My flikart account got hacked by some stranger and I am unable to access yo my account and the hacker is utilizing my gift voucher money by placing some orders through my account.
I tried reaching out flipkart customer support for dozens of time, asked to help me get my account back or disable it untill my issue get resolved but nothing worked out. It has been three days now since I am getting this issue and no help from flipkart yet.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I bought Duroflex bed mattresses on 11 th march 2022 on Flipkart costed rupees 16000. The quality of the product is very poor fabric is very hard it is causing body pains. I initiated return request technician from flipkart came two times and said we are not responsible for this issue you should contact flipkart customer services for this issue. Then I contacted flipkart customer service they are saying technician is responsible. I didn't get proper reply. I am very much disappointed on flipkart. Please refund the money.

      Sir,

      I am Anoop Kumar Singh
      I ordered Motorola G 70 Tablet which we received on 04.03.22
      This tablet ran only for one hour during which we inserted a sim card and logged in with Google account, clicked two pics and locked the tablet with a password.
      Then suddenly the tablet hanged and the screen freezed.

      We got perplexed.
      We requested for replacement on 05.03.22
      A courier person came on 10.03.22
      He refused to replace the item citing that the device is logged in and password locked.

      We explained him that we tried several times to log out and disable the password but since this can only be done if tablet screen would have been responding, we didn't succeed in doing so.
      But he did not listen to us and left without delivering the new tablet.

      We talked to Flipkart CS and we were told the the delivery guy has denied to replace the malfunctioning item on valid grounds.
      We were told to disable the password anyhow and erase all personal data.

      We talked to Flipkart CS second time and we were shamelessly given a Motorola service center toll free number to get the tablet set right because the tablet is in waranty period as if I own this tablet, as if Flipkart never sold me this, as if it is matter between us and Motorola and Flipkart has nothing to do about it!

      Although we talked to another Flipkart CS executive who assured us that the tablet will be replaced.

      Then according to an email received from Flipkart we tried to do factory reset of the tablet and we succeeded in it.
      Now we are logged out whit all our personal data erased and the password disabled.
      We were assured that now we fullfilled the conditions of replacement.

      But to our shock the courier person again denied to replace the item on 12.03.22 citing that the tablet screen is not working.

      Wow

      This was precisely the reason why we are returning the product and the delivery guy is producing the same reason for not replacing it, as if I am selling this tablet to Flipkart and as if it is my duty to sell a flawless product.

      On both occasions, the delivery guys did not perform proper validation process. They only took instructions from their superior who instructed them over phone not to take back the dysfunctional MOTO G 70 Tablet and they left our doorstep.

      The Flipkart CS is since then only misleading us, giving us false assurances, telling us that the tablet will be replaced sooner.

      But on ground, we are facing unspeakable ailments.
      Our issue is still waiting to be resolved.

        I have ordered a skirt through Flipkart and raised a return and refund on the same item, Flipkart assure me to they will collect my return pickup by 8th March but not one till today come to collect my pickup and also your pickup agent is not picking up my calls

          I have bought Mobile on Flipkart upgrade plan and after one year I have to pay due amount on 24 Oct 2020 but on app there is no payment option since then I am calling Flipkart for this issue everyone they said wait we've raised this issued etc etc. It's been more than 3 months my mobile is locked due to which I am not able to continue my work. Day before yesterday they sent me link over mail and SMS and I have paid the due amount but my mobile is still locked. I have called them they said to wait till 16th March. I mean this is very ridiculous. I could not appear for interviews as my application form is in this device. Now money Paid all done when will my mobile unlocked. I have to wait for 3 months more. This is very depressing. This is not expected from the company like Flipkart. Fake promises and fake resolutions.

            I have been worked as Flipkart affiliate .
            My approved payment has been stuck.
            I have contacted several times no email replies and no phone call. No direct call to customer care support. I'm stuck at a point where i don't know what to do get this money.

              I bought Marq 1.5 ton ac 2 years back. The ac stops cooling in every 30-45 days. Raised complaint with Flipkart’s service partner Jeeves 20 times in last 2 years atleast. The warranty is also gonna expire soon.
              My house has became hangout spot for ac technicians. The worst part is every technician they send, asks for some extra money even it’s in warranty.

              Marq and their service is Big Scam stay away from it. I’ve raised complaints since initial 6 technician visits that I don’t want to get it repaired, please remove it and refund my money. No actions, no replies, rude executives and technicians.

