised in this matter.
                  Multiple calls and requests made to customer care, never bothered to help. Every user puts me hold for 15 minutes and then disconnects.

                    Sir my problem is i had ordered REALME 80cm 32 inch tv but received a different model of this brand REALME NEO . i am replacing but it is not getting replaced.i have been blocked, Sir many times I have requested this. But no replace No one is answering. many time call customer but no help only telling for wait wait...sir ples change my products.

                      I am a plus member of plikart. I ordered some grocery items from which Flipkart groceries on 27th of February 2022 of 22 items. My order came on 2nd March. But when the delivery boy counted the items, there were only 20 items. 2 items went missing. He said he do not know what to do and he called someone and the guy told him to bring back all the items. I called the FK customer support the same and there was some network error and the call disconnected several times. When I called them the next day they told me that all your items will be delivered today(3rd March) and asked me to wait. The basket got canceled the next day(4th March) and when I called customer support, they were unable to let me know the reason and told me to order the entire basket once more. When I explained that not only my date of the requirement of the items will exceed the new delivery date, most of the product prices are now too high. I calculated that the same items will now cost me 400-500 Rs more. Also, some products have monthly limits and I have already exceeded the limit without getting anything. And what if the same thing happens again this time( that the product went missing)? as this is the 2nd time I am facing missing items issue from my grocery basket.
                      Please help me.

                        Hi, I have placed order on 1st March 2022 order ID OD[protected] price 1999 by Flipkart. I got delivery on 3rd March but the box was empty. So I raised complain on Flipkart for this fraud but they rejected the complain without and resolution. Flipkart just closed the complain that shows they don't want to serve customers. after that from that ID we are not able to connect to customer support. while we are asking to raise complain to identify where this fraud happed but they are not supporting even in twitter they are stopped responding and when they are responding they are saying only one thing complain has to resolved.

                          I have raised return request 6 times till now and after a day or two it gets cancelled, after being approved and accepted for refund. I have contacted flipkart customer care many times but got no solution. As the product (The back cover) is not of my model, and was stated on flipkart as the same name as my phone, is of no use to me. So, kindly help me return it and you should take some steps against the wrong product name on website, whoever the fault is, flipkart or the seller company.

                            Unable to update mobile number and aIso I forgot password. When trying to change password, its asking me to enter registered mobile number and then I have to type OTP but I lost that sim. How can I change password? That's why tried to update the mobile number.
                            It asked me enter otp sent to old and new numbers but I don't have sim of old mobile number.

                            Kindly assist me in this regard.

But i only received one and in packet there is bill of two shirt and i gave money of two shirt...i aslo said to delivery boy bhai why there is one shirt but i ordered two he said I don't know mujhe jo milta hai wahi laa ke deta hun I am complaining in flipkart many time but they rejected my complain! I got my money back! Myntra is much better than flipkart.. I want my money back Asap

In Box or Flipkart order page or my mail the invoice has not provide by the Flipkart. I have complain many time. All the call recording are present in Flipkart and My phone also.

                                  The phone has defectives on Jul 18 2021 and again i have request for invoice for repairing at Service Centre . Finally a mail...

                                  Complain and i got replacement after getting delay of one month on 18th feb 2022. Its showing on my app that i installation and demo service will provide on 22nd feb but i didn't get any services from Flipkart. After lodging so many complain Flipkart executive change the date every day that tomorrow will do as like that. If i didn't get services by tomorrow I'm going to lodge complain in consumer service.if you can't provide service you should not sell your products.

                                    I order a crimper from flipkart... At the time of delivery the packet was damage .I refuse to accept the packet but the courier boy ensure me that if I find any issue then I contact flipkart customer care...but when I opened the packet the product was missing from the packet and I request to Flipkart for refund my money but they didn't response ... I request 3 times for refunds and also shared my documents with them but flipkat take time 6 day and after over the time 3 times rejected my issue and they didn't response... I am very disappointed with your service... plz refund my money
