I am telling my whole issue from start to end kindly please read out and please provide me resolution on 12th February I ordered realme GT neo 2 from Flipkart on 16th February I received the phone but didn't got the accessories and on 23rd February I received the replacement and on replacement product I also didn't got the accessories with that and same time price also got decreased about 4000 rs and I asked for compensation for price decrease and for accessories for accessories your team executive zamreen Taj m promised me for 2700 rs and for price decrease your executive nausheen promise me for 2000 rs I got 2000 rs for price decreased compensation but I didn't got the accessories compensation kindly please check it and provide me my 2700 rs for accessories so I can buy it you guys can also listen the call recording of 1st march please it's my humble request provide me resolution and give me 2700 rs I feeling really bad I am joining my hands please my order I'd OD[protected]

    My order keeps getting cancelled from the seller and till now there is no refund the amount is nearly 7500 for my 3 grocery order, and now i have no money to buy grocery. My 1st order was on 1st march 2022 and 2nd order was on 2nd march 2022
    After taking order they are informing about cancelletion the next day, if there was no stock or whatever the reason they should have not placed the order in the first place. As a consumer what should i do?

      I have booked flight ticket in flipkart. Full amount deducted from bank but flipkart shows booking confirmation pending from service provider. There is no option in flipkart to check the current status. I really unhappy with flipkart service. I need justice.

            AirIndiaExpress already processed the refund of INR 4800 to Flipkart on 04 Feb 2022 itself.
            But after so many follow ups in FB, Twitter, Email, Call - there is no response at all till date.

                  Flipkart has locked my Amazon-bought Samsung Phone

                  Hello. I have bought my Samsung S20+ from Amazon on the 7th of February, 2021 from seller "Divine India"(Invoice attached below). I have not had any problems since then but from the past 30 days, I have been receiving threats from the Flipkart app on my phone that I should pay a sum of rupees 15, 000 or Flipkart would block my phone. I have contacted Flipkart's customer care service numerous times, only for them to blame Amazon or the seller....

                    I purchased a marq by Flipkart refrigerator 338 Litre from FLIPKART with order id- OD[protected]. DATED – 23/2/2022 worth INR 24, 990 The order was delivered on the very next day i.e. 24/2/2022.

                    At the time of placement of order, the demo & installation date was scheduled on 25/2/2022.the executive reached my place on 25/02/2022. He switch on the button of refrigerator after few minute intier light is blinking

                    The very same time, I raised a return request on flipkart as per the return policy of 7 days which is also scheduled by Flipkart as on what day, the undergoing work will proceed- RETURN[protected]. According to their schedule, the technician visit was due on 02/3/2022. The return was to be approved on 02/03/2022 and Pick-up & replacement for 03/02/2022

                    Disappointingly, till date no technician has shown up. Despite the constant follow up with the technicians the visit has still not happened and my replacement request is still not processed, due to which I am unable to use the product since the last 6 days.

                    I hope this issue gets resolved with a proper action being taken against the Flipkart & Their seller IWQNBecommerce who trick hardworking people into their malicious traps.

                          I had ordered 3 medium-sized masks of Dettol but I got two of them small-sized(child) masks. I have escalated this issue thrice before but every time my issue/request has been cancelled by the seller. I just want a return/replacement of these small-sized masks.                             I have created flipkart account 5 years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                            The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                            Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                              What a shame this is? I continuously complaining via mail or post but no response me.
                              I ordered a bluetooth headphone and it delivered, when we opened the parcel box there is no headphone in the box, and it is filled with lots of papers and bubbles wraps.
                              I`m still trying to contact with yours customers service support from previous 8 days but no response me yet.
                              No resolution is being given even after sending the complete documents.
                              Not only this, my Flipkart account has also been blocked by Flipkart team instead of giving resolution.
                              Please help me and contact me as soon as possible so we are connected with well reputed Flipkart in future also.

                                  I request you to kindly deactivate / permanently close my flipkart pay later account.
                                  When i see my credit score it is clearly showing that i took loan from idfc first bank and this needs to be cleared immediately as it is effecting my credit score. I don't have any pending payments in flipkart paylater. So kindly deactivate my flipkart pay later account immediately.

                                      I have ordered Noise Earbuds on 19/02/2022. However it was delivered on 22/2/2022. Ths product are faulty. After trying for 3 days i scheduled return request. The custum care call executives were just scheduling calls and not initiated my return pick up. And now they have cancelled my request saying that return period is over. Is it my faulty ? How can I use this faulty product ? Customer care is also not responding.
