Product MAHIMART AND HANDICRAFTS Sheesham Wood DINING SET COLOR BROWN Solid Wood 4 Seater Dining Set (Finish Color -Brown, DIY(Do-It-Yourself)) was Delivered 18thOct 2021, and product having 1 year warrant now i am observing many crack in table and chair as well, i tryied to contact seller MAHIMART AND HANDICRAFTS (+[protected] but not getting proper response from his support team, thy are saying its happen due to wether, but its not accepatable . i am attaching picture of falut and order details.

    I bought Adidas shoes from Flipkart and they were delivered to me on Feb 25, 2022. I have raised a request to return as the size was not matching on the same day and I got a confirmation email (Request ID :[protected]) and the expected date of pick-up was on March 8, 2022.

    However, when I checked the status in the Flipkart app today, it mentioned that the return was cancelled on March 5, 2022. I didn't have any communication, why it got cancelled.

    When I contacted Flipkart support team, they mentioned that it could be due to some unforeseen circumstances or issue with the courier and now the product cannot be returned as it's beyond the return window.

    My questions:
    1. How did the return get cancelled even without my consent
    2. Why no information/communication was given to me when the return got cancelled
    3. Why the consumer/customer have to be penalised for the mistakes of Flipkart or courier
    4. What I have to do with the shoes, which is not useful

      Hi Flipkart Customer Service Team,

      I ordered product with Order ID

      OD[protected]

      My product got delivered on 17th February 2022.

      i request return on 22nd Feb got expected pickup date of 2nd March. but my return got canceled within even pickup attempt. again i made return request on 1st got expected pickup date of 8th march again my return request got canceled on 8th March.

      at that point of time my return window got over.

      i contact cs care explained all thing amd senior executive again request return and he promised me that pickup will done by 15th of march.

      now on 14th of march again my return got canceled.

      now i want refund as soon as possible.

      i doesn't want any other solutions please provide my refund as i follow all my Flipkart return policy and even all 3 times pickup even didn't attempt.

      issue my refund otherwise i need to file a legal complaint on forms.

      i have all the proof call records and all the details.

        I placed an order (no:7543000) and wrong color picked up, so called the customer care asking to replace with the original color since the order was not yet shipped, but was told it is not possible and hence cancelled. The next day got a message that it is replaced with the other color, but was already late by then.
        Placed a fresh order (no:805000) on 15th Feb which was supposed to be delivered by 25th Feb, but got a message on 25th Feb that it is cancelled as per my request. The fun part is that i dint cancel and only calling the customer care desk that the courier is misplaced and hence cancelled - how can the remarks say that i had cancelled ?
        With no choice left, placed another order (no:6302000) on 25th Feb which was supposed to be delivered on 7th Mar which dint happen, only on follow up got a message that it will be delivered on 9th Mar, which also dint happen and like always, had to follow up multiple times for this information. Upon multiple followups, had a call on with Agniv Roy on 10th Mar who informed that my pincode is incorrect and not serviceable, which is absolutely incorrect since my latest shipment delivered to this pincode was on 27th Feb. He promised that the vendor will be informed about the gap in pincode and the shipment will be delivered, which also did not happen. Got a message on 11th Mar that the order is cancelled and amount is refunded.

        I had wasted my time and effort from 15 Feb to 11 Mar for a product that is manufactured in India and can reach Hyd within 3 days. I could have imported an international product by this time.

              I have ordered a Realme 9 pro mobile phone on 28th february, 2022 and haven't received it yet. It's been 15 days and i have raised multiple complaints regarding this through flipkart's customer care number and they haven't resolved it yet. They always tell me to wait for 2-3 days and even after that period my issue remains the same. Whenever i track my order through flipkart's app it in the same status from many days.

                I have flipkart customer since 2013 and purchased so many Item. Since Oct 2018 My flipkart has banned, reason is not specific and also I have some 400-500 GV amount in that account.

                I have mailed and called its customer Care many times to unbanned my account but not get any solution.