                    My wife purchased the smartphone through Flipkart in Feb 2021, while she was purchasing she selected the smart upgrade plan and the upgrade plan was expired on March 8, 2022. Due to this, the smartphone was locked and she was not able to access the phone. But I did the payment on 11, 2022 night 8.32 pm. from the customer care they promised 2 hours to unlock the smartphone but it won't happen. Again I called customer care they told me 3 hours. The same process happened finally they came to 72 hours. This is really the worst service that happened from the Flipkart site. My wife was really depressed and tense. even di the payment the service won't active. Really false promise happened from Flipkart's side.

                      For 12, 990 we orderes godrej washing machine. We received the product on feb 27. But still not installation received simply changing the dates for installation no proper response from customer service. Very bad customer query solving process.. Very bad manner of deliverying he product drunk person with bad words delivered the product. How can we claim the product if we installed ourselves.. It's totally disappointing my money is wasted

                            I has such a pathetic experience with Flipkart,
                            I am a teacher and i runs online classes for student, i order mobile for my student for taking online classed, i used order for my students.
                            Now a days they are cancelling order without any reason, and my students are not able to do online classes, its very simple they are playing with Future of Indian students.

                            Please take this up and do the needful

                                I have purchased a laptop recently (delivered on 10th March 2022). Laptop models "Lenovo Legion Core i5 9th Gen - (8 GB/1 TB HDD/256 GB SSD/Windows 10 Home/4 GB Graphics) Y540-15IRH-PG0 Laptop". I am facing an issue with its battery. The battery is draining too falsely like in 1 to 2 hrs.
                                Also, the camera position is not good and the quality is also very bad. So I want to return the product and get my money back so that I can purchase another model.
                                When I tried to return it, on the return page I am able to see the replacement option only. Please help me in returning this product as I need to start my WFH job.

                                      My order Order ID: OD[[protected]] Its not yet shipped. The tracking status is stagnant. Do ship it as soon as possible. Else please let me know so that I can cancel it and go for amazon where they ship quickly. I had been a regular customer of Flipkart and this time I am very Dissappointed. Hope you can help me in someway as this is important for me. Appreciate your service. Also I updated this issue in another forum but no response, I got a call from flipkart telling seller is out of stock but they did not tell what alternate they are doing or what efforts if any they had taken to get the product shipped. its worst online shop portal ever.

                                        I Have Not Received Any Response From This Outreach Team.

                                        I Have Contacted Flipkart Customer Support, More Than 75 Times.

                                        I Firstly Want To Complaint Against Flipkart Customer Support Team In Regards To Disconnecting The Calls As They Please.
                                        Very Unprofessional Behaviour, Misinformation And Zero Follow Up.

                                        I Request You To Please Pull Out The Number Of Disconnects Your Customer Service Representative Have Done When I Call.

                                        I Need To Know The Level Of Escalation As Per Flipkart Terms & Conditions.

                                        And Details In Regards To The Consumer Readdressal Forum Of Flipkart.

                                        Now,

                                        Coming To The Problem

                                        I Had Ordered A TV 42inch Brand Thomson On The[protected].

                                        Received A Faulty TV (Screen Flickers And Poor Sound Quality)

                                        Raised Return Request Multiple Times For Replacement But Technician Visit Did Not Happen Even Once.

                                        Finally After Multiple Escalations And Calls And Complaints I Got The Replacement.

                                        But, The Replacement TV Recived Was Also Faulty. (Screen Flickers, Very Very Poor Sound Quality, Wifi Disconnects Etc).

                                        Again Had To Raise Multiple Return Request But Once Again Zero Technician Visit (Not Even Once) And Rejecting Return Request As Resolved.

                                        I Had Raised Multiple Complaints With Flipkart Customer Support Team Regarding The Same.

                                        Now, I Need An Explanation How And Why Does The Complaint Raised By Me Gets Resolved Without Providing A Proper Resolution To Me.

                                        I Need To Know When The Faulty TV Will Be Picked Up And My Refund Will Be Processed.

                                        I Also Want An Update On The Actions Taken Against The Unprofessional Behaviour Of Some Flipkart Customer Support Team Representatives.

                                        I Have All The Call Recordings, And Different And Incorrect Information Provided To Me Each Time And Closing My Complaint Without Solving My Problem.

                                        Again, I Need To Know When The Faulty TV Will Be Picked Up And My Refund Will Be Processed.
