I had ordered 3 medium-sized masks of Dettol but I got two of them small-sized(child) masks. I have escalated this issue thrice before but every time my issue/request has been cancelled by the seller. I just want a return/replacement of these small-sized masks. I am now exhausted creating requests for replacement and refund of the product for the last few days. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    I have created flipkart account 5 years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      What a shame this is? I continuously complaining via mail or post but no response me.
      I ordered a bluetooth headphone and it delivered, when we opened the parcel box there is no headphone in the box, and it is filled with lots of papers and bubbles wraps.
      I`m still trying to contact with yours customers service support from previous 8 days but no response me yet.
      No resolution is being given even after sending the complete documents.
      Not only this, my Flipkart account has also been blocked by Flipkart team instead of giving resolution.
      Please help me and contact me as soon as possible so we are connected with well reputed Flipkart in future also.

          I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
          When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

              I have ordered Noise Earbuds on 19/02/2022. However it was delivered on 22/2/2022. Ths product are faulty. After trying for 3 days i scheduled return request. The custum care call executives were just scheduling calls and not initiated my return pick up. And now they have cancelled my request saying that return period is over. Is it my faulty ? How can I use this faulty product ? Customer care is also not responding.

                      Am booking 7th February 2022 oppo Reno 5G Mobile & am paid full cash but am received 14/2/2022 wrong delivery item front sticker my details every one clear. But inside MS.swetha item 3set bra not my Mobile inside so am issue create 15th February but my issue not clear still pending am very worried & upset this is very bad experience for me am submitted all documents including my ID, and other all things photo copy then why you not clear my issue still

                      and yesterday am check Oppo website my Reno 5G Mobile imei Number its already Activated 24/12/2021 but am ordered 7/2/2021 only and am received wrong item 14/2/2022 MS.swetha 3 set bra am not received the oppo Reno 5G Mobile then who Activate already that oppo Reno 5G Mobile am check this all details oppo website only plz check ur self also... ur seller its cheating for me... now am submitted Mobile imei Activate details also

                      So now my request is plz take ur wrong delivered item that 3set bra and plz Return my cash Rs.28900 ASAP

                      Am already waiting 15 days plz take Action Immediately

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I have ordered on 24 th Feb 2022 REDMI 9i Sport (Metallic Blue, 64 GB). I have received parcel on 26 th Feb 2022 once I open I found Dettol soup in that box. I really don't understand how can Flipkart do this. Since my EMIs is already generated and i have to pay Rs. 8499 amount.

                        I requested twice to Flipkart provide me original product. Talk with several customer care executive but not get problem solved yet. Also I requested through their portal section i have sent them pictures id proof everything but I was getting response information is incorrect.

                        I really disturbed a lot. How can such a big name of company Flipkart can do with customers.

                        This is completely unacceptable.

                        Request you to kindly take action on this.

                            I've ordered Filpkart perfect homes studio fabric open bookshelf, seller: PBVENTURE, cost of the item : ₹ 1189. Placed order on 15th Feb This particular item was supposed to arrive on 22nd of Feb but I've not received it yet.

                            I was literally frustrated with the service. They called me on 20th Feb and informed me due to some technical issue the delivery will be delayed and they promised to deliver it before 25th Feb. I understand sometimes they face these kinds of issues so I wasn't bothered about it. On 24th Feb, When I checked the status of the package it was showing that it is yet to be shipped. I even enquired about this but still, they assured me that it will be delivered on 25th Feb by 7 pm.

                            I believed their words and waited for my package when the time was 10:30 pm on the 25th I again asked what is status and they started saying it will be delivered by 25th but really, does it make any sense.

                            Again I was told to wait for 24-48hrs and when asked to cancel my package they are saying I can't do it. when I ask for delivery details they don't know and the worst part is that every time I reach out to them I have to explain the issue again and again.

                            On the 27th of Feb, I got the reply and option to wait for a package or place a new order for the same product and the funny part is even if I place a new order I have to pay again and they are saying there is no refund option.

                            I literally feel like this is a scam no delivery date or status of the package, no refund and again they want me to place a new order. I'm reaching out to you because I have wasted enough time and energy waiting for these people. I need my money back, it is hard-earned money. I refuse to give it to the scammers.

                                I m muneeswar m. I got stucked in a fraud of fake website i. E flipkart lite explore plus. While i m using my phone i got one pop up and and i clicked on that website. Where is shows some offers like iphone 13max pro pro mobile which costs 74k approx in market but their offer says the price of iphone 13max pro for rs.2, 999/-

                                I thought this is an amazing offer i will never get chance like this and i got excited and paid the amount of their requirement without reading the terms and conditions and after payment because there is a time limit to purchase the product I thought this is given by flipkart They Provided receipt to my mail ID but dispatch date is not mentioned, the same reply mails are bounced
                                Sir now i apologies my fault please help me regarding this.

                                  My Flipkart account is being blocked from almost 3 weeks without any information even though I am a Plus member and not violated any Flipkart norms. My paylater is due for March 5th 2022. I requested for a link to clear the due amount to avoid the fine. Flipkart team has sent me a link with some random amount which is more than what I have purchased. When I contacted customer support they ask me to wait and cut the call. Without knowledge they say it might be because of the late payment even though I am paying in time. Careless behaviour and answers even though its their mistake. I need clear details about the purchase history and the amount to be paid.

                                      This is Upesh Kashyap, a Flipkart user and also a member of Flipkart Pay Later.
                                      The issue is that, the bill generated on the basis of installment is not accepting payment and shows error at last payment gateway and on my first month due bill when I select to pay through any medium which is showing pending of the previous month and because of which that payment link is to be showed as "Duplicate from Merchant" and I'm unable to do any payment.
                                      For this month it's till 5th March my due date is there and however, after that I'll be charged with the penalty that too unnecessarily upon merchant fault.
                                      I'm still trying at every moment to make it but everytime it comes error and also showing as "Your Bank Has Exceeded The Limit" and then payment failed...
                                      I kindly request the concerned team to go through the issue and provide with a resolution ASAP...