                    I ordered Fastrack sunglasses from Flipkart.. i recieved an empty box.. I recieved my order on 10th March.. Box was empty they only provided me with cover of sunglasses without anything inside it.. box was fully sealed... there were no sign of any open seal.. The payment was made by my debit card...i instantly requested refund and return.. but there is no sign of any assurity..
                    I am a regular coustomer of Flipkart.. this is quite disturbing for me..
                    Kindly help me.. either give me my money back or just provide me the order I placed on first place..

                      Hi,

                      I have ordered an item wall sticker from flipkart which is non returnable. But the product I received is not good. It has lot of white dots so I called flipkart customer care and informed them about it but they are telling item is not returnable.
                      I agree that the item is not returnable but in that case the product send should be in good condition.

                      The amount of the product is Rs 161/- and I received the item on 13th March 2021.
                      I want flipkart to refund me the amount.

                          I have joined flipkart affiliate program in 2017. As and flipkart affiliate partner I have earned total Rs 7, 670. They released 2 payments Rs 601 on 28 September, 2017 and Rs 3, 828 on 28 June, 2018. After these dates I have earned 3, 241 but not yet received this amount Whereas this amount is showing as appoved.

                          I have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programs contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                          They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money.

                            My flipkart account is blocked as error show ` your flipkart account has been blocked. please contact our customer support to fix this. ’ while open.
                            So please suggest me how to unblock that account, as I have huge number of coins and some amount in flipkart gift card in that account. I also raise complaint regarding this at flipkart customer care, I've messaged also but not getting reply by customer care since last Friday.

                                I requested replacement request for two times and I got rejected the request. For two times, they said that no revert from the image. But in my laptop, the right side chasis is not glued well and if i lift the laptop, it pressed so deeply and sounds like pressing button. My family members started blaming on me for ordered laptop in Flipkart and my hope also reduced. I bought this Laptop on Mar 9 for urgent work. But i wasn't able to use it . I already mailed laptop pics and video. Now what can I do far from these? I want you to resolve the problem with in Mar 16. On that day, the replacement period will be ended.I request you for the 3 rd time for replacement. Please approve it and try to solve my problem. I am already depressed about my 60k rs for bought this laptop.

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased tv from flipkart on March 30 2021 using hdfc Debit card emi and closed the Loan and cleared all the emi. Then on Feb 2022 I got issue in that tv so the seller said that refund will be provided since they can’t repair or replace the same. It’s been more than one month I have been interacting with my bank and Flipkart even sending tons of mails and call to both side but still I didn’t get refund of 23499. I can’t find who is doing fraudulent here. I got mail from bank stating that there is no refund reflected in my account for that transaction from flipkart.                                       I have ordered a neckband of realme brand named as Realme Buds wireless 2 on[protected] of cost ₹2299.00 prepaid via UPI and order delivered on[protected] but when I unboxed it I found that there is a fake product (first copy) present inside box so I raised a return and refund request from your app on[protected], after sharing all the required documents and images finally My return request got accepted on[protected], but pickup has been failed because wish master (delivery agent) refused to pickup on[protected], after that I have raised a ticket regarding same on[protected], and their support team replied that they will fixed it and order would be picked up before[protected] as scheduled but on[protected] at 00:00H midnight they cancelled the return request and when I relaunched the same issue on[protected] so they told me that it would be resolved by[protected] but on[protected] they rejected my return and refund request, and I have already raised a Complaint regarding same on National Consumer Helpline with Docket no. 3336416 on[protected], And if they will refund my amount then I won't file a Complaint in District Consumer Court.

                                        I ordered Dr trust oximeter from flipkart for my grandfather who is living in village. But the product we received was of different company, old, broken, and un usable. It is very bad to see that how can someone do this with medical equipment, there can be life threatened patients waiting for the product. They delivered product in 3 days and now when i asked for it after one week. I want immediate response from the company for this and provide me proper assistance.
